this study aims to determine how the implementation is an inventory of regional assets in the regional financial and asset management agency of Riau province, and to find out what are obstacles in the implementation of the asset inventory, The theory used in this study was the Asset Inventory by Sugiyama in Muthiah Sangadji using 3 indicators (Data Collection, Recording, and Reporting). To be able to answer these problems the researcher used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach / in this qualitative research the writer used data collection techniques in the form of observation, Interviews and documentation then analyzed based on the research problem. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Regional Asset Inventory at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Riau Province, Seen from the 3 indicators (Data Collection, Recording and Reporting) has not been carried out properly because there are still deficiencies in controlling activities such as the implementation of the merging of inventory cards and there are still delays in making a report. The constraints in this study are the lack of human resources, The method of data collection of assets is not optimal, and not yet orderly in administration.

The PTSL target has increase from year to year, SIAP as an innovation technology by the Land Regional Office of Province DIY was made with the aim to accelerating juridical data collection in PTSL. The objectives of this study were (1) to determine the potential of SIAP implementation in the Land Office of Tebo Regency; and (2) there are supporting and inhibiting factors when the implementation of SIAP. Qualitative method with descriptive approach and the data collection by purposive sampling were used to answer research questions. The results showed that: (1) SIAP, which has been adjusted to the conditions of Tebo Regency, is able to recording 14-15 juridical data files / hour or approximately 4 minutes / file; and (2) there are 3 main categories as factors supporting and inhibiting the use of SIAP, namely human resources, facilities and infrastructure, and costs / budget. The conclusion of this study is SIAP can be used to accelerate the juridical data collection in Tebo Regency after its parameters are customized with the local condition. Target PTSL terus mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun, SIAP sebagai sebuah inovasi dari Kantor Wilayah BPN Provinsi DIY dibuat dengan maksud untuk percepatan pengumpulan data yuridis dalam kegiatan PTSL. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui potensi penerapan SIAP di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Tebo; dan (2) faktor-faktor yang menjadi pendukung maupun penghambat dalam pemanfaatan SIAP. Metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan pengumpulan data secara purposive sampling digunakan untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) SIAP yang telah disesuaikan dengan kondisi yang ada di Kabupaten Tebo mampu membantu perekaman data yuridis sebanyak 14-15 berkas/jam atau kurang lebih 4 menit/berkas; dan (2) terdapat 3 kategori utama sebagai faktor pendukung dan penghambat penggunaan SIAP yaitu sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana, serta biaya/anggaran. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah SIAP mampu digunakan untuk percepatan pengumpulan data yuridis di Kabupaten Tebo pasca disesuaikan parameternya.Kata Kunci: PTSL, SIAP, data yuridis

The Lamongan District Peace Ring Foundation needs training and development for former terrorism convicts, so that they can escape from radical networks and become qualified human resources. This study aims to describe the training strategy and human resource development and the factors that support and obstruct it at the Lamongan District Peace Ring Foundation. ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to describe management related to asset management in places of worship. The object of research is the garden assets. This research was conducted at Baitul Hakam Pelindo III Perak Mosque in Surabaya. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This study uses data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Number of informants, namely 1. Deputy chairman of takmir 2. Garden employees. In general, it can be concluded that the Baitul Hakam Mosque is a typical office mosque because it is located in the Pelindo office area. Garden management activities at Baitul Hakam Pelindo III Perak Surabaya Mosque are also running or in accordance with existing theories and realities. Namely applying management elements which include Man (human), Money (money), Materials (objects), Machines (machines / tools), Methods (ways), and Markets (markets). Takmir Baitul Hakam Mosque has also carried out functions in the management process which include planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. In addition, it can also be seen that the work system implemented by the Baitul Hakam Takmir Mosque such as a finger scan every entry and return, various rewards and punishments for employees can also make the park management activities at Baitul Hakam Mosque run well.ABSTRAKTujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan terkait Manajemen Pengelolaan aset pada tempat ibadah. Objek penelitian ada pada aset pertamanan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di masjid Baitul Hakam Pelindo III Perak Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Jumlah informan, yaitu 1. Wakil ketua takmir 2. Pegawai taman. Secara umum, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Masjid Baitul Hakam adalah tipikal masjid perkantoran dikarenakan letaknya di area perkantoran Pelindo. Kegiatan manajemen pertamanan di Masjid Baitul Hakam Pelindo III Perak Surabaya juga berjalan atau ada kesesuaian dengan teori dan realitas yang ada. Yaitu menerapkan unsur-unsur manajemen yang di antaranya Man (manusia), Money (uang), Materials (benda), Machines (mesin/alat), Methods (cara), dan Markets (pasar). Takmir Masjid Baitul Hakam juga telah menjalankan fungsi-fungsi di dalam proses manajemen yang diantaranya adalah perencanaan (planning), pengorganisasian (organizing), penggerakan (actuating), dan pengawaasan (controlling). Selain itu juga dapat diketahui bahwa sistem kerja yang diterapkan oleh Takmir Masjid Baitul Hakam seperti finger scan setiap masuk dan pulang, berbagai reward dan punishment bagi para pegawai juga dapat membuat aktivitas manajemen pertamanan di Masjid Baitul Hakam berjalan dengan baik.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses komunikasi kelompok dalam metode pembelajaran sentra di TK Zaid bin Tsabit. Penelitian ini mendiskusikan tentang proses komunikasi kelompok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan peneliti ada dengan studi pustaka, penelusuran data secara online, wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi dengan 3 orang informan kunci yaitu guru di TK Zaid bin Tsabit serta 3 informan pendukung yaitu Kepala TK Zaid bin Tsabit dan 2 orang tua murid. Uji keabsahan data dengan peningkatan ketekunan, triangulasi dan diskusi dengan teman sejawat, teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan evaluasi.Hasil penelitian ini bahwa Proses komunikasi yang terjadi merupakan komunikasi langsung yang terjadi dua arah dan dilakukan terus menerus untuk membentuk kemandirian anak. Proses komunikasi yang terjadi dalam kelompok metode pembelajaran sentra membentuk kemandirian anak. Proses komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh guru kepada anak dilakukan dengan memberikan arahan-arahan kepada anak serta contoh dari arahan yang telah disampaikan oleh guru.Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah metode pembelajaran sentra membentuk kemandirian anak lewat komunikasi yang dilakukan guru secara terus menerus, karna melalui pembelajaran sentra anak diminta untuk melakukan segala sesuatunya sendiri dalam pengawasan guru. Saran yang diberikan adalah guru harus lebih kreatif dalam memberikan materi pada metode pembelajaran sentra serta bersikap lebih tegas dalam mendidik anak dan melakukan komunikasi yang berkelanjutan dengan orang tua murid. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This study was conducted to determine the process of group communication in the center learning method at TK Zaid bin Tsabit. This study discusses the process of group communication. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques carried out by the researcher were with literature studies, online data searches, interviews, observation and documentation with 3 key informants namely the teacher at TK Zaid bin Tsabit and 3 supporting informants namely TK Head Zaid bin Tsabit and 2 parents. Test the validity of data by increasing perseverance, triangulation and discussion with colleagues, data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and evaluations.The results of this study that the communication process that occurs is direct communication that occurs in two directions and carried out continuously to form the independence of children. The communication process that occurs in a group of central learning methods shapes children's independence. The process of communication carried out by the teacher to the child is done by giving directions to the child as well as examples of directions that have been delivered by the teacher.The conclusion of this study is that the central learning method shapes children's independence through continuous communication by the teacher, because through central learning children are asked to do everything themselves in the supervision of the teacher. The advice given is that the teacher must be more creative in giving material to the central learning method and be more assertive in educating children and making ongoing communication with parents.

ABSTRACTBackground : Medical record is one of the most important pillars that can not be considered trivial in a hospital, with the development of medical scienceCommon Purpose : To find in-depth information about the implementation of medical records at the hospital Widiyanti PalembangResearch Method : Qualitative research design with data collection techniques are conducted in triangulation, The data analysis is inductive, and the results of the study are emphasized more at the meaning than the generalization. The Research Results : the Implementation of medical records have been running but there is no medical record organization, the implementation of medical record activities done by rolling. Human Resources (HR) medical records should be placed specifically in the medical record along with clear tasks. Method of organizing medical record has been run although the result is not optimal, because Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) that made not socialized. Facilities and infrastructure that support the implementation of the medical record is good, marked by the existence of a special records archive medical records. Facilities and infrastructure such as chairs, desks, computers, patient registration books and outpatient registration and inpatient services are available, do not have budget funds for medical record implementation, especially by sending medical recruiter for trainingConclusion : Implementation of medical records have been running but not optimal.

Abstract: The technical instruction number: 002/JUKNIS-300.UK.01.01/II/2019 dated on 1-02-2019 concerning Complete Systematic Land Registration Program Based on the Community Participation (Juknis PTSL-PM) enables the presence of community involvement as the manifestation of Article 42 paragraph (1) of the Regulation of the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/Ka.BPN Number 6 of 2018. The practice can be found in Bojonegoro District which has started the PTSL–PM program before the issue of the technical instruction of PTSL-PM so that it causes issues related to the compatibility of the technical instruction of PTSL-PM implementation with the participative mechanism occurred in Bojonegoro District. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the implementation of the technical instruction of PTSL-PM. This research used qualitative research method through descriptive approach. The result of the research found that from 97 description of the activities as the comparison instrument, 48 activities were not appropriate, while 42 activities were appropriate (the activities type contains participation which is not regulated in the technical instruction of PTSL-PM) and 7 activities have not been studied so that those were not included in the research object. The components related to the working map, land data collection formation basic, and measurement method used were the components which affect the implementation of technical instruction of PTSL-PM the most. Land office of Bojonegoro District cannot perform the technical instruction of PTSL-PM fully since the participation method uniformity is not possible considering the community characteristic, human resource, and facilities-infrasturure which are different in each region.Keywords: PTSL, Community’s Participation, Technical Instruction Intisari: Petunjuk Teknis Nomor 002/JUKNIS-300.UK.01.01/II/2019 tentang Kegiatan PTSL Berbasis Partisipasi Masyarakat (Juknis PTSL-PM) memungkinkan adanya keterlibatan dari masyarakat sebagai perwujudan dari Pasal 42 ayat (1) Permen ATR/Ka.BPN Nomor 6 Tahun 2018. Praktiknya di Kabupaten Bojonegoro telah memulai program PTSL-PM sebelum diterbitkannya Juknis PTSL-PM sehingga menimbulkan persoalan terkait kesesuaian pelaksanaan Juknis PTSL-PM dengan mekanisme partisipatif yang telah terjadi di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Juknis PTSL-PM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dari 97 uraian kegiatan sebagai instrumen pembanding, 48 kegiatan tidak sesuai, 42 kegiatan sesuai atau dapat disesuaikan (jenis kegiatan bersifat partisipasi namun tidak diatur dalam Juknis PTSL-PM) dan 7 kegiatan belum diteliti sehingga bukan merupakan objek penelitian. Komponen yang berkaitan dengan peta kerja, dasar pembentukan pengumpul data pertanahan dan metode pengukuran yang digunakan merupakan komponen yang paling mempengaruhi pelaksanaan Juknis PTSL-PM. Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Bojonegoro tidak dapat melaksanakan secara penuh Juknis PTSL-PM karena keseragaman metode partisipasi tidak dimungkinkan mengingat karakteristik masyarakat, sumberdaya manusia dan sarana prasarana memiliki perbedaan di setiap daerah.Kata Kunci: PTSL, Partisipasi Masyarakat, Petunjuk Teknis

The purpose of this research is to find out how the SANTRI PTSL application can accelerate the juridical data collection and the feasibility of developing the SANTRI PTSL application. Using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach and data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. SANTRI PTSL is an application that helps the work of the juridical task force. The output of the SANTRI PTSL application is a form of application for land registration that has been filled in automatically following the data submitted by the community to the officers. After training and simulating the use of the SANTRI PTSL application for juridical data collection officers, it is seen that this application is able to accelerate the collection and processing of juridical data, and in terms of the feasibility of developing this application it is also suitable for use in the Kampar Land Office after the feasibility test and simplification of the application forms according to the format used by the Land Office. By using the SANTRI PTSL application, the Kampar Land Office can optimize existing human resources and save time in completing PTSL activities. Inovasi pertanahan guna mendukung percepatan kinerja dan pelayanan pertanahan terus diupayakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana aplikasi SANTRI PTSL dalam mempercepat pengumpulan data yuridis dan kelayakan pengembangan aplikasi SANTRI PTSL. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif deskriptif, pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi dan wawancara.Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi SANTRI PTSL yang diimplementasikan dapat mengoptimalkan SDM yang ada dan menghemat waktu dalam penyelesaian kegiatan PTSL. Aplikasi ini layak digunakan setelah dilakukanya pengembangan dan penyederhanaan blanko permohonan disesuaikan dengan standar yang ada pada Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kampar. Aplikasi ini juga mampu mengintegrasikan data fisik dan data yuridis untuk mempermudah pengadministrasian pertanahan pada Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kampar.Kata kunci: Pendaftaran Tanah, Inovasi, SANTRI PTSL

The issuance of regulations and appeals to the way of electronic media communication language in several universities are driven by lecturers' complaints about the number of communication from students via telephone, SMS, email, Whatsapp which is less ethical, in this case language plays an important role, the wording in non-communication Verbal through electronic media provides opportunities for considerable discontinuity in the meaning of sentences, because without visible intonation and expression, so it does not rule out the possibility of multi language interpretations of lecturers and students. This problem is said to be the generation difference is the reason for the creation of communication language discontinuity. This study aims to determine how the discontinuity and how the discontinuity forms of electronic media communication between lecturers and students. With descriptive qualitative research methods, the methods of data collection analysis, data condensation, display, and verification to find the results of the formulation of this research problem. The results observed are discontinuities in the language of communication between students and lecturers found in ways of communication that are not following the descriptive ethics intended by lecturers of the Faculty of Islamic Religion. The form of language discontinuity in student and lecturer communication is in the choice of diction.

This study aimed to see how the implementation of the Hizbul Wathan scouting movement to improve the character of student leadership in MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu. This type of research is to use qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were the principal, the coach of Hizbul Wathan, the class teacher, students. Data collection is done by interviews, observations, and documentation. While in data analysis, using techniques in a way, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The scouting movement of Hizbul Wathan's development in MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu since its inception tends to be stagnant and not optimal. The obstacles that exist make the implementation of the scout movement hizbul wathan less than the maximum to improve the character of student leadership in MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu.
