This article reveals the process of forming the professional competence of university students. In conditions when the learning process becomes more and more formalized and depersonalized, the teacher should focus on clarifying the motivational sphere in order to form the most important cognitive motives in students. Motivational orientation influences not only the student's learning outcomes, but also changes the educational process itself. What is this influence - positive or negative, developing or standardizing, how universal and intense is it? The strength, effectiveness, form of influence, the predominance of certain functions are determined by the scientific and methodological guidance and management of the educational process by the teacher.

The article reveals one of the topical issues of modern musical and pedagogical education, concerning the usage of innovative technologies in the musical-theoretical preparation of art university students. The author of the article emphasizes that modern scientific and pedagogical thought is one of the efficient means of increasing the efficiency of the educational process recognizing the application of pedagogical technologies. Accordingly, the author analyses the existing approaches to understanding the concept of «pedagogical technology» and concludes for all, the focus is on the guaranteed learning outcomes due to the teacher’s consistent actions in achieving the set learning goals. The author considers the development of the sense of the rhythm of students in solfeggio classes as an active process, the result of which is a deep, active understanding of the organization of the musical composition in time. A brief methodical review of exercises from the development of the sense of rhythm in classes solfeggio allowed the author to choose those of them, which compose the basis of pedagogical technology. They include: rhythmic sketches; rhythmic dictations; conducting and timing; different ways of rhythmization, rhythm-solmization; rhythmic transposition; rhythmic canons; rhythmic accompaniment with using the simplest shock and noise instruments; rhythmic transformation; rhythmic improvisation; warehouse-rhythmization and others. For today, the author of the article notes that the processes of informatization and computerization are actively implemented in the educational space. This affects the active use of innovative technologies in the learning process. In particular, the author outlines a number of computer programs for the development of a sense of rhythm, which can be used in classes solfeggio in higher art educational institutions. Among them: the MusicGoals Rhythm program, GNU Solfege, Ear Master and Sibelius Auralia 4. According to the author, only an organic combination of innovative technologies with traditional methods of training allows you to get optimal results in this direction.

In the educational process, it is not the information technology itself that is important, but the extent to which its use serves to achieve the actual educational goals. The choice of means of communication should be determined by content, not technology. This means that the choice of technologies should be based on the study of the content of training courses, the degree of necessary activity of trainees, their involvement in the learning process, specific goals and expected learning outcomes. The result of training depends not on the type of communication and information technologies, but on the quality of the development and provision of courses.

The article presents a methodology for assessing the level of formation professional competencies in university digital environment. The proposed methodology includes principles that should be taken into account when assessing learning outcomes in the digital environment, a three-step approach to building the educational process using adaptive e-learning course (AELC), and a model for assessing the formation of professional competencies in AELC. The scientific novelty of the methodology is constructing a model that includes formalizing the structure of an adaptive e-learning course and means of assessing labor functions: knowledge, skills and labor actions according to the cognitive, praxiological and motivational/axiological components of competency. The formalization of the structure and evaluation tools of the adaptive e-learning course was carried out to assess the results of the formation of professional competencies. Formulas are proposed for assessing professional competency for individual modules of the discipline, for the discipline and for the educational program as a whole, implemented in digital environment. The results of testing the methodology for assessing the formation of professional competencies in teaching students of the direction of training “Information Systems and Technologies” in School of Space and Information Technologies of Siberian Federal University are presented. The approach allows us to minimize the subjectivity of the teacher in assessing student learning outcomes, and also allows for automated assessment of the level of formation professional competencies in the digital environment and, according to the new education standards (FSES 3++), provides sufficient objectivity in assessing formation level. In the future, the proposed method can be extended to estimate the level of formation of universal and general professional competencies of the curriculum and to become the universal tool to assess the level of training of the graduates.

This article is devoted to the advantage of applying the technology of integrated modular training in English classes, since the development and modernization of higher education in modern conditions has made it the goal of comprehensive formation of professional competence for a future teacher. New priorities in education are prompting teachers to search for new modern effective teaching technologies that enable achieving higher learning and upbringing results, introducing new educational technologies in the educational process. The best practices of the teachers of many educational institutions confirm their desire for an active search and use of pedagogical technologies in working with students. Modern advanced pedagogical technologies include modular learning technology. Modular training is a way of organizing the educational process based on the block-modular presentation of educational information. Modular learning is becoming more and more popular in modern learning, as it uses elements in the context of pedagogy of cooperation, humanizes the learning process and saves time. It seems to us that the organization of training in vocabulary through the module as a unit of educational material will be an additional factor in optimizing the learning process. The technology of modular learning is characterized by the advanced study of theoretical material, enlarged block modules, the algorithmization of educational activities, the completeness and consistency of cognitive cycles and other cycles of activity, level-by-level individualization of educational activities and the creation of a situation of choice for a teacher and students. Based on the results of the study, recommendations were developed for teachers and students on the development of linguistic competence, in particular, on the development of competence to study a foreign language correctly, which is of primary importance for future teachers.

The article proposes a methodology of network planning in the problem of adaptive learning of university students. The elements of network planning are briefly presented, the use of adaptive learning methods in the educational process is described. The learning process in the university is considered, and the possibilities of describing it using the formalism of network planning within some discipline are analyzed. The developed technique for assessing the performance of tasks is given. The process of interaction between a teacher and a student in the learning process is described in terms of assessing the sequence of this interaction and the parameters of the proposed algorithm. The developed model of the discipline in the form of a linear sequence of actions for the study of the discipline is presented. To reflect the efforts made to obtain a learning outcome, a graphical representation of the discipline's network model is given. The results of the use of network graphics in the educational process within one discipline are presented. The formulas used to assess the student when using this technique are described. Several variants of passing the academic discipline by a student are considered, analytical data obtained by comparing these variants are presented. A computer program designed to support the developed technique is presented. The results of using the proposed methodology for assessing the study of a discipline by a university student are analyzed. The study of the methodology presented in the article can be useful for both university teachers and students.
