Diseases annually cause significant crop losses and reduced quality of agricultural products. The development strategy of new environmentally friendly plant protection products should consider the role of the microbiome in host defense.

Clean agriculture is defined as a method of agricultural production that avoids the use of chemicals, especially fertilizers and pesticides, and on this basis, this agriculture, including organic, has a positive impact because it depends on available natural resources, which in turn reduces environmental pollution resulting from the use of chemical fertilizers and improving the environment And food security, and organic fertilizers of various types are an important and essential source of the elements needed by the larger and smaller plants as well as its very important role in improving the physical, chemical and biological soil properties, and in recent times. The importance of using liquid organic fertilizers has emerged as one of the most important clean alternatives to the nutrients needed for fruit seedlings, because it contains some organic acids such as humic and fulvic acids and amino acids and other substances that are cheap and easy to use and low pollution to the environment and agricultural products and their contribution to improving physical, chemical and biological characteristics soil, which is reflected positively in the growth and production of different plants.

The article considers the expediency of organic agricultural production with the definition of a number of advantages, such as economic, environmental and social. The conditions for the development of organic agricultural production are given, namely: the presence of large areas of environmentally friendly agricultural land; high fertility of soils; favorable climatic conditions; low level of use of mineral fertilizers, plant protection products; presence of potential consumers market; Export attractiveness of organic products for EU countries; provision of the agrarian sector of the economy by labor resources. The efficiency of production of organic agro production, which is determined by internal (organizational, techno-technological, economic, marketing) and external (economic, institutional, legal, natural-ecological, social) factors, is investigated. The reasons that hinder the efficiency of production of organic products in Ukraine, which can be attributed to: imperfect institutional support and lack of state financial support; Innovative passivity of most manufacturers and management structures; lack of awareness of producers regarding the specifics of organic production and the public regarding the benefits of organic products; the predominance of exports of organic raw materials; processing, production, wholesale and retail trade in organic products of consumption are still underdeveloped; deficit of grain and other agricultural crops of organic origin; insufficient number of cattle as the main producer of organic fertilizers; high cost of borrowed funds; high ethnogeny load on the area of Central and Eastern Ukraine. The evolution of the organic agricultural market will lead to the development of the relevant infrastructure. Agriculture of Ukraine has all the conditions for the development of organic agricultural production, since the soil-climatic allow to significantly expand the volume of organic farming. Co-operation of the organic agricultural sector in Ukraine is presented in the form of dairy cooperatives, which are intended for the sale of milk at more attractive prices. The cooperative movement makes it possible to combine efforts to create real competition for powerful agrarian enterprises and, at the same time, to promote the spread of organic agricultural production.

Annually more than 2 million tons of chemical plant protection products are introduced into the fields of the planet due to the need to preserve the crop. However, with multiple introduction of persistent pesticides, soil can become a source of pollution of crop production. The Purpose of our work was to predict the danger for children of all ages when consuming agricultural products contaminated with fungicides of the amides and triazoles classes. Materials and Methods. For an integrated assessment of the potential hazard on a four-graded scale, the allowable daily intake, the half-life in plants, and the average daily consumption of the product were estimated. When estimating the average daily consumption of products for children under the age of 18, the safety coefficients were used. Results. According to the persistence in agricultural cultures, fungicides cyflufenamide and difenoconazole were classified as hazard classes 3 (moderately stable). By the integral indicator of the danger when consuming pesticide-contaminated products for adults, difenoconazole is very dangerous (grade 4), cyflufenamide —moderately dangerous (grade 3). Conclusion. It has been established that for children, depending on their age, both studied active substances can be from extremely dangerous for infants and children of preschool age to a low or moderately dangerous for adolescents. Key Words: risk, pesticides, food products, children.

There has been made the assessment of the product «CAVITA BIOCOMPLEX» quality parameters, manufactured according to the innovative technology of ultrasonic cavitation processing of peat in water medium at high static pressure. To carry out this assessment it has been used the universal system of procedure of comprehensive assessment of humic products. This system is based on the level approach. It was found that the sample of agro product in the capacity of the main bioactive components contains fulvic and humic acids (47.2-64.0% calculated at dry weight basis). It is chemically and biologically safe for the environment. The usage of high-quality natural raw materials in combination with the “green” technology of “CAVITA BIOCOMPLEX” production makes it possible to use it not only as additional application with any mineral or organic fertilizers, plant protection products, herbicides, but also as basic fertilizer for biological agricultural technologies.
