Based on fish scales, we can determine the age of fish, as well as the rate of growth of the individual from birth until the time of capture. The paper presents a method for determining the rate of growth of fish and the example of their practical application to determine the protective size limit of fish, on the example of barbel in Poland. The available data on the growth rate of barbel in Polish rivers, based on 12 field surveys carried out in 1948–2004 was compared. The growth rate of barbel in different habitats is variable. Barbel growth depends on the size of the river and thermal conditions. The results were compared with maturation age of barbel. Protective size limit definited for barbel, which is 40 cm, is correct. All populations of barbel can reproduce at least once before they reach the preservative size. Most of the populations may reproduce at least two or three times.

The digital economy is growing and developing rapidly, especially in Russia. Nevertheless, the main scales numbers could be different in relationship to the others spheres including human capital. The major aim of this study is to estimate how digital technologies can affect human capital, glean out the correlation dependences of factors between digital economy and human capital and factors that affect the most of human capital in the different regions of Russia. During the going of this research were taken 8 federal areas of Russia and analyzed the effect of digital technologies that belong to the digital economy on human capital in the way of forming different correlation factors. The main method of research was chosen the quantitative analyze. The source of data was base of data of Federal Statistics Service. After completing the research the authors demonstrated and prove the following: there are the factors of digitalized economy that strongly influencing the level of growth of human capital and there are factors that don’t do it, and taking this factors into account authors of this research took all the regions and highlighted and put them in different categories them basing on that what impact they give at their best and their lowest. The practical aspect of this research makes it possible to use the results obtained when introducing digital technologies to increase the level of human capital of economic agents at all levels of management in the country resources. The theoretical aspect of this research is in the recognition of social and economic systems of regions, which on their level impact the growth of human capital.

The article substantiates the digitization of the agrarian sector as a major trend that determines not only the economic but also human development. Digitalization is defined as the process of transforming information into a digital form, and such a process which more or less touches absolutely all spheres of life making first of all qualitative changes and influencing human development itself. In Ukraine where the agrarian sector is in fact the locomotive of economic development, its digitalization becomes the main task that needs practical application. Today significant achievements of Ukrainian agricultural companies in the direction of digitalization can be observed but a large number of problems still need to be addressed and remain challenges for the future. First of all the focus should be on combining the use of digital technologies with the appropriate training of workers of all levels capable of working in the new environment. Then it is possible to ensure both the fulfillment of economic goals and the achievement of human development goals. To do this Government supporting programs for the agrarian sector's digitalization at all levels are needed.

Introduction. Restrictive measures applied to perpetrators of domestic violence are a relatively new type of criminal law measure provided for in current criminal law. The legislative and scientific novelty of these measures, the inconsistency norms of legislative acts, which regulate the procedure for their appointment and implementation, cause problems and difficulties in their practical application. Purpose. Analysis of the practice of restrictive measures provided for in paragraph 5 of Part 1 of Art. 91-1 of the Criminal code of Ukraine, revealing of problems and difficulties of their appointment and performance and statement of offers concerning possible overcoming of these problems, by elimination of legislative gaps and contradictions. Results. The article analyzes the practice of prescribing and implementing such restrictive measures applicable to perpetrators of domestic violence as "direction for program for abusers" and "direction for probation program". Problems and difficulties that arise due to the ambiguity of the wording of criminal law, the inconsistency of regulations governing the appointment and implementation of relevant measures, as well as the lack of professionalism of the judges. In particular, it was established that the judges did not specify which restrictive measure provided for in paragraph 5 of Part 1 of Article 91-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine should be applied to the convict, because it contains two different in content and procedure. This makes it impossible to enforce the sentence. Also, the lack of a mechanism for interaction of probation authorities with local state administrations and local self-government authorities makes it impossible for probation authorities to exercise control over convicts who are sent to undergo a program for abusers. Conclusion. It is proposed to amend Art. 91-1 of the Criminal code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About probation" and other regulatory legal acts, for the purpose of elimination of the analyzed problems of application of restrictive measures.

The introduction of digital technologies into the national economy is intended to accelerate the implementation of exchanges that take place at all stages of manufacturing a particular type of product (service), starting with its production and ending with the sale to the end consumer, which can significantly increase the efficiency of performing tasks while saving time. When studying a number of scientific sources, the authors found that structured and unstructured data sets, as well as a set of approaches, methods and tools for collecting, storing, transferring and transforming them into a certain result (numerical, graphic, etc.) belong to the category Big data, which is one of the key digital technologies. Thus, it has been determined that a certain amount of information, as well as the methods of its processing with the help of software products directly on the computer (construction of economic and mathematical models, graphs, etc.) are a digital object. Profit is a key goal of the functioning of a commercial organization, and forecast plays a significant role both at the stage of initial business planning and in the framework of current activities, which enables the head to make management decisions in a timely manner and adjust the vector of his development. In this regard, the purpose of the study is to develop a digital model that makes it possible to predict the financial results of the activities of economic entities in the region. The authors proposed a digital predictive and analytical model for the functioning of agricultural organizations in the Saratov region, aimed at studying production and financial indicators in dynamics over 10 years, which is based on the method of constructing a polynomial trend line of the second degree and the equations of factors affecting profit (cost, price of a unit sold products, marketability level). The paper presents two versions of the forecast results, the first of which assumes the possibility of maintaining production volumes in the future, and the second takes into account potential changes in this indicator in future periods. In the framework of the study, standard formulas for the equation of the polynomial trend line of the second degree were used, while the role of the variable is played by the analysis period in conjunction with the forecast step. The results of the study are reflected both as a whole for agricultural organizations of the Saratov region, and on the example of individual economic entities of the region: “ZAO PZ Trudovoe”, “OOO Nashe Delo” (Marks district); “OOO Leto 2002”, “OOO Vozrozhdenie- 1” (Tatishchevo district).

The article deals with the issues of customer identification using new modern technologies that make it possible for banks to carry out more effective measures to counteract the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime. The author analyzes the current Russian legislation and regulations of the Bank of Russia in terms of remote identification of individual customers for individual banking operations. The mechanism of remote identification is considered, within which a technological infrastructure has been developed, including a Single biometric system and a Single identification and authentication system. The article notes that the introduction of remote identification provides advantages for both banks and Bank clients. The ability of banks to use identification data obtained by other credit institutions is the main goal of changes to the remote identification procedure. At the same time, credit organizations in such cases, taking into account the recommendation of the Basel Committee, should not forget to implement the “know your customer” policy. The paper examines the practice of Russian banks in the framework of pilot projects on the use of blockchain technology for remote identification and storage of information in relation to customers, in particular, on the example of a pilot KYC Project based on Masterchains. The author identifies the main legal risks of using new digital technologies, and emphasizes the need to ensure the safety of personal data.
