This study aims to identify the effect of 1 minute hyperoxygenation on the suctioning process on oxygen saturation of patients with mechanical ventilators. Quasi experimental research design pre-post test with control group design. The sample in this study were 34 respondents who installed mechanical ventilators. Analysis using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed oxygen I saturation before median hyperoxygenation 97 min 95-99, after median hyperoxygenation 99 min 98-100 with p value 0.05. While in the intervention group II before median hyperoxygenation 97 min 95-100, after median hyperoxygenation 99 min 95-100, with p value 0.05. Conclusions there were significant differences in oxygen saturation before and after 1 minute hyperoxygenation administration.  Keywords: Hyperoxygenation, Suction Process, Oxygen Saturation, Ventilator.

Background: Depression can occur in patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis and can lead to decreased quality of life, and will have a two-fold risk for the occurrence of death and hospitalization. Objective: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of art therapy on the level of depression patients with hemodialysis. Methods: This study used a quasi-experimental method with pretest posttest with control group design. Collecting data using questionnaires of Beck Depression Inventory (BDI-II) versions of Indonesia, which was done twice, before and after art therapy intervention. Data were analyzed using paired t-test and unpaired t-test.Results: The results showed that after given intervention of art therapy there were differences in the average scores of depression in the intervention group (t = 0.764; p-value = 0.000). Art therapy is a medium to expose and express the feelings, fears or perceived problem, so it can be used as an adaptive coping method in patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis. Conclusion: It is concluded that art therapy could reduce depression in patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis. Nurses can act as a facilitator to provide art-based therapy in order to improve the ability of psychological adaptation in patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis.

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of ANNISA development on nurses' knowledge of nursing documentation. This method uses quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design and a time series approach non-equivocal control group design. The study results were there were differences in the measurement of nurses' knowledge about nursing documentation in the intervention group before the intervention by measuring posttest-1 with p-value = 0.000. There were differences in nurses' experience about nursing documentation between the intervention group and the control group in the posttest-1 and posttest-2 measurements after the intervention using ANNISA with p-value = 0,000. There was an increase in differences in nurses' knowledge about nursing documentation from the pretest, posttest-1, and posttest-2 measurements after using ANNISA in the intervention group and the control group with p-value = 0.000. In conclusion, ANNISA development affects increasing the knowledge of nurses about nursing documentation   Keywords: ANNISA, Nursing Documentation, Knowledge

Results: The results showed that there were significant differences in attitudes before and after treatment with a p-value of 0,000, but the mean value of attitudes before and after showed that training could not change the attitudes of midwives. The training held is not sufficient to change the attitude of midwives in compliance with the filling of the MCH handbook. Conclusion: It needs further and intense training for all PONED and non-PONED midwives and further identification is needed about things that can motivate the attitudes of midwives to improve poned midwives towards the implementation of optimization MCH books.

Aim: the research aimed todetermine the effectiveness of psychoeducation to the physical adaptation among fracture patients in public hospital of Jombang Method: this is a quasi-experiment research with pre-test and post-test control group design. There were 16 respondents in control group and another 16 respondents for intervention group which was gathered with consecutive sampling. The data were analyzed with parametric analysis using paired sample t-test dan independent t-test. For testing the data normality distribution, Shapiro-wilk analysis was operated. Result: Paired t test sample stated that there was significant difference in the physical adaptation among fracture patients before and after the intervention of psychoeducation (p value = 0,000 ; CI 95% <alpha = 0,05). In the unpaired t test was obtained p value = 0.000; CI 95% <alpha = 0.05, which indicates a significant difference of fracture patients’ adaptation who has given psychoeducation intervention and who has not. Conclusion: the psychoeducation intervention  increasedphysical adaptation among fracture patients. Nurses must continue to develop and apply the procedures for implementing psychoeducation fractures primarily in patients with the aim to improve the adaptability of fracture patients.

Objective: The aim of this study is to know the impact of mouth-rinsing using chlorhexidine gluconate 0.2% with the number of plaque-causing bacterial colonies in fixed orthodontic users. One of the most common problems is malocclusion. The solution is to do orthodontic treatment but the side effect is very susceptible to having poor mouth hygiene due to oral microflora which has changed and the difficulty to clean the appliance.Material and Methods: This research type is quasi-experimental with pretest and posttest with control group design. The sample, which consist of 30 college students of fixed orthodontic users was divided into two groups where the first group was given the chlorhexidine gluconate 0.2% and the second group was given aqua Dest. A swab on teeth samples were taken before treatment, on 7th day and 14th day to observe the number of bacteria colonies by cup-counting method at Microbiology Laboratory, Pharmacy Faculty of Hasanuddin University. Results: The results of repeated ANOVA and post hoc Bonferroni test by using SPSS program (23rd version) showed that the value baseline was 333.86 ± 11.8, on 7th day was 229.26 ± 6.3 and on 14th day was 127.40 ± 7.8 with the p-value = 0.000. The result of general linear model analysis on 7th day and on 14th day was p = 0.000 which means there is significant decrease in the number of bacteria colonies. Conclusion: Mouth-rinsing using chlorhexidine gluconate 0.2% significantly affects the amount of plaque-causing bacterial colonies in fixed orthodontic users (p < 0.05) with the percentage drop is 61.84%.
