The aim of this study is to investigate the implementation of rural land lease with the rotating system. To find out how the implementation of the lease of land to community empowerment. In the research approach used is qualitative research methods. This study uses primary data, the interviewer directly meet speakers who were respondents in this study. From the interviews conducted, it can be seen that the land lease system in shifts in the village Capping namely by rotating tenants village by village officials. Sekolah PAUD Widya Dharma merupakan satu satunya lembaga pendidikan tingkat TK (Taman Kanak-Kanak) yang mempunyai siswa yang berlatar berlakang agama lebih beragam dari sekolah TK. PAUD lainnya di Kota Banjarmasin. Latar belakang agama siswanya tersebut meliputi: agama Islam, Kristen, Katolik, Budha dan Hindu. Prosentasi siswa dari beragam agama tersebut tidak ada jumlah siswa dari beragama yang mendominasi lebih dari 50%. Selain itu juga walaupun para pendiri sekolah ini kebanyakannya dari orang yang beragama Budha, tetapi siswa yang berlatar belakang agama Budha tidak mendominasi secara kuantitas, sedangkan siswa yang beragama Kristen Protestan yang lebih banyak. Secara urutan kuantitas jumlah siswa berdasarkan latar belakang agama terbanyak ialah (1) Kristen Protestan, (2) Islam, (3) Katholik, (4) Budha, dan (5) Hindu. Berdasarkan latar belakang singkat tersebut, maka sangat perlu dan manfaat secara kajian ilmiah untuk diteliti tentang kehidupan toleransi beragama anak dengan anak lainnya yang mempunyai agama berbeda-beda ditingkat TK. PAUD. Oleh karena itu, peneliti memfokuskan penelitian ini kepada strategi penanaman toleransi beragama anak di PAUD Widya Dharma Kota Banjarmasin.  Pendekatan Penelitian menggunakan metode  penelitian  kualitatif  yang dilakukan  dengan  penelitian  lapangan, informan dalam menggali penelitian ditujukan kepada guru-guru agama, dan objek penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi penanaman toleransi beragama kepada anak-anak yang berbeda-beda agamanya. Teknik penelitiannya dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Kemudian untuk memvalidasi tingkat kebenaran data tersebut maka dalam hal ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi metode dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa strategi penanaman toleransi beragama pada anak usia dini melalui 5 (lima) kegiatan, yaitu (1) Guru mengenalkan sifat-sifat baik. (2) Guru mengenalkan sifat toleransi beragama. (3) Guru memberikan stimulus agar  anak berpikir tentang sifat-sifat baik, 4) Guru memberikan stimulus agar anak berpikir tentang toleransi beragama. (5) Guru membuat anak merasakan  manfaat sifat toleransi beragama. Kata kunci: Strategi Penanaman, Toleransi Beragama, Anak Usia Dini.   Abstract PAUD Widya Dharma School is the only kindergarten level educational institution (Kindergarten) which has students with more diverse religious backgrounds than kindergarten schools. Other PAUD in Banjarmasin City. The students' religious backgrounds include: Islam, Christianity, Catholicism Buddhism and Hinduism. The percentage of students from various religions does not have the number of students from that religion which dominates more than 50%. In addition, even though the founders of this school were mostly Buddhist, students with Buddhist backgrounds did not dominate in quantity, while students who were Protestant Christians were more numerous. In order of quantity, the highest number of students based on religious backgrounds is (1) Protestant Christianity, (2) Islam, (3) Catholic, (4) Buddhist, and (5) Hinduism. Based on this brief background, it is very necessary and beneficial in a scientific study to study the religious tolerance of children with other children who have different religions at the kindergarten level. PAUD. Therefore, the researcher focuses this research on the strategy of internalization children's religious tolerance in PAUD Widya Dharma Banjarmasin City. The research approach used qualitative research methods carried out by field research, informants in exploring research aimed at religious teachers, and the object of this study was to find out how to cultivate religious tolerance strategies for children of different religions. The research technique is by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. Then to validate the level of correctness of the data, in this case using the triangulation technique methods and sources. The results of the study state that the strategy of internalization religious tolerance in early childhood through 5 (five) activities, namely: (1) The teacher introduces good traits, (2) The teacher introduces the nature of religious tolerance; (3) The teacher provides a stimulus so that the child thinks about good traits; (4) Tthe teacher provides a stimulus so that the child thinking about religious tolerance, (5) Teachers make children feel the benefits of religious tolerance. : This study is aimed to find out the level of readiness of Malay students at Chinese School School (SRJKC) in studying History in Chinese (Chinese). The level of readiness of the Malay students in the school is based on students' cognitive, affective, psychomotor readiness through the focus of the students' understanding of teachers' teaching, student commitment to master the content of learning and their own initiative to learn History using Mandarin (Chinese) introduction to the school. Therefore, the sample consists of 6 Malay students. The students are Year 6 students at Chinese school (SRJKC). Then, this research approach is qualitative. Research methods such as interviews, observations, and analysis of documents used in this study were aimed at collecting important data of the study. Proven in this study the readiness of students in studying History is always related to achievement. The overall findings of the readiness of students to understand the teaching of History teachers in the classroom and the level of achievement of Malay students in the History subject both are at a moderate level.

Abstrak Reformasi kebijakan tentang desa dapat terlihat jelas dalam undang-undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang desa. Masyarakat desa selama ini lebih sering hanya menjadi penonton dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan di daerahnya. Namun melalui undang-undang nomor 6 tahun 2014 ini masyarakat diberikan kewenangan pengakuan terhadap hak asal usul (rekognisi), penetapan kewenangan berskala lokal dan pengambilan keputusan secara lokal untuk kepentingan masyarakat desa (subsidiaritas), keberagaman, kebersamaan, kegotong-royongan, kekeluargaan, musyawarah, demokrasi, kemandirian, partisipasi, kesetaraan, pemberdayaan dan keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pemilihan metode penelitian kualitatif dalam penelitian ini dengan maksud agar dalam proses pencarian makna dibalik fenomena dapat dilakukan pengkajian secara komprehensif, mendalam, alamiah, dan apa adanya serta tanpa banyak campur tangan dari peneliti. Dengan metode kualitatif ini dapat di analisis mengenai pendekatan collaborative governance dalam mewujudkan kemandirian desa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa di kabupaten Sidoarjo sudah ada beberapa kegiatan yang mendukung collaborative governance dalam mendorong terwujudnya kemandirian desa. Beberapa kegiatan tersebut diantaranya adalah terbentuknya Badan Koordinasi Antar Desa (BKAD), Program Kawasan Perdesaan (PROKADES), Desa Melangkah, dan Start Up Desa. Kata Kunci: Kemandirian Desa, Collaborative Governance, Recognisi, Subsidiaritas, Undang-undang Desa.   Abstract Policy reforms on villages can be seen clearly in Law No. 6 of 2014 about villages. The village community has only been a spectator in the implementation of development in their area. However, through law number 6 of 2014, the village community is given the authority to recognize the rights of origin (recognition), recognition of local scale authority and decision making locally for the benefit of the village community (subsidiarity), diversity, togetherness, mutual cooperation, kinship, deliberation, democracy, independence, participation, equality, empowerment and sustainability. This study uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The selection of qualitative research methods in this study with the intention that in the process of finding the meaning behind the phenomenon can be carried out comprehensively, deeply, naturally, and as it is and without much interference from researchers. This qualitative method can be analyzed about collaborative governance approaches in realizing village independence. The results of this study indicate that there are already several activities in Sidoarjo regency that support collaborative governance in encouraging the realization of village independence. Some of these activities include the establishment of an Inter-Village Coordination Board (BKAD), the Rural Area Program (PROKADES), Desa Melangkah, and Start Up Villages. This study aims to see how the social maturity of adolescents at the Fahmi Orphanage Makassar. The research will use qualitative research methods. Qualitative research is the stage of the research approach and understanding that is sourced from the method of phenomena that occur in social life as well as problems between individuals. The subjects in this study were adolescents, both boys, and girls who were at the Fahmi Orphanage in Makassar. The results of this study are the social maturity of adolescents at the Fahmi Orphanage known by their family background. Adolescents who come from intact families have high self-confidence so that their social maturity is also good. Meanwhile, for adolescents who come from families who have low self-confidence so that their social maturity is not good.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the experience and understanding of village officials with respect to accountability in village fund financial management. Qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach were used in this study through interviews with the village government in Tlogosari Village, Malang Regency, East Java Province, Indonesia. The results show that the accountability of village fund financial management is realized through the behavior of carrying out duties and responsibilities, greatest utilization of village discussions, and the overall activeness of village communities in supporting the village welfare. This understanding is considered to be in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 20 of 2018. Supporting parties of the implementation of village fund financial management, namely the village government, local government, and local inspectorates should increase their commitment and consistency in order to create accountable management of village funds. At the inspection stage, particularly, the regional inspectorate is required to make improvements in the inspection process to maximize targeted development in fulfillment of the village needs.

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the performance of the Regional Parliament of Palangka Raya in carrying out legislative powers and to describe and analyze the constraints that affect the Palangka Raya City DPRD in setting regional regulations. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The types and sources of data chosen by researchers are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used to obtain information are interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the performance of the Palangka Raya City DPRD (DPRD) in exercising legislative power with the City of Palangka Raya government is quite good. In the period 2015 to 2017, 36 local regulations have been discussed and established. However, if it is reviewed from the proposal initiation, it can be said to be unsatisfactory, because only 9 Regional Regulations are the initiative of the Palangka Raya City DPRD. Factors that influence the performance of the DPRD of Palangka Raya City in setting regional regulations are: Human Resources, Data and Information, and Experience. The condition of Human Resources with an average Bachelor level education (21 out of 30 people) is actually a supporting factor for performance. Given that the basic education is not in line and experience that is still lacking, it becomes an obstacle to support the legislative performance of members of the Palangka Raya City DPRD.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the function of the Consultative Agency (BPD) in Sendangan 1 Village, Sonder District, Minahasa Regency, this study uses qualitative research methods. The results of the existing research indicate that: 1) Implementors in the village of Sendangan Satu do not yet know in detail the process of discussing and determining the draft village regulations following applicable regulations. 2) The draft village regulations that have been discussed and agreed to date have not yet been established as village regulations. 3) The community's aspirations have been accommodated by the BPD but not all of the community's aspirations have been followed up. 4) The place of implementation of the distribution of public aspirations is not following regulations because it is still carried out flexibly. 5) BPD and Government Officials do not know specifically the stages in the process of channelling public aspirations. 6) The supervision carried out by the BPD on the performance of the Village Head has not been thoroughly implemented. Three factors hinder the implementation of the BPD function in Sendangan 1 Village, namely standards and objectives, communication, and also the disposition of the implementer. For the advice given, implementers should understand in detail the process of discussing and agreeing on draft regulations that are following regulations, draft village regulations must be immediately set into Village Regulations by implementers so that this policy can run properly and correctly, and supervision of the performance of the Village Head must further improve.

Abstract: Financial institutions have a role as intermediary institutions or a process of transferring funds from savers to borrowers or those who need funds. The role of financial institutions is very large in the growth and development of the community's economy. Currently, non-bank financial institutions also have the influence to develop the businesses of the surrounding community that cannot be reached by banks. One of them is in the Sharia Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSPPS) Kramat, which provides financing with rahn products. Researchers conducted research on the implementation of rahn products and strengthening the business of members in KSPPS Kramat. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of Rahn products and to determine the effect of Rahn financing in increasing income and strengthening businesses that were built or even being run by members. The research conducted at KSPPS Kramat uses qualitative research methods, by interviewing several members of KSPPS Kramat and their administrators. While the data collection techniques carried out by researchers are interviews, documentation and observation. In this study the researchers found several things. In the application of the Rahn product at KSPPS Kramat using a sale and purchase agreement, but it does not take advantage of the goods that are pawned and the application for financing is also easy. With the financing of rahn products, businesses around the village of Jatiarjo have increased, this is because the installments at KSPPS Kramat do not have usury. And the monthly installments are quite light, making it easier for the community to pay off the proposed financing. Keywords: KSPPS, Rahn Products, Income Increase.

The present article focuses on the use of information technology in education in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, analyzing the sustainability of online learning methods, as reflected in students’ attitude towards the researched topic. The paper aims to raise awareness about the importance of sustainability in education, despite challenges and changes which may occur in our society. Based on an inductive research approach, qualitative research methods (e.g. the questionnaire) are used in the present paper, according to the modern trend of using qualitative research methods in the field of economic papers. The research approach is interdisciplinary, considering aspects of economics, sociology and psychology. The research findings illustrate the fact that on a short-term basis, online learning may be implemented in universities with success, but on a long-term basis, a hybrid system based on blended learning must be designed in order to ensure sustainability in education. The research may have a social impact beyond academia, as it relates to sustainability in education

This study aims to analyze the role of Bawaslu in implementing non-military defence that occurs in the context of money politics. The research process tries to examine the cases that occurred in the Regional Head Election in Malang Raya. Money politics is a type of election violation, namely by giving and distributing money to prospective voters to be able to vote for that candidate. Money politics is closely related to corrupt behaviour and is a national threat. Therefore we need one step in anticipating this so that this does not happen again. This research uses qualitative research methods. Data mining was carried out, utilizing in-depth interviews with several sources to be able to extract primary data. Furthermore, literature studies are also used to enrich research data. The results showed that the General Election that occurred in Malang Raya was an election that was quite lively with money politics. Although the steps taken by the regional Bawaslu are quite reasonable, some adjustments and strengthening are still needed so that a similar thing does not happen. Some things that can be done are to include Bawaslu and money politics into the PKBN module. Besides, strengthening the intelligence function in election supervision is also essential.
