The principal should have caring to improving the quality of education. Such caring should be demonstrated with the will and ability to develop themselves optimally, so the teachers and education personnel can improve their performance. The teacher's performance is influenced by several factors are situational leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction.The purpose of this research is to know and analyse the influence of situational leadership style, job motivation, and job satisfaction on the teacher's performance, the influence of situasional leadership style and job motivation to the performance of teachers moderated in job satisfaction. The population of this research is the teachers of accredited pre-primary school in Singaraja Cit Bali. The data collection techniques in this research are the observation and distribution of questionnaires. This research uses data analysis methods using SmartPLS software. The results showed that the situational leadership style, job motivation, and job satisfaction affects the teacher’s performance of the accredited pre-primary schools in Singaraja City Bali, and the situational leadership style, and job motivation have no effect the teacher’s performance who are moderated job satisfaction at the pre-primary school accredited in Singaraja City Bali.

The research aims to analyze the implementation of Educator and Education Personnel Management School-Based in improving the quality of Elementary School in the district of North Bekasi.Bekasi City. Quantitative research approach and survey research method. Place of study at State Elementary School in District of North Bekasi. The number of research population is 49 public Elementary School and 35 research samples of public elementary school. The results of the research are: (a) Implementation in the planning needs of Educators and education personnel has been very good, because, as many as 26 schools (74%) are very good, 7 schools (20%) good and 2 schools (6%) enough. (b) Implementation in organizing Educators and Education Personnel Public elementary school has been very good because as many as 23 schools (66%) very good, 12 schools (34%) good. (c) Implementation in the development and development of Primary School Educators and Education Personnel has been very good because, as many as 28 schools (80%) very good, 7 schools (20%). (d) Implementation in the supervision and performance assessment of School Educators and Education Personnel has been very good, because as many as 30 schools (86%) very good, 5 schools (24%) good. (e) Implementation in Dismissal of Primary School Teachers and Education Personnel is good because, as many as 8 schools (23%) very good, 23 schools (65%) good and 4 schools (12%) enough  The implication of this research is that the Implementation of Educator and Education Personnel Management public elementary schools that have been very good need to be maintained. The good implementation of Educators and Education Personnel Management can improve their performance increases. The performance of educators and education personnel is expected to improve the quality of education in primary schools. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan Manajemen Pendidik dan Kependidikan Berbasis Sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Bekasi Utara, Kota Bekasi. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan metode penelitian survei. Tempat studi di Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten Bekasi Utara. Jumlah populasi penelitian adalah 49 siswa SD dan 35 sampel penelitian sekolah dasar negeri. Hasil penelitian tersebut adalah: (a) Implementasi dalam perencanaan kebutuhan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan sudah sangat baik, karena sebanyak 26 sekolah (74%) sangat baik, 7 sekolah (20%) baik dan 2 sekolah (6%) cukup baik. (b) Pelaksanaan pengorganisasian pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan sekolah dasar negeri sudah sangat baik karena sebanyak 23 sekolah (66%) sangat baik, 12 sekolah (34%) baik. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa implementasi Manajemen Pendidik dan Kependidikan Sekolah Dasar Negeri yang selama ini sangat dibutuhkan harus dijaga. Penerapan Manajemen Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan yang baik dapat meningkatkan kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. Kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah dasar.

The Influence of Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Transformational Leadership Styles on Employee Performance With Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in the Mining Support Division of PT Kaltim Prima Coal.This study aims to test the influence of organizational culture (X1), work motivation (X2) and transformational leadership style (X3) on employee performance (Y2) through job satisfaction (Y1) in the Mining Support Division of PT Kaltim Prima Coal. This study took a sample of 62 respondent. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis.The results show the influence of organizational culture on positive but insignificant job satisfaction, the influence of transfomasional leadership motivation and style on positive and significant job satisfaction; the influence of organizational culture on employee performance is insignificant and positive; the influence of motivation and transformational leadership style on employee performance is significant and positive; and the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance is significant and positive.Keywords: Job Motivation, Work Discipline, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance

S Service quality relates to conditions related to services, people, processes and the environment where the quality is determined when the delivery of public services takes place. There are many factors that can af ect the quality of public services including leadership, supervision, performance, job satisfaction and employee motivation. However, it is not known exactly what factors consistently af ect the improvement of the quality of public services. This study aims to analyze the ef ect of leadership style and job satisfaction on work motivation and service quality and to analyze the ef ect of work motivation on service quality at Kefamenanu regional public hospital. The research method used is a survey research method. The research data were analyzed quantitatively through the multivariate structural equation model (SEM) technique using the IBM SPSS AMOS program. Hypothesis testing proves that job satisfaction has an ef ect on job satisfaction because the probability (P) value is zero point zero zero seven which is smaller than zero point zero fifty; leadership style has no ef ect on work motivation because the probability (P) value is zero point one hundred and sixty six which is greater than zero point zero fifty; job satisfaction has an ef ect on service quality because the probability (P) value is zero point zero ten which is smaller than zero point zero fifty; leadership style has no ef ect on the quality of public services because the probability (P) value is zero point zero eighty one which is greater than zero point fifty; and work motivation af ects the quality of public services where the probability value (P) is zero point zero zero three which is smaller than zero point zero fifty.

Introduction. It has long been established that school climate can influence the course and outcomes of education, but the findings of previous research are inconsistent as to which elements of school climate are crucial for positive outcomes. This paper provides a more detailed insight into the individual contribution of the dimensions and determinants of school climate for adaptive functioning of students. Objective. The objective of the research was to consider the patterns of the relationship between the quality of school climate and its determinants (program, process and material) and adaptive characteristics of students. Methods. The research was conducted in five primary schools in Belgrade. The Charles F. Kettering, Ltd. - CFK School Climate Profile was used to assess school climate, and the TRF Adaptive Functioning Profile was used to assess adaptive characteristics of students. Both questionnaires were completed by primary school teachers. Results. Positive correlations were found between the quality of school climate, program, process and material determinants, on the one hand and, on the other hand, adaptive characteristics of students. Based on the results of regression analysis, the program determinants of school climate were singled out as the only significant predictor. Conclusion. The results of this research confirm that a good school climate, and especially school programs and practices in the domain of learning and teaching, can contribute to adaptive characteristics of students. Based on the obtained results, the paper describes the implications for future research and practice in this field.

The results of the analysis show the principal leadership style, teacher work motivation simultaneously significant and significant to teacher performance, thus hypothesis. Based on the results of data processing and research results there was an influence between the leadership style of principals and work motivation on the performance of madrasah teachers by 26.9%. So it can be said the better the quality of leadership style of principal and work motivation, the better the performance of teachers. Based on these findings, it can be concluded: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership style and four sub-variables on Executive Style and Developer Style (2) There is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership style on teacher performance Madrasah Tsanawiyah / MTsS (3) There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on teacher performance, achievement of financial motivation. (4) There is a positive and significant influence between the principal's leadership style and the motivation of cooperation on teacher performance. (5) Managerial efforts to improve the principal's leadership style and work motivation and teacher performance by increasing the dimensions that determine these variables.

Affective commitment is a commitment that comes from within and it needs quite some time to develop. Organizations need to ensure that their employees have strong affective commitment. Transformational leadership style can help employees to feel valued and develop strong commitment. On the other hand the positive atmosphere inside the organization will also enrich the positive experience of employees which in the end will increase the affective commitment. This study analyses the effect of transformational leadership and job satisfaction on employee’s affective commitment. We study one of the state companies in Medan using 72 participants. The explanatory method and path analysis are used to explain relationships and influences between variables. The results of the study prove that transformational leadership style and job satisfaction simultaneous and partial have effects in improving the quality of employee affective commitment. Business organizations need to apply transformational leadership styles and develop human resources program that can enhance job satisfaction. By carefully focus on these two elements, the organization is expected to be able to increase employee affective commitment. Keywords—Transformational Leadership, Job satisfaction, Affective Commitment Abstrak Komitmen afektif adalah komitmen yang muncul dari dalam diri sendiri dan dibangun seiring berjalannya waktu. Organisasi perlu memastikan bahwa karyawan mereka memiliki komitmen afektif yang kuat. Unsur kepemimpinan khususnya yang bersifat transformasional diyakini dapat membuat karyawan merasa dihargai dan pada akhirnya memiliki komitmen yang kuat. Di samping itu, suasana dalam organisasi yang menyenangkan akan memperkaya pengalaman positif karyawan yang juga berdampak pada peningkatan komitmen afektif. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap terbentuknya komitmen afektif karyawan di salah satu perusahaan negara di Medan. 72 Responden yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Metode eksplanatori dan analisis jalur digunakan untuk menjelaskan hubungan dan pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh simultan dan parsial terhadap peningkatan kualitas komitmen afektif karyawan. Organisasi bisnis perlu mengaplikasikan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional serta mengembangkan program sumberdaya manusia yang bisa meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. The development of the business world today more rapidly resulting in tight competition. This is demanding business players in order to leap ahead of the competition with how to improve the quality of human resources and expected employee can improve performance. To be employee performance and the company is also required to pay attention to the factors that can affect the performance of the employees. This research is a type of quantitative research, data obtained with the spread of the questionnaire to 45 respondents. The population in this research is all employees on CV. Putri Sion which numbered 45 people. The Data obtained and then in the analysis using the validity test, test reliability test, classical assumptions, determination coefficient test, t test, F test and multiple linear regression analysis. This research result shows that partially, job satisfaction and leadership style significantly affect to employee performance meanwhile the most dominant affecting performance is employee jobs satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership management on the performance of educators and education personnel. Many things are related in order to support the success of an Islamic educational institution, one of which concerns the style displayed by the figure of the leader or the pattern of behavior that he displays in leading. In general leadership style there are two leadership styles namely task oriented style (task oriented), and member oriented style (employee-oriented). In subsequent developments along with social changes the model and style of leadership underwent a change in the style of transactional leadership, transformational leadership, and visual leadership. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Data from this study were obtained from the school principal, board of teachers and other school staff at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Taman. Data collected by observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive - qualitative. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership management is able to improve the quality of the performance of educators and education personnel in SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Taman.

Most primary school buildings in Poland rely on natural ventilation. This fact is attributed to the age of these buildings constructed more than dozen or even several tens of years ago. Few of them were fitted with a mechanical ventilation system allowing for the adjustment of microclimate parameters. The national requirements for gravity ventilation provide general guidelines, specifying strict description only for the airtightness of windows and doors and the minimum airflow to be supplied to the rooms. The minimum airflow supplied is independent of the number of occupants and purpose of the room. Low indoor air quality (IAQ) can impact occupants’ health and lead to poor productivity or low academic performance. Therefore the provision of good IAQ in classrooms and laboratories is very important. This paper presents the results of the investigation devoted to the quality of indoor air in classrooms of selected Polish primary school. Six primary school in a town with a population of 200 000 inhabitants were involved in the investigations. The participating school buildings were built between 1976 and 1994 and had gravity ventilation systems. The variability of basic IAQ parameters, i.e., temperature, relative humidity and carbon dioxide level, was analysed and the assessment of the classrooms in terms of microbiological purity was performed. The outcomes confirmed the low quality of the indoor air in these buildings. The maximum value of CO2 concentration amounted to more than 4000 ppm. Certain modifications aimed at improving IAQ were proposed during the investigations. Two solutions were implemented. The results of this study indicate that the proposed solution offers the potential to improve IAQ within classrooms.
