Membentuk kepribadian anak memiliki moral yang baik sangat penting. Apalagi di zaman sekarang semuanya serba canggih dan dengan mudahnya mempengaruhi anak-anak meninggalkan kewajiban untuk belajar dan kegiatan selayaknya seorang muslim. Menanggulangi permasalahan tersebut MA Darul Hikam Kertonegoro Jenggawah Jember menerapkan pembiasaan kegiatan keagamaan dalam membentuk karakter religius. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pembiasaan kegiatan keagamaan dalam membentuk karakter religius. Penelian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis field research. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman dan Saldana. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) pembiasaan sholat dhuha dalam membentuk karakter religius yaitu membiasakan siswa tepat waktu, berjama’ah, dan khusyuk dalam beribadah; 2) pembiasaan kegiatan pembacaan asmaul husna dalam membentuk karakter religius membiasakan siswa untuk berdzikir serta membiasakan siswa untuk disiplin dan tanggung jawab dalam menghafal nama-nama Allah; 3) pembiasaan kegiatan khotmil Qur’an dalam membentuk karakter religius yaitu saling bekerjasama dalam mengkhatamkan Al-Qur’an serta membiasakan siswa untuk selalu membaca Al-Qur’an; 4) pembiasaan kegiatan pembelajaran terjemah Al-Qur’an dalam membentuk karakter religius yaitu membiasakan siswa untuk lebih cermat, seksama serta sungguh-sungguh dalam menerjemah Al-Qur’an sehingga mampu memahami kitab Allah dan mampu memperbaiki tingkah lakunya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Moreover, in this day and age everything is very sophisticated and it easily influences children to leave the obligation to study and do activities like a Muslim. Overcoming these problems MA darul hikam Kertonegoro Jenggawah Jember implements the habituation of religious activities in shaping religious character. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of research file. data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using interactive models of miles, huberman, and saldana. The validity of the data used source and technique triangulation. The results of this study are 1) the habituation of Duha prayer in forming religious characters, namely accustoming students to being on time, in congregation and being devoted to worship, 2) habituation of reading Asmaul Husna in forming religious characters accustom students to dzikir and accustom students to discipline and responsibility in memorizing the names of Allah, 3) habituation of Qur'anic khotmil activities in shaping religious character, namely working together in understanding the Koran and accustoming students to always reading the Qur’an, 4) habituation of learning activities to translate the Qur’an in forming religious characters, namely accustom students to be more careful and earnest in translating the Qur'an so that they are able to understand the book of Allah and be able to improve their behavior in everyday life. Penelitian ini mengkaji kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SMA N 4 Magelang dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual SMA N 4 Magelang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan penelitian di lapangan (field research). Teknik pengumpulan data, berupa observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Kesimpulan penelitian ini, yakni ROHIS sebagai lembaga yang ada di sekolahan yang memiliki kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan. Kegiatan tersebut berimplikasi pada pengembangan pengetahuan dan wawasan agama Islam peserta didik yang kurang tergarap pada kegiatan-kegiatan pembelajaran Pendidikan agama Islam di kelas. ROHIS juga membantu siswa dalam menggali potensi diri, kreativitas, pengalaman keagamaan dan menguatkan keimanan.[The paper examines extracurricular at SMA N 4 Magelang in developing emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence. The study uses a qualitative approach in the field (field research). Data collection techniques, in the form of observation, documentation, and interviews. The conclusion talks ROHIS as an institution in schools that have religious activities. These activities have implications for the development of knowledge and insight into spiritual faith students who have not been explored in religious worship with learning activities in the classroom. ROHIS also helps students to explore their potential, creativity, religious experiences and strengthen their faith.]

This study aims to explain how the distribution of productive zakat in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra and how the effectiveness of productive zakat distribution in improving the welfare of mustahik in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method, which is a problem that guides researchers to explore and photograph situations that will be thoroughly investigated, broadly and deeply. Data collection techniques with field research, while the tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study inform that in distributing productive zakat funds, Rumah Zakat is in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat. The distribution of productive zakat carried out by the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra through the Senyum Mandiri Program to mustahik in Medan Helvetia Subdistrict has been effective, because it can improve the welfare of mustahik, this is evidenced by the income of eight of thirteen mustahik people in total, five people whose income is fixed and four out of eight people whose income has increased has reached the level of muzaki.

<span lang="IN"><em>This study aims to analyze the management of YBW Al-Ikhsan Kudus waqf assets for orphans. This type of research is field research with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with observation, interview and documentation and data analysis are done inductively. The result of the study shows that the management of YBW Al-Ikhsan Kudus waqf assets is still consumptive and still has the potential to be productive. YBW Al-Ikhsan Kudus keep trying to produce waqf assets because some of the waqf assets that can produce have not been managed maximally by way of utilization of wakaf asset directly and indirectly. The opportunities and challenges of asset management of YBW Al-Ikhsan Kudus based on SWOT analysis are; S-O strategy, which is by optimizing the potential of waqf assets through the utilization of vacant land, cooperation with LKS, investment training nadzir, the formation of waqf savings. The S-T strategy, namely nadzir, must apply good management principles in the development of waqf assets. W-O strategy, that is with participation and active role wakif, nadzir, and foundation for empowering asset waqf. While the W-T strategy, namely by making the priority scale and innovation in empowering asset waqf.</em></span>

This study aims to describe the implementation of learning ablution using a qualitative approach, descriptive method. Reseacrh informants are teachers. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques with data triangulation techniques. The results of the implementation of learning ablution in the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten Dar El-Iman 2 Padang City were carried out well. The activities of implementing ablution leraning are carried out using simulation methods and exercises. The simulation method shows the teacher who directly teaches the implementation of ablution to children, the steps from beginning to end using hand mevements then the child follows. The teacher signals to the child as if in front of him there is water when in fact it is not, this is done to make it easier for the child to remember the steps of performing ablution. In the practice method of performing ablution worship every week, so that children can understand and apply it in everyday life and children can do the implementation of ritual ablution as taught by the Prophet Muhammad. The implementation of ablution learning has been effective. Keyword : Implementation of worship learning, worship ablution.

<p align="center"><strong><em>Abstrak</em></strong></p><p align="center"><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p>The purpose of this study was to find out what roles PGMI students can play as agents of change during the COVID-19 pandemi. This type of research is a field research with a qualitative approach. In collecting data, researchers used interview techniques. In particular, the problems that the researchers raised in this study were; What is the role of students as agents of change in supporting children's learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemi? The focus of this research is in the neighborhood where the students live, namely the Pantura area, covering Kudus, Pati, Jepara, Demak. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive-analytical method. Data collection techniques through interviews. This study resulted in a conclusion that the role of students as agents of change in the education sector during the Covid-19 pandemi includes; become a facilitator in learning activities, create fun learning, provide education about healthy lifestyles, instill adab, provide skills to children.</p><p><strong><em><br /></em></strong><em></em></p><p align="center">Abstrak</p><p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran apa saja yang dapat dilakukan mahasiswa PGMI sebagai agent of change di masa pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan Teknik awancara. Secara khusus, permasalahan yang peneliti angkat dalam penelitian ini adalah; bagaimana peran mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran anak pada masa pandemi Covid-19? Lokus penelitian ini adalah di lingkungan tempat tinggal siswa yakni wilayah Pantura, meliputi Kudus, Pati, Jepara, Demak. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif-analitis. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu kesimpulan bahwa peran mahasiswa sebagai Agent of change dalam bidang pendidikan di masa pandemi Covid-19 meliputi;  menjadi fasilitator dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, memberikan edukasi tentang pola hidup sehat, menanamkan adab, memberikan keterampilan pada anak.<strong></strong></p>

Madrasas will be able to develop if educational facilities and infrastructure support the learning process. The purpose of this research is to describe the management of facilities and infrastructure in MI Qurrota A'yun. This research is a field research using descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The main subject in this study is the headmaster of the madrasa. Data collection methods used in this research are interviews and observation. Techniques used for data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the management of facilities and infrastructure in MI Qurrota A'yun there are several stages, including: 1) planning of facilities and infrastructure by analyzing the whole beforehand, 2) procurement of facilities and infrastructure, 3) inventory of facilities and infrastructure, 4 ) the use or use of facilities and infrastructure by the madrasa, educators, and all students must be monitored by the selected party madrasa, 5) maintenance of facilities and infrastructure is very important for educators and students so that the goods in the madrasa remain under supervision and care

The purpose of this study is to discuss how the Role and Responsibilities of the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) Against the Syariah Prosperous Bank (SRB) of the Yogyakarta Prosperous Fund. This type of research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The object of research is on the SRB in Yogyakarta. The data collection techniques include observation, interview and documentation. While the data analysis technique, researchers conducted a qualitative analysis by describing the results of field observations, observations and documentation. From the results of the study obtained the answer that the supervision carried out by the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) of the Syariah Prosperous Credit Bank (SRB) Yogyakarta Prosperous Fund is not yet fully maximized. In fact, only a small proportion of them have really conducted good supervision. The DPS's awareness of their responsibilities is still not fully realized, which in the end the DPS's participation in the Bank's daily activities cannot be done, even the DPS's arrival to the BPRS to conduct supervision is also very rarely done.

The purpose of this study was to determine the use of madrasah e-learning in optimizing the learning of al-quran hadith for Class VII students of MTsN 1 Bojonegoro. The research design used in this study includes field research. With a qualitative research approach. This research was conducted at MTsN 1 Bojonergoro. Data collection techniques in this study used structured and in-depth interviews regarding optimizing the use of e-learning madrasas in al-quran hadith subjects and data analysis in this study using interactive models, data reduction, drawing conclusions and verification. While the results of this study used madrasah e-learning at MTsN 1 Bojonegoro has been running optimally for implementing distance learning. The problem that occurs in learning using E-learning was on the internet network and the quota must be sufficient for students and teachers because sometimes students and teachers who live in remote areas and did not have internet quotas were very difficult to access. so that quota assistance was needed for students and teachers so that learning using e-learning continues to run optimally.

Marriage can not be implemented if the brides or one of the bride has not reached the age limit that has been determined, which is 19 years for men dan16 years for women. This statement specified in Law No. 1 Year 1974 on Marriage Article 7 paragraph (1). If a man or woman who try to carry out the marriage before that age she must obtain a permission in the form of dispensation of marriage proposed by both parents or guardian of the man or woman to the courts in the area. But the establishment of the Religious Court Panel in Kediri on the application for dispensation of marriage in the case Number: 0024 / Pdt.P / 2014 / PA.Kdr, marriage dispensation petition should be filed by the bride. This study aims to determine the legal considerations of Religious Court in Kediri in defining marriage dispensation which the petition is filed by the bride him/herself, without the presence of parents or guardians in the trial, as well as reviewing the legality of the applicant of such determination.As in this study, the authors used a qualitative approach and field research, while the method of data collection is interview and documentation. The data analysis process was done through data reduction,  data presentation, and conclusion.The results of this study concluded that there are seven consideration of the judge in granting the request for dispensation of marriage without a parent or guardian, namely: 1) The procedural law which applied in the Religious Court of Kediri, 2) The reason for the filing of dispensation of marriage is because the bride is pregnant before the marriage, 3 ) there is no prohibition to marry the bride, 4) the readiness of the bride, 5) There is goodness for the brides, 6) The is an obstacle for the parents to be present during the trial, 7) Maturity of the applicant. As the legality of the applicant of such determination is legitimate, it means that the assignment is not null and void because it already contains a series of proceedings in the trial and it is not considered as reducing the parts of the proceedings. Based on the terms of the substance of the determination, it has a formal function and can be implemented, meaning that copies of such determination can be used as a requirement for marriage in the Office of Religious Court. Such designations have a power from the applicants, in this case the Court of Kediri establishes a state where the applicant can marry to the partner, although age is still under the provisions of Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974.
