The purpose of this study was to prove the income of a fisherman family in one month in Gu Timur Village, Lakudo District, Buton Tengah District. With the determination of the sample in this study that is East Gu Lakudo District of Central Buton Regency as many as 127 families with a sample of 16 people who make a living as a fishing trawler. The method of this research is quantitative descriptive research. The analysis technique of this research is the analysis of fishermen's family income with income analysis NI = TR-TC. From the results of research conducted in Gu Timur Subdistrict, Lakudo Subdistrict, Central Buton Regency, it can be concluded that the acquisition of income levels using trawlers is an average value of Rp 5,112,500. and costs incurred for the needs of fishermen obtained an average value of Rp. 1,231,813. Net income can be obtained from the revenue of catches sold directly and fishermen who have a dry fish business are reduced by the costs and consumption needed so as to produce a net income with an average value of fishermen income of Rp. 3,172.156

The research aims to find out and describe the influence of either simultaneously or partial reference groups, product quality and promotion to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. This research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all consumer Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District unknown number. The number of samples was determined with the formula Sarwono and the result 100 respondents. Sampling method using accidental sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. Data analysis technique used was statistic analysis. This F test results the reference groups, product quality and promotion simultaneously and significant effect to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. The t-test results showed that the reference groups influential positive and significant effect against to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. Product quality influential positive and significant effect against to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. Promotion influential positive and significantly to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. The results of the determination of the coefficient indicates the reference groups, product quality and promotion have influence of 57,2% the purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. The most dominant influence to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District is product quality because it has the most tvalue is 6,654. The purpose of the study is to : 1) analyze the effect of mudharabah financing on net income in syariah commercial bank in 2014-2017. 2) analyze the effect of musyarakah financing on net income in syariah commercial bank in 2014-2017. 3) analyze the effect of mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing on net income in syariah commercial bank in 2014-2017. The benefits of this research is 1) this research can provide knowledge on the effect of mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing on net income at syariah commercial banks. 2) can provide an overview for Islamic banking regarding financing that can increase the net income of syariah islamic banks. 3) for investors, this research can be used as consideration in decision making for their investment.                    This study is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study are syariah commercial bank in Indonesia which is included in the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. The data analysis technique used is mutiple linear regression analysis which previously carried out analysis prerequisite tests..           The results showed that 1) mudharabah financing has influence on net income in syariah commercial bank in 2014-2017. 2) musyarakah financing has influence on net income in syariah commercial bank in 2014-2017. 3) mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing has influence on net income in syariah commercial bank in 2014-2017

The research aims to find out and describe the influence of simultaneously or partial job insecurity, job satisfaction and work environment towards turnover intention PT. Bima Polyplast Sukoharjo. This methodology research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all employees PT. Bima Polyplast Sukoharjo is 72 people. The number of samples was determined with the formula Arikunto and the result 72 respondents. Sampling method using sensus sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. Data analysis technique used was statistic analysis is multiple linier regression, F test, t test and determination coefficient. This test results the job insecurity, job satisfaction and work environment simultaneously and significance effect on turnover intention PT. Bima Polyplast Sukoharjo. Job insecurity influential positive and significance effect against the turnover intention PT. Bima Polyplast Sukoharjo. Job satisfaction influential negative and significance effect against the turnover intention PT. Bima Polyplast Sukoharjo. Work environment influential negative and significance to turnover intention PT. Bima Polyplast Sukoharjo. The results of the determination of the coefficient indicates job insecurity, job satisfaction and work environment have influence of 56,5% turnover intention PT. Bima Polyplast Sukoharjo. Suggestion in this research is companies are expected to pay more attention to noise levels at work that can interfere with work activities. This can be done by installing a silencer in the office. The research aims to find out and describe the influence of simultaneously or partial culture, store atmosphere and product quality to Batik buying behaviour in Batik Store Laweyan Region. This methodology research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all consumer Batik Store Laweyan Region unknown number. The number of samples was determined with the formula Lemeshow and the result 100 respondents. Sampling method using insidental sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. Data analysis technique used was statistic analysis is multiple linier regression, F test, t test and determination coefficient. This test results the culture, store atmosphere and product quality simultaneously and significance effect on Batik buying behaviour in Batik Store Laweyan Region. culture influential positive and significance effect against the Batik buying behaviour in Batik Store Laweyan Region. Store atmosphere influential positive and significance effect against the Batik buying behaviour in Batik Store Laweyan Region. Product quality influential positive and significance to Batik buying behaviour in Batik Store Laweyan Region The results of the determination of the coefficient indicates culture, store atmosphere and product quality have influence of 57,2% cloth’s buying behaviour in Batik Store Laweyan Region. Suggestion in this research is company should improve the quality of product, espcecially about the characteristics of the product. The purpose of this study is to find out how much Return On Investment (ROI) is to assess the financial performance of PT Mitra Investindo, Tbk. This type of quantitative descriptive research uses secondary data. Data collection techniques are documentation and literature study. Research population for 22 years from the start of listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 1997-2019. Then a sample of 10 years from 2010-2019 with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis with a one-sample t-test. The results showed that the Return On Investment (ROI) to assess the financial performance of      PT Mitra Investindo, Tbk was in a bad condition because it was less than 30% of the expected.

The Impact

This research aims to discuss the increase in family income obtained by motorbike drivers in Palembang. The existence of a motorcycle taxi is one of the factors reducing the unemployment rate which will have an impact on increasing income and family welfare. Maqashid Shari'ah is used to see the impact of the phenomenon of increasing income on family welfare with five basic principles; hifz din, hifz nafs, hifz ‘aql, hifz mal and hifz nasab, with three levels of Daruriyyat, Hajiyyat and Tahsiniyyat. This research is a field research. This research is field research, the method used in this research was collaborative both qualitative and quantitative by distributed questionairre to respondents who became research's sample by some measurement cryterias with 5 assesment criteria and interview towards some informants to strenghten questionairre result. The technique of determining sample by using purposive sampling and analysis technique data questionairre by using quantitative descriptive and qualitative analysis with triangularltion approacment Magashid Suar'i. The result showed that there was an increasing income earned by the Gojek's drivers in Palembang city compare to other previous job before becoming a Gojek driver and also affecting family's prosperity

This study aims to determine how the effect of the use of Quipper School e-learning on accounting learning outcomes which are moderated by student learning independence. This research is motivated by low independence and student learning outcomes. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The research sample was 33 students consisting of two classes at the YPK Medan Vocational School. The data collection techniques used in this study were using tests and questionnaires (questionnaires). The analysis technique uses multiple regression. The results of this study based on multiple regression analysis are (1) There is an effect of the use of Quipper School E-learning on student learning outcomes. (2) There is an effect of learning independence on student learning outcomes and (3) There is an influence of quipper school on student learning outcomes which is moderated by student learning independence

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The population in this study all employees at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor, amounting to 136 people and the sample in this study as much as 50 percent, the total was 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used is by using descriptive analysis that is to present each question item using a percentage formula. The results showed that the three indicators in this study generally showed quite effective results, starting from the indicators of office spatial planning, the results of which were quite effective, indicators of employee placement whose results were quite effective, and indicators of the office's physical environment whose results were effective. Of the three indicators provide an overview that can be concluded that the office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar as a whole is considered quite effective.

The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of using Bali Go Live Channel as media promotion digital of Bali Tourism by using EPIC Model approach. Effectiveness measurement is done by obtaining value of empathy dimension, persuation dimension, impact dimension, and communication dimension from digital promotion conducted by Bali Go Live Channel to know how effective promotion is done. Determination of samples in this study using accidental sampling method as much as 100 respondents tourists. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis technique in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis, validity and reliability analysis, simple tabulation analysis, and EPIC Model analysis. From the results of quantitative descriptive analysis can be seen that the measurement of dimensions empathy, dimension persuasion, dimension impact, and dimension communication entered in the range of effective scale. The results of this study show the use of Bali Go Live Channel as a digital promotion media of Bali tourism declared effective. This is shown from the EPIC Rate of 3.98 which fall into the effective category.

This research aimed to know the implementation of blended learning with Kelase platform in the learning process of Assessment and Evaluation course. Determination of subjects in this research used purposive sampling technique, with the number of subjects was involved as many as 40 peoples. Methods of data collection in this research used questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The steps were undertaken in this research include (1) selection and personnel training; (2) location selection, hardware installation, and software installation; (3) programming and program testing; (4) system testing; and (5) system conversion. Data analysis technique in this research was quantitative descriptive. The results were obtained in this research showed the effectiveness level percentage of the implementation of blended learning with Kelase platform that was used to support the learning process of Assessment and Evaluation course was 90.2%, so it was included in the very good category.
