The recruitment of children into armed activities is a dangerous phenomenon that affects societies in their security, safety and maintenance of their future by raising children on the concepts of killing and sabotage as they are the future generation of the future, as the child sometimes resorted to carrying out armed actions of his choice because of the economic disability of the family or to provide protection from the oppression of armed groups for members of his family Or to be recruited by someone who takes care of his upbringing and care, or for him to be forcibly recruited, such as kidnapping or coercion practiced by armed groups against the child, as the search for criminal responsibility for the recruitment of children for use in armed actions is an important topic that has not come C. Criminal laws are a matter of child recruitment. Rather, this crime is stipulated in international law under the Convention on the Rights of the Child of 1989. Therefore, states must provide special protection for children to prevent their exploitation or abuse or prevent serious and inhuman violations that affect them, such as their recruitment into armed actions, whether by others or not. By whoever has legal authority over him.

In Victoria at the present time a major review is being undertaken into child welfare practice and legislation. The importance of this task is two-fold. Not only do children have to gain from a sensitive and workable final Report, but families too could find that they will be offered the support they need to assist in the difficult task of raising children today. It is hoped that the Review Committee will not concentrate solely on the rights of the child, but will also give due recognition to the rights of the family to a caring and protective environment. The Victorian Government was the first state government to adopt a family policy approach to dealing with the child. This was confirmed by the Norgard Report (1976) and formed the basis of a submission by the Victorian Minister of Social Welfare to the Federal Minister of Social Security (1977) which culminated in the Family Support Services Scheme being set up the following year. This joint federal/state program officially recognised the interaction of children’s rights and needs with those of their parents.

This essay contemplates the rights of children with disabilities under international law. It analyses the philosophical and practical reasons for the failure of the Convention on the Rights of the Child to protect the rights of children with disabilities, and looks at the remedial measures adopted under the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). The argument advanced is that, especially when children’s perspectives are considered, assistive technologies are at the heart of national and international efforts to advance the rights of children with disabilities, most importantly, a right to inclusion. I consider the challenges ahead and draw conclusions on the future of the rights of children with disabilities.

The objective of the study was to identify the legal mechanisms for the protection of the family rights of the child and to outline the main problems of their implementation. The child's family rights system was found to contain the child's intangible basic rights, which establish his or her legal status in the family. This system includes the child's right to life, name, citizenship, knowledge of his parents, care of parents, coexistence with parents, preservation of his identity and citizenship, free expression of his own views. It states that the protection of the family rights of the child and the legal relations of parents and children is based on four principles. It is determined that the practical solution of issues related to the exercise of the family rights of the child is regulated by international law, which makes it possible to resolve issues related to the legal relationship between parents and children at the inter-State level. It is concluded that perspectives on legislative support for the family rights of the child demand further empirical research, as well as a theoretical and methodological justification for determining the legal mechanisms of their practical implementation.

Children´s Rights – A Handbook for practioners, ed. by Ingo Richter, Lothar Krappmann and Friederike Wapler. More than twenty years ago, the UN adopted the International Convention on the Rights of the Child. And, finally, after more than twenty years of public dispute, in 2018 the German government decided to incorporate the rights of children into the country’s constitution. But what are children´s rights? What does the UN Convention mean by children´s rights? Have they been implemented in Germany in the past, and how will they look in the future? In this handbook, fifteen legal experts from different fields, such as the family, education, work, the media, migration, data protection, criminality etc., try to find an encompassing answer to these questions. The book has been written for lawyers and social scientists, particularly for those who have to deal with these rights in their everyday work, so that they know how to implement them in the future. The article considers the main aspects of the influence of family relations on the development of personality, in particular, the younger student. Raising children is the most important area of our lives. Our children are future citizens of our country and citizens of the world. They will make history. Our children are future parents, they will also be the educators of their children. They must grow up to be wonderful citizens, good fathers and mothers. But that's not all: our children are our old age. Proper upbringing is our happy old age, bad upbringing is our future grief, it is our tears, it is our guilt before other people, before society. There are dozens, hundreds of professions, specialties, jobs: one builds a railway, another builds a house, a third grows bread, a fourth treats people, a fifth sews clothes. But there is the most universal, most complex and noble work, unique for all and at the same time original and unique in each family - it is a work of man. A distinctive feature of this work is that a person finds in it incomparable happiness. Continuing the human race, the father and mother repeat themselves in the child, and the moral responsibility for the person, for his future, depends on how conscious this repetition is. Every moment of that work, which is called education, is a work of the future and a look into the future. Raising children is a return of special forces, spiritual forces. We create a person with love - the love of father to mother and mother to father, love of father and mother to people, deep faith in the dignity and beauty of man. Beautiful children grow up in families where mother and father love each other and at the same time love and respect people. A person acquires value for society only when he becomes a person, and its formation requires purposeful, systematic influence. It is the family with its constant and natural nature of influence is designed to form character traits, beliefs, attitudes, worldview of the child. Therefore, the allocation of the educational function of the family as the main has a social meaning. For each person, the family performs emotional and recreational functions that protect a person from stressful and extreme situations. The comfort and warmth of a home, the realization of a person's need for trusting and emotional communication, compassion, empathy, support - all this allows a person to be more resistant to the conditions of modern restless life. Despite the large number of studies on the problem of raising children and youth, the socio-pedagogical conditions and factors of the educational process in the family, school and other social institutions are not analyzed in depth. Namely, they determine the strategy of education, which is outlined today in certain trends in the education of the individual in the modern conditions of Ukrainian reality.

The indigenous knowledge of the Basotho makes it simple for this speech community to name their traditional medicinal plants in such a way that they are meaningful; this could also be viewed as an empowerment technique, especially in the economic sphere. Their medicinal plants names seem to be idiomatic and to express certain philosophies of the Basotho society. Creativity is observable in this kind of naming, and many names allude to the kind of remedy that is associated with the medicinal plant. It is therefore the interest of this paper to consider the names of medical plants among the Basotho whose names allude to the remedy they provide. The names of Sesotho medicinal plants and the reasoning of the Basotho in general behind the name and the use of each medicinal plant will be discussed in this article. This paper will further preserve and promote the use of Basotho traditional medicines for the future generation.
