The introduction of digital technologies into the national economy is intended to accelerate the implementation of exchanges that take place at all stages of manufacturing a particular type of product (service), starting with its production and ending with the sale to the end consumer, which can significantly increase the efficiency of performing tasks while saving time. When studying a number of scientific sources, the authors found that structured and unstructured data sets, as well as a set of approaches, methods and tools for collecting, storing, transferring and transforming them into a certain result (numerical, graphic, etc.) belong to the category Big data, which is one of the key digital technologies. Thus, it has been determined that a certain amount of information, as well as the methods of its processing with the help of software products directly on the computer (construction of economic and mathematical models, graphs, etc.) are a digital object. Profit is a key goal of the functioning of a commercial organization, and forecast plays a significant role both at the stage of initial business planning and in the framework of current activities, which enables the head to make management decisions in a timely manner and adjust the vector of his development. In this regard, the purpose of the study is to develop a digital model that makes it possible to predict the financial results of the activities of economic entities in the region. The authors proposed a digital predictive and analytical model for the functioning of agricultural organizations in the Saratov region, aimed at studying production and financial indicators in dynamics over 10 years, which is based on the method of constructing a polynomial trend line of the second degree and the equations of factors affecting profit (cost, price of a unit sold products, marketability level). The paper presents two versions of the forecast results, the first of which assumes the possibility of maintaining production volumes in the future, and the second takes into account potential changes in this indicator in future periods. In the framework of the study, standard formulas for the equation of the polynomial trend line of the second degree were used, while the role of the variable is played by the analysis period in conjunction with the forecast step. The results of the study are reflected both as a whole for agricultural organizations of the Saratov region, and on the example of individual economic entities of the region: “ZAO PZ Trudovoe”, “OOO Nashe Delo” (Marks district); “OOO Leto 2002”, “OOO Vozrozhdenie- 1” (Tatishchevo district).

According to the program Digital Economy of the Russian Federation adopted in 2017, the share of the population with digital skills should be 40%. Moreover, these skills include not only user skills, but also specific ones related to a specific professional activity. In this regard, higher educational institutions are faced with the task of training personnel who will be able to work effectively in the era of digital development of the economy, namely, to be able to work with end-to-end digital technologies. In order to cope with this task successfully, it is necessary to change the main professional educational programs and include work programs of disciplines in which end-to-end digital technologies become the object and / or means of study. This paper analyzes the problem of the readiness of prospective speech therapists majoring in 44.03.03 special (defectological) education to use end-to-end digital technologies in their professional activities. The authors characterize the course End-to-end digital technologies, which appeared in the 2021/2022 academic year at Samara State University of Social Sciences and Education among first-year students of the Faculty of Psychology and Special Education. Based on the results of the course approbation, the authors formulate conclusions about the advisability of supplementing the training of students with a workshop that allows them to master several applied software products based on end-to-end digital technologies at an in-depth level.

Management accounting of an economic entity in the agricultural sector is a complex multidimensional system. Sustainable development of the subject of business in the agro-industrial complex depends on many heterogeneous factors and conditions, which are understood as the reasons (driving forces) of any process determining its character or its separate features. The order of making decisions depends on the functioning of management accounting. In the context of diversity and heterogeneity of factors, a high degree of their uncertainty, complexity of interactions, study of these factors is a serious problem. Therefore, management personnel should carry out a constant analysis of all factors affecting the enterprise and assess their interaction, which reflects the cause-and-effect relations that characterize the sustainable development of the agro-industrial complex. The aim of the article is the justification of theoretical provisions and the development of practical recommendations for the development of analytical support of management accounting in the management of sustainable development of agricultural organizations. Objectives of the research: to study theoretical aspects and methodological tools, to determine the set of factors of sustainable development of a business entity, to develop absolute and relative indicators, which should be applied in management accounting for assessment and analysis of economic, social and environmental sustainability.

A review of the cyber insurance domain has been carried out with a description of classical terms from the insurance industry. Have been considered two the most comprehensive today definitions of cyber risk in authors’ opinion. A diagram of processes for cyber risk management using insurance has been presented, and the place of cyber-risk among other company’s risks has been demonstrated, i. e. the context of cyber risk among the risks of any commercial organization has been shown. A typical cyber insurance process has been described, and a scheme of cyber insurance processes has been developed. A brief description of problem areas and controversial issues in cyber insurance, with which cyber-risk insurance practices may face, has been presented, as well as a table showing at which stage of cyber-insurance the specific problems may arise. Has been provided the basic economic utility function, which formalizes decision making for agents with a different attitude to risk. Standards in cyber security, and various software products that can be used as a tool for assessing the security level of an enterprise’s IT infrastructure have been presented, and it has been demonstrated how these products can help in cyber risk assessment. Different methods used at each stage of cyber insurance have been shown.

Alternative approaches for the analysis of factors affecting truck accident rates are assessed. The scope of the discussion is methodological in nature, with emphasis on exploring the limitations of each approach. Several important statistical concerns associated with the weighted least squares algorithm for calibrating loglinear models are addressed, including reduced cell membership in the contingency tables of accidents, scaling factors for measuring truck exposure, incompatibility between continuous exposure variables and categorical accident data, and sensitivity of calibrated coefficients to changes in accident characteristics for different data sets. An alternative approach for fitting loglinear models is proposed, which makes use of the generalized linear interactive models (GLIM) package. This approach assumes that the dependent variables in the contingency table of accidents behave in a Poisson-like process with values ranging from 0 to infinity. The calibration of the beta parameters in the loglinear expressions uses maximum likelihood techniques. Continuous exposure variates are incorporated into these models as offsets. As in the classical weighted least squares algorithm, this approach permits a stepwise statistical analysis of higher-order interactions for categorical accident frequency data, while adjusting directly for continuous measures of exposure. The results of a calibration of loglinear expressions for Ontario truck accident data are presented. Key words: truck accident rate, exposure, loglinear calibration, causal interaction.

Several lines of theoretical and empirical evidence suggest that there can be a positive correlation between alpha diversity (genus richness) of marine communities (D) and average longevity of marine genera included in these communities (L). One possible reason for such a correlation is that diversity can be expected to give rise to ecosystem stability, which, in turn, may slow down the extinction of taxa. However, this hypothesis has not been verified on the global scale. The analysis of two large data sets (Sepkoski's compendium of fossil marine genera and the Paleobiology Database) shows that the correlation (1) actually exists and (2) is robust to some possible sources of errors in L and D estimation. Further analysis reveals that the correlation is not a secondary pattern caused by any of the following factors: (1) encounter probability of taxa, which is greatly influenced by differential incompleteness of the fossil record; (2) degree of sediment lithification, which is one of the major factors affecting the preservation of fossils; (3) onshore-offshore gradient; (4) parallel growth of both L and D through the Phanerozoic; (5) paleolatitudinal gradient. Although there may be other factors that influence both L and D in a similar way, the results generally confirm the hypothesis that higher alpha diversity enhances longevity of genera.

Screening of 1520 children living in the Khvalynsk district of the Saratov region, including assessment of urinary excretion of iodine and ultrasonic examinations of the thyroid in children and adults, revealed endemic goiter in the region. Special attention was paid to echographic examination of the thyroid; this method was used in examinations of 161 children aged 2 to 14 with thyroid enlargement of the IIII degree. 103 (64.0 %) of there children had enlarged thyroid, in some children with diffusely enlarged thyroid of the I II dergee ultrasonic examination showed no enlargement, and in some children the gland was found even reduced in size. The greatest discrepancy between the data of palpation and ultrasonography was observed in first-degree thyroid enlargement, the least so in second-degree enlargement; in third-degree enlargement there was no such a discrepancy. Assessment of thyroid structure revealed various disorders of the organ in 29 of the 161 examined children, these disorders present both in enlarged glands and in those of normal or reduced size. Nodes that could not be palpated were detected in 2 children. Ultrasonic examinations of 56 adults aged 20 to 60 revealed changed structure of the thyroid in 35, with nodes of various sizes and localization detected in 15 of these.

The work is devoted to an overview of modern trends in the design, research and use of hydraulic machines in the drives of mechanisms and transmissions. The analysis of the use of hydromechanical transmissions has been carried out. The advantages and disadvantages of hydromechanical transmissions in comparison with mechanical ones are described. A brief overview of modern approaches to the design of new products, taking into account the existing information technologies, is carried out. We have analyzed modern software products designed to support the project at different stages of the product life cycle. It has been found that at the present time the appearance of individual variants of highly specialized software with a modern interface for synthesizing the structure of a designed product does not make it possible to solve the problems of synthesis and structural analysis of hydro-mechanical transmissions. A review of the analysis of operational factors affecting the fault tolerance and operating parameters of hydrostatic transmissions in general and hydromechanical transmission in particular is carried out. We have also considered the examples of technical solutions that allow to reduce the number of failures associated with the influence of one factor or another, as well as allow to reduce its influence on the parameters of the mechanism. The analysis of sources with information on the study of the parameters of hydrostatic transmissions using field tests or the mathematical apparatus developed by the authors is carried out. The ways of solving problems arising at the stages of design research are outlined. Keywords: design, hydrostatic transmission, hydromechanical transmission, influence of operational factors, synthesis

AbstractWith the rapid advancement of sequencing technologies, next generation sequencing (NGS) analysis has been widely applied in cancer genomics research. More recently, NGS has been adopted in clinical oncology to advance personalized medicine. Clinical applications of precision oncology require accurate tests that can distinguish tumor-specific mutations from artifacts introduced during NGS processes or data analysis. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop best practices in cancer mutation detection using NGS and the need for standard reference data sets for systematically measuring accuracy and reproducibility across platforms and methods. Within the SEQC2 consortium context, we established paired tumor-normal reference samples and generated whole-genome (WGS) and whole-exome sequencing (WES) data using sixteen library protocols, seven sequencing platforms at six different centers. We systematically interrogated somatic mutations in the reference samples to identify factors affecting detection reproducibility and accuracy in cancer genomes. These large cross-platform/site WGS and WES datasets using well-characterized reference samples will represent a powerful resource for benchmarking NGS technologies, bioinformatics pipelines, and for the cancer genomics studies.
