The existence of the covid 19 pandemic forced the government to issue an online learning policy. This will certainly have a significant impact on the utilization and allocation of education costs that have been budgeted and outlined in the School Work Plan both on RKAS sourced from BOS funds and Education Development Contribution funds sourced from parents of students. This study aims to see firsthand the utilization of education funds during the Covid 19 period whether it has been effective and efficient. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data obtained from 24 principals bendaraha at high school in Mandailing Natal district in 2021 by spreading the questionnaire through Google format and interviews. It found that schools were not fully prepared to utilize funds effectively and efficiently. It is also inseparable from the uncertainty until when online learning ends because of the changing information (depending on the status of each region based on the level of emergency) about limited face-to-face learning schedules and new life adaptations. But allocating the cost of education in each school meets the 8 National Standards of Education even though the allocation of each SNP is uneven because of differentneeds. The transfer of financing from RKAS that has been prepared at the beginning of the year due to changes in the learning system and changes in BOS juknis. The transfer of extracurricular activities, the doubling of exam questions is eliminated and diverted to maintenance and replacement activities, the purchase of medical devices and materials such as thermoguns, handsanitizers, masks and disinfectants. Financing during the Covid-19 pandemic in general experienced significant changes in allocating rather than in the amount of funds spent.  In normal times there are scouting, extracurricular sports and student council activities diverted into maintenance and reimbursement funds. The cost of subscriptions and services such as electricity has decreased but new costs such as data plans for teachers and education personnel have fallen. The cost of developing educators and education personnel has also increased due to the development of competencies followed by teachers online.

Pandemi COVID-19 menuntut sektor pendidikan untuk melakukan berbagai perubahan maupun inovasi dan adaptasi demi pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran tetap berjalan baik. Pandemi COVID-19 mendorong sektor pendidikan terutama perguruan tinggi untuk melakukan perubahan pada model proses pembelajaran dimana proses pembelajaran berpindah dari pembelajaran konvensional atau tatap muka di kelas menjadi pembelajaran online atau daring. Dengan demikian, tenaga pengajar yaitu dosen dan mahasiswa harus siap beradaptasi dan menghadapi terobosan maupun tantangan baru terhadap perubahan sistem dalam  pembelajaran yang diterapkan perguruan tinggi. Learning Management System (LMS) adalah salah satu cara yang digunakan oleh perguruan tinggi untuk mendukung dan mengelola pembelajaran secara online agar proses belajar mengajar tetap berjalan dengan baik selama pandemic COVID-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode semi deskriptif   kuantitatif. Dimana tujuan  dalam  penelitian ini adalah untuk  menjelaskan pemanfaatan Learning Management System sebagai media pembelajaran online yang digunakan selama pandemic COVID-19. Aplikasi Learning Management System seperti Google Classroom, Edmodo, Moodle, serta SEVIMA Edlink dan LMS yang dikembangkan oleh perguruan tinggi maupun yang disediakan oleh pemerintah sangat bermanfaat sebagai media pembelajaran online atau daring selama pandemi COVID-19. Dimana dengan aplikasi LMS ini, sistem pembelajaran dan komunikasi tetap berjalan dengan baik dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas yang tersedia dalam aplikasi LMS tersebut.   Kata kunci: komponen; Learning Mangement System, Pembelajaran Online, COVID-19   Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic requires the education sector to make various changes and innovations and adaptations for the implementation of the learning process to continue. The COVID-19 pandemic encouraged the education sector, especially universities, to make changes to the learning process model where the learning process moves from conventional or face-to-face learning in the classroom to online or online learning. Thus, faculty, lecturers and students must be ready to adapt and face breakthroughs and new challenges to the system changes in learning implemented by universities. Learning Management System (LMS) is one of the ways used by universities to support and manage online learning so that the teaching learning process continues well during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used in this study is a semi-descriptive quantitative method. Where the purpose in this study is to explain the utilization of Learning Management System as an online learning medium used during the COVID-19 pandemic. Learning Management System applications such as Google Classroom, Edmodo, Moodle, and SEVIMA Edlink and LMS developed by universities as well as provided by the government are very useful as online or online learning media during the COVID-19 pandemic. Abstract. During COVID-19 pandemic, educators implement online learning in the education process. Basic interactive models of online learning available, such as synchronous learning, as a face-to-face learning process through online media. This research investigates the students’ perception toward the implementation of synchronous learning in ELT especially TOEFL. This research is qualitative. The results show that: 1) 51 % of students use Zoom and Live YouTube in learning TOEFL. 2) 89.7 % of students use mobile phones in online learning. 3) 49.7 % of students agree that Zoom has complete features. 4) 83.2 % of students agree that operating Zoom’s features is very easy. 5) 74.2 % of students agree that Zoom is easy-used. 6) 72.9 % of students agree that using Zoom in learning TOEFL is effective. 7) 73 % of students agree that using Live YouTube in learning TOEFL also effective. 8) 63.9 % agree that in Zoom, they can participate by face-to-face interactions (e.g. question-answer even discussion with lecturer and classmates. 9) 95.5 % of students agree that using YouTube, videos can be seen anytime and anywhere because videos are stored on the lecturer’s channel. In the understanding level of TOEFL, 83.2 % of students really understand in the listening section, 89.7 % of students understand the reading section, and 81.3 % of students understand the Structure and Written Expression section. Several problems affect learning TOEFL with Zoom and YouTube. Students have a problem with an internet connection. The other problems are internet quota, technical problems of the device (e.g battery, device dead suddenly, audio quality, device’s video/audio, and others), device’s type used, and surrounding conditions (e.g light conditions, sounds, or other disturbances). In the next learning system, 80.6 % of students agree that the next learning system implements face-to-face learning and still uses Zoom and YouTube Live Streaming. Model pembelajaran online interaktif dasar yang tersedia, seperti pembelajaran sinkron, sebagai proses pembelajaran tatap muka melalui media online. Penelitian ini mengkaji persepsi siswa terhadap penerapan pembelajaran sinkron di ELT khususnya TOEFL. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) 51% siswa menggunakan Zoom dan Live YouTube dalam pembelajaran TOEFL. 2) 89,7% siswa menggunakan ponsel dalam pembelajaran online. 3) 49,7% siswa setuju bahwa Zoom memiliki fitur yang lengkap. 4) 83,2% siswa setuju bahwa mengoperasikan fitur Zoom sangat mudah. 5) 74,2% siswa setuju bahwa Zoom mudah digunakan. 6) 72,9% siswa setuju bahwa menggunakan Zoom in learning TOEFL efektif. 7) 73% siswa setuju bahwa menggunakan Live YouTube dalam pembelajaran TOEFL juga efektif. 8) 63,9% setuju bahwa dengan Zoom, mereka dapat berpartisipasi dengan interaksi tatap muka (misalnya tanya jawab bahkan diskusi dengan dosen dan teman sekelas. 9) 95,5% mahasiswa setuju bahwa dengan menggunakan YouTube, video dapat dilihat kapan saja dan di mana saja karena video disimpan di saluran dosen. Pada tingkat pemahaman TOEFL, 83,2% siswa sangat memahami bagian menyimak, 89,7% siswa memahami bagian membaca, dan 81,3% siswa memahami bagian Struktur dan Ekspresi Tertulis. Beberapa masalah memengaruhi pembelajaran TOEFL dengan Zoom dan YouTube. Siswa memiliki masalah dengan koneksi internet. Masalah lainnya adalah kuota internet, masalah teknis perangkat (misal baterai, perangkat mati mendadak, kualitas audio, video/audio perangkat, dan lain-lain), jenis perangkat yang digunakan, dan kondisi sekitarnya (misal kondisi cahaya, suara, atau gangguan lainnya). Pada sistem pembelajaran selanjutnya, 80,6% siswa setuju bahwa sistem pembelajaran selanjutnya menerapkan pembelajaran tatap muka dan masih menggunakan Zoom dan YouTube Live Streaming.Kata kunci: ELT, pembelajaran sinkronus, TOEFL, YouTube, Zoom

ABSTRAKPandemi covid- 19 telah mengubah berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia saat ini, khususnya dalam dunia pendidikan. Sistem pembelajaran yang harus dilaksanakan secara daring di rumah masing-masing siswa. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut beberapa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler tidak dapat dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan, manfaat, dan kendala kegiatan belajar seni tari anak-anak Desa Sendangagung pada masa pandemi covid- 19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran tari di Desa Sendangagung dapat mengembangkan bakat dan minat anak dalam bidang tari. Melalui tari anak juga dilatih untuk mengenal dan mencintai budaya tari terutama tari daerah. Anak dilatih untuk tetap berkarya selama masa pandemi dan dapat melestarikan tari. Proses belajar tari memiliki kendala mengenai hasil akhir latihan yaitu pementasan yang dilaksanakan secara virtual. Kesulitan anak dalam memperagakan gerakan tari dan menyesuaikan tempo antara gerakan dan iringan tari merupakan kendala dalam proses latihan tari. Namun,  pelatih mempunyai cara tersendiri dalam mengatasi kesulitan anak dalam belajar tari.  Kata Kunci: pandemi covid- 19, pembelajaran daring, seni tari ABSTRACT The Covid-19 pandemic has changed various aspects of human life today, especially in the world of education. A learning system that must be implemented online at each student's home. Based on these conditions some extracurricular activities cannot be carried out. This study aims to analyze the implementation, benefits, and constraints of the children of Sendangagung village's dance learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. The methods used in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that learning dance in Sendangagung Village could develop children's talents and interests in dance. Through dance, children are also trained to know and love dance culture, especially regional dance. Children are trained to keep working during the pandemic and can preserve dance. The process of learning dance has problems regarding the end result of the exercise, namely the performance which is carried out virtually. The difficulty of children in demonstrating dance movements and adjusting the tempo between movements and dance accompaniment is an obstacle in the dance practice process. However, coaches have their own way of overcoming children's difficulties in learning dance. Keywords : COVID-19 pandemic, online learning, the art of dance

         The impact of Covid-19 affects aspects of life, one of which is the education aspect. The government makes policies in the education sector by shifting the face-to-face learning process online. Online learning can be done with e-learning media. The type of e-learning that can be used in the learning process is edmodo. Edmodo is a web, iOS and Android-based learning platform that looks like Facebook and is easy to use for beginners. Edmodo-based e-learning media can be used in the online learning process after meeting the eligibility indicators of validity. The validity results can be obtained based on an assessment of the aspects contained in the validity indicator according to the 2008 Ministry of National Education criteria, namely the aspects of feasibility of content, language, presentation and, graphics. Various study findings regarding validity indicators in previous studies are difficult to accumulate in quantitative form. Researchers used meta-analysis methods to obtain validity results that were easily accumulated and systematic, so researchers used 8 relevant articles. Based on the analysis of the 8 articles, the results show that 4 articles have fulfilled the validity criteria according to the Ministry of National Education (2008), namely the aspects of the feasibility of content, language, presentation, and graphics. Meanwhile, 4 other articles have not used the validity criteria according to the 2008 Ministry of National Education This shows that the 8 articles analyzed, only 4 articles met the valid qualifications according to the 2008 Ministry of National Education criteria.

Currently, the world is faced with an outbreak of a disease caused by a virus known as covid 19. Along with the high number of positive cases of covid 19 in Indonesia, the government is urging to deal with this covid 19 pandemic immediately. Various policies have been carried out, such as implementing physical distancing, lockdown, and the 5M movement. The existence of these policies certainly impacts most aspects of life, especially in the education aspect. Learning that is usually done face-to-face becomes impossible. So that the government issues a policy so that the learning process can be implemented. One of the solutions offered by the government is to change face-to-face learning into online learning (in the network) using e-learning sites. E-Learning media is supported by various learning features that are made like face-to-face learning.

The blended learning model is a learning that uses online facilities combined with face-to-face learning (synchronous learning-asynchronous learning). The purpose of this research is to develop online learning that can be used by two PGRI universities in Indonesia as an online learning media. This research applies research and development method 4D Thiagarajan (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). Data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative data analysis. The result of this study is an online learning system that can be used by Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang and Universitas PGRI Madiun in Basic Physics course. This system uses the MOODLE (Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment), therefore it has the advantage that it is easy to use by all lecturers.

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced humans to change behavior in various aspects and various fields, including education. The basic policy carried out by the government for the world of education during the Covid-19 Pandemic is the existence of a study from home policy for all levels of education. This policy changed the way educational institutions conduct the learning process, from face-to-face learning in the classroom to distance learning. Ready or not ready, the COVID-19 pandemic has forced universities that previously were not optimal in preparing and implementing online learning to carry out full implementation. Students and lecturers who previously lacked interest in carrying out online learning were required to conduct online lectures. Because the essence of lectures is a dialogue between students and lecturers or between students and students, then in the implementation of online lectures an application is needed that can guarantee the implementation of the dialogue. Of the many internet facilities for online lectures, the WhatsApp application is one of the recommended options for use in online lectures. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. In collecting the data, this research conducted observations on the whatsapp group. While the data analysis technique of this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study are the whatsapp group feature is a good alternative used in the online learning process. There are so many benefits and also students become active in class even though they don't do face-to-face.

Abstract. This study aims to provide policy direction on how to develop PPG Pre-service programs for Social Sciences Teachers at the Department of Social Sciences Education. The design of the Pre-service PPG program for Social Sciences teachers, it is expected that the Social Sciences Education Department can propose to the government to be appointed and appropriate and be able to organize the Pre-service PPG Programs for Social Sciences Teachers. The method used in this research is the research and development (R&D) method, the process used to develop and validate educational products. The policy analysis, comparative studies, and then developing the Pre-service PPG program design for Social Sciences Teachers. After a rough development, consultations with education experts and PPG Pre-service implementers so that the PPG Regular Pre-Position governance is better organized. The next stage is the validation test d education experts, PPG Pre-service managers. The next stage is the revision stage of the design of the Regular Pre-service PPG program for Social Sciences Teachers, then the final stage is the documentation of the proposed Pre-service PPG programs for Social Sciences Teachers at the Department of Social Sciences Education. Development of the opening design of the PPG Pre-service IPS Study Program teacher at the Social Sciences Department of FITK UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, in general has had a good preparedness, this is based on the provisions governing the opening of PPG Regular Pre-service Study Programs, including: (1) readiness to organize the PPG Study Program Regular Pre-service Study Program, namely institutions, human resources and facilities and infrastructure; (2) curriculum and learning system, namely determining the profile of PPG graduates in the field of study, formulation of CPL in the fields of PPG study, curriculum structure, learning systems and assessments in PPG study programs ;; (3) the financing system, and (4) quality assurance. Based on the above provisions the Department of Social Sciences Education in general can prepare themselves, only constrained student dormitories are still under construction and the most important thing is to prepare yourself to become a regular PPG Pre-service organizer in a religious ministry environment, while still providing opportunities for the LPTK to include characteristics that become its superiority.Abstrak. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk memberikan arah kebijakan bagaimana pengembangan desain program PPG Pra Jabatan untuk Guru IPS pada Jurusan Pendidikan IPS. Desain program PPG Pra Jabatan untuk Guru IPS diharapkan Jurusan Pendidikan IPS bisa mengusulkan kepada pemerintah untuk ditunjuk dan layak serta mampu menyelenggarakan Program PPG Pra Jabatan untuk Guru IPS. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) yaitu proses yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan dan mevalidasi produk pendidikan. Analisis kebijakan, studi banding, kemudian dilakukan pengembangan desain program PPG Pra Jabatan untuk Guru IPS. Setelah dilakukan pengembangan kasar, dikonsultasikan dengan pakar pendidikan dan para pelaksana PPG Pra Jabatan sehingga tatakelola PPG Pra Jabatan Reguler lebih tertata dengan baik. Tahap selanjutnya adalah uji validasi d pakar pendidikan, pengelola PPG Pra Jabatan. Tahap selanjutnya adalah tahap revisi desain program PPG Pra Jabatan Reguler untuk Guru IPS, kemudian tahap akhir adalah tahap pendokumentasian usulan program PPG Pra Jabatan untuk Guru IPS pada Jurusan Pendidikan IPS. Pengembangan desain pembukaan Program Studi PPG Prajabatan guru IPS pada Jurusan Pendidikan IPS FITK UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, secara umum telah memiliki kesiapan yang baik hal ini didasarkan, pada ketentuan yang mengatur pembukaan Prodi PPG Prajabatan regular antara lain: (1) kesiapan penyelenggaraan Program Studi PPG Program Studi Prajabatan Regular,  yaitu  kelembagaan,  SDM  dan  sarana  dan  prasarana;;  (2)  kurikulum  dan  sistem pembelajaran, yaitu penetapan profil lulusan bidang studi PPG, perumusan CPL bidang studi PPG, struktur kurikulum, sistem pembelajaran dan penilaian dalam program studi PPG;; (3) sistem  pembiayaan;;  dan  (4)  penjaminan  mutu.  Berdasarkan  ketentuan  diatas  Jurusan Pendidikan IPS secara umum bisa mempersiapkan diri, hanya terkendala asrama mahasiswa yang masih dalam tahap pembangunan. Dengan demikian yang terpenting adalah mempersiapkan diri untuk menjadi penyelenggara PPG Prajabatan regular di lingkungan kemetrerian agama, dengan tetap memberikan kesempatan kepada LPTK memasukan  ciri khas yang menjadi keunggulannya.

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced us to make habits that we never imagined before. This also triggers changes in the learning system from primary education to higher education. One of the changes in the education system is the distance learning system (PJJ). In this condition, teachers must quickly adjust the new policies issued by the government, namely by learning activities and teaching students from home to prevent the spread of COVID-19. One of the efforts to do so that learning runs effectively is the blended learning method. Blended learning combines computer and internet technology offered by online learning and face-to-face learning participation to provide the most effective and efficient experience. Using the correct learning methods, overcoming learning obstacles due to COVID-19 can be overcome. With the blended learning method, students learn independently, and teachers can continue to explain the subject matter using learning media such as the internet.

The learning model in the digital era has changed from traditional face-to-face learning to online learning. This causes stuttering and uncertainty for educational institutions, including the State Islamic Religious University (PTKIN), especially the readiness of lecturers. Each lecturer has different models, strategies and learning media in managing the class according to their understanding and ability in online learning. This study aims to see the readiness of PTKIN lecturers for online learning through MOOCs media with a heutagogy approach using the e-learning system at their respective universities.The quantitative research method uses 5 elements of heutagogy and 1 element of MOOCs with 52 sampling data on PTKIN lecturers.The results show that lecturers have competence and readiness in using online learning technology, but there are weaknesses in lecturers' understanding in using the heutagogy approach in learning.
