Background: Inflammation is the earliest body defence mechanism in which the immune system recognises and counters the antigens and aids in healing the disease. The World Health Organisation suggests that inflammation is one of the greatest causes of death in the world. Inflammation could be acute or chronic due to the release of inflammatory mediators i.e. prostaglandins, leukotrienes due to mitogens, antigens or cytokines found in the body. Methods: Bibliographic database using pub med cites for peer-reviewed research articles with titles containing dual COX-2 and 5-LOX enzyme inhibitors, heterocyclic moieties, with AND Boolean operator's terms since last ten years of literature work. The quality papers containing the natural or synthetic lead compounds were extracted; the detailed study and conceptual framework attracted its attention. Results: Out of 127 research and review articles evaluated, 54 articles were cited to provide high quality data regarding pharmacoactive molecules having anti-inflammatory activity via dual COX-2/5-LOX inhibition. In addition, highlighting their in silico and experimental wet laboratory studies in increasing order over the past decade with the best illustration of dual enzyme inhibitory activity. Conclusion: This review gathered details of isolated bioactive compounds such as pyrazole, coumaperine, indoles, phenanthrene derivatives that have been significantly reported for anti-inflammatory activities.

Admiration as a phenomenological principle of human subjectivity  Abstract: The text is a phenomenological analysis (mainly inspired by Ricœur) of the theme of admiration, which Descartes in the  Passions of the Soul describes as a first and main passion.  Considered  as a principle of subjectivity, this passion would explain the non-theoretical access to the world and to oneself, and allows us to understand the constitution of such passionate subject. Analyzing this subject, called by Descartes the union of the soul and the body, the traditional categories of attention, imagination and finally, those of will and temporality are  deeply  reformulated. In the specific admiring mode of the  subject, which is characterized by dynamic interaction of the soul and body, we can speak of the successive stages of passionate life, in which emerge the other “principal  passions"  (love, hatred, desire, joy and sadness),  to  finally find its culmination in an ethical experience of generosity. Key words: passion; admiration; union of the soul and body; Descartes; Ricoeur. Data de registro: 17/11/2020 Data de aceite: 30/12/2020

ABSTRACTToday the company seeks alternative natural medicine that are compatible with the body, which does not produce side effects and hang time are easily accessible and cost of those who currently have. The concern of researchers and specialists in the development of new materials is to seek, to experiment and create products that can be useful and compatible with human beings so as to obtain a curative effect without a side effect originates. The development of pharmacologically active materials has increased in recent years. People lack access to most drugs and is therefore a need for more rapid and less expensive than current, which can be applied to cellular systems in vitro, in order to evaluate the biocompatibility of new materials. The current study seeks to experiment in a new line of research that helps health care and have a better quality of life. The excipients in the drug are auxiliary substances that help the active ingredient is the one with the therapeutic action, can be formulated in an effective and pleasant for the patient. It is one or more substances that are incorporated into the product to facilitate its preparation, maintenance or administration. We therefore tested clay known as bentonite to serve as a vehicle for transport of an active substance (ursolic acid) [1] and some scientific studies have shown that it possesses anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal and highly cytotoxic capacity. Both materials were mixed to generate a new biomaterial that has anti-inflammatory activity. Evaluation of this model was under the inhibition of edema produced by 13-acetate-12-ortho-tetradecanoylphorbol (TPA) in mouse ear.

The lymphatic system is very important in the immunological activities of the body. Clinicians confirm the diagnosis of infectious diseases by palpating the involved cutaneous lymph node for changes in size, heat, and consistency. Clinical pathologists diagnose systemic diseases through biopsies of superficial lymph nodes. In many parts of the world the goat is considered as an important source of milk and meat products. The lymphatic system has been studied extensively. These studies lack precise information on the natural morphology of the lymph nodes and their vascular and cellular constituent. This is due to using improper technique for such studies. A few studies used the SEM, conducted by cutting the lymph node with a blade. The morphological data collected by this method are artificial and do not reflect the normal three dimensional surface of the examined area of the lymph node. SEM has been used to study the lymph vessels and lymph nodes of different animals. No information on the cutaneous lymph nodes of the goat has ever been collected using the scanning electron microscope.

The essay discusses selected poems from Thomas Hardy's vast body of poetry, focusing on representations of the self and the world. Employing Maurice Merleau-Ponty's concepts such as the body-subject, wild being, flesh, and reversibility, the essay offers an analysis of Hardy's poems in the light of phenomenological philosophy. It argues that far from demonstrating ‘cosmic indifference’, Hardy's poetry offers a sympathetic vision of interrelations governing the universe. The attunement with voices of the Earth foregrounded in the poems enables the self's entanglement in the flesh of the world, a chiasmatic intertwining of beings inserted between the leaves of the world. The relation of the self with the world is established through the act of perception, mainly visual and aural, when the body becomes intertwined with the world, thus resulting in a powerful welding. Such moments of vision are brief and elusive, which enhances a sense of transitoriness, and, yet, they are also timeless as the self becomes immersed in the experience. As time is a recurrent theme in Hardy's poetry, this essay discusses it in the context of dwelling, the provisionality of which is demonstrated in the prevalent sense of temporality, marked by seasons and birdsong, which underline the rhythms of the world.

The demonolexis in Yu. Andrukhovych’s long short story “Recreatsii” (“Recreations”) has been analyzed in the article. In the course of the research there have been outlined the following lexical-semantic groups of demonomens: toponymic and onomastic names, modified lexemes, names of the rituals, genuine Ukrainian demonomens, obscene words and expressions, demonomens of Biblical origin, names from the world mythology and general demonolexis. The special lexical-semantic group has been formed by non personificated demonomens, which serve to convey the peculiarities of the contemporary Ukrainian writers’ mentality, their habits through speech. Such nomens help to reveal the protagonist’s soul, show the positive and negative sides of his personal ego, demonstrate the duality of the human perception of the world, indicate the causes of phobias, emotions, sensations. Key words: demonolexis, demonomen, lexical-semantic group, non personificated demonomen.

"Utterance universalism" as a phrase is unclear, but it is enough to include the term "prophetism". As a metaphysical concept, it refers to a text written with inspiration which confirms visions of a "divine inspiration", "poetic" - "legal", that contains trace, revelation or interpretation of the origin of the creation of the world and life on earth but it warns and prospects their future in the form of a projection, literary paradigm, religious doctrine and law. Prophetic texts reformulate "toll-telling" with messages, ideas, which put forth (lat. "Utters Forth" gr. "Forthteller") hidden facts from fiction and imagination. Prometheus, gr. Prometheus (/ prəmiθprə-mee-mo means "forethought") is a Titan in Greek mythology, best known as the deity in Greek mythology who was the creator of humanity and charity of its largest, who stole fire from the mount Olympus and gave it to the mankind. Prophetic texts derive from a range of artifacts and prophetic elements, as the creative magic or the miracle of literary texts, symbolism, musicality, rhythm, images, poetic rhetoric, valence of meaning of the text, code of poetic diction that refers to either a singer in a trance or a person inspired in delirium, who believes he is sent by his God with a message to tell about events and figures that have existed, or the imaginary ancient and modern world. Text Prophetism is a combination of artifacts and platonic idealism. Key words: text Prophetism, holy text, poetic text, law text, vision, image, figure
