Has conducted research to determine the derivation of quantum guarded command language (qGCL) program for average. Initially calculation of average value was made in guaded command language (GCL) which is then implemented on a digital computer into the Pascal programming language. Furthermore GCL to calculate the average value was analyzed again to be made in the quantum guarded command language (qGCL). qGCL implementation is on a quantum computer is a future computer could perform calculations very quickly because it uses a superposition state is referred to as quantum bits (qubits). Keywords : GCL, qGCL, Quantum Computer

This paper describes the process ofdeveloping an instruction-level simula tion of a digital computer for program checkout, with particular reference to a simulation of the Viatron 2140/2150 minicomputers on the IBM 360. The architecture of these computers is described. Design decisions to be made in simulator development are then covered, including programming language, data representation, approach to timing, and debugging facil ities. A method ofreducing the size of the simulator by "paging" the simu lated memory into and out of the host computer's core memory is discussed. Results of operational use of the simulator are given. Through out, emphasis is placed on those factors which tend to differentiate the simulation of a minicomputer from the simulation of a commercial data- processing computer.

Quantum computing is a field that aims to exploit the principles of superposition and entanglement to perform computations. By using quantum bits (qubits) a quantum computer is able to perform certain tasks more efficiently when compared to classical computers. While applied quantum computing is still in its early stages, quantum algorithms on simulated quantum computers have already been applied to certain problems in epidemics modeling and image processing. Furthermore, companies like Google and IBM continue to develop new quantum computers with an increasing number of qubits. While much progress has been made in the recent years, the so called ”quantum supremacy”has not yet been achieved, and quantum computing appears to be still unsuitable for most applications in biomedical sciences.

This research was motivated by the weakness of teachers in carrying out the learning process in Bandar Laksamana 1 Public Middle School. The purpose of this study is to improve the skills of teachers teaching in the classroom with the help of supervision. This research was conducted at Bandar Laksamana 1 Public Middle School. This research is a classroom action research consisting of two cycles with. Each cycle consists of four stages such as planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of the study show that on the basic score, teacher teaching skills are included in the sufficient category with an average score of 60.21. After improvements were made in the first cycle, the results of the teacher's skills assessment increased to a good category with the teacher's average score of 75.54. For the implementation of the teacher's skills assessment in teaching in the second cycle again increased with a very good category with an average value of 85.75. Based on the results of the above research, researchers can conclude that with the implementation of supervision in Bandar Laksamana 1 Junior High School can improve teacher skills in teaching.

On a classical computer or a binary computer, calculations are done simultaneously so as to produce the equations and algorithms. The result of this research shows that to determined maximum value specified in the algorithm using quantum Guarded-Command Language (qGCl) in quantum computer. Initially determine of maximum value was construct in Djikstra’s Guarded-Command Language (GCL) which is then implemented on Zuliani’s probability Guarded-Command Language (pGCL) furthermore applying to quantum Guarded-Command Language (qGCL) for last result. Of concern here is the speed in resolving a problem or calculate problem. Due to the Quantum Computer has a Quantum Bit (qubit) and a phenomenon commonly called superposition. Keywords: GCL, pGCL, qGCL, quantum computer.

In this chapter, the authors present a way of measuring the similarity between two Web applications. For this, they define the degree of similarity between two Web applications, taking into account only the Webpages composed of HTML tags. The authors also introduce an algorithm used to calculate this value, its implementation being made in the Java programming language.

The need for increased memory space and higher speed in computers has fueled the demand for smaller and faster computers. However, as the computer chips miniaturize, it becomes inevitable that we need to look at the possibility of manipulating and addressing atoms and molecules individually. One such possibility is a feasibility study of a quantum computer. In this report, we summarize some of the progress made in experimental realization of quantum computer in the last few years.

The main cause of the decline in the existence of air Cihampelas service is so expensive. So many people are switching using Cihampelas land as Travel between cities for example, as alternative means. This transport is rated more pocket friendly, because the cost offered is more affordable. But the community is still very minimal in the Kokoro which is about the availability of a successful trip. This is due to the provision of tickets that are still conventional. Therefore, by utilizing technology officials in the current communication, the author is interested to create a travel reservation system application that can run in a smartphone. This app will only be devoted to Android-based smartphones. The creation of this app uses Android Studio with Java as its main programming language. The application also uses the PHP Framework and MySQL databases with servers that are online. With this application, prospective Jeti can Kokoro about accurate travel related from the time, route, village TARIFF i.e. make a reservation and payment can be made in a grip anytime and anywhere.

Quantum communications are becoming very quickly a reality. There are huge advancement made in the field of quantum internet. Recently, IBM has announced the first commercial quantum computer with 20 qubits. Given all the advancements in the field, in this paper we investigate how quantum technologies can be applied in maritime communications. In this paper we address the problem of international maritime flag signals. More exactly, we proposed some quantum communication schemes for international maritime signal flags. We are also study the efficiency and security boost that quantum communications give in this type of maritime communication.
