Results: The results showed that there were significant differences in attitudes before and after treatment with a p-value of 0,000, but the mean value of attitudes before and after showed that training could not change the attitudes of midwives. The training held is not sufficient to change the attitude of midwives in compliance with the filling of the MCH handbook. Conclusion: It needs further and intense training for all PONED and non-PONED midwives and further identification is needed about things that can motivate the attitudes of midwives to improve poned midwives towards the implementation of optimization MCH books.

Different levels of pain before and after the administration of acupressure by family members used the Wilcoxon test. Whereas to see the comparison of the intervention group and the control group used to test two different groups used the mann withney test.. Satistic test result get p value = 0.0000 that means there is significant effect between before and after acupressure on intervention group, but there is no significant effect on control group get p value = 0,771. This therapy acupressure is recomended for solving Chephalgia, it means that we can give nursing complementary therapy for minimizingC.

Background: The prevalence of anemia among pregnant mothers is still high in Indonesia. Fe-fortified tempe is a traditional soy product originating from Indonesia considered able to increase hematologic status. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of Fe-fortified tempe on hemoglobin, hematocrit, and erythrocyte levels in pregnant women with anemia. Methods: This was a true-experimental study with randomized pretest and posttest control group design, conducted on November - December 2016 in Bandarharjo Health Center, Semarang. Sixty eight respondents were selected using simple random sampling, with 34 respondents were randomly assigned to each group. Blood examination was performed in each respondent. Mean, percentage, and frequency distribution of respondents were described. Paired t Test and independent t test with α = 0.05 were performed to analyze the data.Result: Findings showed that hemoglobin, hematocrit, and erythrocyte levels before and after intervention in the treatment group showed p-value 0.000 (< 0.05), which means there was a significant effect of Fe-fortified on the increase of hemoglobin, hematocrit, and erythrocyte levels. Conclusion: There was an increase in hemoglobin, hematocrit, and erythrocyte levels after given Fe-fortified tempe for 10 consecutive days. It is suggested that pregnant women can consume Fe-fortified tempe.

One of the measurements to determine growth is weight. Baby spa is one of physiotherapy for infant and could stimulate infant’s motor movement which has significant influence on their growth and development. Methods: The method of this research was Quasi experimental design using the framework of pretest and posttest with control group design on infants aged 3 until 6 months who are healthy. Kartu Menuju Sehat (KMS) or growth chart was used to record the growth of infant before and after the treatment. Denver Developmental Screening Test (DDST) was utilized to measure the infant’s development before and after the treatment. Baby spa therapy was performed once every two weeks for 12 weeks. Results: The research 20 infants of treatment group and control group statistically showed significant increase before and after baby spa treatment in term of growth and development of infants aged 3-6 months with p value=0.0000. There was an impact of the baby spa treatment towards the growth and development of infant aged 3-6 months based on the p value: 0.021.Conclusions: Baby spa which was performed on infants aged 3-6 months significantly increases their growth and development.

Environmental pollution is one of the factors that contribute to the decline in male fertility. Lead is one of six air pollutants harmful to the reproductive system. One parameter of infertility in men is an increase in reproductive function observed with decreased morphological abnormalities of spermatozoa. The purpose is to analyze the effect of giving various dosages of Solanum betaceum extract on spermatozoa morphology of mice exposed to lead acetate. This study was true experimental using a randomized post-test only control group design. The total sample was 40 male mice Balb/ C taken by simple random sampling technique. Treatment and maintenance of experimental animals for 35 days. Statistical tests showed there were significant differences with p-value 0.005. Solanum betaceum extract can be used as a protective to improve the normal morphology spermatozoa of mice that exposed to lead acetate.

Young women often feel primary dysmenorrhoea because the hormonal cycles experienced are not stable, this can disrupt the concentration and activity of young women. The principle of back to nature is increasingly popular today, the side effects of chemical drugs can cause new problems, it is one of the driving force of the development of traditional medicine. Papaya leaves contain Vitamin E which can reduce dysmenorrhea. In addition, turmeric acids also contain curcumine and anthocyanins that inhibit cyclooxygenase, thereby reducing the occurrence of inflammation during uterine contractions. The aim of this research is to know the effectiveness of papaya leaf stew with acidic turmeric to primary dysmenorrhea. Type of Research is an experimental study with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design design. The sample is 30 people. The research was conducted on December 27, 2017 s.d February 24, 2018 at SMP Negeri 46 Palembang. Instrument to measure pain Numeric Rating Scale. The statistical test used by Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney U. Average score of pain before papaya leaves stem 5.40 ± 0.73 while the mean score of pain after given turmeric acid 5.33 ± 0.61 The mean score of pain after being given papaya leaves stew 3.60 ± 0.91 while the mean score of pain after given turmeric acid 4.06 ± 0.79. There was a difference of mean score of dysmenorrhea pain before and after given papaya leaf stem p value = 0.000. There is difference of mean score of dysmenorrhea pain before and after given turmeric acid p value = 0,002. There was no difference of mean score of dysmenorrhea pain before and after given papaya leaf sting and turmeric acid p value = 0,217. The decoction of papaya leaf and turmeric acid have the same effectiveness in reducing primary dysmenorrhea pain.
