This study was to determine the influence of training and work discipline on the performance of volunteers at Regional Disaster Management Agency Office of Ogan Komering Ulu District. The analytical tool used is multiple regression. The results of this study are that simultaneously there is a significant influence between training and work discipline on the performance of volunteers at Regional Disaster Management Agency Office of Ogan Komering Ulu District. Partially the training variable (X1) influences the performance and work discipline (X2) influences the performance. The percentage of the influence of training and work discipline on the performance of volunteers in the Regional Disaster Management Agency Office of Ogan Komering Ulu District was 72.3% while the remaining 27.7% was influenced or explained by other variables which are not included in this research model such as work motivation, work environment and leadership (Kasmir, 2016: 189)

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of compensation and work environment on motivation and its impact on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Sidoarjo Regency. The analytical tool used in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 126 employees of the Fire Department Regional Disaster Management Agency in Sidoarjo Regency with the result that compensation has a significant effect on the motivation of the Fire Department Regional Disaster Management Agency Sidoarjo Regency; the work environment has a significant effect on the motivation of the Fire Department Regional Disaster Management Agency Sidoarjo Regency; motivation has a significant effect on the performance of the Fire Department Regional Disaster Management Agency Sidoarjo Regency; compensation does not have a direct effect on employee performance through motivation and the work environment does not have a direct effect on the performance of the Fire Department Regional Disaster Management Agency Sidoarjo Regency.

The purpose of this research is to analyza the influence of work motivation and training on the performance of the employees at the Education and Culture Office Of Padang Pariaman Regency. In this study using descriptive analisys. This analysis is to strengthen the argumentation and logic in answering and implementing allegations that will be described in quantitative analysis, for testing this research hypothesis, including multiple regression analysis. The result of this study illustrate that all variables affect the performance of employees. The result of this research where the variable of work motivation (X1) is known equal to 1,670 then training variable (X2) is obtained equal to 1,670, for employee performance result (Y) equal to 33,196. It can be concluded that the motivation of work ad training is influential in improving the performance of employees within the Department of Education and Culture of Padang Pariaman Regency.

The purpose of this study was to (1) To determine the significance of partial effect of Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. (2) To determine the significance of the simultaneous effect of Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. (3) To find out which of the factors Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects that have a dominant influence on work motivation Head of the Village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. Methods used are causal research. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires given to 90 respondents. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) There is a significant influence on the Simultaneous Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the Village in the District Keruak East Lombok. (2) There is a significant influence on the Partial Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the Village in the District Keruak East Lombok. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the work motivation and job satisfaction to employee performance either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is associative with the method of analysis used are simple and multiple regression analysis. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to all employees of Mutiara Bunda Hospital. The results showed that there are positive and significant influence between motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of compensation, work environment and organizational culture on employee loyalty and performance Result of t test that is Organizational Culture have positive and significant influence to Employee Loyalty, Compensation have positive effect and not Significant to Employee Loyalty And Work Environment negatively and Not Significant to Employee Loyalty. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the performance of employees at PT. Introduce Results Overlay which includes Organizational Commitment (X1) Organizational Culture (X2) and Work Motivation (X3). This study uses a quantitative method sample 60 employees at PT. Deliver Overlay Results as respondents. Data collection is done using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using statistical , namely by using multiple regression analysis, the processing of which was carried out with the SPSS version 25.0 program. 1) The results of the analysis prove that the Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation variables simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Deliver Results Overlays. 2) The results of the analysis prove that Organizational Commitment and Motivation have a partial effect on Employee Performance, while Organizational Culture has no partial effect on Employee Performance. 3) Result prove that between Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation, Motivation variables have the most significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Deliver Results Overlays.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kota Pematangsiantar. Metode penelitian mix method. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa komunikasi interpersonal dan kinerja pegawai sudah baik, serta terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja pegawai. The purpose of this study was to determine the description and influence of interpersonal communication on the performance of employees at the Pematangsiantar City Disaster Management Agency. Mix method research method. The results showed that interpersonal communication and employee performance were good, and there was a positive and significant influence between interpersonal communication on employee performance.

In every organization both government and private, human is an important asset in an effort to achieve the goals that have been determined. Leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and performance of employees who reside within the organization need to be organized in order to achieve organizational goals. Style leadership, organizational culture and work environment and motivation is one of several factors that can affect employee performance. This study aims to test and analyze these variables on employee performance PDAM Tirta Mayang City Jambi. The study was conducted by using path analysis using SPSS version 22.0 in analyzed data. The test results showed that the hypothesis of leadership style, organizational culture and motivation have positive and significant influence on performance, and testing work environment hypothesis have negative and insignificant effect on employee performance of PDAM Tirta Mayang Jambi City.

The main problem to be examined in this study is that there is still a lack of work motivation of honorary employees, as well as a lack of levels of compensation for temporary employees. So this study aims to determine whether work motivation and compensation affect the performance of honorary employees at the Infection Hospital Prof. Dr. Sulianti Saroso Jakarta. The sampling technique in this study uses non-probability sampling technique that is not all members of the population can be selected as samples. This technique is carried out because there is a large population of more than 100 respondents, so the number of samples is taken using Slovin formula and getting a population of 60. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analalysis. The results of testing work motivation and compensation have a positive and significant influence on the performance of honorary employees at the Infection Hospital Prof. Dr. Sulianti Saroso Jakarta.

A B S T R A C TThis research was conducted to determine the effect of work motivation, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance in operational company as a Work From Office in the Pandemic Era of Covid 19. This research was done because the researcher think that it was necessary to know how is the infuence among variables in Pandemic condition. Therefore, the company could prepare good human resources to face new normal Era. The object of the research was PT.CS2 Pola Sehat Palembang. The researcher gave the questionnaires to 74 employees as  the sample of the research. This research used multiple regression analyses, stimultaneous testing and individual testing.This results of the research conducted jointly between all the variables that illustrate that there was the influece of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance. And the results of research individually known that there was the influence of work motivation and work environment and work discipline toward to  employee performance. A B S T R A KPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kerja disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan yang beroperasional secara Working From Office di masa pandemi covid 19. Penelitian dilakukan karena peneliti menganggap perlu mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel yang diteliti pada kondisi pandemi sehingga perusahaan dapat menyiapkan sumber daya manusia yang baik dalam menyambut era new baru.Objek penelitian adalah PT. CS2 Pola Sehat Palembang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner  kepada sampel penelitian sebanyak 73 karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode analisis berbentuk kualitatif yang dikuantitatifkan dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, pengujian simultan dan pengujian individual.Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan secara bersama-sama antara semua variabel yang diteliti menggambarkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. dan hasil penelitian secara individualnya diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja dan   lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.
