The article presents the results of a study conducted to analyze and evaluate the new pedagogical experience of teachers, received by them in the conditions of distance learning during the period of self-isolation in the spring of 2020. The study was carried out by the method of questionnaires. It was revealed that the majority of teachers assess this period as more difficult in comparison with the period of traditional education, but at the same time consider the experience gained as positive and useful for the future. The teachers noted that they had to master modern digital tools suitable for distance learning (video conferencing services, recording audio and video lectures, online test constructors, etc.), as well as take a fresh look at the capabilities of social networks and messengers and e-learning systems of Udmurt State University. In assessing the degree of mastering by students of educational material in conditions of distance learning, the opinions of teachers differed: most of them believe that students have mastered the material at the same level as in offline conditions or even better, but almost half (44.4 %) noted that there was a decrease in this level. The need to ensure the appropriate quality of education requires finding ways to solve problems arising in the process of distance learning.

This article summarizes the material on the introduction of electronic courses in teaching Russian as a foreign language. Recently, e-learning has become an integral part of the educational process at the university and is used in all forms of education. The relevance of studying existing online courses is due to the need to introduce distance learning courses in the practice of teaching Russian as a foreign language for Spanish-speaking students in a series of entry-level lessons to form language and speech skills of students’. The application of an electronic training course allows one to improve the quality of education through the use of various educational resources. The materials of the article may be useful to teachers of Russian as a foreign language, working with the Spanish-speaking audience.

Education is a factor that determines human welfare so that it can be used as an indicator of the progress of a nation and state. The higher the quality of education of a nation and country, it is certain that the more developed and prosperous the nation and country will be. Educators are expected to be able to change the old paradigm in teaching, namely to convey as many lessons as possible with a new paradigm that emphasizes efforts to help students to be better able to understand, comprehend, or master concepts to solve a problem. The model uses a moodle application that offers a pleasant learning atmosphere, so students are invited to practice growing curiosity, responsibility, honesty and activeness of students. Moodle is a software package produced for internet-based learning activities and websites that use social constructionist pedagogy principles. Moodle is one of the applications of the concepts and mechanisms of teaching and learning that utilize information technology, which is known as the concept of electronic learning or e-learning. Moodle application is very good and interactive in online learning, thus making students not bored in distance learning during the pandemic.

Online classroom management is an innovation in the overall educational process. Its main characteristics - pedagogical communication, digital methodology and quality of learning in the online environment are the main semantic pillars on which this article is built. Empirical results from a teacher survey are presented. Their professional reflection outlines three research profiles: personal professional, pedagogical-methodological, competence-reflexive. In the pedagogical analysis of these profiles a number of conclusions are formed for the management of the online classroom in the process of distance learning. They are related to issues such as basic methodological skills, digital skills of teachers; quality of education, continuing qualification and others. The question is to develop a digital methodology for more successful management of the online classroom in the process of distance learning.

Abstract Distance learning and e-learning have significantly developed in recent years. It is also due to changing educational requirements, especially for adults. The article aims to show the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning. Examples of the 20-year use of the distance learning form of computer science describe the difficulties associated with the implementation and implementation of this form of teaching. The results of students in the full-time and distance form of teaching in the bachelor’s study of computer science are compared. Long-term findings show that distant students have significantly lower scores in the first years of study than full-time bachelor students. In the following years of study, the differences diminish, and students’ results are comparable. The article describes the possibilities of improving the quality of distance learning.

In the system of school education of the Kyrgyz Republic, the problem of developing electronic educational material and introducing it into the educational process of schools is becoming urgent. This goal allows the further implementation of the issue of computerization of school education. This article focuses on the quality of education. To achieve high-quality modern training, the use of electronic materials is required. Electronic materials must be designed in accordance with the rules. Distance learning is currently one of the most topical problems at the intersection of technical and pedagogical disciplines. The widespread introduction of distance learning in secondary and higher education has revealed a significant layer of problems that should be addressed by information technologies specialists, teachers, scientists, psychologists in cooperation with officials. The article discusses the main problems that arose during the transition to distance learning, the solution of which will raise the quality of education to a new level, including after the end of the new type of coronavirus pandemic. Nowadays, globalization has given birth to various forms of non-traditional education. These forms of education are transcending borders and traversing boundaries of space and time. The evolution of information technology in the context of Industry 4.0 has transformed education rapidly and, at the same time, resulted in new problems. This paper discusses the role, the importance and the relationship between lecturers (in universities) and e-lecturers (in the virtual reality environment) when implementing cross-border education. In addition, the article also mentions the changes of universities, lecturers, curriculums and teaching methods when deploying distance e-learning programs in Industry 4.0. The article uses conceptual model, diagrams and interdisciplinary methods such as education, culture, science and technology to investigate e-lecturers’ concept and provide solutions for improving the capacity of lecturers and the quality of teaching cross-border training programs in universities.

Este artículo trata sobre la capacitación del personal docente de la Universidad Estatal a Distancia de Costa Rica en la atención de personas con discapacidad. Esta investigación se basa en una encuesta de carácter descriptivo y su objetivo es diagnosticar la actitud y la experiencia de los profesores y las profesoras de la UNED con relación a la población estudiantil que presenta alguna discapacidad. Se concluye que para lograr una atención de calidad se debe incrementar la especialización de los profesores y las profesoras en la atención a estudiantes con discapacidad.AbstractThe present article deals with training to professors at Distance State University of Costa Rica in the topic of adequate attention to people with special needs. A descriptive research was carried out. The objective of the research was to diagnose UNED professors’ attitude as well as experience related to students with any kind of impairment. <p><em>The problem in the world of education at this time is the quality and quantity of education in the field of information and communication technology. The quality of education can be seen from the quality of education desired by the community and for the quality of education related to the equitable access to education without any gap. One way to overcome these problems is by optimizing the role of information and communication technology in the learning process by using e-learning. E-learning used is using online learning based on Schoology. In this application there are several features that can be used by the teacher in the learning process including uploading material, assignments, discussions and giving test questions using the online quiz system. In the use of E-Learning in the learning process can increase students' learning motivation and can create enjoyable learning so that students in participating in learning activities can be active and achieve maximum learning outcomes.</em></p>
