Abstract. This study aims to determine the diversity and characteristics of freshwater fish in Sungai lais, lais sub-district, Bengkulu Utara district, Bengkulu province. This research was conducted using survey methods and to obtain primary data taken into the field by direct capture. Samples were taken in sungai lais, lais sub-district, Bengkulu Utara regency is done by dividing 3 stations. Measurement of fish morphometric characteristics is done by measuring fish body parts including, total length (PT), standard length (PB), head length (PK), height (TB), body width (LB) and tail height (TE). The results showed that the diversity index which is found in the lais river which is classified as low, with a diversity index at station A 0.666, station B 0.724 and station C 0.522. The types of fish found in this study consisted of 8 species namely Cyprinus carpio (goldfish), Osteohilus vittatus (palau fish), Anabas testudienus (fish betok), Channa striata (cork fish), Oreochromis niloticus (tilapia), Oreochromis mossambicus (tilapia fish), Trighogaster trichopterus (sepat fish), and Clarias batrachus (catfish).Keywords: Diversity, Fish, Lais River, Morphometric Characteristic

Aims: This research aimed to analyze the abudance and diversity of macrozoobenthos in the Gastropod Class in the Ecotourism Waters of Pandansari Mangrove Forest, Brebes Regency, Central Java. Study Design: The research was conducted by survey. Place and Duration of Study: This research was carried out for 3 months between December 2018 until February 2019 in Ecotourism Forest Areas in Bakau Pandansari, Brebes Regency, Central Java. Methodology: The method used in this research was survey methods using primary data in the form of physical chemistry of aquatic data, gastropod abundance, diversity index, equitability index. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling in determining 3 stations and 3 repetitions. Data analysis in this research used descriptive statistics. Results: Research results found 9 species of Gastropods inhabiting the mangrove ecosystem, namely Casidulla aurisfelis, Cerithidea sp, Cerithidea alata, Cerithidea cingulata, Cerithidea obtusa, Polinices sp, Puperita sp, Telescopium telescopium and Turiculla nellial-suprius. Gastropod abundance ranged from 67 - 166 ind / m2. Gastropod diversity index in the medium category 2 <H’ ≤ 3. Uniformity values ranged from 0.79 to 0.81 with a high category. The relationship between water quality and gastropods had an R2 value of 97%, water quality can affect gastropod life and as much as 3% is influenced by other factors. Conclusion: Based on the results of this research that has been done, it can be concluded that in general environmental parameters in the Pandansari mangroves are still favorable in supporting the survival of the gastropods inhabiting them.

Aquatic organisms or nekton have an important role in supporting the stability of the aquatic environment and human life. This study aims to determine the nekton type community, ecological index, and their conservation status in the Unda River area and around Jumpai Beach, Klungkung Regency, Bali. The study was conducted in July - August 2020. The study was conducted in 2 communities, namely Macrozoobenthos and Nekton. Macrozoobenthos samples were collected using the quadratic method in the Jumpai Beach area and the direct observation method along the Unda River. Nekton communities are collected through primary data using "survey methods" and secondary data through interviews with fishermen and local communities. The ecological index data were analyzed using the Shannon-Weiner diversity index (H'), dominance index (C), and uniformity index (E), while the data on Nekton type and conservation status were analyzed descriptively. The nekton species community in the waters of the Unda River and Jumpai Beach areas was obtained as many as 26 species in 21 families which were dominated by Kepala Timah (Aplocheilus panchax) and sepat rawa (Trichogaster trichopterus), while Nautica sp for the Macrozoobenthos community. The ecological index of the aquatic community is the Shannon-Weiner Diversity Index (H') value of 2.98 (moderate), the wealth index (R) of 3.95 (moderate), and the evenness index (E) of 1.21. (High). The highest percentage ratio of nekton communities was obtained by the Macrozoobenthos community, namely 53%, while the nekton species was 46%. Conservation status shows that 13 species are included in the LC (Least Concern) category, 12 species are included in the NE (Not Evaluated) category, and 1 species are included in the VU (Vulnerable) category.

Identifikasi larva ikan seringkali sulit dilakukan. Belum tersedianya kunci identifikasi untuk spesies larva ikan di perairan umum daratan sehingga belum adanya pedoman untuk dapat mengidentifikasi spesies larva ikan secara morfologi maupun meristik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi spesies larva ikan melalui sekuen DNA sehingga menghasilkan data spesies yang lebih pasti dan hubungan kelimpahan larva ikan dengan parameter kualitas perairan di Danau Ranau, Sumatera Selatan. Lokasi pengambilan sampel identifikasi jenis dan kualitas perairan di enam stasiun di Perairan Danau Ranau, Sumatera Selatan. Hasil identifikasi dengan menggunakan sekuen DNA ditemukan sepuluh jenis larva ikan. Kesepuluh jenis larva ikan tersebut antara lain Rasbora argyrotaenia, Puntius tetrazona, Oreochromis mossambicus, Oreochromis niloticus, Gambusia affinis, Poecilia reticulata, Mystacoleucus marginatus, Channa striata, Trichopsis vittata, and Trichogaster trichopterus. Sekuen DNA kemudian disejajarkan dengan sekuen referen dari perpustakaan data bank gen untuk mengakar pohon dengan menggunakan program BLAST dari NCBI untuk menemukan identitas yang paling dekat keterkaitannya dengan sampel larva-larva ikan yang dianalisis. Hubungan filogeni spesies diantara takson larva-larva ikan di Danau Ranau berdekatan. Kondisi perairan di Danau Ranau tergolong baik untuk biota perairan seperti larva ikan. Kualitas air merupakan parameter yang menentukan kelimpahan larva ikan di Danau Ranau. Larva-larva ikan antar populasi memiliki jarak genetik yang dekat antar satu dengan yang lain. Kelimpahan larva ikan berkorelasi positif dengan turbiditas dan berkorelasi negatif terhadap parameter daya hantar listrik.Identification of fish larva is often difficult. The unavailability of key identification for fish larva species in inland waters so that there are no guidelines for identifying fish larvae morphologically or meristically. This study aims to identify fish larva species from the Ranau Lake waters, South Sumatra through DNA sequences to produce more definitive species data and relationship of abundance of fish larva and water quality of parameters in Ranau Lake waters, South Sumatera. The sampling location of species identification and water quality was six stations in Ranau Lake waters, South Sumatra. The results of the study found the identification of fish larva species using DNA sequence found ten types of fish larva obtained. The ten types of fish larva include Rasbora argyrotaenia, Puntius tetrazona, Oreochromis mossambicus, Oreochromis niloticus, Gambusia affinis, Poecilia reticulata, Mystacoleucus marginatus, Channa striata, Trichopsis vittata, and Trichogaster trichopterus. The DNA sequence was then aligned with the referent sequence from the gene bank data library to root the tree by using the BLAST program from NCBI to find the identity that was closest to the sample of fish larvae analyzed. The relationship of species phylogeny between the fish larva of fish larva in Ranau Lake is close together. Fish larva between populations have close genetic distance from one another. Water quality in Ranau Lake are good for aquatic biota such as fish larva. Water quality is a parameter that determines the abundance of fish larva in Ranau Lake. The abundance of fish larva was positively correlated with turbidity, whereas negatively correlated to conductivity parameters.

This research aimed to determine the species composition of fishes in the Kaliotik River, Lamongan Regency. The sampling was conducted from March to May 2020 at four stations. A total of 1031 samples caught by the fishing net during the study consists of Anabas testudineus, Trichogaster trichopterus, Hyposarcus pardalis, Mystus sp., Channa striata, Oreochromis mossambicus. The fish diversity index values indicated that the river is in low to moderate condition. The species was also slightly evenly distributed in the waters with no dominant species. Trichogaster sp. and Anabas testudineus are the two dominant species found in the waters with a relative abundance of 44 % and 41 %, respectively. The Kaliotik River ecosystem balance was affected by disposal from human activities along the riverbank.

Abstract: Fish are defined as vertebrates that live in water with characteristics of gills that function to take dissolve oxygen from water and fins used for swimming. This research aims to determine the species of fish that exist in Lindu Lake, Central Sulawesi Province. The method used is purposive sampling by using fishing gear net, fishing line and seser. Base on the result of this research was found 10 species of fish consisting of  9 Ordo and 6 Family, namely Oreochromis mossabicus, Oreochromis niloticus, Cyprinus caprio, Anabas testudineus, Osphroneus gourami, Anguilla marmorate, Aplocheilus panchax, Clarias batrachus, Channa striata and Puntius gonionatus. Abstrak: Ikan merupakan hewan bertulang belakang yang hidup di air dengan karakteristik memiliki insang yang berfungsi untuk mengambil oksigen terlarut dari air dan sirip yang digunakan untuk berenang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis ikan yang terdapat di Perairan Danau Lindu Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan menggunakan alat tangkap, pancing, dan seser. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan 10 jenis ikan yang terdiri dari 9 ordo dan 6 family. Spesies ikan yang di peroeleh yaitu Oreochromis mossambicus, Oreochromis niloticus, Cyprinus carpio, Anabas testudineus, Osphronemus gourami, Anguilla marmorat, Aplocheilus panchax, Clarias batrachus, Channa striata dan        Puntius gonionatus.

Purpose The purpose of this study at the level of sustainability of oxbow lake was intended to determine the status of sustainability, leverage attributes and driving factors in the management of oxbow lake in Buluh Cina village in Kampar, Riau, Indonesia. Design/methodology/approach The types of data collected include primary data and secondary data. Data was collected using survey methods, library research, laboratory analysis and interviews. The analytical method used this study is multidimensional scaling (MDS) analysis and prospect analysis. Sustainability analysis is done using the MDS analysis approach with the help of RapOxbow software and compared to Monte Carlo analysis results. Findings The current sustainability status of the management of Lake Baru ecosystem according to a number of dimensions is considered sustainable with a sustainability index value of 50.95. Meanwhile, the analysis results of each dimension shows that the sustainability index for the ecological dimension is 42.56 and the sustainability index for the economic dimension is 47.44, which means that the index is less sustainable. Originality/value The approach of this research is MDS analysis and prospect analysis and research locations in Buluh Cina village in Kampar, Indonesia which have never been studied before. This is one of few studies that investigates comprehensively the analysis of management sustainability, especially in the dimensions of ecology, economics and socio-culture, especially in Indonesia.

Speaking of Ads, of course, the power of measuring the effectiveness of these ads varies - and to achieve the effectiveness of advertising in order to succeed in attracting people to use the advertised goods / services. In achieving the effectiveness of advertising itself there are many ways to use such as Celebrity Endorser to attract  attention of the audience so  the ad will be noticed. There are also those who use advertising messages to be able to listen to the audience to hear interesting advertising messages and advertising creativity is also one way to make these advertisements displayed and become the talk of many people.This research itself aims to find out from the 3 ways above, can an effective advert be available? Or just the opposite. This research itself uses quantitative techniques with survey methods and uses a Gojek advertisement titled Gojek Cerdikiawan as a unit of observation. Primary data is collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 more respondents with age 18-37 years old who know and of course watching Gojek Cerdikiawan ads and domiciled in DKI Jakarta. The results showed that the most effective influences are advertising creativity and celebrity endorsers.Iklan memiliki daya ukur efektivitas iklan yang bermacam – macam. Iklan berhasil jika orang menggunakan barang/ jasa yang diiklankan tersebut. Dalam mencapai efektivitas iklan sendiri ada banyak sekali cara dengan menggunakan seperti Celebrity Endorser untuk menarik perhatian khalayak agar iklan tersebut bisa diperhatikan. Ada juga yang menggunakan pesan iklan agar bisa menarik khalayak mendengar pesan iklan yang menarik dan kreativitas iklan juga menjadi salah satu cara untuk membuat iklan tersebut dipertontonkan dan menjadi perbincangan orang banyak. Penelitian ini sendiri bertujuan untuk mengetahui tiga cara di atas apakah bisa membuat iklan yang ada efektif? Atau justru sebaliknya.Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan menggunakan iklan Gojek yang berjudul Gojek Cerdikiawan sebagai unit obeservasi. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan menyebar kuesioner yang kepada 100 orang yang berusia 18-37 tahun dan yang tentu saja menonton iklan Gojek Cerdikiawan dan berdomosili di DKI Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh yang paling efektif adalah kreatifitas iklan dan celebrity endorser sendiri.

Global warming is the increase in the average temperature of the Earth’s surface. According to the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) average temperature of the Earth’s surface was global warming is the increase in the average temperature of the 0.74 ± 0.18 0C (1.33 ± 0.32 F) over the last hundred years. The impact of rising temperatures is the climate change effect on agricultural production. If the community does not craft made adaptation to global warming will have an impact on food security. This research aims to know the society’s adaptation to food security as a result of global warming and to know the influence of global warming on food security. The research was carried out based on survey methods. The influence of global warming on food security is identified with a share of household food expenditure and the identification of rainfall. Sampling was done by random sampling. The Data used are the primary and secondary data. Primary Data obtained through structured interviews and depth interview using a questionnaire while the secondary data retrieved from publication data of the Central Bureau Statistics B(BPS), Department of Agriculture and Climatology Meteorology and Geophysics (BMKG). The expected results of the study is to know variations of food security due to global warming in Kulon Progo Regency. Comprehensive knowledge through community participation and related Government increased food security that is used as the basis for drafting the model society’s adaptation to the impacts of global warming.
