The paper is focused on the process of students’ professional competence formation. The major emphasis is on the competencies related to social and educational activities in the context of the commercialization of education. The authors’ biggest contribution is a specially designed model. It describes the formation of students’ professional competence in social and educational activities. Professional competencies of students are a qualitative integral manifestation of personal traits with a focus on social and educational activities. It includes a certain level of individual development and the mastering of special knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as self-development that contribute to the successful implementation of professional activities in the context of the commercialization of education. The formation of professional competencies is presented as a focused, systematic process. There is much evidence that this process requires a systematic pedagogical, psychological, and special knowledge to develop skills and abilities in organizing and conducting social and pedagogical work. The content of this process is a complex activity targeting professionally significant qualities, the acquisition of systematized knowledge and skills in the field of social pedagogical activity. The results of the study are of much importance for practical use in the university. The proposed model allows identifying the levels of formation of students’ professional competencies

Основными из них, на наш взгляд, являются: использование в образовательном процессе вуза педагогических технологий, моделирующих будущую профессиональную деятельность; овладение компонентами профессиональной компетентности в ходе педагогической практики. Актуальность статьи связана с усилением интереса к проблемам формирования профессиональной компетентности будущих педагогов в вузе. Раскрываются содержание и направления системы профессиональных компетенций будущего педагога, обосновывают необходимость новых педагогических технологий, способствующих эффективному формированию профессиональных компетенций будущего педагога. В статье дано понятие о «компетентности» и «профессиональной компетентности». Аnnotation: The article discusses the modern view on the professional competence of future university teachers. The content and directions of the system of professional competencies of the future teacher are revealed, they justify the need for new pedagogical technologies that contribute to the effective formation of the professional competencies of the future teacher. The main ones, in our opinion, are: the use in the educational process of the university of pedagogical technologies that model future professional activities; mastering the components of professional competence in the course of teaching practice. The relevance of the article is associated with increased interest in the problems of the formation of professional competence of future teachers at the university. The content and directions of the system of professional competencies of the future teacher are revealed, the need for new pedagogical technologies conducive to the effective formation of professional competencies of the future teacher is substantiated. The aim of the present study was to examine the impact of microteaching on professional competence among four pre-service student teachers enrolled in the program of special education for students of learning disabilities in the Faculty of Education. The researchers indicated the theoretical conceptions of professional competencies, pre-service training, practicum in learning disabilities, and microteaching. The study conducted through three stages: baseline, intervention, and follow up. The researchers used a checklist as the tool of the study. The study was conducted during the field training of the subjects as they were asked to prepare and carry out the entire individual teaching lesson in the resource rooms affiliated to the public education schools. Microteaching sessions were also administrated at the university campus in Najran. The results of the study indicated significant improvements in the professional competencies among the four pre- service students as it was moderate at baseline (68%) for the four participating pre-service students. The subjects maintained the targeted skills in one measurement and after two weeks of the study (89%) indicating the significance of the microteaching in developing pre- service teachers required skills.

Рассматривается вопрос об особенностях формирования профессиональной компетентности сотрудников уголовно-исполнительной системы в работе с осужденными – бывшими работниками судов и правоохранительных органов. Проанализировано понятие «профессиональная компетентность» и проблема ее формирования и совершенствования. Отмечается, что организация работы и межличностного взаимодействия сотрудников с осужденными – бывшими работниками судов и правоохранительных органов имеет ряд специфических особенностей. Акцент делается на том, что сотрудники данных учреждений должны обладать особыми профессиональными знаниями, умениями, навыками и быть компетентными специалистами. Подчеркивается важность поэтапного формирования профессиональной компетентности в системе исправительного учреждения. Описана педагогическая программа развития профессиональной компетентности сотрудников специализированных учреждений, которая состоит из трех основных модулей. Реализация данной программы поможет улучшить эффективность профессиональной деятельности сотрудников в работе с осужденными – бывшими работниками судов и правоохранительных органов. The article deals with the peculiarities of the formation of professional competence of employees of the penitentiary system in working with convicts-former employees of courts and law enforcement agencies. The concept of «professional competence» is considered, as well as the problem of its formation and improvement. It is noted that the organization of work and interpersonal interaction of employees with convicts-former employees of courts and law enforcement agencies has a number of specific features. The emphasis is placed on the fact that the employees of these institutions must have special professional knowledge, skills, and be competent specialists. The development and implementation of important moral and psychological qualities and abilities is more successful with timely and properly organized psychological and pedagogical support. The importance of gradual formation of professional competence in the correctional institution system is emphasized. The article describes a pedagogical program for the development of professional competence of employees of specialized institutions, which consists of three main modules. The significance of the developed program is that it provides a comprehensive synthesized volume of special knowledge, skills and abilities for employees who carry out their professional activities in specialized institutions. The implementation of this program will help to improve the effectiveness of the professional activities of employees in working with convicts-former employees of courts and law enforcement agencies.

The study examined some aspects that affect the motivation of medical students to study and the formation of a part of professional competencies aimed at assessing the ability to work with patients in practice. The aim of the work was to assess the views of KSMU students about the importance of the educational process, motives that affect the success in obtaining education, professional prospects, career growth. The study was carried out by the method of questioning 68 4th year students and 85 6th year students of the medical and preventive medicine faculty. To study the motivational sphere of the personality, we used the methodology "Motivation for studying at a university". To study the formation of a part of professional competencies (communicative and educational), a questionnaire developed by us was used, aimed at assessing the ability to work with patients in practice. The results of the study showed that students adequately chose their profession and are satisfied with the process of studying at the university. However, senior students have higher rates. Moreover, they have different motivation for learning. The dominance of mastering the profession under the influence of the psychological aspect is becoming stronger among sixth-year students. When analyzing the questionnaire on the degree of professional competence, it was revealed that the outpatient service and district doctors remain in secondary roles, forced to concede laurels and money to high-tech hospitals and narrow-profile specialists, and university students are a product of time. Thus, the teacher of the clinical department has a great responsibility in the formation of professional competencies and strengthening the student's motivation for learning.

In a post-crisis society, the most valuable economic and social resources of an organization are human capital. Modern strategies of management employed by an organization need special management approaches that would base on analysis of activities’ mechanisms and processes associated with personnel risks. One of the organizational, methodological and pedagogical solutions to this problem is the educational technology for raising competence level of managers in risk management. The research is aimed at methodological, managerial and organizational recommendations for competence formation of MSc in personnel risks management (major "Human Resource Management"). Research methods: expert survey, questionnaires, interview. The main finding of the research study: respondents were interviewed (Bachelors and Masters of Samara National Research University named after academician SP Korolev, of Samara State Technical University, executives, managers, HR managers, employees of industrial enterprises and of organizations providing services) to assess the relevance of competence in management of personnel-related risks for professional activities of an HR manager; learning and teaching support material has been developed to be used in training and education organized at the university and for management consulting of employers and employees of various organizations; samples of tasks for “Evaluation Tools Fund” have been developed, aimed at identifying the level of formation of the components of professional competence in management of personnel-related risks.

Since 2018 an educational project “School of Competences”, aimed at making the students of a classical university with a whole range of additional professional competencies is implemented at Derzhavin Tambov State University. The project is held within the framework of the institute of mentoring by the United Students’ Scientific Council on the basis of the university, as well as in cooperation with the partners of the university. One of the thematic modules of the “School of Competences” is the project “Youth Entrepreneurship”, during which participants can form a number of entrepreneurial competencies. In this paper, the authors 1) substantiate the relevance of the formation of competences in the field of entrepreneurship among students of a classical university; 2) conduct a review of research on the formation of entrepreneurial competencies in students; 3) describe the five stages of the implementation of the project “Youth Entrepreneur-ship”; 4) offer methodological recommendations for the implementation of this or similar projects on youth entrepreneurship in universities. The project “Youth Entrepreneurship” includes the fol-lowing five stages: 1) the program of the joint student scientific council; 2) an innovative business incubator program; 3) the program of the center of support of small and medium business “Geometry of business”; 4) development of startups and 5) opening of small and small innovative enterprises. For the successful implementation of the project it is recommended to consider several conditions affecting the efficiency and productivity of its results: a) the time and duration of the project; b) contingent of project participants; c) contingent of project coaches; d) the project site and e) the format of the classes. The work describes in detail the stages of project implementation and guidelines for its successful implementation.

In the article authors note markable tendency leading to complication of variety of professional activities which don’t require one exact professional competence but different professional competences by their content. Wherein complex professional activities have professional status of activity of so named poliprofessional profile and require formation of competence environment which is called «poliprofessional competence». So named poliprofessional qualities and skills connected to main directions or functions of complex activity and following competences are very important in complex activities of poliprofessional profile. Authors note that policompetence content of complex professional activities force solving the problem of professionalism of subject of this activity in the new light. By virtue of its relevance and compliance with the current realities the ideas of poliprofessionalism should find its’ refection in the training practice for specialists in the institutes of higher education. Now it is important to train the specialist not only to be competent but to be poliprofessional in any field.

This article draws attention to students’ educational experience at a Russian regional university. Such experience is based on two aspects: on the one hand, it is a result of abilities integration, and on the other, it is an ability to act in a context of uncertainty. The latter aspect in understanding students’ experience is the most important for the personality formation in today’s complex world. Within the context of the higher education transformation, experience as an ability to act plays a significant role in individual development. That is why this study is aimed at analyzing the educational experience of first-year students and university graduates. Their educational experience is assessed based on their involvement in educational practices in class, in research activities at the university, and in self-educational activities. The results show that the first-year students’ experience and the graduates’ one at the university have functional differences. The first-year students’ academic engagement is higher as compared to the graduate students’. The research experience of both is expressed in a low degree. The self-educational experience at the university is not strategically formed. Comparing the first-year students’ and the graduates’ educational experiences, one can conclude that the structure of the latter is more functional due to the graduates’ limited involvement in educational activities. This means that the educational experience varies during the period of studies mainly in individual competencies, which are not connected with each other. The low level of the students’ involvement in educational practice reflects the weak development of their experience as an ability to act. It is the structure of a student’s motives that can be one of the main factors of his/her involvement in the learning process. Our findings contribute to the design of educational practices at the university and suggest the strong demand for a more responsible approach to designing the educational environment and educational practices at all university levels.

Background: Training of future officers of moral-psychological support at the military department of the university involves the formation of knowledge, skills, professional and personal psychological qualities acquired in the process of professional training, providing the ability to constantly exert psychological influence on the subordinate unit by performing functional duties. Purpose: To determine the psychological conditions for the formation of future officers’ professional competencies on moral-psychological support during training at the military department of the university, based on analysis and conclusions to create a structural scheme of their formation. Materials and Methods: Research methodology is based on theoretical and practical experience, analysis of special psychological literature study and generalization of professional experience in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations. Results: The developed matrix of the officer for moral-psychological support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is formed from general, special and main (psychological study, psychological training, psychological support, recovery (rehabilitation) knowledge, skills and abilities. The proposed structural scheme for the formation of future officers’ professional competence on moral-psychological support in the process of acquiring capabilities at the military department of the university consists of the following blocks: the necessary professional competencies; main, general and special competencies; general and professional requirements for the training of officers for moral and psychological support; educational and methodical support; diagnosing competencies in the learning process. Conclusions: Determined psychological conditions for the formation of the officer’ professional competencies on moral-psychological support is an effective tool for organizing a system of training a competent professional. The proposed block diagram is open, constantly evolving, and, if necessary, can be supplemented with new components in the future.

Аналізуються психологічні чинники особистісної професіоналізації майбутнього педагога. Розглянуто особистісне становлення у взаємозв’язку із самовизначенням особистості під час професійного навчання. Виділено, що професіоналізація у вищому навчальному закладі є процесом самоактуалізації особистості в умовах навчально-професійної діяльності та спілкування, що спрямований на максимальну реалізацію власних можливостей та професійно-особистісних особливостей. Визначено значущість психологічної, соціальної, моральної та духовної ситуації вищого навчального закладу, який впливає на самовизначення майбутнього педагога, формування його світоглядних орієнтацій, здатностей, професійних компетентностей, прийняття та засвоєння ним цінностей, прогнозування життєвих цілей. Обгрунтовано суть професіоналізації в студентів – майбутніх педагогів як цілісного психолого-педагогічного процесу, її впливу на самовизначення та самореалізацію, розвиток готовності до рішення професійних завдань та самовиховання особистісних здатностей, значущих для набуття професіоналізму майбутніми педагогами. Показано, що уже з першого курсу при вивченні предмету загальної психології структура психолого-педагогічного супроводу особистісного розвитку майбутнього педагога має включати: уявлення про професію, знання про вимоги професії до особистості, про особистість як соціальний, психологічний, моральний та духовний феномен. Analyzes the psychological factors of personal future teacher professionalization. We consider the formation of personal relationship with self-identity during training. Highlight that professionalisation in higher education is a process of self-actualization in terms of educational and professional activities and communication that aims to maximize the opportunities and their own professional and personal characteristics. Determined the significance of psychological, social, moral and spiritual situation of the university, which affects the determination of future teachers, the formation of his philosophical orientation, ability, professional competence, acceptance and assimilation of values, life goals forecasting. Grounded in the essence of the professionalization of students - future teachers as a complete psycho-pedagogical process, its impact on self-determination and self-realization, developing preparedness solutions professional tasks and personal self-ability, important for acquiring professional future teachers. It is shown that already with the first course in the study of the subject of psychology structure of psycho-pedagogical support of personal development of future teachers should include: understanding of the profession, knowledge of the requirements of the profession to the personality of the individual as a social, psychological, moral and spiritual phenomenon.
