Abstract The development of information and communication technology has a big effect on the field of health, especially the field of nursing. Nurses are required to take advantage of technological developments one of them through telenursing service (telenursing). Telenursing is a component telehealth that occurs when nurses meet the health needs of clients using information communication technologies and web-based systems. Technologies that can be used in telenursing vary widely, including: telephones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, facsimile machines, tablets, computers, internet, video and audio conferencing, teleradiology dan computer information systems. The purpose of this paper is to find out the application of telenursing in health services.Writing method used is literature study which analyzed from several journals related to the topic taken. Journals are investigated through Proquest, Ebsco, Science Direct, and Clinical Key which are then selected according to the topics to be discussed. The results of the analysis indicate that the application of telenursing has a positive impact on public health. Telenursing allows to be applied in Indonesia in an effort to improve the quality of health service. Key word : information technology, telenursing, nurse   Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi berpengaruh besar terhadap bidang kesehatan khususnya  bidang keperawatan. Perawat dituntut untuk memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi salah satunya melalui pelayanan keperawatan jarak jauh (telenursing). Telenursing adalah komponen telehealth yang terjadi ketika perawat memenuhi kebutuhan dasar klien dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi komunikasi dan sistem berbasis web. Teknologi yang dapat digunakan dalam telenursing sangat bervariasi, meliputi: telepon, personal digital assistants, smartphone, mesin faksimili, tablet, computer, internet, video dan audio conferencing, teleradiologi dan system informasi komputer. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan telenursing dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah studi literatur yang dianalisis dari beberapa jurnal. yang terkait dengan topik yang diambil. Jurnal ditelurusi melalui Proquest, Ebsco, Science Direct, dan Clinical Key yang kemudian diseleksi sesuai dengan topik yang akan dibahas.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan telenursing mempunyai dampak positif terhadap kesehatan masyarakat. Telenursing memungkinkan untuk diterapkan di Indonesia dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan.   Kata kunci : teknologi informasi, telenursing, perawat

This article aims to examine the psychology foundations of 21st century curriculum development, because the foundation of psychology is one of the principles in curriculum creation and development. The method used in this research is literature study, collecting, analyzing, processing and presenting books, journals and texts related to the research theme as reference material in the form of literature reports. The rapid development of science and technology and the existence of free market competition between countries has implications for life and of course for the world of education. It is important to conduct a review of the principles of curriculum development, namely the psychological principles of students. The result of this research is that curriculum development must be based not only on philosophy but also based on psychology. In the 21st century with the rapid development of information and communication technology and free competition between countries in all fields will affect the psychology of students, This must be considered by curriculum developers so that orientation is no longer centered on cognitive but more on psychomotor or skills. This is why the foundation of psychology is very important in conducting curriculum development. The positive impact expected in this article for the world of education is for curriculum developers to focus more on the needs of students in the 21st century so that they can compete with other countries.

The seriousness of the school/madrasah in updating instructional media hampered by the incompetence of some teachers use ICT-based learning media as one way of presenting the material. Mastery and knowledge of information technology will facilitate the teacher in finding the source of learning, so that students will not get bored attend classes. ICT training has been able to change mindside teacher of the conventional learning becomes more interactive learning. Teachers are becoming more aware that the presence of technology is inevitable in the learning process. Rapid technological developments should be exploited so that teachers who emerges is a positive impact, and not vice versa. The use of technology can help the learning process becomes more effective and efficient, and fun.

Technological developments make changes in life. Students are in a digital environment full of information. Countries change educational goals. Many educational innovations have also been carried out to support this. The hope of educational innovation is the support and integration of information and communication technology (ICT) in the learning process. So that there is an increase in the quality of student learning. Students today must have communication, collaboration, critical thinking and creative and innovative skills. These skills must be included in the learning process in class. To support this, all teacher competencies must be improved, especially professional competences. This research uses literature study. The purpose of this study is to reveal how the professionalism of teachers in the 4.0 revolution era in improving the quality of education.

In an effort to make improvements, Perpamsi has introduced Total Quality Management (TQM) to the Regional Water Company (PDAM) in West Java. In addition, improvement efforts are also made through the use of technological developments by adopting Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to support the company's operations. This study aims to gain an overview of TQM implementation and adoption of ICT at PDAM in West Java as well as analyze the impact on operating performance. The objects of this analysis are 22 companies of PDAM. Data were collected by questionnaire and the respondent is a manager-level employees. Data were analyzed using multiple regression. The results showed that the TQM implementation and adoption of ICT at PDAM in West Java are not maximized yet. Partially, TQM implementation and adoption of ICT provide a significant positive impact on the improvement of operating performance

Technology has been the bread and butter of learning not only among school going children, but also those of pre-schoolers. Its access and usage has become the perennial tool to generate learning. Hence, it comes with the effects of the learning process. This study attempts to investigate the concern of pre-schoolers’ parents regarding the access of Information Communication Technology (ICT) that takes place both in school and at home. This has also become the cause of concern for parents as their children are exposed to its access and usage, conveniently 24/7. To conduct this study, questionnaires were given and duly completed by 10 parents in a small school of eighteen pre-schoolers. These pre-schoolers ranged from the ages of 3 to 6 years old. At these ages, the children have ICT knowledge, at home ranging from leisure games, electronic toys, mobile phones, television, CD, and computers. They have well educated parents with concerns on child computer addiction, health matters and lack of social values. Discussions on the findings focus on the advantages and disadvantages of technology access and usage among the pre-schoolers. They also included the questions on methods of access control or preventive measures to ensure safe ICT use for these pre-schoolers. This study took a qualitative approach as it was suitable to access the respondents’ perception and opinion via questionnaires. The analysis of the study results indicated that ICT had positive impact on education. The concern and setback for parents were the health issues, dark webs, and lack or over socialising. Information technology is increasingly developing and has a positive impact on the world of education. The implementation of student counseling with a Knowledge Management System is one of the contributions of information technology in the world of education. Many benefits provided by the Student Counseling Knowledge Management System, in managing the knowledge needed by the counselor section to document student consultations. The development and implementation of a KMS counseling system costs more to employ professional staff to maintain and improve; KMS student counseling application; For this reason, it is necessary to design a Cloud Computing-based Student Counseling Knowledge Management System. The research method carried out in the first stage is to collect data and information about Knowledge Management and Student Counseling, and how to use it to create a Knowledge Management System Application, Student Counseling Based on cloud computing. Furthermore, conducting a literature study and literature review, system design is in the form of data architecture compounding, process design, network design, and user interface design. The design results of this system can facilitate educational institutions in conducting online cloud computing-based student counseling

This paper aims at discussing the potentials of bottom-up design practices in relation to the latest developments in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) by making an in-depth review of inaugural cases. The first part of the study involves a literature study and the elaboration of basic strategies from the case study. The second part reframes the existing ICT tools and strategies and elaborates on their potentials to support the modes of participation performed in these cases. As a result, by distilling the created knowledge, the study reveals the potentials of novel modes of ICT-enabled design participation which exploit a set of collective action tools to support sustainable ways of self-organization and bottom-up design. The final part explains the relevance of these with solid examples and presents a hypothetical case for future implementation. The paper concludes with a brief reflection on the implications of the findings for the future of architectural design education.

The decentralization policy has long been implemented in Indonesia, but issues related to community development was still a serious problem. Hence the concept of community-based development became the most attentive development concept meantime. This study was conducted in 2010 in Purbalingga Regency. This study used descriptive and exploratory research method. Data collection was done through in-depth interviews, discussions, field trips, and literature study. Data obtained were analyzed using qualitative research methods. The result shows that the implementation of regional autonomy increased empowerment practice both in quantity and quality. Developing empowerment models are Program PNPM Mandiri Pedesaan, TMMD, PKP, Puspahastama, and Desa Sehat Mandiri. Implementation of community development programs generates a positive impact on society both physical and nonphysical. Many problems encountered in community development programs, for instance in terms of the policy, planning, implementation, financial, human resources, and coordination. Amongst all those problems, we expected that in the future there will be a national policy which able to integrate and synergize all government levels and units, and also stakeholders in the implementation of community development programs.

The use of ICT (information communication technology) as an educational resource is becoming more evident in the education systems of most countries, even more so with the COVID-19 crisis. When it comes to disability and education, ICT becomes a tool for social and educational inclusion. This study presents the validation and evaluation of a measurement scale on ICT literacy for inclusive education. In addition, based on previous literature, a conceptual model is proposed and validated through PLS (partial least squares) using a sample of 142 teachers from all educational stages. The results show that teachers’ ICT knowledge to ensure inclusion consists of five dimensions on specific needs. ICT knowledge has a positive impact on teacher motivation and ICT use. Teachers at primary and early childhood education levels have a lower motivation and use of ICT, although they have a higher knowledge of disability. The results found allow progress to be made in measuring the educational inclusion of schools and the ICT knowledge needed to ensure care and support for all people. A notable implication is the need for training on ICT and disability within educational policies.

Pelayanan publik menjadi suatu tolok ukur kinerja pemerintah yang paling kasat mata. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dan banyaknya tantangan yang harus dihadapi maka pelayanan publik harus diselaraskan dengan terobosan atau inovasi. Salah satu pelayanan publik yang perlu dioptimalkan adalah Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (SAMSAT). Oleh karena itu, Kantor Bersama Samsat Gresik membuat aplikasi yang diresmikan pada tanggal 14 Juli 2020 adalah SAMSAT RAME (Samsat Ramah Merakyat) yaitu sebuah aplikasi pelayanan pajak serta informasi terkait pengurusan perpanjangan masa berlaku surat tanda nomor kendaraan (STNK) bermotor. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana optimalisasi pelayanan Kantor Bersama Samsat Gresik melalui Inovasi Aplikasi Samsat Rame (Samsat Ramah Merakyat) sehingga mampu menjawab beberapa permasalahan pelayanan publik Teknik analisis data dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi literatur.  Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Samsat Ramah Merakyat (Samsat Rame) belum efisien karena input pelayanan masih memberatkan para pengguna jasa. Belum efektif karena tidak berhasil mencapai tujuan yang dikehendaki oleh penyelenggara. Serta kualitas hasil yang buruk dikarenakan faktor pendukung terkesan membuat aplikasi Samsat Rame di lakukan karena mendesak tanpa memikirkan jangka panjang. Sedangkan faktor penghambat lebih berpengaruh pada keberhentian inovasi Samsat Rame. Salah satu saran yang dapat diajukan yaitu meningkatkan sosialisasi dan promosi kepada masyarakat Kabupaten Gresik. Along with technological developments and the many challenges that must be faced, public services must be aligned with breakthroughs or innovations. One of the public services that need to be optimized is the One-Stop One-Stop Administration System (SAMSAT). Therefore, the Samsat Gresik Joint Office made an application that was inaugurated on July 14, 2020, namely SAMSAT RAME (Samsat Ramah Merakyat), which is a tax service application as well as information related to the extension of the validity period for motorized vehicle registration certificates (STNK). The purpose of this study is to find out how to optimize the services of the Samsat Gresik Joint Office through the Samsat Rame Application Innovation (Samsat Ramah Merakyat) so that it is able to answer several public service problems. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion / verification. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the Peoples Friendly Samsat application (Samsat Rame) is not efficient because service inputs are still burdensome for service users. Not yet effective because it failed to achieve the goals desired by the organizers. As well as the poor quality of results due to supporting factors that seem to make the Samsat Rame application done because it is urgent without thinking about the long term. While the inhibiting factor has more influence on the discontinuation of the Samsat Rame innovation. One of the suggestions that can be put forward is to increase socialization and promotion to the people of Gresik Regency.
