This study aims to study the effect of adding manalagi apple cider to the sensory quality of chewy candy on the aspect of color, taste, aroma, and texture. This research was conducted in the Analysis and Engineering Laboratory of the Culinary Education Study Program Faculty of Engineering State University of Jakarta and was carried out in September 2020. This study uses an experimental method with different percentages namely 20%, 40%, and 60% then a hedonic test is carried out on 15 moderately trained panelists. The results of the descriptive analysis show the average value in the color aspect 4.4 light green categories with a percentage of 40%, in the sweet taste aspect 4.8 categories of sweetness with a percentage of 40%, in the manalagi apple flavor aspect 4.2 feels manalagi apple with a percentage of 40%, in the aspect of manalagi apple aroma 3.9 in the manalagi apple-scented category with a percentage of 40%. Based on the hypothesis test using the Kruskall-Wallis test, it was stated that the texture aspect was continued with the Tuckeys test and the best result obtained was 4.0 which was the best sensory quality product of chewy candy in the addition of Manalagi apple cider.

This study aims to the effect of canna starch substitutes (Canna Edulis Kerr) with the sensory quality of the tartlets skin senses devouring aspects of color, taste, aroma and texture. This research was carried out in the Pastry dan Bakery Laboratory, Food and Nutrition Program, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta. This research was conducted a tartlet laboratory test with the analysis of the properties of water content and ash content. Then the sensory quality assesment carried out organoleptic tests conducted on 45 rather trained panelists. This research is using experimental method. The population in this study was the tartlet with the canna starch subtitution, while the sample was the skin of tartlet substitution canna starch with the percentage of 20%, 40% and 30%. Based on deskriptive analysis, the results of the tartlet hypotesis test analysis with 40% canna starch substitution have the highest average of 4,9, which is the criteria for cream color. In the taste aspect, tartlet with a starch substitution of 20% and 30% has the highest average of 3,7, which is the criteria of sweet taste. In the aspect of aroma, tartlet with 40% canna starch substitution has the highest average of 4,1, which is in the criteria flavor not have a canna scent. And in the aspect of texture, tartlet with 30% dan 40% canna starch substitution has the highest average of 4,3, which is on crispy teksture. Kruskal Wallis Test results showed no significant substitution effect of canna starch on the sensory quality of tartlet.

The purpose of this research is to design, to build, and to test vibration, sound and temperature control devices on Motor on 3-phases motor for damage to a arduino based 3-phase induction motor. The research is conducted in the Motor Installation Lab. 1st floor Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta. At June 2019 until December 2019.This research uses engineering methods. The research subjects used are AC motors. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with data collection techniques namely laboratory observation using testing instruments.The results showed that the device can measure the level of vibration and sound (noise) of the motor through the LOW and HIGH conditions of the vibration sensor and sound sensor, while the device can measure the level of the motor temperature through data from the LM35 temperature sensor. So it can be concluded that the vibration, sound and temperature gauges can function well in motor damage indications.   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain dan membuat alat pengatur getaran, suara dan suhu motor induksi 3-phasa sebagai indikasi kerusakan pada motor induksi 3-phasa berbasis arduino. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Instalasi Motor Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Pada Bulan Juni 2019 sampai Desember 2019.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode rekayasa teknik. Subyek penelitian yang digunakan yaitu motor AC induksi 3-phasa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi laboratorium menggunakan instrumen pengujian.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alat dapat mengukur tingkat getaran dan suara (noise) motor melalui kondisi LOW dan HIGH dari sensor getaran dan sensor suara, sedangkan alat dapat mengukur tingkat suhu motor melalui data dari sensor suhu LM35. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat pengukur getaran, suara dan suhu dapat berfungsi dengan baik dalam mengindikasi kerusakan motor.

Abstract   This study aims to develop Job Safety Analysis for plumbing practice workshop in Vocational Education of Building Construction as an effort to improve Health and Safety Management System. This research was conducted in Vocational Education Study Program of Building Construction of Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta Building L Campus A UNJ, Jalan Rawamangun Muka, Jakarta 13220. The research time was conducted for 5 months ie in March 2018 s / d July 2018 consisting of three stages: preparation stage, implementation phase and data processing stage. The type of research used in this study using Research & Development methodology.The results showed that: Job Safety Analysis Development for plumbing practice workshop Vocational Education of Building Construction can already be implemented, based on validation results conducted by experts of Job Safety Analysis.   Keywords: Development, Job Safety Analysis, Plumbing.

This study aims to find out about the factors that affect external motivation to learn the results of Drawing Techniques I learned in college students S1 Studies Program of Technical Education Building, State University of Jakarta. Place of this research was conducted at the Department of Civil Engineering, State University of Jakarta in October-December 2011.In this study using survey method. The population in this study were students of S1 Studies Program of Technical Education Building Department of Civil Engineering Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta of 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010 as many as 262 students and a sample of 72 students who are determined using the calculation Yamane with sampling techniques using simple random sampling . The instrument used was a questionnaire for data capture factors external motivation to learn and value the learning outcomes data UAS for Engineering Drawing I. Reliability of the results obtained from the calculation of r values for the factors of external motivation to learn at 0.935.Based on the research results can be concluded that there are factors that influence motivation to learn external learning outcomes Mechanical Drawing I. In sub-indicators to obtain a family concern that is the largest average value 3.78, and the lowest mean value contained in the sub-indicators campus environment that is equal to 2.95. Overall indicator of family environment to obtain a mean value of 3.51, an indicator of the campus environment to obtain a mean value of 3.32, and for community environmental indicators obtained average value of 3.48.Based on research results obtained that the family environment is a factor external motivation to learn the most dominant in affecting learning outcomes of Engineering Drawing I with a mean value of 3.78.

This research aims to determine of the relationship between motivation being a teacher and the value of PKM students teaching skills. In this research using quantitative approach with descriptive-correlative method. The population and sample in this research is the students in Electrical Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta. The technique of data collection is hypothesis test, t-test with previously performed prerequisite analysis test: normality test and linearity test.The calculation  results shows that hypothesis test with significance level of 5% obtained rcount = 0,4685 and rtable = 0,230 rcalculated > rtable then the value that of tcalculated = 4,04652 and ttabel = 1,998 which tcalculated > ttabel  then its shows that there is positive and significant relationship between motivation being a teacher and the value of PKM students teaching skills. This research contributes to the world of education about the relationship between motivation being a teacher and the value of PKM students teaching skills and being a reference material for the next research, so the learning that gives is able to encourage or increase motivation being a teacher for students. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi menjadi guru dengan nilai keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa PKM. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif korelatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Teknik Elektro Fakultas Teknik Univeristas Negeri Jakarta. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji hipotesis dan uji-t yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linieritas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa uji hipotesis dengan taraf signifikansi 5% diperoleh nilai rhitung = 0,4685 dan nilai rtabel = 0,230, kemudian nilai thitung sebesar = 4,04652 dan nilai ttabel sebesar = 1,998 dimana thitung  >  ttabel  maka menunjukan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi menjadi guru dengan nilai keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa PKM. Penelitiam ini memberikan kontribusi pada dunia pendidikan mengenai hubungan antara motivasi menjadi guru dengan nilai keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa PKM dan menjadi bahan referensi untuk penelitian selanjutnya, sehingga pembelajaran yang diberikan mampu mendorong atau meningkatkan motivasi menjadi guru pada mahasiswa.

This study aims to produce a product in the form of a Social Learning Networks (SLN) based learning design using the Microsoft Teams platform that can be used by students who are taking Animation courses at the Jakarta State University Technology Study Program. This research was conducted by following the ADDIE development model procedure, which consisted of 5 stages, namely (1) Analysis: conducting a needs analysis, students and materials, (2) Design: designing a learning design, (3) Development: developing a learning design, (4) ) Implementation: conducting trials on experts and users, (5) Evaluation: evaluating the results of product development based on the trials that have been done. Based on the trial results of the experts, the overall average value was 3.36 which means very good. While the results of the one to one and small group trials obtained an overall average of 3.55 which means very good. The results of this development research indicate that the learning design developed can be used to facilitate students in the learning process, especially online learning.

<p class="0abstract"><strong>— </strong>Based on preliminary observations on the implementation of Graphic Design learning, it is indicated that it is only limited to using printed module media, lecture methods, guided practice and not yet using media with android technology. This study aims to: (1) Generate a practical learning media for Graphic Design based on Android Technology. (2) Producing Learning Media Graphic Design based on Effective Android Technology. This research is a Research and Development. This study uses a study design development with 4D development model that consists of four main stages, namely, Define (definition), Design (design), Develop (development), and Disseminate (deployment). Based on the practicality test, the practicality test value was 85%. Effectiveness Test of learning media for Android-based Graphic Design shows effective results , this is also shown with a significant level of 0,000 &lt;0.05, which means that there are significant differences between Student Learning Outcomes before being given an Android-based media ( Pretest ) and learning outcomes students after being given an Android-based media ( Posttest ) in the Informatics Engineering Education Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Padangs.</p>

Plastics are organic materials formed into various shapes when exposed to heat and pressure. Plastics have weaknesses and are dangerous for the materials they pack, namely the possibility of migration or transfer of monomer substances from plastic materials into food and beverages. The aims of this research is to analyze the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of student’s to measure the use of plastic for hot drinks. This type of this research is survey with cross-sectional approach. The samples in this study are students of the Culinary Education Study Program at the Jakarta State University, with a total sample of 66 respondents using the disproportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data has been analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results of this research show that the percentage of 66 students who have high knowledge about plastics is 54,5%, 95,5% of students have high attitudes in using plastic, and 78,8% of students have high action in using plastic. Meanwhile, the correlation test results showed a positive relationship between student's knowledge and attitudes with the use of plastic (r_count = 0.765 > r_table = 0.244) with a determination coefficient of 58,5%. Based on the research results, it is expected that Culinary Education students will maintain their attitudes and actions in using plastic to avoid the dangers inflicted by plastic.

 The research was conducted in the arboretum of the M. F. Reshetnev Siberian State University of Science and Technology (SibSU). The paper summarizes the results of the growth of mother trees and seed progeny of Ussuri plum trees growing in the introduction department of the arboretum. On average, the height of the Ussuri plum is 3.3 ±0.17 m with a high level of variation of the trait (29 %). The diameter of the stem of the studied plants is in the range from 1.5 to 5.7 cm and is expressed by a very high level of variability (51.2 %). The average crown diameter is 3.2 ±0.22 m. Among the queen trees, specimens No. 10 and No. 14 were selected by height. From these trees, the seeds were collected for sowing. As a result of a comparative analysis of the variability of annual seedlings in the height of the aboveground part of the stem and the diameter of the stem, the most promising seed progeny was identified. In the seedlings of the 2018 sowing year, the height and diameter of the stem were 12.9–1.8 cm and 10.4 and 1.6 mm, respectively. The height of the seedlings of specimen No. 14 (2019) varied from 4 to 18 cm, with an average value of 10.2 cm 0.59 and the diameter of the stem at the root neck — 1.8 cm 0.09. The obtained data are used for further reproduction and replenishment of the collection of the SibSU arboretum. When studying the size characteristics, it was noted that the minimum fruit length of the examined specimens is 1.4 cm, the maximum — 3.0 cm, the highest coefficient of variation in the specimen No. 14 is high and is equal to 22.8 %. According to the diameter of the fruit, the largest sizes are noted in specimen No. 10, the smallest — in No. 6. From five samples of Ussuri plum (No. 2, 6, 8, 10, 14), growing in the introduction department, the taste has the advantage of the sweet taste of the fruits, which are characterized by a yellow color. This should be taken into account when further breeding work with these specimens.
