scholarly journals A STUDY ON IMPACT OF EMPLOYEES PERFORMANCE THAT INFLUENCE TO MOTIVATE IN TEA MANUFACTURING ORGANIZATIONAL SECTOR

The Employees are the heart of any organization. For any organization to operate smoothly and without any interruption, employee cooperation cannot be replaced with anything else. It is of utmost importance that the employees of an organization not only have a good relationship with the top management, but also, they maintain a healthy and professional relationship with their coworkers. The following study is a self-conducted research on how motivational tools impact the performance of employee for betterment. The study also focused on de-motivation factors affecting employee performance negatively. A sample of individuals was selected and was interviewed with self-administrated questionnaire to obtain primary data. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis methods. The results obtained indicate that if employees are positively motivated, it improves both their effectiveness and efficiency drastically for achieving organizational goals. With the unpredictable business environment and intense business competition, the companies are required to reach certain standards by improving their performance to align with such great demands; otherwise, a lot of problems will surface, including running the risk to close down the business. This performance relates to the firm or individual level which sees the human resource becoming the most determining factor to achieve the organizations’ objectives. In fact, an abundance of resources such as infrastructures or physical facilities are made meaningless without the support of qualified human resources that directly disrupt the continuity of the business operations. Within the framework of the professionals, good employee performance mirrors the ability to contribute through their works leading to the behavioral achievement that is in accordance with the goals of the company. Meanwhile, the level of the enterprises’ success depends on the performance of the human resource management. But sometimes, conditioned by the activity or the ability to satisfy some needs. The studies on employees’ motivation have widely been practiced in today’s enterprises across all sectors, regardless of their size. Those enterprises realized that the actions of motivating their employees are crucial in order to achieve the organizations’ goals. The motivated employees relate to the manners of self satisfaction, sell-fullfilment and commitment that are expected to produce better quality of work and oblige to the organizations’ policies which will extensively materialize efficiencies and competitive advantage. Motivation increases the job involvement by making the work more meaningful and interesting as well as the fact that it keeps the employees more productive and improves their subsequent towards, job performance. Human resources are vital for organizational excellence and they act as the main factor for achieving anticipated organizational objectives . This is aligned with the obligation for every employees to give full commitment to their works and produce better results. Having such analysis of employees’ performance, the three influencing factors such as job stress, motivation and communication enable them to be compared with other studies in the conventional workplace systems. The three factors will be discussed in the following sections on their relationship with employees’ performance. Here researcher is finding out the strategy for managing their human resource (HR) to improvise employees challenging job quality, followed by the employers contribution for the better survival of organization in the present competitive world. Competence is the basis for employees in carrying out work demands that are their responsibility. Employees must continue to improve their competencies so that they can adapt to changes related to their field of work. In this case, the organization must play a role in the development of its human resources, especially related to competencies so that future employee performance will be better. This study aims to determine the positive and significant influence of human resource competencies on employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade Cooperatives (KOPERINDAG) of Bima City. This type of research is associative. Poulasi in this study were 50 employees with a sample of 30 employees who included ASN. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling (taking samples based on certain considerations). Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and questionnaires using a Likert scale, the type of data used is quantitative data from primary data sources. Data analysis techniques used are validity, reliability, simple linear regression, simple linear correlation and partial tests (T test). Based on the results of this study concludes that human resource competence does not have a significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the t test value of 0.323 and sig of 0.749.Keywords: Human resource competence, employee performance

Success depends on the ability of human resources to carry out their duties and functions. This research analysizes the factors affecting the business expectations of human resources in entertainment and event management. The research results have showed that of the 5 factors affecting the human resource expectations of businesses in entertainment and event management, the factor “professional knowledge” has the biggest impact on the expectations of the businesses. Next to it are “attitude”, “skill” and “ability”. The factor “fundamental knowledge” has the least influence on the expectations of the businesses.

AbstrakPenelitian ini sendiri bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh pengaruh pengembangan SDM, iklim kerja dan berbagi pengetahuan terhadap kreativitas SDM di PT. GAS (Gemalindo Air Support) Batam. Perumusan masalah, tujuan penelitian ini dan hipotesis pada penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara individual antara variabel independen yaitu pengembangan SDM, iklimkerja dan berbagi pengetahuan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kreativitas SDM di PT. GAS (Gemalindo Air Support) Batam. Pada penelitian ini objek yang diambil adalah karyawan GAS (Gemalindo Air Support) Batam. Sumber data meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT. GAS (Gemalindo Air Support) Batam melalui teknik nonprobability sampling yaitu dengan tidak menggunakan metode sampling. Teknik analisis datanya adalah teknik regresi linier berganda.Kata Kunci :  Optimalisasi Pengembangan SDMAbstractThis study itself aims to find out how far the influence of human resource development, work climate and knowledge sharing on the creativity of human resources in PT. GAS (Gemalindo Air Support) Batam. The formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study and the hypothesis in this study is to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables of human resource development, work climate and knowledge sharing on the dependent variable that is the creativity of human resources in PT. GAS (Gemalindo Air Support) Batam. In this research object is taken employee GAS (Gemalindo Air Support) Batam. Data sources include primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who are employees of PT. GAS (Gemalindo Air Support) Batam through nonprobability sampling technique is not by using the method of sampling. Background: The rapid development of health services is a challenge for hospitals in facing the increasingly open and accessible competition. Good human resource management is needed to increase the productivity of an organization. One of the strategies to increase productivity and improve human resource management is to use an integrated and comprehensive employee performance measurement. This research measured employee performance using the Human Resources Scorecard (HRSC) approach based on several conditions. HRSC is a Balanced Scorecard with a Human Resources (HR) approach where Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are based on 4 (four) perspectives: Financial Perspective, Customer Perspective, Internal Business Process Perspective, and Learning and Growth Perspective. Method: This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey research design. Data collection methods included questionnaires, document review, and Consensus Decision Making Group (CDMG). The research population was 256 employees of the ‘Aisyiyah Hospital Klaten.  Samples were determined using non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method of 100 respondents. Results: The results showed that overall employee performance was good, with a score of 4.03. Based on Key Performance Indicators for each perspective, the internal business process perspective of employee performance was very good, with a score of 1.24. The financial perspective of employee performance was good with a score of 0.8, while the customer perspective of employee performance was good, with a score of 1.19. Finally, the learning and growth perspective of employee performance was good, with a score of 0.8. Conclusion: With the HRSC approach, the overall performance results of the ‘Aisyiyah Klaten Hospital employees were good.

Laporan keuangan yang berkualitas dihasilkan melalui proses pelaporan keuangan yang efektif atau mencapai tujuan pembuatannya. Terdapat lebih dari satu faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pelaporan keuangan. Di antara faktor-faktor tersebut, kompetensi sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pelaporan keuangan. Kompetensi merupakan serangkaian kombinasi dari pengetahuan, kemampuan, keahlian, dan sikap yang terdapat dalam diri sumber daya manusia untuk menjalankan tugasnya dan memperoleh hasil yang unggul. Keberadaan sumber daya manusia dalam proses pelaporan keuangan adalah sangat penting karena rasio, rasa, dan karsa merupakan hal-hal yang dimiliki hanya oleh sumber daya manusia dibandingkan sumber daya yang lainnya. Sumber daya manusia yang terlibat dalam pelaporan keuangan harus memiliki kompetensi yang cukup agar dapat memenuhi atau melebihi kriteria pelaporan keuangan efektif yang telah ditetapkan. Sumber daya manusia dengan kompetensi yang rendah menyebabkan proses pelaporan keuangan memiliki kualitas rendah. Proses pelaporan keuangan dengan kualitas rendah akan menghasilkan informasi yang tidak akurat, menyesatkan, dan tidak lengkap. Tujuan yang dimaksudkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui seberapa banyak pengaruh yang sumber daya manusia berikan terhadap pelaporan keuangan. Karyawan yang bekerja pada bagian akuntansi dan bagian lain yang berhubungan dengan fungsi akuntansi pada perusahaan manufaktur di Kota Bandung adalah populasi dalam penelitian ini dan 53 orang merupakan jumlah sampel yang digunakan. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan survei berupa kuesioner fisik sebagai teknik dan alat pengumpulan data sehingga data yang didapatkan merupakan data primer. Data yang telah didapatkan kemudian diuji menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi sumber daya manusia memiliki pengaruh terhadap pelaporan keuangan. Kata kunci: kompetensi SDM, pelaporan keuangan Quality financial reports are produced through an effective financial reporting process or achieve the objectives of its creation. There are more than one factors that affect financial reporting’s effectiveness. Among those factors, human resource competency is one factor that affect financial reporting’s effectiveness. Competency is a series of combinations of knowledge, skill, expertise, and attitude contained in human resource to carry out their duties and obtain superior results. Existence of human resource in financial reporting process are crucial because idea, feeling, and intention are things that only owned by human resource compared with other resources. Human resources embroiled in financial reporting must have sufficient competency to meet or exceed the established effective financial reporting criteria. Human resource with lack of competency causes low quality of financial reporting process. Low quality financial reporting process cause inaccurate, misleading, and incomplete information. This research aim to examine how much influence that human resource’s competency gave towards financial reporting. Employees who work in the accounting department and other department related to accounting function in manufacturing companies in Bandung are population in this research and 53 people are the number of sample used. In this research, survey in the form of physical questionnaire was used as technique and tool of data collection so the data obtained is primary data. Data that has been obtained then tested by SPSS application. The result of this research indicate that human resource’s competency has an effect towards financial reporting. Human resource is a very important element in achieving organizational goals. If the organization has a good quality of resources, the organization will be more effective. While the effectiveness of the organization is reflected from the employee performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of workplace spirituality on Islamic work ethic, Islamic work ethic on employee performance, workplace spirituality on employee performance, and the influence of Islamic work ethic as an intervening variable on the relation between workplace spirituality and employee performance, with samples from PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital, and IPHI Pedan Hospital, Klaten. The result of the research shows that workplace spirituality has significant effect on Islamic work ethic with, Islamic work ethic has no significant effect to employee performance, workplace spirituality has no significant effect to employee performance, and Islamic work ethic as mediation variable on relation between workplace spirituality (STK) to employee performance has no significant influence.

The purpose of this research is to examine the factors affecting interests of taxpayers in using efiling facility. The independent variables of this research are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, security and privacy, complexity, readiness technology taxpayers information and human resources. Data used in this research is primary data by using questionnaires. Respondent are the Individual Taxpayers who used e-filing.This research used multiple linear regression analysis that involved 108 respondents. The results show that: (1) perceived usefulness affects positively the intention to use E-filing, (2) perceived ease of use affects positively the intention to use E-Filing, (3) security and privacy affects positively the intention to use E-Filing, (4) complexity affects negatively the intention to use E-filing, (5) Readiness Technology Taxpayers Information affects positively the intention to use E-Filing (6) Human Resources affects positively the intention to use E-Filing

The article deals with human resource management, its theoretical principles, and its use in practice in the era of globalization. The main goal of this paper is to analyze and describe human resource management focused on the process of human resource development and education. The article shows how the principles are applied in a selected Information-Communication Technologies (ICT) company in Slovakia as an attractive employer who is interested in satisfaction, education, and growth of its employees, thus employer branding. The data was collected through a questionnaire survey with employees in the selected company. Secondary data from corporate sources were used, too. The aim of the survey was to point out the human resources management in a selected company and to examine the perception of the impact of employees development on their performance and to design effective approaches to personnel development in a selected company with an impact on employee performance. The aim of the survey was to find out whether there was a dependence between the subjectively perceived performance of the employees and individual aspects, which are the completion of technical training programs, individual evaluation of the employee, relocation of the employee, and the number of completed training activities. A questionnaire survey was used to achieve this goal.
