This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere, product quality, and customer satisfaction, on consumer buying interest in Black Id distributions in the city of Bukittinggi. The object of this research is customers who buy branded men's clothing products at Black Id Distro. The sample was selected using the Lemesshow formula with 98 customers as a sample. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Data analysis using binary logistics analysts after passing the validity test, reliability test, variable descriptive analysis by using Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) program 16.00. Based on the results of the study, the indicators in this study are all valid statement indicators. Data testing with Binary Logistics Collaboration analysts found that the store atmosphere variable (X1), product quality (X2), had a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest in the Bukittinggi city Black Id distro, both partially and simultaneously viewed from the test results Wald and the G test have significant values ​​smaller than 0.05. The most dominant variable in this study is customer satisfaction seen from the results of the B expectations test.

The aim of this study was to analize the effects of product quality and service quality on the customer satisfaction. This study took place in the City of Bekasi and objects in this study are all customer who use the Matrass GM-9000. Primary data was obtained from customers of Matrass GM-9000 in Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. The respondent of this study was chosen through accidental sampling method, and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that product quality and service quality positively and significant influenced the customer satisfaction

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on the decision to repurchase Slai O'lai products in the people of Kediri City and Regency. This type of research is explanatory research, which explains and proves the relationship and influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The research method used is quantitative method. This study used a sample of 110 respondents and distributed questionnaires in the City and District of Kediri with the help of Google Forms. Sampling used non-probability sampling method with convenience sampling method. The sample consists of respondents who live in the City and District of Kediri, aged 17 years and over, and have purchased Slai O'lai products more than 2 (two) times. The data used are primary and secondary data, while the analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) with validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on the decision to repurchase Slai O'lai sandwich biscuits. Keywords: brand Image, Product Quality, Repurchase Decision   Abstrak Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang produk Slai O’lai pada masyarakat Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research, yang menjelaskan dan membuktikan hubungan dan pengaruh antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 110 responden dan menyebarkan kuesioner di Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri dengan bantuan Google Forms. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan metode convenience sampling. Sampel terdiri dari responden yang berdomisili di Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri, berusia 17 tahun ke atas, dan telah membeli produk Slai O'lai lebih dari 2 (dua) kali. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder, sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, serta uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa citra merek dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang biskuit sandwich merek Slai O’lai. This study examines coffee shops’ marketing mix and its impact on customer satisfaction and word of mouth (WOM). Also, analyzing customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between the marketing mix and word of mouth. This study used a quantitative approach with 100 sampling of coffee shop’s customers across Malang City. Primary data collection is done by distributing questioner containing several questions using a Likert scale to the respondents, while secondary data is obtained from literature studies. For analyzing the data, this study applied descriptive analysis and statistical analysis employed WarpPLS 7.0 software to perform the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) analysis. This study proves that marketing mix has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and the same relationship was found between the marketing mix and WOM. An important finding from this study is that customer satisfaction plays a mediating role between marketing mix and word of mouth.

The rise of trade in this era makes the market tougher competition to make companies have to take appropriate steps and strategies in order to win competition with competitors in the market. This was also experienced by motorcycles, one of which was a Yamaha motorcycle which experienced a decline in sales in 2019 from month to month. Many factors affect it. In this study the variables used are product quality, after sales service, and customer satisfaction. This research uses a descriptive approach, and verification. Samples obtained were 383 respondents who were consumers of PT Ramarayo Perdana Karawang by using purposive sampling technique, data analysis used in this study was the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and path analysis. The results of this study indicate the quality of products and after-sales services have a strong enough relationship, which is equal to 50.3%. then partially product quality has an effect of 39.3 then partially after sales service has an effect of 15.3% on customer satisfaction. Together the quality of products and after sales service has an effect of 50.3% which is the contribution of other variables not examined. Then it can be seen that product quality is more dominant in influencing customer satisfaction. PT Ramarayo Perdana Karawang is advised to pay more attention to Product Quality and After Sales Service for customer satisfaction.

 The aim of study is to  analyze about effect  product  quality  and  service  quality  on customer’s satisfaction to build customer’s loyalty at Waroeng Spesial Sambal “SS” in the branch of Veteran Yogyakarta. Population in this study are all consumers who make  purchases at Waroeng Spesial Sambal “SS” the branch in the  branch of Veteran Yogyakarta. While the sample  in  this  study  is a portion of consumers who have  made  purchases at least twice in the past year. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data  used in this study is primary data. The number  of studies  in  this  study were  sixty  samples  in  the  city of Yogyakarta which  were processed  using  multiple linear regression  analysis  and mediation analysis  using SPSS 20 for windows. The results of the analysis in this study are: product quality dosen’t have a significant effect on customer satisfaction,  service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction doesn’t have a significant effect on customer loyalty, product quality  dosen’t  have a significant  effect on  customer loyalty and service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty of the two independentvariables dosen’t indicate a mediating  relationship  with  customer  satisfaction as a mediator variable.

<em>This study aims to determine the factors that influence the decision on the selection of broiler for household consumption in Surakarta. This study is a case study conducted in one of the densest urban village of Tegalharjo, Jebres, Surakarta. This research was conducted in November - December 2015. The basic method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with survey technique to household / household in Tegalharjo Village, Jebres, Surakarta. Sampling technique is done by Purposive Sampling method with 86 respondents. Primary data was obtained from interview with questionnaire tool. Secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Surakarta, Jebres and Tegalharjo. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and multiple linear regression test. The result of research shows that the instrument is valid because r count&gt; r table and reliable because of Alpha Cronbach result for each sub variable in the range 0,761 - 0,873, research data is normal distribution with significance value of each variable&gt; 0,05, result of multiple linear regression test show each variable has significant effect on broiler consumption except family wealth factor variable (X2), with value of Adjusted R2 equal to 0,731. Conclusion from this research was that the economic and social factors as a whole affect the level of consumption of broiler in the household in Surakarta.</em>

This study aims to identify and analyze whether there is influence of motivation and discipline ito the performance of employees in the Agriculture Office of Supiori District, Papua Province. This research is classified as causal research associative quantitative approach to the instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees of the District Agriculture Office Supiori as many as 80 people. The sampling technique by means of saturated or census sampling technique. The sample in this research is to take the population, or as many as 80 samples. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data related agencies and journals to support this research. Test the validity of the instrument using bivariate Correclation formula, while the reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. Measuring instrument proved valid and reliable for research instruments. Multiple regression analysis used to test hypotheses of this study. The results showed that: motivation (X1) positive and significant impact on employee performance of Agriculture Office in Supiori District () 0.413 with significantly 0,01. Labor discipline (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance Supiori of Agriculture Office () 0.741 with significantly by 0,00. And based on the test results both independent variables were tested individually dominant in influencing the performance of employees in Supiori District Agriculture Office is working discipline (with a coefficient of 0.489). It can be concluded that in this study the discipline of work (X2) partially are factors that significantly affect performance (Y).

The purpose of this article was to study the effects of reversal of school rules and student participation in scout extracurricular activities on the learning discipline of high school accreditation A students in the city of Padang. This type of research was associative descriptive. The population in this study were 5340 respondents from Private an Accreditation Private Schools in Padang. The sampling technique was a two-stage cluster random sampling. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The technique in collecting data was the form of a questionnaire. The instrument testing used a validity and reliability test. The data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that (1) there is an effect of student compliance with school rules with student learning discipline (2) there is no relation between student’s participation in scout on the learning discipline (3) Student participation in scout extracurricular influences compliance with school regulations.Keywords: obedience to school rules, scout extracurricular, learning discipline

Abstract: The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality and price toward customer satisfaction on industry/ bakery shop in the Bengkulu city. This study is a descriptive research which aims to clarify the relationship or influence that exist between the variables studied. The type of data used a primary data that is collected from questionnaires. Respondents of this study is the customer industry/ bakery shop in Bengkulu city as many 2400 people were taken with the judgemental (purposive sampling) technique. The methods of data analysis used are descriptive analysis by using the mean, frequency distribution table and multiple linear regression analysis.  Based on the analysis, the result that the simultaneously product quality, service quality, and price is significantly impact on customer satisfaction industry/bakery shop in the Bengkulu city. The next in partial product quality and service quality is positively and significantly impact on customer satisfaction industry/bakery shop in the Bengkulu city, while the price is negative and significantly impact on customer satisfaction industry/ bakery shop in the Bengkulu city.Keyword: service, quality, satisfaction, bakery.

This study aims to determine the effect of customer satisfaction on buyer loyalty at Green Mart in Namrolesupermarkets. This research is quantitative. This research took place in the city of Namrole with the object of research at the Green Mart Supermarket. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques in this research were survey and literature study. Sampling was done by non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis in this study used regression analysis. This analysis is used to examine the effect of customer satisfaction on loyalty. The results showed that customer satisfaction has a positive effect on loyalty. This implies that, if customer satisfaction increases, loyalty also tends to increase, if a customer is satisfied with the value provided by the products sold and the services received from Supermarkets, Green Mart is very likely to become loyal customers to Supermarkets. Green Mart for a long time. However, if customer satisfaction decreases, loyalty tends to decrease. Increased customer satisfaction is influenced by several factors, including the product and quality of products sold by various stores and according to the market tastes of shop consumers, friendliness, speed of service, and ease of transactions.
