This study aims to determine the role of facilitators who facilitate farmer groups, especially in cocoa crops and know the various obstacles faced by the accompaniment in the assistance activities of cocoa farmer groups in North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The study lasted for three months from February to April 2017. The data collected in the form of primary and secondary data. Primary data collected through interviews with 5 farmer groups and taken by deliberate were 3 farmers group of Advanced and 2 groups of Beginner Farmer Group. Each group of farmers is taken as many as 6 people consisting of the management of farmer groups namely chairman, secretary, treasurer and 3 members. Total of respondents amounted 30. Secondary data were obtained from the Office of Agriculture and District Offices in North Bolaang Mongondow. Data analysis was used descriptive analysis. The results of this research showed that the counselor was instrumental in empowering the cocoa farmer groups in both the beginner and advanced farmer groups in intensification and rehabilitation activities. The role of companion is categorized as a very important role that is 88.3%. This can be seen from the corective and enhacement in the way of gardening. The constraints faced by counselors, especially at the beginner level farmers, are the fear of to take risk of failure in production so that they have not dared to try new technologies.

This study aims to determine how the role of Ora et Labora Farmers Group in increasing the productivity of wetland rice farming in Taratara Satu Village, Tomohon Barat District, Tomohon City. The Ora et Labora Farmer Group was choose purposevly and all the board members and members of the Farmer Group as respondents. This study used primary data and secondary data. Primary data was carried out by direct interviews with 10 farmers who were members and board members of the Ora et Labora Farmer Group. Secondary data was obtained from the Taratara Satu Village Office in Tomohon Barat Subdistrict, local bookstores, the internet through google scholar to get electronic books, journal articles and theses that related to the research topic on the role of Farmer Groups in increasing productivity of lowland rice farming. The data analysis method used in this study is descriptive analysis and then interpreted to draw conclusions. The results showed that there was an increase in farm productivity compared to before joining the Ora et Labora farmer group. Ora et Labora farmer group has played a role in increasing the productivity of rice farming in farmer groups in Taratara Satu Village, Tomohon Barat Subdistrict, Tomohon City, therefore was classified to the good category.-*eprm*

The purpose of this study are identifying the types and the role of the subsystems of production facilities in the agribusiness system cassava managed by Farmer Group of Sungai Suci, subsystem farming analyzed in agribusiness system cassava managed by Farmers Group in Sungai Suci, analyze subsystem agroindustry in the agribusiness system managed by Farmer Group in Sungai Suci, analyze marketing subsystem in cassava agribusiness system managed by Farmers Group in Sungai Suci, identifying the types and subsystems supporting role in the system of cassava agribusiness managed by Farmer Group in Sungai Suci.The determination location methode is purposive. Respondents determination in this study using census methode in the Sungai Suci Farmer Group. Data collected was primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, farming analysis, agroindustry analysis, and marketing channels analysis.The result showed that Cassava farm incomes on average per ha in one growing season is the real income is Rp 18.681.033, unriil revenue is Rp 12.626.045 Cassava agroindustry every month have the income namely: from the farmers directly to agroindustrial Cassava Farmers Sungai Suci and from farmers to collectors village level and then to the consumer artisans cassava processing while the processed agroindustrial cassava there are three grooves, namely: mocaf flour processing Rp 1.707.500,- Rengginang Rp.1.650.693-, and Rp.2.513.400 chips. Flow marketing of cassava includes two strands, namely: from the farmers directly to agroindustrial Cassava Farmers Sungai Suci and from farmers to collectors village level and then to the consumer artisans cassava processing while the processed agroindustry cassava there are three grooves, namely: from farmer groups to consumers artisan cakes and households, the second from farmer groups to household consumers, and a third of farmers' groups to a merchant retailers and then to consumers. Subsystems supporting role in agribusiness systems of cassava in the Sungai Suci Farmers Group is Women Farmers Sungai Suci and the Government cooperation. Keywords: agribusiness, cassava, farmer group

This research aims to know the relation of administration with farmer group class in East Langowan Subdistrict of Minahasa Regency. The study was conducted from April to July 2017. The data used were primary data obtained through the administrative examination of the activities and financial administration of each farmer group and direct interviews using questionnaires that were asked to the heads of farmer groups in East Langowan Sub District. Secondary data obtained directly from books, and articles. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis by using table. The Research results showed that the three classes of farmer groups in East Langowan Subdistrict of Minahasa Regency consisting of Beginner Class, Advanced Class and Middle Class, have no relationship with the administration of farmer groups in East Langowan District of Minahasa Regency. The better the administration of a farmer group does not mean that the farmer group should be at the highest grade level.

Research conducted to obtain empirical evidence how the influence of independent variables of intellectual intelligence to accounting with moderating variables of emotional and spiritual intelligence. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with explanatory descriptive or explanatory research. This method is an explanatory research that proves the existence of causal relationship of independent variable (independent variable) that is intellectual intelligence; moderating variable (emotional and spiritual intelligence); and dependent variable (accounted dependent variable). Research begins by conducting library search, followed by primary data collection conducted by using questionnaires and secondary data through data analysis. And for the use of data analysis consists of descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and verification analysis with the method of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). This study is a census study with homogeneous and limited population of 92 students, all students of Accounting Graduate Program at UNSOED. Conclusion of research result that is: (1) Intellectual intelligence have influence either positively or signifikan to accountancy. Thus intellectual intelligence can lead students to more easily understand accounting, (2) Intellectual intelligence can be strengthened by emotional intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly. (3) Spiritual intelligence can strengthen the influence of intellectual intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly.

The role of agriculture in the economic development of this country is still very important, besides being a fuel provider, this sector also contributes significantly to the development of workforce which is expected to have an increase in the change in the level of poverty. The Ministry of Agriculture has a vision and mission in alleviating poverty by rolling out various forms of programs to increase capital for farmers. Farmers who have developed their level of education, improved changes in the economic and political structure, began to understand to form a farmer group that had the goal of obtaining and obtaining mutual assistance included in the agricultural program of the government, such as the UPSUS Pajale Program. Farmers who are members of farmer groups will strengthen the ability of their groups to manage and channel the Pajale UPSUS Program assistance that requires improving farm safety consisting of indicators; the role of members of farmer groups, suitability of group services, collectivity, and resolution of local wisdom that still requires in its farming activities. The success of farmer groups can not be separated from social capital which is the main foundation that must be owned by farmers as group members. Mangkuprawira (2010) describes the support of social capital in farmers such as social norms, mutual trust, networking, cooperation, mutual relations, participation, and commitment that will be directly connected to the success of the UPSUS Pajale (soybean) program being rolled out by the government, and seen from three indicators namely; successful output, successful results, and successful benefits. The UPSB Pajale Program in East Lampung Regency is held from February to March 2019. The data used are primary and secondary data with the Mix-method research method. The sampling technique used was the Proportional Stratified Random Sampling with a total sample of 140 farmers who were members of a farmer group receiving the 2017 UPSUS Pajale Kedelai Program in East Lampung Regency. Data processing is done qualitatively and quantitatively. Data is arranged qualitatively using descriptive analysis, while quantitative data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis, which uses the LISREL 8.80 program. The results showed the value of R2 = 0.71, which means that the second variable namely Farmer Institutional Performance and the Existence of Farmer Social Capital contributed 71 percent and was significant to the Success of the UPSUS Pajale Program in East Lampung Regency.Keywords: Farming Institution, Existence of Social Capital, and UPSUS Pajale Program

The success of developing a village cannot be separated from the role of the Village Head and the entire community. A developed village can be seen from the adequate facilities and infrastructure. The head of government has a big responsibility for the progress of his village in order to create a prosperous society. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the role of the village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village and how the Siyasah Fiqh and Village Law review the role of the village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village. This type of research is classified as field research (field research), which is descriptive analysis, namely research that tells and describes data sourced from primary data through interviews, observations and reports in the form of documents and secondary data by conducting library research in the form of Al- Qur'an, Hadiths, opinions of scholars, laws and regulations, documents and books and other scientific works. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the role of the Li-Eue Village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village is generally less than optimal so that it is less trustworthy or responsible for the duties as village head. Judging from the existence of several developments that have not been implemented. And less transparent and less mobilizing community participation. Review of Siyasah Fiqh and Village Law, namely leaders who are less trustworthy and less responsible.

The paper titled "Deradicalisation Crime Of Terrorism Actors By Police", aims to identify and analyze the role of the National Police in the process of deradicalization of the criminal terrorism in Indonesia, the benefits of deradicalization, as well as the challenges and solutions faced by the National Police in the implementation of the deradicalization.This study uses the Juridical Sociological Approach, with descriptive analysis models, which use the type and source of primary data that is the result of interviews with police personnel and ex-terrorist, as well as secondary data source that literature on the various sub - laws that exist in Indonesia. Also in this study, the authors also used the descriptive method of analysis. That in the end all results were analyzed by using the theory of Aristotle and theory of Justice usefulness of Jeremy Bentham.Based on the research that has been analyzed, then it was concluded that the role of the National Police in deradicalizing the task is enormous, as evidenced by the reduction in the number of terrorism cases in Indonesia from year to year. In addition, the benefits of deradicalization can reduce the number of perpetrators of terrorism by changing the target ideology. But it is undeniable that the Police still face many obstacles, which in this study the authors provide some solutions to these obstacles.Keywords: Deradicalisation; Ideology; Police; Terrorism.

This study aims to determine and analyze licensing arrangements that seek to be integrated electronically (Online Single Submission-OSS) in legislation, the application of OSS in Pekalongan City, and to know and analyze the constraints of OSS implementation in Pekalongan City and its solutions. This study uses a sociological juridical approach with descriptive analysis research specifications. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and literature study. Data analysis method used is qualitative analysis. Furthermore, based on the results of the study it can be concluded: that 1) Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018 On Electronically Integrated Business Licensing seeks to regulate all licenses in Indonesia, but in practice the implementation can only reach a portion of licensing in Indonesia; 2) The issuance of PP 24/2018 does not regulate the transition period of its enactment, the OSS system is not ready, the NSPK has passed the stipulation 15 (fifteen) days since the issuance of the PP, the OSS system has not used Digital Signature, and the weak aspects of supervision, and inefficiency in obtaining permits.Keywords: OSS; Integrated Business Licensing; PP; NSPK.

Puger Beach 35 km northwest of the city of Jember known as a fish auction, will Puger Beach has a very interesting beauty with a large waves also can be used for surfing. Another potential that can be developed is the island of Nusa Barong is located not far from Puger Beach, Development of attractions that must be done with more focused and sustainable.The formulation of this research is how is the strategy of puger beach tourism development in increasing the tourists in Jember District Government? So the purpose of the research is to analyze the strategy of puger beach tourism development in increasing the tourists. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by conducting interviews to tourism managers, the public. Related offices and visitors who are in the location of research, while secondary data obtained from BPS, Department of Culture and Tourism Kab. Jember, libraries and internet, data analysis techniques used using Descriptive Analysis method while to obtain tourism development strategy using SWOT analysis.Based on the results of data analysis and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded tourism object. Puger Beach can be developed using aspects of attractiveness, accessibility aspects, aspects of activities and facilities, social, economic and cultural aspects. Fluctuation in the price of red chili pepper is an old problem in the horticultural product trade, moreover, the high level of red chili pepper consumption also has an impact on the sensitivity of red chili pepper prices in the market. The cause of this fluctuation is not only due to production and productivity factors of red chili pepper but also due to distribution factors and the role of marketing of each agency. The purpose of this study was (1) to describe the institutions involved in the marketing of red chili pepper; (2) to analyze the functions and roles of institutions in the marketing of red chili pepper; (3) to analyze the potential of institutional development in producing marketing recommendations system in the future. This research was conducted in North Sumatra by selecting 3 districts, namely Karo Regency, Deli Serdang Regency, and Dairi Regency. The data method used was a survey method with qualitative data analysis. The data used consisted of primary data (observation, interviews, and questionnaires) and secondary data (literature study). The method of processing and data analysis used was descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed: (1) there are 2 main institutions in the marketing of red chili pepper, namely a marketing agency and a farmer institution; (2) those institutions have different roles in the marketing of red chili pepper and the results of the research show that marketing agencies have a bigger role in marketing red chili pepper; (3) the existing STA is the potential for farmer level institutional development. It is necessary to strengthen farmer level institution without forgetting farmers and also marketing institutions that play a role in the red chili marketing system.
