This study is to test the effect of information and brand liking support for habitual buying behavior. This research sample of 100 respondents, taken based on Purposive Sampling .The data analysis uses PLS software. This path analysis technique will be used in testing the amount of contribution shown by the path coefficient on each path diagram of the causal relationship between variables X1, X2, on Y. Information support have a positive and significant effect on habitual buying behaviour Brand liking negative effect on habitual buying behavior and information is able to mediate the effect between brand liking on habitual buying behaviour. information and brand liking had positively and significantly influenced the consumer’ responses to habitual buying behavior. The findings of this study contribute to the theory of habitual buying behaviour, namely information and important factors in realizing habitul buying behaviour.

This  study  is  to  test  the  effect  of hedonic shopping, shopping lifestyle to impulse buying online. This  research  sample  of  100 respondents,  taken  based  on  Purposive  Sampling .The  data analysis  uses PLSsoftware3.  This  path  analysis  technique  will  be  used  in  testing  the  amount  of contribution  shown  by  the  path  coefficient  on  each  path  diagram  of  the  causal  relationship between variables  Hedonic shopping (HS), Shopping Lifestyle (SL), on Impulse Buying (IB). Hedonic shopping support  have  a  positive  and  significant  effect  on impulse buying. Shopping lifestyle positif effect on impulse buying and shopping lifestyle able to mediate the effect between hedonic shopping on impulse buying. Hedonic shopping and shopping lifestyle had positively and significantly influenced the consumer’ responses to impulse buying.The findings of this study contribute to the theory of impulse buying online, namely hedonic shopping and shopping lifestyle important factors in realizing impulse buying online.

ROA is a comparison between pre-tax profit and total bank assets. Factors that can influence ROA must be observed by bank management in order to obtain optimal ROA. Optimal ROA shows that banks are able to make good use of assets owned to generate profits. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of CAR, NPL, DER and LAR partially on ROA in commercial banks on the IDX for the period 2013-2015. The sample in this study were banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2015, which totaled 31 banking companies, which were taken using the census method. Data collection is done by nonparticipant observation methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between CAR and ROA. NPL shows a significant negative effect on ROA. DER shows a significant negative effect on ROA, and LAR shows a significant positive effect on ROA. Keywords: CAR, NPL, DER, LAR, ROA

Earnings management is driven by number of factors that are wrong to say leverage. One way to reduce management actions taken by management is the existence of good corporate governance in the company. This study aims to find evidence that is used to influence corporate earnings management in moderating the effect of leverage on earnings management. This research was conducted in all non-financial companies recorded in the Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) in 2011-2016. The method of determining the sample used is purposive sampling. The number of companies that meet the requirements is 5 companies with 30 observations. Data collection is done by non-participant techniques. The data analysis technique used is Moderation Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of the study, namely leverage has a negative effect on earnings management. This study also found that Corporate Governance was able to moderate the influence of leverage on earnings management. Keywords: Earnings Management, Leverage, Corporate Governance

The purpose of this research is to study YouTube advertising research on consumer responses. The theory used is the theory of advertising value (informativeness, credibility, entertainment, irritation) and consumer response theory (awareness, knowledge, preferences, preferences, beliefs, purchases). This research is quantitative, while the research method is a survey with a type of explanatory research. The population in this study 344 people were students of STIKOM Interstudi year 2016-2017. To determine the sample size using the Slovin formula, collecting 100 respondents. The technique of answering data is done by closed question questionnaire, observation, literature, and literature study. While the data analysis technique is done by processing data using SPSS, analyzing data with statistical formulas and interpreting them. The results of this study are among YouTube advertisements on consumer responses showing strong results.

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, liquidity, and company size on profitability in state-owned companies listed on the Indonesian state-owned enterprise website in 2016 - 2018. This research uses a quantitative approach. This study uses secondary data from company financial and annual report, the sample consists of 65 stated-owned companies. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression, classic assumption test, and the hypothesis test consists of  the t-test. Based on the results of data analysis known that capital structure has a insignificant negative effect on profitability, liquidity has a significant positive effect on profitability, and company size has a significant negative effect on profitability. The results of this study are expected to be useful for managers in making decisions related to company management, beneficial for investors in choosing investments, and being useful as a reference for further researchers who studying profitability variables

The research aims to know the: Influence of time budged pressure and skepticism of auditors to audit quality. The population in this research were Inspectorate of West Sumatra Provinc. The sample is determined by total sampling method, that all apparaturs of Inspektorate of West Sumatera Province. The data used in this research is primary data. This research used quetionnaires instrument as much as 32 respondents. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result showed that: (1) Time budged pressure has significant negative effect on audit quality, where the tcount  -2,268 < ttable  2,048407 at sig 0,031 < α 0,05, (2) skepticism didn’t significant effect on audit quality, the tcount 0,442 < ttable  2,048407 in sig 0,662 > α 0,05.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of green marketing Tool's on consumer buying behavior. This research was conducted on Philips LED lighting products in Denpasar. The number of samples chosen was 112 people, with purposive sampling method. Data collection was done through questionnaire, with data analysis technique used is multiple liniear regression. The results of this study show that the tool of green marketing tool that consists of eco-label, eco-brand, and environmental advertisement have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing behavior. This shows that consumers who realize the importance of environmentally friendly products can encourage the decision to purchase a product.

readiness to change in the Hospital of Muhammadiyah Malang University. Methodology: This research sample of 129 respondents, taken based on Purposive Sampling of Muhamadiyah University Hospital’s employee population. This path analysis technique will be used in testing the amount of contribution shown by the path coefficient on each path diagram of the causal relationship between variables X1, X2, and X3 on Y. Main Findings: Self-efficacy and perceived organizational support have a positive and significant effect on willingness to change, and self-efficacy is able to mediate the effect between perceived organizational support on readiness to change. Self-efficacy and perceived organizational support had positively and significantly influenced the employees’ responses to change readiness at Muhammadiyah Malang hospital. Applications of this study: This study’s findings contribute to the theory of organizational change that self-efficacy and perceived organizational are essential factors in realizing organizational change. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study’s novelty is that this study uses the concept of self-efficacy and perceived organizational support as essential factors that influence organizational change. Both of these essential factors are a unity system that needs to be considered in making organizational changes.

This study aims to determine the important factors that can affect the capital structure of companies in the construction construction sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). There are 3 (three) important factors that can affect the capital structure, namely: profitability, asset structure, and liquidity. This research uses purposive sampling in the method of determining the sample so that it gets 9 companies which are the samples of this study. Data used in the form of secondary data taken for 6 years in the period 2012-2017. Multiple linear regression as a data analysis technique used. The results obtained from this study are 1) variable profitability has a significant negative effect on the capital structure of the company's construction construction sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX); 2) asset structure has a negative and significant effect on the building construction sub-sector of the company on the IDX; and 3) liquidity has a significant negative effect on the capital structure of the company's construction construction sub-sector on the IDX. The aim of this study is to examine the effect of work stress on employee performance with locus of control (LoC) as moderating variable. This research was conducted at Hotel Novotel Bali Benoa with 73 employees as sample. Samplingtechnique used was probability sampling, especially proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaire containing 24 indicators of job stress, LoC, and employee performance. Data analysis technique implemented was Moderated Regression Analysis. The findings show that work stress is negatively affect employee performance. Locus of control has significant effect on the performance of the employees. In contrast to expectation, internal LoC has negative effect employeeperformance. Additionally, LoC emerges as moderating variable at the effect of work stress on employee performance
