Pesantren is a type of based educational institutionreligious. The Dea Malela International Islamic Boarding School is one of thema modern Islamic school and all its students live in Islamic boarding schoolsboarding school. the purpose of this research is to know the strategythe guidance applied by Ustadz to students in Islamic boarding schoolsInternational Dea Malela so that it can become a reference for Islamic boarding schoolsothers in building the morals of students to be better, and to knowsupporting and inhibiting factors in the coaching strategy between ustadz andstudents in instilling moral values. The research method usedin this research is a qualitative method which is the methodsto explore and understand meaning by a number of individuals ora group of people who come from social or humanitarian problems. Resultfrom this research is the coaching strategy carried out at the PondokDea Malela International Islamic Boarding School, namely by implementing discipline,exemplary, simplicity, habituation and multiplying activities that can maximize the potential of each student. For fieldsKepesantrenan PPM Dea Malela has compulsory programs such asQiyamul-Lail, One Day One Verse, Literacy, Dhuha Prayer, Muwajjah (studyevening), Ma'tsuroh (praying together before going to sleep), absence, studyingArabic and English vocabulary, Read al-Qur'an, Halaqoh with WaliFoster care, Public Speaking or speech training.

This study aims to describe the comparison of moral values ​​in the novel Ivanna Van Dijk by RisaSaraswati with the moral values ​​of the novel AnantaPrahadi by RisaSaraswati. The research method uses descriptive qualitative method. The data in this study were obtained by reading, recording and concluding techniques. After the data is collected, data reduction is then performed. The selected data are then classified for further analysis of similarities and differences to be compared until the conclusion of the research results. The results of this study indicate that there are differences and similarities in the moral values ​​of human relations with oneself, human relations with humans, and human relations with God. Comparison of the moral values ​​of the two novels from the aspect of moral values ​​there are differences. In the novel AnantaPrahadi by RisaSaraswati the moral values ​​of human relations with oneself are 19 quotations, human relationships with humans there are 50 quotations, human relationships with God are 8, and the total of these quotations is 149 quotations. Whereas in Ivanna Van Dijk's novel the moral value of human relations with oneself is 26 quotations, human relationships with humans there are 49 quotations, human relationships with God there are 3 quotations, and the total of these quotations is 105 quotations. Conclusion, the comparison of moral values ​​in the two novels is on the number of citations, while the equation lies in the form of quotations of moral values, which dominates the moral values ​​of relationships with others. In addition, the form of expressing the moral values ​​of the two novels is slightly different, namely the implied and explicit meaning. Keywords: Comparison, Novel, Moral Value

This research aims at investigating the main character's disobedience toward Sati tradition in Around the World in 80 Days: a Sociological Approach. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method so the researcher analyzes the data in this research through description. There are two main results of this research. First, the main character’s disobedience toward Sati tradition are (1) the main character’s disobedience in India Forest (being displeased with government authority, hope of reform); (2) the main character’s disobedience in Calcutta (law enforcement); (3) the main character’s disobedience in United States of America (injustice occur). Second, the moral values can be taken from the novel are divided into positive and negative values.

This research was conducted to analyze and describe the application of Sufistic culture to moral elevation in the formation of moral elevation of students at the Putra Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School in Jombang, East Java. The location of the study was carried out by the Islamic boarding school male Tebuireng Jombang. The research method used is a qualitative method using descriptive analysis and triangulation techniques. The research respondents consisted of 30 people aged 16-24 years. The results showed that the application of Sufistic culture to the moral elevation of male students and the formation of moral elevation in the world of pesantren education needed a consistent process and support from all parties. namely the creed, sharia, and morals as a support for the occurrence of moral elevation.

Multicultural education has an important role in shaping the character of students to respect others and to foster a social spirit. Madrasas and Islamic boarding schools are Islamic educational institutions that have a major influence in shaping the character of students. This study aims to determine the differences in the implementation of multicultural education in MAN 3 Sleman and the Nurul Ummah Kotagede Islamic boarding school in Yogyakarta.The research method used is a comparative qualitative method, namely research that compares two or more entities. This study focuses on the similarities and differences between these two schools by comparing them with the same variables. Multicultural values include: diversity, humanity, pluralism, democracy, curriculum, culture, public relations, and comfort. From the results of the study it can be seen that in implementing multicultural education in both institutions, there are similar methods in its implementation.[Pendidikan multikultural mempunyai peran penting dalam membentuk karakter siswa untuk menghargai sesama serta untuk menumbuhkan jiwa sosial terhadap peserta didik. Madrasah dan pondok pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan islam yang mempunyai pengaruh besar dlama membentuk karakter siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan implementasi pendidikan multikultural di MAN 3 Sleman dan pondok pesantren Nurul Ummah Kotagede Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif komparatif, yaitu penelitian yang membandingkan dua gejala atau lebih. Penelitian ini berfokus pada persamaan dan perbedaan antar unit dengan membandingkan variabel yang sama untuk sampel yang berbeda. Nilai-nilai multikultural antara lain: keragaman, humanis, pluralis, demokrasi, kurikulum, budaya, hubungan masyarakat dan kenyamanan. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat diketahui bahwa dalam pengimplementasian pendidikan multikultural di kedua lembaga tersebut terdapat metode yang sama dalam pengimplementasiannya.]

Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan, apa saja upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemimpin dalam mengelola yayasan serta apa saja faktor penunjang dan faktor penghambatnya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dimana metode ini digunakan untuk menggambarkan sejelas-jelasnya hasil dari penelitian tersebut. Adapun hasil penelitiannya gaya kepemimpinan ketua yayasan bersifts demokratis dan mengutamakan kerjasama yang membedakan dengan pemimpin yang lainnya ibu ketua yayasan memberikan perhatian lebih seperti seorang ibu terhadap anaknya, adapun upayanya selain mengadakan kegiatan yang mengikutsertakan seluruh anggota yayasan beliau memperbarui sistem planning serta kepengurusan yayasan  mempunyai relasi yang luas karena beliau aktif di berbagai organisasi, menjadikan kelebihan tersebut sebagai jalan untuk usaha baik dalam segi keuangan dan segi publikasi yayasan. This study describes how leadership style, what are the efforts made by leaders in managing the foundation and what are the supporting factors and inhibiting factors. This research method uses descriptive qualitative method where this method is used to describe clearly the results of the study. As for the results of his research, the leadership style of the chairman of the foundation is democratic and prioritizes cooperation which distinguishes the other leaders. The mother of the foundation leader gives more attention to a mother to her child. As for her efforts in addition to holding activities that involve all members of the foundation, she is renewing the planning system and managing the foundation. broad because he is active in various organizations, making these advantages as a way for business both in financial terms and in terms of foundation publications.

This study aims to determine the process of online learning and offline learning during the covid-19 pandemic at SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Tanggulangin Boarding School. The research method used is a qualitative method. Methods of collecting data by conducting interviews with one of the teachers who teach at the school. There are two kinds of learning carried out by SMP Muhammadiyah Tanggulangin, namely online learning and offline learning. Online learning began to be implemented when the government issued a warrant to study at home. However, in June 2020 the school decided to continue offline learning. This learning has special requirements so that students can enter school offline again. Until now, offline and online learning can run in a conducive and orderly manner.

This study raises the theme of the values ​​of Moral-Based Moral Education in the Naqsyabandiyah Kholidiyah Islamic Boarding School of Al-Manshur Popongan Klaten. The research method used is qualitative method, using the one used is phenomenology, the subject is the Murshid of the Naqshabandiyah Khalidiyah Order, the Naqshyabandiyah Khalidiyah Congregation and religious figures around the popongan Islamic boarding school, analyzing the data using structured analysis methods, monitoring, and triangulation of data. The results of his research are: 1) Moral Education in the Procession of Suluk Tarekat Naqsyabandiyah Kholidiyah Boarding School Al-Manshur Popongan Klaten. Based on the content of the requirements and the harmony of the above, that in the procession of suluk it takes the values ​​of moral education that is able to improve the quality of human beings to be perfect beings. And in it there are morals towards Allah SWT, Teachers, Students and Fellow. The implementation of suluk can also be actualized in social life, 2) Values ​​of moral education in the Suluk Naqsyabandiyah Kholidiyah pesantren Al-Mansur Boarding School in Klongan. This article discusses the self-control of adolescents who memorize the Koran at the Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS) Modern Islamic Boarding School 2 Yogyakarta. The research method used is a qualitative method of phenomenological approach through interviews with two subjects. The results of the study indicate that good self-control is very necessary for Al-Quran memorizing santri especially for teenagers who have many challenges. Challenges faced by the santri at the Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS) 2 Yogyakarta Modern Islamic Boarding School, such as the influence of immorality and listening to music that is not Islamic in nature, can be overcome by cultivating self-motivation about the benefits of memorizing the Koran, repeating memorization, routinely listen to and read the Koran.Keywords: Self Control, Youth, Al-Quran

The purpose of this study is 1) To find out the character education given by the teacher in fostering student personality 2) To find out the teacher's example by instilling moral values ​​in student personality development 3) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for providing guidance and guidance morals to students and supporting and inhibiting factors for providing moral guidance and guidance to students and 4) To find out the comparison of how to instill PAI teachers in the personality development of students at MTs al Ghifari Karangtanjung and MTs Al Bina Cadasari Pandeglang. This research method is a qualitative approach. The research time is about 4 months, taking place at MTs al Ghifari Karangtanjung and MTs Al Bina Cadasari Pandeglang. In collecting information from informants, both written and verbal, the researchers collected data by means of observation, in-depth interviews with 14 informants consisting of 2 madrasah principals, 6 teachers and 6 students, as well as documentation, then analyzed and processed using techniques. reduction, presenting data as well as verifying so that it can refer to the research objectives in question. The results of the study, 1) the character education provided by the teacher in fostering the personality of students through learning by familiarizing the attitude and example of the Prophet Muhammad; 2) exemplary teachers by instilling moral values ​​in the personality development of students at MTs al Ghifari Karangtanjung and MTs Al Bina Cadasari Pandeglang through discipline and responsibility both in the process and outside of learning; 3) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in providing moral guidance and guidance to students, it is done by preparing conditions that allow the formation of individual and social piety; 4) To find out the comparison of how to instill PAI teachers in the personality development of students at MTs al Ghifari Karangtanjung and MTs Al Bina Cadasari Pandeglang through positive activities to help students facilitate the learning process towards success.

Islam is a religion that commands its adherents to always do good, not to damage or even kill other people, but slanted news about Islam is always decorated by irresponsible people; they say Islam is a religion of terrorism and a religion full of violence. Referring to this, the researcher will thoroughly explore the STAI As-Sunnah strategy in countering radicalism, as well as formulate the supporting and inhibiting factors of the strategy. This research is a field research with a descriptive qualitative method carried out at STAI As-Sunnah, the source of data researchers absorb from the head of STAI As-Sunnah, assistant chairman 1 in the field of education, assistant chairman 3 in the field of student affairs, as well as the sections they supervise and the institutions that in collaboration with STAI As-Sunnah. Data collection methods used by researchers are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis and processing was carried out in three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of this research explain that the strategies adopted by STAI As-Sunnah are academic and non-academic strategies. The supporting factors for the strategy are: the vision and mission of STAI As-Sunnah, a conducive environment for STAI As-Sunnah, the appointment of lecturers and students and the boarding school system; As for the barrier factors, namely: communication and print media, living environment, family life and school of origin of students.
