Respondents involved were people who lived within a radius of 1 km, 2 km, and 3 km from the tsunami siren point. H asyl research shows that people's perceptions of tsunami siren activation vary , with the level of community knowledge being classified as good (with an average value of 77 , 25 %), as well as the benefits of tsunami siren activation being considered good by the community (with an average rating of 76 , 05%). The range of siren sounds is still quite sufficient (with an average value of 74 , 44 %) and the average public perception of siren activation as a whole is 76% with a good category. Even though the category is good, the average score is not maximal yet. The existence of brokers in administrative services raises various perceptions among the public. Some people think that the presence of brokers as one of the negative image bearers of the organization, and some people perceive it as a positive thing. Therefore, this article is here to explain the public perception toward the use of brokers with the research located at Kolaka Ferry port. This research uses quantitative methods with data sources derived from the results of questionnaires and supported by secondary data related to the use of brokerage services and ticketing services at ports. The research data were then analyzed descriptively by percentage, starting with calculating the respondent's value for each aspect, recapitulating the value, calculating the average value, and calculating the presentation. The results showed that the people in Kolaka Regency felt happy and were helped by the presence of brokers. Unofficial ticket services are the reason people prefer to use brokerage services when buying tickets. Brokers who provide services will not be held responsible when people are caught using their services. In addition, the community supports the provision of punishment when a port manager is involved in the practice of brokering.

The purpose of this chapter is to discuss the public perception of the quality of service in the public transit system in Montreal using a combination of analyses and surveys. The results are used to make recommendations to improve the STM and its perception. General guidelines of SERVQUAL with some additional questions that are more specific to the current social environment of the city are presented. A survey was conducted by asking 250 international graduate Concordia students to rate a series of statements based on the importance of the issue and how much they agreed with the statement, the results were analyzed using three methods: SERVQUAL, SERVPERF, and IPA. The improvement of timetable synchronization between different metro lines and buses is crucial, as well as the education of STM employees in terms of dealing with different ethnicities, languages, and backgrounds are found. The chapter is a rare outside look at the STM and how users perceive the quality of the service, as opposed to the usual internal studies done by the organization itself.

In today’s digital age, individuals, companies, and entire industries have never been more exposed and publicly answerable for any actions or planned developments they may take. This has become particularly apparent in the case of Australia’s CSG industry. Community and broader public perception of the industry is, for the most part, unfortunately unfavourable—why is this? The present global transparency agenda, a phenomenon that is witnessed in many other emerging industries, is incredibly susceptible to misinformation. Any individual, through accessible mediums such as Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube can create a popular grassroots movement in an instant, which is often embraced by the public without any appropriate critique. How does an industry combat misinformation? How do industries tackle the issue of a public so willing to embrace a negative perception of an emerging industry without the normal processes of analysis and examination? This extended abstract offers insight about the mindset of these communities througha qualitative analysis of public perceptions of the CSG industry, practical advice about how to most effectively communicate your company’s message to the industry, and an insight about how communities consume their media and how this is changing.

Significance Pachter, now in Israel, said that he feared for his life after his travel plans were reported on the government's Twitter account and his phone was allegedly tapped. His departure came a day after the Prosecutors' Association announced the unprecedented step of seeking to become a plaintiff in the investigation of Nisman's death, reflecting the complexities of a case in which "the public perception is that this is a murder". Impacts Due to lack of transparency, rumours may quickly gain traction and be perceived as fact. Opposition calls for the heads of the security and intelligence services to be removed will be disregarded. The fallout will probably deny the government any residual hope of retaining the presidency.
