Tax reporting is the responsibility of taxpayers after making tax payments. The mismatch between the number of registered taxpayers and the number of taxpayers who report taxes is a separate problem for the government in managing the tax results received. Where the number who report taxes is very small compared to the number of registered taxpayers. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence individual taxpayer reporting compliance. The population used by all individual taxpayers who are registered at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan. While the sample was taken through simple random sampling technique with the Slovin formula so that the sample used was 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques are data instrument test, classical assumptions, descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS. The results obtained, partially the application of e-filling and tax sanctions has a significant effect on tax reporting compliance while tax awareness and understanding have no significant effect. The f test results show that all the independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable.

This paper examines the influence of the external environment on business performance of SMEs in Malaysia. Previous studies have show that there was inconsistent relationship between external environment variables and business performance. Three external environment variables were examined in this study namely dynamic, hostility and munifience. By using simple random sampling technique, a total of 143 SMEs in Malaysia were used as samples in this study. Correlation analysis and multiple regression were used to test the three hypothesis. Results of the analysis showed that the three independent variables, i.e., dynamic, hostility and munifience have positive significant relationships with business performance. It is hoped that the findings from this study can be utilized by the government, entrepreneurs, researchers and other stakeholders in the field of SMEs in Malaysia.

This present studies to examine the factors that influencing adoption of internet banking in Malaysia. This study consists of one dependent variable (internet banking adoption) and four independent variables (knowledge and self-efficacy, trust, security and convenience). By using a quantitative research, a simple random sampling technique is used to distribute survey questionnaires to sample size of 200 respondents around Malaysia. The result was concluded as two (2) hypotheses were supported and two (2) hypotheses were not supported. The result shown that knowledge and self-efficacy and trust do influence adoption of internet banking in Malaysia. Meanwhile, there is insufficient evidence to support that security and convenience do influence adoption of internet banking in Malaysia. The prevalence of chronic kidney disease in Indonesia is  increasing, especially in Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang, because the patients must undergo hemodyalisis therapy. Hemodialysis therapy has an effect to induce xerosis. Untreated xerosis will cause pruritus. Therefore this condition needs to use moisturizer to prevent pruritus like aloe vera extract. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of using aloe vera extract on the treatment of the skin of patients with chronic kidney failure. The research method was true experimental research and used simple random sampling technique to recruit 25 respondents. Aloe vera extract was used by rubbing it onto the skin with xerosis and assessment was conducted in the first, second and third week. The analysis of this research used the Kruskal-Wallis test and Linear Regression. The result of different test was p = 0.001 or α <0.01 showed that there was significant differences between groups of independent variables. The R ^ 2 value was 69% , it mean that aloe vera extract had an effect as much as 69% of improvement in skin conditions of xerosis patients and 31 % was influenced by other factors besides extract aloe vera. The results showed that aloe vera extract with 75% concentration gave the most effective treatment for xerosis patients. Therefore, aloe vera could be a therapy for xerosis as a management of independent nursing care with nursing problems of skin integrity disorders.

The purpose of this research to know how much inflluence on the discipline of employee fingerprint attendance on employee work discipline in PT. Sanbio Laboratories. This study uses correlation to see how big the influence of independent variables and the dependent variable. The population of this study were all employees of PT. Sanbio Laboratories is 67 people, and that is sampled is 50% of all employees of PT. Sanbio Laboratories that is 34 people, with a sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling. Each respondent was given 13 questions using a Likert scale. The results of data processing show that the influence of discipline of fingerprint attendance on employees at PT. Sanbio Laboratories in Gunung Putri is Strong. As evidenced by a simple regression analysis that can be Y = 1.10 + 0.75x , meaning that each increase in score of 1 , it will cause a change in the variable Y with a value of 0.75. This shows that the better attendance then increasing employee discipline.

The population for the study comprised 26,000 undergraduates of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State as at 2016/2017 academic session. The study sample comprised 496 students were selected using a multi-stage sampling procedure. Out of the thirteen faculties, four faculties were selected using simple random sampling technique. Four departments were selected from each of the selected faculties using simple random sampling technique. Purposive sampling technique was used to select graduating students (Parts 4 or 5) from each of the faculties selected. One hundred and twenty-five undergraduates were selected from each faculty, using convenience sampling technique. An instrument titled “social media of Job Search Skills” was adapted from existing standardised instruments and used to collect data. Data collected were analysed using percentage, frequency counts, mean, standard deviation, linear regression, and ordinal logistic regression. The result showed that 21.4%, 55.6% and 23.0% of undergraduates of Obafemi Awolowo University students demonstrated low, moderate and high levels of job search skills respectively. Also, the predictive ability of social media showed that social media (0.323, p< 0.000) had a significant influence on students’ job search skills. Therefore, before providing for education for a vocation, there is a need for planners to try to know which vocations are aspired by the students. Here in this study, different aspects of vocational aspiration was studied with 119 sample students by using simple random sampling technique with the help of self-constructed questionnaire as a tool.

This study aimed to observe how Price, Promotion and Facility can affect customer satisfaction and to analyze the influence of these three variables on customer satisfaction in using Event Services Organizer MCI Management. This research was conducted by questionnaire method to 80 respondents of MCI Management Event Organizer participants and obtained by using simple random sampling technique analyzed in the form of quantitative and qualitative analysis. The result of this study shows that the three independent variables tested have positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction through F test with sig <0,05 and t test value, <0,05 while Adjusted R Square number 0,919 shows 91,9% variation of Satisfaction Customers that can be explained by the three independent variables, where the remaining 8.1% can be explained by other factors outside this study.
