This study aims to provide an overview of students' social interactions in the learning process for instructors and prospective teachers. In this article a number of things will be reviewed, including the meaning of social interaction and learning, forms of social interaction and learning, and interaction relationships with learning. After understanding the interaction in the learning process, instructors and prospective instructors are expected to understand that learning outcomes and learning processes must be balanced so that the educational process leads to the development of attitudes, intellectual intelligence, or the development of children's skills according to their needs.

The COVID-19 pandemic requires the learning process to take place online, this has an impact on teachers who are required to creatively innovate unusual learning processes. This research aims to determine the difference in the average learning outcomes of students during online learning between the application of learning videos before and after receiving the learning video intervention treatment. The research instrument used was a test of statistics material. The learning outcomes test data obtained were processed by paired t-test. This research found that there was a difference in the average learning outcomes of students before and after the application of learning videos. The application of learning videos provides better learning outcomes than before using learning videos.

This article reveals the process of forming the professional competence of university students. In conditions when the learning process becomes more and more formalized and depersonalized, the teacher should focus on clarifying the motivational sphere in order to form the most important cognitive motives in students. Motivational orientation influences not only the student's learning outcomes, but also changes the educational process itself. What is this influence - positive or negative, developing or standardizing, how universal and intense is it? The strength, effectiveness, form of influence, the predominance of certain functions are determined by the scientific and methodological guidance and management of the educational process by the teacher.

Many researchers indicate that collaborative learning is an effective strategy to improve students’ learning. Collaborative learning is no longer confined to face-to-face classrooms with the advancement of technology. The concept of computer supported collaborative learning (CSCL) matches web 2.0 which emphasize learner centeredness, social interactions, and mutual sharing. The concept of CSCL matches E-Learning 2.0 which focus on learner centeredness, social interactions, and mutual sharing. This study investigates the effects of computer supported collaborative learning with web 2.0 technology on students’ participation, learning process, and learning outcomes. During a 14-week collaborative writing course, thirty participants were asked to use Google Docs to finish their assignments collaboratively. Results showed that computer supported collaborative learning with web 2.0 technology have positive effects on students’ participation, learning process, and learning outcomes. Implications and suggestions are also provided in this study.

In the educational process, it is not the information technology itself that is important, but the extent to which its use serves to achieve the actual educational goals. The choice of means of communication should be determined by content, not technology. This means that the choice of technologies should be based on the study of the content of training courses, the degree of necessary activity of trainees, their involvement in the learning process, specific goals and expected learning outcomes. The result of training depends not on the type of communication and information technologies, but on the quality of the development and provision of courses.

The curricular perspective based on teaching processes which takes formal mathematical knowledge as a starting point has been severely criticized. This traditional perspective considers that the formal mathematical knowledge has to be taught prior to the application so, once taught, it can be used to solve problems. Along with this criticism, curricular alternative proposals that have focused attention on the learning process (rather than in the teaching one) have been developed. Recently, game-based learning has been developed as a problem-based learning methodology, able to achieve a deeper implication of the students. In line with this approach, the main scope of this paper is to provide evidence of the learning process in game-based learning environments. To do this, student teachers have designed an educational escape room that fits curricular learning outcomes. This manuscript reports on an educational escape room experience that was implemented in three different Primary Education Schools (total student population of 117 students, while here we present a fragment of 5 participants). In order to evaluate the development of certain knowledge, a transcribed fragment is presented and analyzed. In the reported experience, evidence of learning processes and horizontal mathematization are reported in the frame of an educational escape room. This constitutes an evidence of learning processes in gamified environments.

2020 was a truly revolutionary year in terms of education – from the paradigm of predominantly traditional education, we had to rapidly “step” into a distance format, regardless of our desire and readiness. In 2020 two tectonic shifts happened at once: the shift from synchronous offline classes (education) to synchronous online and then from synchronous formats to asynchronous and mixed. In addition to issues related to the technical support of the educational process, the issue related to the development of new professional and pedagogical principles and rules that would contribute to the highly moral behavior and activities of the teacher in creating a comfortable environment for all participants of distance learning process, emphasizing that ethical requirements must reflect the relationship between teachers and learners. We conducted a research aimed at revealing the principles and values the teachers consider crucial to follow when conducting online classes, the skills they think they need master in order to raise the level of their professional expertise, improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning processes, and make their students self-confident and independent. The results of the survey can be used in designing special courses devoted to professional or pedagogical ethics in online learning.

Assessment of the learning process and assessment of learning outcomes are two very important things in education. Assessment of processes and results is a part that blends with the learning process activities. Assessment of learning processes and results is used as a reference to improve the overall learning process. One part of the assessment of learning outcomes is a test. Schools still use multiple choice tests as a measure to determine the success of students. However, schools in this case the teachers have not been able to determine the quality and feasibility of the questions that are used well. Moreover, not many teachers understand how to analyze items in a computerized manner. Supposedly, before a double question is used as a measure of a learning process, the thing to do is analyze the problem. So that it can be determined questions that have good quality, questions that must be corrected, and which questions should be discarded. The training activity analyzed the items with computerization for the teachers at Muhammadiyah Bangkinang Senior High School to run well and smoothly. This training provides knowledge and understanding of the importance of conducting item analysis at this time. Thus this activity is important, because the school in this case the teacher gets the knowledge and skills in analyzing question items through computarization, namely using the software Quest. So that in the future teachers will easily make improvements to the problems at school.
