This study aims to analyze the influence of the skills of andragogy and interpersonal communication tutor at BLK DKI Jakarta. The research method uses correlational and associative quantitative research. The research was conducted at BLK DKI Jakarta by sampling as much as 120 purposive from a total of 170 tutors scattered in BLK DKI Jakarta. Data retrieval by developing instruments using questionnaires. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis with the multivariate test. The results showed that first there was a significant influence between andragogy competence of tutoring ability of the tutor, both there is an influence between interpersonal communication to the management skills of the tutor as well as third Simultaneous influence between Andragogical's compliance and interpersonal communication on the managerial skills of tutors at BLK DKI Jakarta.   The implications of this research is an attempt to improve the managerial skills and competence of tutors can be done through improved andragogy competence and interpersonal communication.

This study aims to determine the effect of investment on employment in Central Java in 2009-2013. As it is known that investment plays an important role in the absorption of labor or can reduce unemployment. Thus with the increased investment hence the absorption of labor will also increase. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method. This research was conducted in Central Java. The test used is the instrument using the validity test. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that the increase can be explained by the regression equation is Y = 16595732.325 + 0.32 X. Where the constant is positive value of 16595732.325 indicates that if the investment variable is considered constant (0), then the value of labor absorption of 16595732,325 . Then the regression coefficient of the investment variable is 0.32, this means that if the investment is increased one unit, it will increase the labor absorption of 0.32.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of unemployment and inflation for poverty. The type of data used in this study is primary data with quantitative research method using multiple linear regression analysis technique and test hypotheses processed with Eviews 10. The result of data analysis showed that unemployment and inflation has a significant impact on the poverty. Seen from coefficient of determination that unemployment and inflation for poverty affect 63.95%, while the remaining 36.05% influenced by the others thay not included in this research.

ABSTRAK  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan selebgram (celebrity endorser instagram) terhadap minat beli konsumen secara online khususnya pada Followers Akun @mia_raaa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan survey berupa kuesioner, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang responden. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi dan koefisien determinasi melalui bantuan software SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat diambil simpulan sebagai berikut (1) penggunaan selebgram (celebrity endorser Instagram) pada media sosial Instagram yang terdiri dari indikator daya tarik, kepercayaan, dan keahlian sudah berada pada kategori baik; (2) minat beli konsumen secara online pada media Instagram yang terdiri dari indikator informasi, pengalaman, merek, model, dan jaminan sudah berada pada kategori tinggi; dan (3) berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dinyatakan bahwa penggunaan selebgram (celebrity endorser Instagram) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen secara online pada media Instagram.Kata Kunci : Selebgram, Minat Beli Konsumen, Instagram ABSTRACT   This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of using celebrities (celebrity endorser instagram) on consumer buying interest online, especially on followers of the @mia_raaa account. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method using a survey in the form of a questionnaire, with a sample of 100 respondents. The data used are primary data. The data analysis used was regression analysis, correlation coefficient and determination coefficient through the help of SPSS software. Based on the results of research and discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn (1) the use of celebrities (celebrity endorser Instagram) on Instagram social media which consists of indicators of attractiveness, trust, and expertise that are already in a good category; (2) consumer buying interest online on Instagram, which consists of indicators of information, experience, brand, model, and guarantees are in the high category; and (3) based on the results of the study it can be stated that the use of celebrities (celebrity endorser Instagram) has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest online on Instagram media. Keywords: Selebgram, Consumer Purchase Interest, Instagram

Abstrak : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk menganalisis hubungan dukungan sosial untuk menurunkan kecemasan karyawan akibat Covid-19 pada CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru; dan (2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh dukungan sosial untuk menurunkan kecemasan karyawan akibat Covid-19 pada CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru yang berjumlah 41 orang. Mengingat jumlah populasi relatif kecil, yaitu di bawah 100, maka seluruh anggota populasi diambil semua sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment pearson dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Ada hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan kecemasan menghadapi Covid-19; dan (2) Dukungan sosial perpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kecemasan menghadapi Covid-19. Berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan artinya jika dukungan sosial meningkat, maka akan menyebabkan kecemasan menghadapi Covid-19 akan menurun. Variabel kecemasan menghadapi Covid-19 dijelaskan oleh variabel dukungan sosial sebesar 43,7%, sedangkan sisanya 56,3% dijelaskan oleh sebab-sebab yang lain di luar model yang tidak diteliti.   Kata Kunci: Dukungan Sosial, Kecemasan, Covid-19.   Abstact : The objectives of this study were: (1) To analyze the relationship between social support to reduce employee anxiety due to Covid-19 at CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru; and (2) To analyze the effect of social support to reduce employee anxiety due to Covid-19 at CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Citra Jaya Banjarbaru, amounting to 41 people. Considering the relatively small population, which is below 100, all members of the population are taken as the research sample. The data analysis technique used in this study used Pearson product moment correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results showed that (1) there was a relationship between social support and anxiety in facing Covid-19; and (2) Social support has a negative and significant effect on anxiety in facing Covid-19. It has a negative and significant effect, meaning that if social support increases, it will cause anxiety to face Covid-19 to decrease. The variable of anxiety facing Covid-19 is explained by the social support variable of 43.7%, while the remaining 56.3% is explained by other causes outside the model that were not studied..   Keywords: Social Support, Anxiety, Covid-19.

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of competence and work discipline on the performance of Bank Branch's Bekasi Index employees. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative research method with sample number 50 respondents. Data were collected by using questionnaire method, data instrument test, classical assumption test and data analysis used were linear regression analysis, correlation and coefficient of determination. Test hypothesis Test F. The results showed that the competence and discipline of work have a positive and significant effect on the performance improvement of Bekasi Bank Index employees.

Interpersonal communication has been widely studied and proven to be an important skill possessed by school counselor. Interpersonal communication skills are activities that transfer certain information appropriately by the context of the communication. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in interpersonal communication skills of students majoring in guidance and counseling. The subjects of this study were students of the guidance and counseling department at Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, who enrolled in the year 2017, 2018 and 2019. The research method used was quantitative research methods. Data analysis was performed using One-way Anova.The results of this study show that there is no difference in the interpersonal communication skills based on semester level.

This study discusses the influence of motivation and knowledge of Islamic banking products on the decision to become a customer of Bank Syariah Indonesia (Case Study of Ex Bank Syariah Mandiri Kcp Palembang Km 6). Descriptive quantitative research method, with a population of 3,612 customers and 97 samples. While the data collection technique using questionnaires and documentation and data analysis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained show that the motivation to avoid usury and knowledge of Islamic banking products simultaneously on the decision to become a customer has a positive and significant effect with the proportion of motivation to avoid usury (X1) and knowledge of Islamic banking products (X2) on the decision to become a customer (Y) of 75 ,2%. Meanwhile, for the partial test of the motivation to avoid usury and knowledge of Islamic banking products on the decision to become a customer, it is known that the motivation to avoid usury (X1) has a positive and significant effect. The second variable knowledge of Islamic banking products (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on the decision to become a customer (Y) at Bank Syariah Indonesia (Ex. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Palembang KM 6).

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of competence and work motivation on employee performance. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population in this study was employees of the marketing department of PT. Lambang Putra Perkasa Motor Cirebon with a total of 45 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples so that all employees are sampled in this study. The technique of drawing data using a questionnaire and data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. in this study is to find out how the influence of service quality, price and promotion on customer satisfaction with the aim of testing and analyzing the effect of service quality, price and promotion on customer satisfaction at PT. Benua Trans Maju Bersama Cabang Medan. The research was started in October 2020 – May 2021. In this study, the researcher used quantitative research techniques with the type of research being descriptive quantitative and the nature of the research was descriptive explanatory research. The population in this study were all customers has 223 customers. where validity and reliability were first tested in order to determine whether a questionnaire was valid or not, and researchers did it to 30 customers and the rest were 143 customers as a sample test. Then it is processed using the classical assumption test which includes: normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis model in this study uses multiple regression analysis. The conclusion from the results of this study is that there is a service quality partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The price partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Promotion positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction Simultaneously the variables of service quality (X1), price (X2) and promotion (X3), there is a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction (Y).

This study aims to analyze the effect of tax sanctions, tax socialization, tax system, and tax avoidance on the barriers to the tax collection. This research method was quantitative. The population in this study are all individual taxpayers who do free work in Jember Regency. By accidental sampling, the samples are fifty respondents of Individual Taxpayers who do free work. Data collection using a questionnaire, and the data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that tax sanctions, tax system, tax avoidance had a significant effect on the obstacles to tax collection, while tax socialization has no significant effect on barriers to tax collection. Since the tax socialization had no impact, fiscus should use the strategy to avoid the barriers of tax collection by using account representative assistance in active counseling to the taxpayer.
