A part of community in Waru Subdistrict cultivate oil palm.  This study aimed to determine the costs of production, revenue, income, and revenue/cost ratio of oil palm farming. The research was conducted from June to August 2018 in Waru Subdistrict, Penajam Paser Utara District. The sampling method was purposive sampling. This research collected primary and secondary data.  Data analysis were done to calculte the production costs, revenue, income, and R/C ratio. The results of research showed the average of production costs of oil palm farming was as much as IDR5,449,786.00 year-1 ha-1. The average of revenue of oil palm farming was as much as IDR25,332,427.00 year-1 ha-1. The average of income of oil palm farming was as much as IDR19,882,641.92 year-1 ha-1. The oil palm farming in Waru Subdistrict is economically profitable based on the value of  R/C ratio as many as 4,44 or greater than 1. This meant that for every cost additional of  IDR1,000.00  by farmer will generate the income additional of Rp4,440.00.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of company’s size, profitability, solvability, and the size of the accounting firm towards audit delay. The object in this research are property and real estate companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) for the period 2013-2015. The sample is selected by purposive sampling method. There are 42 companies selected as sample. Data used in this research is a secondary data such as audited financial reports. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The result of this research shows that company’s size, profitability, and solvability have no influence on audit delay, while the size of accounting firm has significant positive influences on audit delay. The result also shows that company’s size, profitability, solvability, and the size of of the accounting firm simultaneously influence audit delay. ABSTRACT This study aims To find out the constraints faced by extension workers in providing agricultural extension in Sukasari Village Mesuji Raya District Ogan Komering Ilir Regency and To know the response of farmers to the implementation of agricultural extension in the Sukasari Village Mesuji Raya District Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research was carried out in Sukasari Village Mesuji Raya District Ogan Komering Ilir Regency in March to May 2017. The research method used is qualitative methods. While the sampling method used is simple random Purposive sampling will 28 samples of palm oil farmer. So the sample studied from members of the population as a whole that is as much as 28 oil palm farmers. Data collection methods used are interviews and observation methods. The data collected consists of primary data and secondary data. Method of processing and analysis of data used is using descriptive analysis method with qualitative approach. The results showed that agricultural extension facilities used extension workers are motorcycles, aids and props. Infrastructure that is not yet supported is not yet all extension workers get a service house near the location of counseling, Distance taken by agricultural extension workers in carrying out their duties is about 3 km for the location of the activities of the farmer's house and about 5 km for the location of agricultural gardens. Farmer's response to the organik fertilizer extension activiti b using cattle manure for oil palm plantation with total score or 47,50 which means getting high score.  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi penyuluh dalam memberikan penyuluhan pertanian di Sukasari Kecamatan Mesuji Raya Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir dan Untuk mengetahui tanggapan petani terhadap pelaksanaan penyuluhan pertanian di Desa Sukasari Kecamatan Mesuji Raya Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sukasari Kecamatan Mesuji Raya Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir pada bulan Maret sampai dengan bulan Mei 2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Sedangkan metode penarikan contoh yang digunakan adalah acak sederhana Purposive sampling dengan anggota populasi sebanyak 28. Maka sampel yang diteliti dari anggota populasi secara keseluruhan yaitu sebanyak 28 petani kelapa sawit. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan observasi. Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode analisis diskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Sarana penyuluhan pertanian yang digunakan penyuluh adalah sepeda motor, alat bantu dan alat peraga. Prasarana yang yang belum mendukung adalah belum semua penyuluh mendapatkan rumah dinas di dekat lokasi penyuluhan, Jarak yang ditempuh penyuluh pertanian dalam melaksanakan tugasnya adalah sekitar 3 km untuk kelokasi kegiatan dari rumah petani dan sekitar 5 km untuk lokasi kebun pertanian. Tanggapan petani terhadap kegitan penyuluhan pertanian pupuk organik dengan menggunakan kotoran ternak untuk tanaman kelapa sawit dengan jumlah keseluruhan skornya 47.5 yang artinya memperoleh nilai tinggi.

The purpose of this research is to find out what are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the strategy of developing an oil palm agribusiness system (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq) in North Labuhan Batu Regency. The sampling research method used is purposive sampling method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative method using SWOT analysis by analyzing the IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) and EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary) factors. The results showed that using the SWOT diagram matrix, the oil palm agribusiness system development strategy was found in area II (Diversification Strategy). The situation in area II is a situation where farmers have to change their previous strategy, because the development of oil palm faces various threats but oil palm farmers still have internal strength. The focus of the strategy is to take action using strengths to take advantage of long-term opportunities by means of product and market diversification strategies.

This study aims to determine the effect of political competition, local own-source revenue, general allocation funds, and audit opinions on the implementation of provincial e-Governments in Indonesia in 2011-2018. Data in this study uses secondary data from BPK, BPS, and KPU. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 8 provinces in 5 years. Data analysis uses regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) political competition has a negative and insignificant influence on e-government implementation, (2) Local original income has a positive and significant effect on e-government implementation, (3) general allocation funds have a positive and not significant effect on implementation e-government. (4) audit opinion does not significantly influence the implementation of e-government.

This study aims to analyze the income of leek farming in Manembo Village, Passi Timur Sub-district, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research lasted for 2 months, from November to December 2019. Sampling in this study was carried out by simple random sampling method with a number of respondents were 25 leek farmers. Primary data were collected through direct interviews using a list of questions (questionnaires) that have been prepared. Secondary data were obtained from the literature related to this research and related institutions. Data analysis used in this research is to use quantitative descriptive analysis and expenditure (production costs) to analyze the income of leek farming. The results showed that the income of onion farming in Manembo Village, East Passi District, Bolaang Mongondow District per farmer on average was IDR. 2,688,800.- *eprm*

This study was aimed to analyze the competitiveness of farming palm oil (competitive and comparative advantage), Random Sampling method was used to select 88 respondens was determined purposive. The reason for choosing of Subah District because this area is largest palm oil producers and largest and oil palm planting area in the Sambas Regensy . The data used primary and secondary data. The Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM) method was used to analysis data. farming palm oil in Subah District has competitive and comparative excellence.Private propitability(PP) and Social propitability (SP)is positive value of,   Private Cost Rasio (PCR) 0,24, Domestic Resources Cost Ratio (DRCR) is 0,15. Transfer Output (TO) is value negatif Rp – 6.909.408,00/ha/year , it’s shows nothing transfer from consument to produsent, value 0,80 Nominal Protection Coefficient on Output (NPCO) or NPCO < 1,  output price not significant for farmers income.

This research aims to determine and describe how farm-workers can survive by social strategy as their strategy. From the three elements of social capital, that’s trust, norms, and networks, which one has the greater influence for a survival strategy of Kopiwangker farm-workers in village. This research was conducted over five months, from February until June 2016 started from preparation until making research reports. This study has used primary data and secondary data. The number of respondents is 30 respondents of whom are farm-workers. The sampling method which used in this research is purposive sampling and data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative which quantified using the Likert Scale. The results of this research indicate that social capital can be a survival strategy for Kopiwangker village farm-workers, especially on the elements of the network (patron-client networks) because it has the highest score, that is 450. But according to several informants that ever happened was also a problem among some farm-workers (as clients) and patrons, but always can be resolved.

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability and leverage on environmental disclosure of companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses secondary data in the form of annual reports during 2016-2018 accessed on www.idx.co.id. The population in this study is 641 companies and the samples are 48 companies selected using the Purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results show that profitability affect environmental disclosure and leverage affect negative environmental disclosure.

This study aims to to analyze whether there is a diference of the dividend shared on family company and non family based on the ultimate ownerships. Sampling method that used in this research was 400 manufacturing companies which are listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), with research periods 2009-2012. The sample collected by purposive sampling method. Secondary data obtained from a IDX database and the ownership structure obtained through Sanjaya’s (2010) previous research. The result of data analysis shows there are signifcant and diferences  of the dividend shared between family company and non family. This study aims to determine how the budget realization in assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of performance in the Pemerintah Kabupaten Luwu Sulawesi Selatan. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study is the Pemerintah Kabupaten Luwu Sulawesi Selatan, while the sample used is the budget realization from 2014-2018 in the Pemerintah Kabupaten Luwu Sulawesi Selatan. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling method. The data used in this study are primary data collected through observational interviews and direct financial reports. Data analysis used secondary data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the budget realization analysis of the effectiveness and efficiency of the performance of the Pemerintah Kabupaten Luwu Sulawesi Selatan is good.
