Abstract: This  research is to analyze the influence, motivation, opportunities, and partial participation on employee performance in the Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Barito Selatan. The object of research was employees at the Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Barito Selatan. A total of 500 employees. Determination of the sample in this study using simple random sampling, with a sample of 10% of the total sample used for as many as 50 respondents. The independent variables in this study are ability, motivation, opportunity, and discipline, while the required variable is employee work performance. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Transformed regression shows all regression coefficients that are positive, which means all expected independent variables in the model have a direction of change in the direction of the added variables, meaning that the independent variable rises assuming the other independent variables remain free so that the variable rises as well. Based on the analysis results it is concluded that the independent variables collected have a significant effect on the dependent variable. This can be assessed from the results of the t statistical calculation, the t value is greater than t table. The results showed that: Ability (X1) influences employee performance (Y) with a t value of 5.313 greater than t table of 1.701 with a significance level of 0,000. Motivation (X2) affects employee performance (Y) with a t value of 2.780 greater than t table of 1.701 with a significance level of 0.007. Opportunity (X3) influences employee performance (Y) with a t value of 2.116 greater than t table of 1.701 with a significant degree of 0.038. Discipline (X4) has an effect on employee performance (Y) with a t value of 3.922 greater than t table of 1.701 with a significant degree of 0,000. The conversion coefficient is Multiple R of 0.512, this shows that there is a strong relationship between independent variables consisting of ability (X1), motivation (X2), opportunity (X3), and discipline (X4) together to support the achievement employment at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Barito Selatan. This relationship is categorized as strong because of the value   Keyword: Employee's Ability, Motivation, Opportunity, Discipline, and Work Performance.

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of selection and training on employee performance at PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari in the village of Peninjauan. The analytical method used is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis tools. Testing the significance of the influence of selection variables (X1) and training (X2) as independent variables and employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable carried out t test and F test. The results of testing the hypothesis on the effect of selection variables on employee performance that the t count is 3.560> from the t table 1.667 and the significance number is (sig) 0.001 <from the level of significance (α) 0.05 (5%), thus it can be known that selection has an influence on employee performance. The results of testing the hypothesis of the effect of training variables on employee performance that the t count is 2.089> from the t table 1.667 and the significance number is (sig) 0.004 <from the level of significance (α) 0.05 (5%), thus it can be known that training has an influence on employee performance. The results of testing the hypothesis of the selection and training variables on employee performance shows that the F value obtained F count 15.956 with a significance level of (0.000 <0.05), the value of F table of 3.11 means that F count (15.995) > F table (3.11) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that selection (X1) and training (X2) have a positive effect simultaneously or together on the work performance of employees of PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari in the village of Peninjauan. Adjusted R square generated is 0.265. So it can be concluded that the percentage of the effect of selection and training on employee performance at PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari amounted to 26.5% and the remaining 73.5% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of supervison, communication and organizational commitment for employee performance on PDAM Tirtanadi branch Padang Bulan North Sumatera. The data collection was carried out through questionnaires conducted on 43 employees on PDAM Tirtanadi branch Padang Bulan North Sumatera. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS version 22. The sampling technique used is the saturation sampling method and data testing technique used in this study includes the validity test and reliability test. Multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing is also conducted to test and to prove the hypothesis in research. Partial tes results (t test) showed t count (1,721) > t table (1,682) and the significance level was 0,043 < 0,05 proved that supervision had a positive and significant effect on work performance, t count (5,578) > t table (1,682) and the level of significance was 0,000 < 0,05 proved that communication had a positive significant effect on work performance, t count (2,610) > t table (1,682)and the level of significance was 0,013 < 0,05 proved that organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on achievement work. F test showed that F count > F table was 73,726 > 2,85 and the level of significance (0,000

The study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work motivation on employee performance. Specifically this study aims to find out how the influence of job stress on employee performance and know how well the influence of work motivation on employee performance, and to know the influence of work stress and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda. The method used is quantitative analysis that is by multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study is the number of permanent employees in the production of PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda in 2017 as many as 792 population. The sample in this research using simple random sampling by using slovin formula technique, so sample taken as many as 266 samples of employees remain part production PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda.The results showed that the value of F arithmetic = 143,844, using the significance limit of 0.05, then obtained the significance value is smaller than 0.05 is 0.000, it means that simultaneously the variable work stress and work motivation significantly influence employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,522 or 52,2%, hence coefficient simultaneously in explaining variation or change of dependent variable (Y) found the influence of free variable 52,2%, while the rest is 47,8%. The result of hypothesis testing (H1) through the calculation results obtained t count value of 15,444 with the significance level of 0.000 results is smaller than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study Ho rejected and Ha accepted. This test statistically proves that work stress has positive and dominant effect to employee performance. The result of hypothesis testing (H2) through the calculation results obtained t count value of 3.215 with the significance of the result of 0.001 is smaller than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study Ho rejected and Ha accepted. This test statistically proves that the motivation has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda.

Job training and discipline is closely related to employee performance improvement in an organization. The better the job training and work discipline, the greater the encouragement of employees to move forward together with the organization. The aim of this study was to examine and explain directly influence job training and work discipline on employee performance. The research method uses quantitative research. Measurement scale used is Likert scale, the population in this study all the production employees CV. Surya Kencana Food Jombang amounted to 280 people, a large sample used as many as 74 people. Penguumpulan engineering data using observations, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Variables that are rigorous job training and work discipline on employee performance. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with significance level α = 0.05. The results showed that the job training (X1) has a test statistic t count equal to 2.148 and 0.026 significance, since the value t sig = 0.026 <α = 0.05, thus it can be stated that the job training influence on employee performance. Labor discipline (X2) has a test statistic t count equal to 2,243 and signifikani amounted to 0,040, since the value t sig = 0,040 <α = 0.05, thus it can be stated that the disciplinary effect on the work performance of employees. Tourist’s needs of hotel are going higher contributes to the development of the hotel industry in Bandung. In 2013, the number of 5-star hotel has 9 hotels. Among the nine hotels is The Trans Luxury Hotel which opened in 2012 with a 6-star hotel concept. Despite its young age, The Trans Luxury has been able to attract people to stay so the occupancy rate has been able to achieve an average occupancy rate in the city of Bandung. In a period of 20 months, the number of guests who stayed at The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung was dominated by individual guests, as many as 64%, while the number of business guests only reached 36%. Overall, the number of individual guests who stayed at The Trans Luxury Bandung during the period May 2012 to December 2013 was as much as 43.212 persons. The number of individual guests who stayed at The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung is still dominated by first timer guests in the amount of 63.38%, so it can be identified that the guest’s intent to return still very low. As a new hotel, The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung also has a goal to get the loyal customers. In the process of achieving customer loyalty, The Trans Luxury trying to focus on the characteristics of loyalty, one of them with efforts to increase guest’s intent in return to stay. In order to increase the guest’s intent in return to stay, The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung implementing marketing strategies that focus on the individual guests, one of which is to implement customer experience. In this study, the independent variable (X) which is used is the customer experience includes the physical environment and social interaction. The dependent variable (Y) is revisit intention. This type of research is descriptive verification, and the method used was a survey with simple random sampling technique, and then obtained a total sample of 100 respondents. Techniques of data analysis and hypothesis testing used is a multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there is a strong relationship between customer experience with revisit intention which is equal to 0.658 and simultaneously the customer experience effect on revisit intention of 43.3%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk (1) Mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) Mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) Mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor Kecamatan Cenrana Kabupaten Maros. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder, jumlah sampel yaitu 30 orang. Pendekatan kuantitatif merupakan jenis pendekatan dalam penelitian ini dan dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dengan olah data SPSS 21 untuk membuktikan tiga hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwasemua variable bebas secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor Kecamatan Cenrana Kabupaten Maros. Diartikansemakin baik suasana dalam lingkungan kerja, serta adanya motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja tinggi akan memberikan dampak baik bagi pegawai dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sehingga akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai yang lebih baik. This study aims to (1) determine the influence of work environment on employee performance, (2) determine the influence of work motivation on employee performance, (3) determine the influence of work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted at the head office of cenrana district, Maros Regency. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data, with the total sample of 30 people. This study used a quantitative approach and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21 data processing to prove three hypotheses. The results of this study prove that the independent variables jointly or simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, employee performance. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the work environment, work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance in the Cenrana District Office, Maros Regency. Thus it can be interpreted that the better the atmosphere in the work environment, as well as the existence of work motivation and high work discipline, the more likely this will have a good impact on employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that will also affect their performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of skills, work stress, communication, and motivation on the performance of the employees of PT. Merak Jaya Beton Mojokerto. The total sample of the study amounted to 55 people. The variables used are skills, work stress, communication, and motivation as independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. Data collection was carried out by questionnaire and then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods. Hypothesis testing used is the simultaneous significance test (F-test) and partial significance test (T-test). The results of the F test of this study indicate that the variable of skills (X1), work stress (X2), communication (X3), and motivation (X4) simultaneously influence employee performance. While the T test shows the variable of skills (X1), work stress (X2), communication (X3) have no partial effect on employee performance, while the motivation variable (X4) has a partial effect on employee performance.

Leadership has positive and significant effect there is employee performance that is equal to 0,222 with significance level 0,026 <0,05. b). Motivation have positive and significant effect there is employee performance that is equal to 0,782 with significance level 0,000 <0,05, leadership and motivation together have positive significant effect to employee performance equal to 51,623 with significance level 0,000 <0,05. Based on the conclusions obtained then it is suggested to the next researcher, if you want to do a similar research is expected to add other factors that can affect the performance of employees such as incentives, work environment, and others.

Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner dengan skala Likert kemudian diuji validitas dan reliabilitas dari kuisioner tersebut. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, setelah melewati uji asumsi klasik dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Dalam penelitian ini kepemimpinan dan motivasi sebagai variabel independen, kinerja sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan Kepemimpinan dan motivasi baik secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terdapat kinerja pegawai di Dinas prasarana jalan dan jembatan wilayah Bukittinggi.</p>

The quality of human resources, work professionalism, communication has an influence on the performance of education and employment center employees in airlines both partially and simultaneously. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The aviation training center population was 79 employees and 75 people were taken as respondents with the sampling method used was simple random sampling or simple random samples. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of testing and analysis conducted stated that the quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work professionalism has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the quality of human resources, work professionalism, and communication support employee performance.
