The increasing number of Divorce each year In Hulu Sungai Utara Regency, this data is obtained based on surveys or direct observations in the Amuntai Religious Court. The number of divorce cases from 2014 was 651 cases, in 2015 it increased to 654 cases, although in 2016 and 2017 it decreased by around 601 and 622 but in 2018 this was only in September as many as 662 cases of this number, so there was an increase in divorce rates. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the implementation of Regional Regulations and analyze the obstacles in implementing Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2016 concerning the Protection of Women and Children in the North Hulu Sungai Regency. The research method is qualitative descriptive, type and source of data, namely primary data through observation, interviews while secondary data through data available at the Office of Protection and Empowerment of Women and Children in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency, the technique used in sampling is purposive sampling technique is withdrawal of samples in purpose or can be determined in accordance with the requirements (characteristics, characteristics, characteristics, criteria). The results of the study show that in the implementation of Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2016 concerning the Implementation of Protection of Women and Children in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency, it is still not fully implemented. This can be seen where the handling of these cases has not been fully implemented, then people who are victims of domestic violence or the impact of their divorce is not all that they know about the local regulations, so they have not run properly, efficiently and effectively. So that the firmness in handling the case also cannot be implemented because the sanctions are not mentioned and the contents of the policy need to be renewed. The suggestions given for input include, among other things, providing a place for counseling and complaints about domestic violence issues, especially for the protection of women and children, there must be attention and support from the Hulu Sungai Utara District Head regarding the issue of funding in terms of supporting treatment women's protection case. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the Me'Daseng program. Measurement of effectiveness used four elements in accordance with Budiani (2009) concept namely: the accuracy of target, socialization, objectives, and monitoring. The research was conducted in the North Tabukan Sub-district, Sangihe Islands Regency. The selection of informants was carried out purposively with a total of 12 informants. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected by conducting interviews with informants and making direct observations. Secondary data were collected by conducting literature studies and searching online data related to the theme of this research, namely program effectiveness. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that (1) the Me'Daseng program was not yet fully effective, in terms of target accuracy. The community was still less involved or served when the Me'Daseng program was implemented. (2) Socialization of the Me'Daseng program has been carried out, but it has not been very good, especially the direct socialization carried out in communities. (3) The effectiveness of the Me'Daseng program when viewed from the objectives of the Me'Daseng program and compared to the results achieved, has not been very effective. (4) The government has made efforts to make improvements in the implementation of the Me'Daseng program, as an effort to pay attention to the community receiving services from the Me'Daseng program, but the impact felt by the community is still not as expected.

This research aims to describe the form of collaboration application between educational components in realizing learning in grade II elementary school students. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method with a phenomenological approach to question natural phenomena. The subjects of this study were 92 people, consisting of 31 students of class II-B, 1 teacher of class II-B, 1 parallel teacher of class II-A, 1 representative of the school in the curriculum field, and 31 parents of students. The primary data of this research are based on the results of direct observations, while the secondary data are from documents related to collaboration, such as lesson plans, teacher research results, and the author's reflections on observations. The research instrument using observation and documentation techniques in the data. The results showed that to improve the quality of students positively and with quality, it is necessary to manage education through good collaboration from the school, family, and community so that positive stimulus through the interaction of educational components can develop aspects of students holistically. This study concludes that there are three forms of collaboration for educational components that can be carried out in realizing classroom learning, namely teacher and student collaboration, teacher collaboration, parallel teachers, and vice principal in curriculum, and teacher and parent collaboration (PaL's).

The museum is one of the cultural heritages that should be preserved. Museum Bali is one of the old museum is located in the city of Denpasar and became an icon of cultural tourism. The purpose of this study to determine the perceptions and motivations of tourists to Museum Bali as cultural tourist attractions in Denpasar. This study uses primary data and secondary. Data collection technique used observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. Sampling technique using the formula slovin by sampling using accidental sampling devoted to 96 respondents. To analyze data using qualitative descriptive. The results of this study indicate that the perception of tourists to Museum Bali shows a good response because from 17 indicators used as a measure of the response has been positive, there are two indicators  got  bad response. Advice can be given is the need for more interesting information and support so that tourists are more interested to know the collections of the Museum Bali.There needs to be a cultural attraction, the better promotion and attractive to increase the number of tourist visits.   Keywords: Tourist Perception, Museum, Cultural Tourist Attraction

The phenomenon of Mount Agung eruption has a negative impact on Ubud tourism. The impact of this event was greater than the 2002 Bali bombing. Generally, governments and tourism actors in Ubud have no yet a specific management to reduce the negative impact of Mount Agung eruptions. This research is qualitative descriptive method approach with case study research. Primary data in this study were obtained from interviews with informants namely; government, tourism institutions (NGOs) and tourism industry players in Ubud. Researchers also used online desk research to collect the secondary data that already exists on the internet from trusted sources in the form of public documents (images, e-news), or personal documents (e-mail, work reports and results of minute meetings). The result of this study, there were obtained four stages of crisis handling carried out by Ubud’s tourism actors namely 4R such as, reduction, readiness, response, and recovery. To minimize the negative impact of Mount Agung eruption, stakeholder needs synergetic all elements such government, non-government organizations (NGOs), industry actors, communities and other stakeholders to keep tourism sector remains conducive. This research was conducted based on the condition of the development of tourism on the island of Nusa Lembongan, aiming to find out the impact brought about by socio-economic conditions against the tourism society.This study uses qualitative and quantitative approach with mix method, the primary data source that are obtained by observations and direct interviews and secondary data. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling techniques and data analysis using the method of case study. This study shows tourism provides impact on society and the government on the island of Nusa Lembongan are seen from eight aspect among others : impact increasing of foreign exchange, impact toward local community income that increasing before tourism exist, impact toward higher prices than the real prices, impact toward employment for opportunity to local community, ownership and control of tourism accommodation, the distribution of benefits and advantage against indigenous village, development in general are seen from 4A tourism and government income of tax viewed from PHR. Advice can be given to government and businessman and tourism service on the island of Nusa Lembongan in the order of future improve the facilities, infrastructure supporting tourism, reinforce the rules on the division of the proceeds against the indigenous villages, improving access and employment for local community on the island of Nusa Lembongan.   Key Words              : Tourism, Nusa Lembongan Island, Impact

This study aims to determine the impact of the existence of palm oil plantations on the socio-economic conditions of the people in Kamipang District, Katingan District. The type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from BPS, Sub-District Offices, village/district, and the private sector and primary data obtained directly from different respondents in Kamipang Subdistrict to determine the number of samples used by purposive sampling technique or sampling. intentionally that is equal to 20% of the total population or as many as 30 respondents. The results of the study show that the management of oil palm plantations has an impact on social conditions that are very influential, namely after the existence of the oil palm plantation company PT Arjuna Utama Sawit. The impact is such as access to education in Kamipang Subdistrict, new economic activities such as lodging, restaurants, crossing services, and salons. After the existence of a coconut plantation company, PT. Arjuna Utama Sawit, those who were previously less prosperous are now more prosperous. They arrived at zero economic conditions, the impact of the existence of a sick coconut plantation company, PT. Arjuna Utama Sawit for economic conditions greatly affects that is after the existence of oil palm plantation companies PT. Arjuna Utama Sawit compared to the existence of a plantation company PT. Arjuna Utama Sawit.

Mbororo Fulani women are experiencing transformation in their livelihood through livestock farming. This paper investigates the contributions of livestock farming to the wellbeing of the Mbororo Fulani women of the North West region of Cameroon. Mbororo women in the North West region play different roles to contribute to the growth of the livestock sector in Cameroon but lack technological knowledge and extension services to improve on their livestock activities. The study used primary data gotten through structured questionnaires and secondary data from journals, books and work from other researchers. The simple random sampling was used to select 400 Mbororo women for the study and SPSS was used for data analysis. The study reveals that 61% of Mbororo women are engage in livestock farming. 20.4% of the women keep different categories of livestock extension (sheep, goat, poultry etc). 89% of the women do livestock farming for income generation and as a means to increase proteins needs for their families. Therefore, livestock is an important source of revenue to Mbororo Fulani women in the North West region of Cameroon thus Cameroon government should put more efforts to assist these Mbororo women in livestock farming by providing them with modern innovations through extension services and resources needed to expand on livestock farming.

Ubud traditional village is a tourist area which is located in Gianyar regency. If the tourist want know the culture of Bali they must come to Ubud. However, many issues and problems arise associated with security and  tourists comfortness. Based on it, this research was conducted to analyze the Local Community Efforts in Maintaining Security and Tourists Comfortness in Ubud Traditional Village.The method used in this research is a research method with qualitative descriptive analysis technique to analyze the efforts and actions of local communities. Sources of data derived from primary data and secondary data. Data collecting technique using in-depth interviews, observation and study of literatures. Determination of informants from local communities in this study using purposive sampling technique. This study is limited by the analysis of the social action theories and coordination systems. The results of this research obtained that local community efforts in maintaining security is the assignment of trepti unit who participate in keeping any tourism activities..

The problems faced by the Hulu Sungai Utara Regency General Election Commission (KPU) problems in terms of the implementation of the General Election Commission's (APK) Campaign Props only allow for the installation of a maximum of 5 (five) billboards, limitation of the location of billboards and APK Designs. not in accordance with the provisions made by the Candidate. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the implementation of PKPU 23, 28 and 33 of 2018 regarding the installation of campaign props in the Hulu Sungai Utara Regency and the factors that hindered the implementation. The research method is qualitative descriptive, type and source of data, namely primary data through observation, interviews while secondary data through data that is on the General Election Commission and related services in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency, the technique used in sampling is the purposive sampling technique is withdrawal of samples in purpose or can be determined in accordance with the requirements (characteristics, characteristics, characteristics, criteria). The results of the study show that in the Implementation of PKPU 23, 28 and 33 regarding the installation of Campaign Teaching Devices in the Upper Sungai Utara District it has been going well, where one indicator is the coordination that is always carried out by election organizers, communicating all related matters Terms of installation of Campaign Teaching Devices. This is evidenced by the lack of cases of alleged violations which were only 29 cases. And the factors that influence are factors of Communication, Human Resources, Attitudes and Bureaucracy. The suggestions given for input include the need for socialization, the implementers of election oversight in the field must also understand the rules correctly, and the authors hope that election organizers, both KPU and Bawaslu, have the same understanding of PKPU's provisions on campaign props. Majalengka government has taken agrotourism approach in economic development as autonomy implementation. The development of agrotourism potentials is hoped to make contribution to regional income, including tax subsector. This study aims (1) to discover the progress of regional tax contributions in the last few years; and (2) to find out the impact of international airport existence to the rise of regional income. The method used is quantitative and qualitative descriptive method. The research location is in Majalengka Regency. Data is collected from primary and secondary data. Primary data is the result of a survey conducted on 1891 taxpayers, while secondary data is the achievement of tax revenue each year from Regional Income Office. The collecting data is conducted in June-September 2020. The analysis technique used is overlay analysis which is started with potential and growth analysis. The results show that the largest contributions to regional original income are restaurant and advertisement tax. It is due to a large increase in the number of taxpayers of the two sub-taxes. The results also show that five types of sub-taxes have an average contribution rate of 36.20% to regional original income, and included in the sufficient category, meaning that the Regional Government of Majalengka Regency need to optimize its tax revenue. The existence of Kertajati International Airport has made a change in social economic life of Majalengka society. There is an expanding of business scale not only around the airport but also in other area including highland as the basis of Agrotourism.
