The main target of the Lembaga Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPkM) UMI program for SMK Penerbang Techno Terapan is to prepare early for the ability of the students of the Mining Geology Department to be able to starter Mining Geotechnics before entering the world of work, this is related to the Geology and Mining fields in the learning process teaching in high schools. The problems experienced by partners are limitations in knowledge regarding Mining Geotechnics, especially in open mines and underground mines, with this training, it can indirectly teach students to interpret Geotechnical data in the field and assist in working neatly, planned and effective every time, so that the expected result is to facilitate knowledge and improve the quality of students in learning Mining Geotechnical training. Abstrak Program Lembaga Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPkM) UMI kepada mitra SMK Penerbang Techno Terapan Makassar adalah mempersiapkan secara dini kemampuan para taruna-taruni Jurusan Geologi Pertambangan agar dapat menguasai Geoteknik Tambang sebelum memasuki dunia kerja, hal ini terkait dengan bidang Geologi dan Pertambangan dalam proses belajar mengajar di sekolah. Permasalahan yang dialami oleh mitra yaitu keterbatasan dalam ilmu pengetahuan berkenaan Geoteknik Tambang terutama pada tambang terbuka dan tambang bawah tanah, dengan adanya pelatihan ini, secara tidak langsung dapat mengajarkan kepada taruna-taruni untuk menginterpretasikan data Geoteknik yang ada dilapangan dan membantu dalam bekerja secara rapi, terencana dan efektif setiap waktu, sehingga  hasil yang diharapkan adalah memperlancar ilmu pengetahuan dan peningkatan kualitas para taruna-taruni dalam mempelajari dan menguasai pelatihan Geoteknik Tambang.

Progress in information technology that is so fast is expected to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. In the world of information technology education can help and support the learning process. Especially now all the learning process activities can be done online. Progress in information technology must also be supported by quality human resources. In this case the teacher is very instrumental in the utilization of information technology in the world of education. Because the teacher is one of the education supervisors who will encourage the advancement of the quality of education in Indonesia. But in reality the quality of teachers in Indonesia is inadequate. There are still many teachers who cannot use information technology in learning especially for teachers who are senior or old. As teacher supervisors, they must improve the quality of their performance in using technology. To improve the ability of teachers to use technology, ongoing training is needed to use technology. The role of the head of the school as a supervisor is also needed, namely the principal is obliged to supervise, control, and approach the teacher in terms of the use of technology in the learning process.

Abstract This research is intended to see students’ creativity level on microteaching subject of Islamic Education Major Program Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teachers’ Training of IAIN Surakarta in 2015. This research was descriptive. The 6th semester students of Islamic Education Major Program were the participants of this research in micro teaching class. Interview and document were used as the instruments with the microteaching lecturer as the informant. Interactive analysis was applied for data analysis. The results show that the quality of students’ creativity in developing lesson plan as follows: (1)The lesson plan (RPP) developed before teaching improves learning quality (2)the interactive activities mentioned in the lesson plan (RPP) contain the learning strategies and facilities encouraging teaching and learning process (3)learning goals were achieved during the teaching and learning process. (4)the learning techniques is associated with the component of instructional system (5)teaching media was used to conduct conducive learning situation (6)some contents emphasized in the lesson plan (RPP) were suitable with the instructions existed in course book and curriculum (7)some specific activities done by the students in the learning process are their ways to master the materials they taught (8)The learning focus is emphasized on PAIKEM (Active, Innovative, Creative, Effective, and Fun Learning) and on evaluation to check the result, process, and comprehensible instruction. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kreatifitas siswa pada pembelajaran micro teaching pada jurusan Pendidikan Agama Islam, Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan IAIN Surakarta tahun 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa mata kuliah micro teaching semester VI. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumen yang mana dosen mata kuliah tersebut menjadi informan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kreatifitas para siswa pada matakuliah micro teaching sebagai berikut: 1)Pembuatan RPP dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. 2)kegiatan interaktif yang tertera dalam RPP berisi langkah-langkah strategi pembelajaran interaktif dan fasilitas yang mendukung proses belajar mengajar; 3)tujuan didapatkan dalam proses belajar mengajar. 4)teknik pembelajaran dilakukan dan disesuaikan dengan kandungan dari sistem instruksional. 5)penggunaan media ajar kondusif. 6)penekanan yang dipaparkan dalam RPP disesuaikan dnegan instruksi yang ada dalam buku dan kurikulum. 7)hal-hal spesifik yang dilakukan para mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran merupakan strategi untuk menguasai materi yang akan diajarkan. 8)fokus dalam pembelajaran ditekankan pada PAIKEM (Pembelajaran Aktif, Inovatif, Kreatif, Efektif, dan Menyenangkan) dan evaluasi untuk mengetahui hasil, proses, dan instruksi yang komprehensif. To make it easier for principals in conducting supervision activities supervision techniques are needed. The experts differed in formulating the stages of the supervising techniques but basically remained the same. The core academic supervision competence is to foster lecturers or instructors in improving the quality of the learning process. Therefore the target of academic supervision is the lecturer or instructor in the learning process, which consists of the main material in the learning process, preparation of syllabus and lesson plans, selection of strategies /methods / techniques of learning, use of media and information technology in learning, assessing the learning process and results and classroom action research. When we compare with the quality of the best education in the world, Indonesia can catagorized as far behind. This can be seen from the achievments of students who become rejected measuring education quality in improving the qualitu of education, education supervision has very important role in developing education quality.

Currently the entire field has been supported by technology, especially the world of education in the learning process to determine the quality of a college graduate. In the world of education Perguruan Tinggi Raharja has implemented iLearning learning methods to achieve the learning objectives. Graduate students are given learning experiences using methods iLearning the learning process using the media Ten Pillar IT iLearning (TPi). But the learning process is not running properly and still undeniably versatile use paper as a method of learning in general, Therefore at this time to achieve the learning objectives very effectively implement methods Learning Management System (LMS) iDu which can be accessed online anytime and anywhere easily. The purpose of this study to determine measure the success of the learning process at MIT class that still use manual systems in the learning process . This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive correlational survey method . Sample collection techniques in this study was based on the results of the student survey MIT classes . Data collector by using questionnaires and documentation . Results from the study showed that the better level the results of the learning process to use iDu’s system where students could complete the learning easily anywhere and anytime . In this journal Identified there are three (3) the problems faced and the solutions given are by utilizing campus Learning Management System (LSM) iDu. Do 8 (eight) literature review as a post-graduate study materials. And there were 13 (thirteen) advantages and 1 (one) shortcomings of this study. The implementation is done in the course MasteringInformation Technology (MIT). This study is expected to improve the quality of graduates from graduate students in Perguruan Tinggi Raharja.

<p><em>The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the world, including Indonesia, requires taking a stand in preventing wider transmission, including the education sector. In this regard, the Ministry of Education and Culture has taken a firm stance through several circular letters relating to education policies in the emergency period of the spread of Covid-19.</em><em> </em><em>The distance learning process is a solution that is not yet optimal in its implementation. There are things that must be considered in this distance learning, among others, the quality of teacher resources must be improved, both in terms of content and methodology as well as in terms of the use of information technology. In addition, students are also less active in participating in this distance learning, both due to an unstable internet network and in terms of providing a limited internet quota. The purpose of writing this article is to study and understand the problems in learning activities during a pandemic, namely distance learning so that students can participate actively and interestingly.</em><em> </em><em>This study used a qualitative and observative approach. The results of this study prove that distance learning (PJJ) during the Covid-19 pandemic caused various responses and changes to the learning system that could affect the learning process and the level of development of students in responding to the material presented. </em></p>

Information technology today is very much needed by every society, especially during the current pandemic. The development of information technology which is increasingly rapid in the current era of globalization cannot be avoided anymore its impact on the world of education. Global demands call upon the world of education to always and constantly adapt technological developments to the steps in improving the quality of education, especially adjusting its use for the world of education, especially in the learning process. There are many learning media technologies in the form of platforms that are used in every educational institution, at the school level to streamline the learning process carried out, such as classrooms, google forms, quizizz and zoom. PLSP Group of the Indonesian Education University, Purwakarta Campus, endeavors to solve problems through extension programs and instructional media training for teachers. The goal is that the skills of teachers in making teaching materials using learning media based on information technology and the internet can be improved.

Abstract: Education is a process to humanize human beings. Therefore, the methods employed by the teacher should provide valuable characters since students make the teacher as the central figure in the process of learning. Moreover, the world’ figures that serve valuable morals for students are currently in crisis. In this void, therefore, the field of education should be triggered by improving the quality of teacher’s performance,especially for the religious teacher. The religious teacher is highly demanded to give valuable characters in all aspects of life. Hence, the educational process is not only to transfer knowledge but also to build moral values   to students. Teacher’s modelingplays a vital role in the teaching-learning process. In accordance to this, the religious teacher also functions as a spiritual father for students who provides knowledge, moral values, and justification. In this case, the teacher requires not only to have adequate pedagogical skills, but also to be able educate students well. This is due to the fact that education is aimed not only to transfer knowledge, but also to build valuable character,that is the teacher’s ability to provide model of valuable attitude and positive values to students.

Abstract: In this era of globalization, teachers are very dominant in self-actualizing to educate the nation in facing the challenges and competition in the world, so that they are required to improve their professionalism in dealing with any existing problems. Solutions to answer the problems faced by teachers arise in the following questions: Who is the teacher? What is the role of the teacher both as a teacher and in relation to their students? How to manage the quality of the teaching and learning process on children's self-development in the context of interest in learning? The answers are: (1) a teacher is a professional educator who educates, teaches a science, guides, trains, provides assessments, and evaluates students. (2) the role of the teacher to work holistically. The teacher not only carries out his duties as a teacher, but becomes an example and a companion to his students. (3) the teacher must be able to manage the class very well so that in every learning process, children can be interested and respond when a teacher delivers a material. Abstrak: Dalam era globalisasi ini guru sangatlah dominan di dalam mengaktualisasi diri untuk mencerdaskan bangsa dalam menghadapi tantangan dan persaingan dunia, sehingga dituntut untuk meningkatkan profesionalnya dalam menangani setiap masalah yang ada. Solusi untuk menjawab persoalan-persoalan yang di hadapi oleh guru muncul dalam pertanyaan sebagai berikut: Siapakah guru itu? Apakah peranan guru baik sebagai guru dan berhubungan dengan anak didiknya? Bagaimanakah mengelola kualitas proses belajar mengajar terhadap pengembangan diri anak dalam konteks minat belajar?  Jawabnya adalah: (1) guru adalah seorang tenaga pendidik profesional yang mendidik, mengajarkan suatu ilmu, membimbing, melatih, memberikan penilaian, serta melakukan evaluasi kepada peserta didik.  (2) peranan guru bekerja secara holistik. Guru tidak saja menjalankan tugasnya sebagai seorang pengajar, tetapi menjadi teladan dan teman bergaul bagi para muridnya. (3) guru harus dapat mengelola kelas dengan sangat baik sehingga dalam setiap proses pembelajaran, anak dapat tertarik dan meresponi ketika seorang guru menyampaikan sebuah materi.

Abstract: The learning process in schools during the Covid-19 pandemic had many problems to face. Abstrak: Proses pembelajaran di sekolah pada masa pandemi Covid-19 mempunyai banyak permasalahan yang dihadapi. Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda dunia termasuk Indonesia mengharuskan mengambil sikap dalam mencegah penularan yang lebih luas, termasuk sektor pendidikan. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan mengambil sikap tegas melalui beberapa surat edaran berkaitan tentang kebijakan pendidikan dalam masa darurat penyebaran Covid-19. Tulisan ini mengkaji pelaksanaan kebijakan pendidikan dalam masa pandemi Covid-19 berkaitan dengan kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Proses pembelajaran jarak jauh merupakan solusi yang dalam pelaksanaannya belum optimal secara keseluruhan. Ada hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh ini antara lain sumber daya guru harus ditingkatkan kualitasnya, baik dari segi konten maupun metodologi juga dalam hal pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Selain itu, peserta didik juga kurang aktif dalam mengikuti pembelajaran jarak jauh ini, baik itu disebabkan jaringan internet yang kurang stabil maupun dari segi penyediaan kuota internet yang terbatas. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk mempelajari dan memahami permasalahan dalam kegiatan pemebelajaran di masa pandemi yakni pembelajaran jarak jauh agar peserta didik bisa mengikutinya dengan aktif dan menarik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan observatif. Hasil kajian ini membuktikan bahwa pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) di masa pandemi covid-19 ini menimbulkan berbagai tanggapan dan perubahan pada sistem belajar yang dapat mempengaruhi proses pemebelajaran serta tingkat perkembangan peserta didik dalam merespon materi yang disampaikan.

The teaching and learning process needs to be done well and directed. Good quality of learning will certainly produce good learning outcomes. The learning process at SMK Al-Huda, South Lampung is still done through face-to-face. For this reason, Al-Huda Vocational School needs to develop an online learning system to facilitate teachers in sharing material, assignments and conducting examinations. And can facilitate students in obtaining material, collecting assignments and doing exam questions. The design of this system is made using the PHP programming language, MySQL database and usecase diagrams. The results of testing the system using the blackbox method involved 8 respondents and the results showed that the system built was in accordance with user requirements and could run very well.
