The “Metal” Islamic boarding school was established with a very humanistic purpose. While some educational institutions only accommodate students excelers, superior, smart and have character. The “Metal” person boarding school is present as a place that accommodates students with various social backgrounds, ranging from druging addicts, homeless people, free sex victims, until toddlers who deliberately abandoned their parents. Seeing the arrogance and inequality of education while this time, making the “Metal” person boarding school take a very meaningful role for them to be formed into people who have character. Because education is the right of all humans without having to look at the status of his past. Rahmatan li al-'alamin Islamic education in the “Metal” person boarding school have an impact on the character of students who are able to make them as perfect people.

Indonesia is one of the countries that respects the human rights of its citizens. Based on the fundamental constitutional mandate that education is the right of every citizen without exception, one of the indicators is that educational institutions must open opportunities for every citizen. This study aims to evaluate the existing educational facilities in the city of Banjarmasin, precisely some private Islamic Elementary School (MIS). The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. This method aims to describe the situation as a whole and thoroughly related to the selected object. The results of research related to accessibility for people with disabilities still cannot be seen in some of MIS choosen as the object of this study. The results of this study get the fact that all research objects are not friendly to people with dissabilities, such as conventional school steps. Even though the rule of laws is complete, but in fact, the implementation of these laws still encountered some problems until now.  Accessibility for disability is one indicator as a child-friendly school, so, hopefully this research will be a piece of initial information for stakeholders in the Ministry of Religion in improving the quality of essential Islamic education services.

In the light of the reform of the legislation on proprietary rights and improvement of the provisions on legal entities, a question arises on the necessity to preserve, in the Russian law and order, the structure of private institutions based on the right of operational management. The problem is becoming relevant because this form is widely used for the creation of private educational institutions (schools, higher educational institutions, etc.), and any reforms in this area will affect the customers, the contractors and the consumers of the educational services. The article considers the notion, the significance and the place occupied by private institutions within the system of legal entities according to the Russian civil law, both from the viewpoint of trends of development of civil law and the legal stance of judicial authorities and from the viewpoint of traditions of the Russian science of private law. The author pays special attention to the analysis of the legal nature, structure and scope of application of the right of operational management in proprietary relations. The author substantiates that during the reforming of the legislation on proprietary rights, only governmental (municipal) enterprises and institutions should remain the subjects of the right of operational management. The author analyzes the topical issues of legal bonds between founders in case of a creation of a private institution by several persons, as well as the topical issues of legal bonds between the institution and its founders.

In educational institutions, both formal and non-formal, the policy of a leader becomes the center of discussion and attention of experts, namely in terms of science itself and other sciences. Based on these facts, especially those related to the policies of the boarding school leaders have the right to all authority and responsibility that exist in the foundation, especially in formal education under its auspices. Therefore it is necessary to re-examine the policies of the Islamic boarding school leaders in the development of formal education, so that in the development of education it is not only in Islamic boarding school education.          Based on the cases taken, the formulation of the research problem is to describe how the policies of the leader of the Islamic boarding school Hidayaul Mubtadi'in Kembang in the development of formal education, and to describe how the policy making process of the leader of the Islamic boarding school Hidayaul Mubtadi'in Kembang in the development of formal education. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection was carried out by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data which was then selected and simplified according to the research findings, by presenting data that could be drawn conclusions. In this study, the data validity checking techniques used were credibility, transfrability, dependability, and confirmability              The results of this study can be concluded that: 1) The policy of the leader of the Islamic boarding school Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Kembang in the development of formal education is made in a way that is always side by side, in line and continues to collaborate with the school. the policies are also very good, and very supportive of the existing programs in schools. Planning any policies before the start of each year of the education period. Planning references are the government's vision and mission, vision and mission of the institutions and pesantren programs. Policy efforts include meetings to evaluate development programs, strengthening collaboration, and building creativity and innovation in entrepreneurship. Policies are made on the basis of deliberation and the existence of responsible parties, namely caregivers, administrators, school principals and all WAKA, 2) The process of making policies for the leadership of the Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Kembang Islamic boarding school in the development of formal education, namely receiving input and suggestions by considering conditions and situations, communicate intensively, and use the alternative dar'ul mafasid muqoddamu 'ala jalbil masholih in the rules of ushul fiqh, accompanied by holding meetings and deliberations.

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa yang melatar belakangi pemikiran dan perjuangan Anregurutta Haji Lanre Said, bagaimana pemikiran Anregurutta Haji Lanre Said, serta Perjuangan Anregurutta Haji Lanre Said.Prosedur dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sejarah dengan tahapan: Heuristik, Kritik, Interpretasi dan Historiografi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa yang melatar belakangi pemikiran dan perjuangan Anregurutta Haji Lanre Said ialah pendidikan yang beliau dapat dari keluarga yang memang mencintai agama, serta pendidikan yang telah diperolehnya di pondok Pesantren As’adiyah Sengkang. Pemikiran Anregurutta Haji Lanre Said meliputi, pemikiran keagamaan, kenegaraan, dan pendidikan Islam. Beliau selalu menekankan kepada setiap muridnya untuk menjadikan Al’Qur’an dan Hadist sebagai pedoman utama dalam menjalankan syariat Islam. Selain itu beliau juga menekankan untuk tetap patuh terhadap pemerintah yang ada dan tetap bersikap netral tanpa memihak satu parpol tertentu. Keterlibatannya dengan gerakan DI/TII bukan karena beliau sepenuhnya setuju dengan gerakan tersebut, melainkan untuk melindungi keluarganya agar tidak tidak dipaksa untuk terlibat dalam gerakan tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemikiran beliau tehradap pendidikan islam, keagamaan dan kenegaraan beliau peroleh dari lingkungan keluarga dan lembaga Pendidikan yang fokus terhadap agama. Setelah memutuskan untuk keluar dari gerakan DI/TII pada tahun 1961. Beliau melakuakan begitu banyak perjuangan, baik itu dalam mencari lokasi untuk mendirikan Pondok Pesantren Darrul Huffadh hingga perjuangan untuk mempertahankan Pondok Pesantren tersebut.Kata Kunci: Anregurutta, Pondok Pesantren, Darrul Huffadh,This this study aims to find out what lies behind the thoughts and struggles of Anregurutta Haji Lanre Said, how the thoughts of Anregurutta Haji Lanre Said, and the Struggle of Anregurutta Haji Lanre Said. The procedure in this study uses historical methods with stages: Heuristics, Criticism, Interpretation and Historiography. The results showed that the background of the thoughts and struggles of Anregurutta Haji Lanre Said was education that he got from families who really loved religion, and the education he had obtained in the Sengkang As'adiyah Islamic Boarding School. The thoughts of Anregurutta Haji Lanre Said include, religious thought, statehood, and Islamic education. He always emphasizes to each of his students to make Al'Quran and Hadith the main guideline in carrying out Islamic law. In addition, he also stressed to remain obedient to the existing government and remain neutral without taking sides for certain political parties. His involvement with the DI / TII movement was not because he fully agreed with the movement, but rather to protect his family so that he was not forced to become involved in the movement. From the results of this study it can be concluded that his thoughts on Islamic, religious and state education were obtained from the family environment and educational institutions that focused on religion. After deciding to leave the DI / TII movement in 1961. Abstract: Modern Islamic boarding schools are also called  pesantren kholaf (modern)  as acronyms of salaf or ashriyah. The model of integration of Islam, science and culture is contained in the conditions of the Islamic boarding school, the methods, traditions and intellectual spirit of the santri in the pesantren Khalaf  with all the combination of Islamic values ​​and culture, having challenges that must be overcome in facing challenges in the global era. With its very integrated the slogan, al muhafadhah 'ala al qadim al shalih wa al-ahdz bi al-jadid allashlah (holding good old things and taking new things better. This slogan can be the key to reconciling tradition and modernization: Modernization in Islamic education is a renewal that occurs in Islamic boarding schools, at least it can erase the image of some people who consider Islamic boarding schools to be traditional educational institutions, now they want to produce true scientists who are able to produce ulama. protect the people and advance the nation and state. The status of the Greek Uniate Church on the eve of the division of the Commonwealth was characterized by the institutional design and ordering of the internal church mechanism, centralized management and the integrity of the hierarchical structure, the presence of a multimillion parochial flock and a powerful network of monastic cells, the acquisition of significant economic potential, in particular, the church monastic land tenure, for the conclusion that the entire church body is quite stable. Created by the efforts of the intellectual core of the Greco-Uniate Church - the Order of St. Basil the Great - a multicomponent system of educational institutions (novitiates, seminaries, colleges, parish schools), as well as publishing centers have made a significant contribution to the cultivation of national culture. Thus, for a long time, this Church not only played the role of a kind of ethnoconservant of the culture of the autochthonous population of the Right-Bank Ukraine, retained the dominant elements of its ethnic attributes, but also joined and united its elite with the European spiritual and cultural space.

Leadership has an important role in the educational institutions. The increasing number of implementation models of integrative Islamic education institutions demand greater competence of the leaders in order to perform their duties effectively. The most complex integrative Islamic educational institution model is developed based on boarding school by integrating formal and nonformal education as well as cross ladder as developed by Al Mukmin Islamic Boarding School (PPIM) Ngruki and modern boarding schools in general. The result of this study shows that the effective leadership model of an integrative Islamic educational institution is a democratic-transformational model. This model needs the institutional leaders to have professional, personal, social, and spiritual competences. The integration of the educational institutions management should be done thoroughly starting from the integration of curriculum management, human resources, infrastructure, financing, public relations and marketing, and other aspects.

Abstract The “Ayo Mondok” Movement is part of the pesantren's response to modernity. In the modern era like this, there are still many Muslim societies in Indonesia that make pesantren a reference for formal and informal educational institutions. Indeed, initially the pesantren was only traditional and only aimed to explore the science of religion. However, along with the modernization of the times, Islamic boarding schools have not only become institutions to explore religious sciences but also general science. This paper explains the history and development of pesantren, and how the system of pesantren education answers the challenges of modernity. To get the desired results, the research library was chosen by researchers as the research method in this study. The results of this study reveal that Islamic boarding schools are a gathering place for santri to get religious knowledge from a cleric. The beginning of the pesantren was only a simple hut which was built as a makeshift with the aim of getting closer to the kyai or the teacher intended for the purposes of studying religion. While the system of pesantren education is still using the book of salaf or more familiarly called kitab kuning.   Keywords: Islamic Boarding School, Modernity and Islamic Education   Abstrak Gerakan Ayo Mondok merupkan bagian dari respon pesantren menghadapi modernitas. Di era modern seperti ini, masyarakat Muslim di Indonesia masih banyak yang menjadikan pesantren sebagai rujukan lembaga pendidikan formal maupun informal. Memang pada awalnya pesantren hanya bersifat tradisional dan hanya bertujuan untuk mendalami ilmu agama saja. Akan tetapi seiring dengan modernisasi zaman, pesantren tidak hanya menjadi lembaga untuk mendalami ilmu agama saja tetapi juga ilmu umum. Tulisan ini menjelaskan tentang sejarah dan perkembangan pesantren, dan bagaimana sistem pendidikan pesantren menjawab tantangan modernitas. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang diinginkan, maka  library research dipilih oleh peneliti sebagai metode penelitian dalam studi ini. Hasil dari kajian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pesantren merupakan tempat berkumpulnya para santri untuk mendapatkan ilmu agama dari seorang kyai. Awal mula pesantren hanya berupa pondok sederhana yang dibangun seadanya dengan tujuan untuk mendekatkan diri kepada kyai atau guru yang dituju untuk keperluan menimba ilmu agama. Sedangkan sistem pendidikan pesantren sampai sekarang masih tetap menggunakan kitab salaf atau lebih familiar disebut kitab kuning.   Kata Kunci: Pesantren, Modernitas dan Pendidikan Islam
