Today, information technology is being introduced into almost all components of human life and it is already difficult to imagine our society without IT innovations. Including the education system, which is currently modernized and equipped with new forms of training using information technology. This allows us to achieve new results in education in the form of increasing students' desire for cognitive activity and raising the general level of education of the population due to the rapidly growing quality of education. Since the introduction and active use of information technology in education, its effectiveness has also been increasing in parallel. The advantage of information technology is also that different technologies can be used depending on the particular discipline taught or depending on the topic, material that needs to be presented to students. To increase interest and master new material of the proposed audience by the teacher. This article analyzes the use of IT technology in the Engineering Graphics training course. Optimization of engineering graphics training consists in its modernization with the selection of new teaching methods, tools and techniques, use in the learning process, to increase efficiency, innovative technologies that contribute to the formation of students' creative way of thinking, as well as graphic culture.

The information and communication technologies (ICT) have penetrated into almost all areas of human life. They have a dual impact on education – increase learning efficiency and train students actively to use innovations. We assess this impact by examining teachers’ experience with innovative tools in Bulgarian schools. In an anonymous online survey, we investigate their opinions on the issues related to technology integration in contemporary classrooms. The research shows that educators appreciate the benefits of technology implementation in the teaching-learning process, but they need a single structured system encompassing all technological resources and tools. This work proposes a conception for a smart classroom – an innovative learning environment that can establish and control suitable conditions for education as well as to impact the instructional process directly.

Poverty is one of the problems in third-world countries like Bangladesh. There has been an ongoing battle against challenging living conditions-overcrowding, floods, deforestation, erosion, soil depletion, and natural calamities. Quite a lot of programs have been tried since the independence of Bangladesh in 1971, and to tell the truth, most have failed. Each time an anti-poverty program fails, it gives more fuel to the richer class to argue that there's no point in trying to help the poor. However, this is an age of information technology. Almost all of the spheres of human life are contributed by Information technology. Information Technology can change the fate of the poor by helping them to be with the current time and happenings by ensuring their capabilities to access information. The Government of Bangladesh also realizes the importance of the issue, and recently they concentrated on transforming the government services to digitize. As one of the initiatives to empower the poor with information, GOB has launched Union Information and Service Centre (UISC) in all of the Union councils of the country. The private sector started digitization of operations earlier than the government. Now, as the government has also initiated the process, the journey will get a smooth and parallel speed to develop the socio-economic condition of the poor of the country. This paper attempts to explore the capabilities of ICT to reduce poverty in Bangladesh. The study will also try to suggest how ICT can be better used to eradicate poverty. ICT is a rapidly growing field in Bangladesh in recent times. The contribution of ICT in every sector of the country is trying to be addressed to improve the situation. This study is conducted by reviewing the studies in this line to suggest better policies to be formulated. The results show that ICT has excellent capabilities to alleviate poverty despite many challenges to be faced.

The purpose of this article is to discuss the literature review and observable experiences on mixed reality posed by the use of information and communication technology (ICT) systems in the education system in the South African landscape. Human progress in the 21st century has been characterised by the rise of computer technology, that has become a defining feature in almost all social spheres. However, the reality shows that though ICT is celebrated for its undisputed, “uncertainty” and efficient services, especially when it comes to communication, information and dissemination. It also tends to encourage the abandonment of other modes of communication, specifically in relation to teaching and learning. In discovering the challenges and possibilities posed by the information technology, the notion of a didactical triangle will be explored. Literature reveals that the advent of ICT brought about various developmental opportunities and threats to human life. This article argues that consideration of institution and context is fundamental when it comes to a better understanding of the practicalities of information technology. This article will add value by shedding light on the realities and challenges in relation to ICT on the human life. The conclusion is that interventions that relates to information and communication technology have to seriously consider the structural constraints of access and social inequity as well as the effects of coloniality.

Datafication, currently visible in almost all areas of the human life, turned out to be a very good basis for the development of the concept of smart cities. Smart city authorities use various types of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the process of managing individual urban infrastructure systems. Modern ICT solutions enable city authorities to collect and process data about citizens. The purpose of this article is to determine the correlation between datafication and a city’s position in the global smart cities ranking, with particular emphasis on the role of social media. To achieve the goal, the method of examining documents was used. Two independent reports were thoroughly analyzed: the Smart City Index 2020 and the Digital 2021 Local Country Headlines. The study showed that the more residents use social media, the better a city performs in the ranking. Additionally, a directly proportional relationship between the level of urbanization and the percentage of people using the Internet was demonstrated. The results of the presented study may be important primarily for people and institutions responsible for creating modern urban space.

Introduction. Nowadays information and communication technologies delved into almost all spheres of human life, and this has also affected the economic sphere. Internet has opened up new opportunities for various financial transactions and commodity circulation, moreover, network technologies are gradually replacing and becoming dominant forms of relationships in society.Hypothesis of scientific research. Fast development of the entire spectrum of communication services will help to realize the potential of Ukraine in the field of e-commerce and increase the competitiveness of Ukrainian business.Aim of this research is the search of the most effective tools and forms of usability of e-commerce as a factor of enterprise innovation development.Methods of investigation:theoretical generalization – to clarify the conceptual apparatus of e-commerce; statistical and comparative analysis – to evaluate the state of activity of enterprises in the online and offline markets; expert assessments – to process the opinions of experts and to build a dynamic personalized matrix of positioning ranking places of Ukrainian regions by purchasing online activity of population.Results of research. The classification of e-commerce models by four features has been improved; a dynamic personalized ranking matrix of ranking places of Ukrainian regions by purchasing online activity of the population is proposed and constructed.Conclusions: the formed matrix of assessment of the level of e-commerce development of individual entities allows us to choose one or another form of online business, depending on the goals that are set for them and the ways to achieve these goals; optimize the range of products sold through the Network, increase sales in the regions, which will allow the entrepreneur to choose the most relevant e-commerce destinations for themselves or for their existing projects.

Innovation includes almost all spheres of human life and society with the upsurge of technology. Ranging from basic human needs, societal requirements, capacity development, and knowledge management to advanced researches, all are dependent on technologies and invariably driven by innovation. Learning is an essential element of human development. From the very beginning of capacity development, learning has become an important aspect in terms of individual or collective knowledge acquisition. Abstract. Digitalization of Islamic Economics. Digitizing sharia economy can be expanded in various economic aspects of both microeconomics and macroeconomics. Now, the role of digital is very unusual, almost all economies using information and communication technologies or digitalisation, both in packaging products or in marketing the product, making it easier and quicker distribution of information used to make economic growth more quickly and there is no limit to the support digital technology and information technology. Information technology has penetrated keindividu (personal) can support the digitization era of information and communication in the conventional economy and sharia economy, the technology is now in the palm of your hand gadgets such as mobile applications that can be downloaded and installed with features easily understood by the user. Similarly, in the world of banking, Islamic banking in conducting its activities in cooperation with information technology to establish Islamic banking information system by creating a special application (app) that can simplify all the processes of ownership in the existing transaction. Establishment of the digital society as a result of the accelerated by the development and application of information and communication technology is very intensive in all fields of economy, marketing, finance, services, education and so forth. Thus, digitization is formed to allow users in the transaction, so that the economy increased.Abstrak. Digitalisasi Ekonomi Syariah. Digitalisasi ekonomi syariah dapat merambah dalam berbagai aspek ekonomi baik ekonomi mikro maupun ekonomi makro. Sekarang ini peran digital sangat luar biasa, hampir semua perekonomian menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi atau digitalisasi, baik dalam mengemas produk ataupun dalam memasarkan produk, sehingga lebih  mudah dan  lebih cepat dalam distribusi informasi yang digunakan untuk membuat pertumbuhan ekonomi semakin cepat dan tiada batas dengan dukungan teknologi digital dan teknologi informasi. Teknologi informasi yang sudah merambah keindividu (personal) dapat mendukung era digitalisasi informasi dan komunikasi pada ekonomi konvensional maupun ekonomi syariah, teknologi tersebut sekarang sudah dalam genggaman tangan pengguna gadget seperti aplikasi mobile yang dapat diunduh dan dipasang dengan fitur mudah dimengerti oleh user. Demikian pula di dunia perbankan, dalam melakukan kegiatannya perbankan syariah bekerja sama dengan bidang teknologi informasi untuk membangun sistem informasi perbankan syariah dengan membuat aplikasi khusus (app) yang dapat mempermudah semua proses-proses transaksi yang ada diperbankan. Terbentuknya masyarakat digital akibat dari tersebut dipacu oleh perkembangan dan penerapan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang sangat intensif di semua bidang baik ekonomi, pemasaran, keuangan, jasa, pendidikan dan sebagainya. Maka, digitalisasi terbentuk untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam melakukan transaksi, sehingga perekonomian meningkat.

The article deals with the value orientations, attitudes, life views of modern students - representatives of Generation “Z”, for whom digital technologies are an everyday reality. The experience of working with students during class and independent work is given. The authors, based on the latest research, prove that the modern generation with its peculiarities needs new creative methods and teaching methods that will take into account the specifics of cognitive activity of modern youth, its values, needs, psychological characteristics and technical skills. The rapid breakthrough observed today in the field of information and communication technologies testifies to the movement of mankind towards a new post-industrial phase of development -the information society. At the present stage, information is the main source of development of society. The penetration of information technology into almost all socio-economic spheres entails the formation of new needs and a new way of life for mankind.While noting the positive aspects of the information society, one should not forget about its negative aspects. With the development of modern society, the consumer attitude of people to the world is increasing. There is a danger of information dependence. For some people, virtual reality is often more significant than reality itself. To fully disclose the research, the scientific article used methods such as a systematic approach, historicity, comparative historical, structural, political analysis, functional and cultural analysis.At the end, scientifically grounded conclusions, recommendations and proposals on the need for spiritual and intellectual development of society weredeveloped.
