Abstrak Reformasi kebijakan tentang desa dapat terlihat jelas dalam undang-undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang desa. Masyarakat desa selama ini lebih sering hanya menjadi penonton dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan di daerahnya. Namun melalui undang-undang nomor 6 tahun 2014 ini masyarakat diberikan kewenangan pengakuan terhadap hak asal usul (rekognisi), penetapan kewenangan berskala lokal dan pengambilan keputusan secara lokal untuk kepentingan masyarakat desa (subsidiaritas), keberagaman, kebersamaan, kegotong-royongan, kekeluargaan, musyawarah, demokrasi, kemandirian, partisipasi, kesetaraan, pemberdayaan dan keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pemilihan metode penelitian kualitatif dalam penelitian ini dengan maksud agar dalam proses pencarian makna dibalik fenomena dapat dilakukan pengkajian secara komprehensif, mendalam, alamiah, dan apa adanya serta tanpa banyak campur tangan dari peneliti. Dengan metode kualitatif ini dapat di analisis mengenai pendekatan collaborative governance dalam mewujudkan kemandirian desa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa di kabupaten Sidoarjo sudah ada beberapa kegiatan yang mendukung collaborative governance dalam mendorong terwujudnya kemandirian desa. Beberapa kegiatan tersebut diantaranya adalah terbentuknya Badan Koordinasi Antar Desa (BKAD), Program Kawasan Perdesaan (PROKADES), Desa Melangkah, dan Start Up Desa. Kata Kunci: Kemandirian Desa, Collaborative Governance, Recognisi, Subsidiaritas, Undang-undang Desa.   Abstract Policy reforms on villages can be seen clearly in Law No. 6 of 2014 about villages. The village community has only been a spectator in the implementation of development in their area. However, through law number 6 of 2014, the village community is given the authority to recognize the rights of origin (recognition), recognition of local scale authority and decision making locally for the benefit of the village community (subsidiarity), diversity, togetherness, mutual cooperation, kinship, deliberation, democracy, independence, participation, equality, empowerment and sustainability. This study uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The selection of qualitative research methods in this study with the intention that in the process of finding the meaning behind the phenomenon can be carried out comprehensively, deeply, naturally, and as it is and without much interference from researchers. This qualitative method can be analyzed about collaborative governance approaches in realizing village independence. The results of this study indicate that there are already several activities in Sidoarjo regency that support collaborative governance in encouraging the realization of village independence. Some of these activities include the establishment of an Inter-Village Coordination Board (BKAD), the Rural Area Program (PROKADES), Desa Melangkah, and Start Up Villages. Harum Manis is a bakery (bakery) located in Pringsewu, Lampung. This bakery has been established since the 1990's. This business started from a very small business, then over time and the growing innovation issued by Harum Manis Bakery makes this business growing and progressing. In addition, the thing that makes this store survive is the quality and service provided. Harum Manis always put quality in every product. So do not be surprised if this business still survive for more than 20 years. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the Harum Manis Bakery effort in maintaining the quality of its products for customer satisfaction. Based on sample determination method, the sample used is three respondents. From the results of analyzes conducted the quality of Harum Manis Bakery provided starting from the selection of materials, equipment used, cleanliness, price and taste significantly affect customer satisfaction. This study used qualitative research methods.

The core of corporate governance is composed of values such as transparency, accountability, fairness and responsibility. The principles of corporate governance and ethical approach are built on these core values. Consequently, there is a need for guidelines on how managers and other employees should behave ethically on certain issues. In this context, the aim of the study is to identify the concepts emphasized in the ethical declarations of companies and to reveal the focus themes, differences and similarities of the sectors and companies included in the Corporate Governance Index in Turkey. Content analysis method, one of the qualitative research methods, was performed in the study. The reason for the selection of companies included in the BIST Corporate Governance Index as a sample is because of the fact that the companies within this index have certain standards in terms of corporate governance and ethical principles and they are accepted as cynosure for other companies. As a result of this research, the themes that the company and sector groups intensified were determined and significant differences have been identified among companies and sectors.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the experience and understanding of village officials with respect to accountability in village fund financial management. Qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach were used in this study through interviews with the village government in Tlogosari Village, Malang Regency, East Java Province, Indonesia. The results show that the accountability of village fund financial management is realized through the behavior of carrying out duties and responsibilities, greatest utilization of village discussions, and the overall activeness of village communities in supporting the village welfare. This understanding is considered to be in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 20 of 2018. Supporting parties of the implementation of village fund financial management, namely the village government, local government, and local inspectorates should increase their commitment and consistency in order to create accountable management of village funds. At the inspection stage, particularly, the regional inspectorate is required to make improvements in the inspection process to maximize targeted development in fulfillment of the village needs.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the function of the Consultative Agency (BPD) in Sendangan 1 Village, Sonder District, Minahasa Regency, this study uses qualitative research methods. The results of the existing research indicate that: 1) Implementors in the village of Sendangan Satu do not yet know in detail the process of discussing and determining the draft village regulations following applicable regulations. 2) The draft village regulations that have been discussed and agreed to date have not yet been established as village regulations. 3) The community's aspirations have been accommodated by the BPD but not all of the community's aspirations have been followed up. 4) The place of implementation of the distribution of public aspirations is not following regulations because it is still carried out flexibly. 5) BPD and Government Officials do not know specifically the stages in the process of channelling public aspirations. 6) The supervision carried out by the BPD on the performance of the Village Head has not been thoroughly implemented. Three factors hinder the implementation of the BPD function in Sendangan 1 Village, namely standards and objectives, communication, and also the disposition of the implementer. For the advice given, implementers should understand in detail the process of discussing and agreeing on draft regulations that are following regulations, draft village regulations must be immediately set into Village Regulations by implementers so that this policy can run properly and correctly, and supervision of the performance of the Village Head must further improve.

ABSTRAKPengalaman sebagai penderita Possession Syndrome yang diderita penulis dijadikan dasar permasalahan dalam karya tari ini. Melalui metode riset kualitatif yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan hasil riset tentang possession syndrom yang berada di sekitar lingkungan penulis. Kemudian berlanjut ketahap penentuan tema, judul, dan proses penciptaan. Tema yang dipilih untuk karya tari ini yakni “kondisi penderita Possession Syndrome”. Pemilihan tema ini juga mengacu pada permasalahan di masyarakat yang selalu mengaitkan Possession Syndrome dengan hal–hal mistik, sehingga yang terjadi perlakuan yang didapat oleh penderita memberi dampak yang semakin buruk bagi tubuh penderita tersebut. Karya tari ini menggunakan sepuluh penari perempuan, jumlah sepuluh hanya untuk keperluan komposisi, dipilih penari perempuan karena penderita Possession Syndrome lebih dominan perempuan. Dalam karya ini akan dimunculkan teror – teror audio dan teror visual yang hadir dari lighting, kehadiran teror audio visual memberi dampak ketidak nyamanan bagi penonton hal ini merupakan gambaran dari kondisi yang dialami penderita “Possession Syndrome”ABSTRACTThe experience of suffering from a Possession Syndrome suffered by the author was then used as a basis for problems in this dance work. Through qualitative research methods that are used to collect research results on the Possession Syndrome that is around the author's environment. Then it continues to determine the theme, title, and process of creation. The theme chosen for this dance work is "patient’s condition Possession Syndrome". The selection of this theme also refers to problems in society that always associate Possession Syndrome with mystical matters, so that what happens to the treatment obtained by sufferers has an increasingly bad impact on the body of the sufferer. This dance works using ten female dancers, the number ten only for the purposes of the composition, selected dancers woman for Possession Syndrome sufferers more dominant female.In this work an audio and visual terror will emerge that comes from lighting, the presence of audiovisual terror has an impact on the audience's inconvenience, this is a picture of the conditions experienced by sufferers of "possession syndrome".

Abstract: Financial institutions have a role as intermediary institutions or a process of transferring funds from savers to borrowers or those who need funds. The role of financial institutions is very large in the growth and development of the community's economy. Currently, non-bank financial institutions also have the influence to develop the businesses of the surrounding community that cannot be reached by banks. One of them is in the Sharia Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSPPS) Kramat, which provides financing with rahn products. Researchers conducted research on the implementation of rahn products and strengthening the business of members in KSPPS Kramat. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of Rahn products and to determine the effect of Rahn financing in increasing income and strengthening businesses that were built or even being run by members. The research conducted at KSPPS Kramat uses qualitative research methods, by interviewing several members of KSPPS Kramat and their administrators. While the data collection techniques carried out by researchers are interviews, documentation and observation. In this study the researchers found several things. In the application of the Rahn product at KSPPS Kramat using a sale and purchase agreement, but it does not take advantage of the goods that are pawned and the application for financing is also easy. With the financing of rahn products, businesses around the village of Jatiarjo have increased, this is because the installments at KSPPS Kramat do not have usury. And the monthly installments are quite light, making it easier for the community to pay off the proposed financing. Keywords: KSPPS, Rahn Products, Income Increase.

The Village

A lease is a contract that provides benefits exchange by way of reward in a certain amount. Regularly shift which the device regularly elements interconnected to form a totality. Community empowerment is personal and social processes, an exemption of personal ability, competence, creativity and freedom of acts. The aim of this study is to investigate the implementation of rural land lease with the rotating system. To find out how the implementation of the lease of land to community empowerment. In the research approach used is qualitative research methods. This study uses primary data, the interviewer directly meet speakers who were respondents in this study. From the interviews conducted, it can be seen that the land lease system in shifts in the village Capping namely by rotating tenants village by village officials. Abstract. To get something that attracts oneself and others on social media, the choice of words must be used appropriately in expressing the ideas or things mandated. Therefore, a person must have the ability to distinguish precisely the nuances of meaning in accordance with the ideas to be conveyed, and the ability to find forms that are appropriate to the situation and the sense of value of his client. This article aims to find out the role of choosing the right words in activities or daily life in an effort to motivate yourself and others. The writing of this article uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The results of this study indicate that the choice of words on social media is very important to motivate yourself and others, the selection of the right words when giving advice will influence in encouraging people to learn from mistakes they have experienced and become better personal than ever before. In the end, this article is able to contribute knowledge to the character education knowledge, especially the development of self-motivation in everyday life.

This study aimed to describe the character of the student misbehaves and build student character misbehaves. This study used qualitative research methods. The results showed that students who misbehaves is caused by several factors, namely: family environmental factors and factors playmates were a bad influence. As for the coaching is done by the school is done by way of value investment approach or attitude finer such as faith, piety, honest, disciplined, responsible, mutual cooperation, fair, caring, resilient, obedience and respect.Keywords: build character, deviant behavior
