ABSTRACT The result of preliminary studies was found that Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana (PKB) Performance is not yet optimal. Of the many factors that cause is found, Career Development and work motivation is the most dominant factor of influence. Therefore the formulated problem include : how career development, work motivation, and Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana performance. How was significant on career development and work motivation to Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana performance at BKBPP Sub-Province of Karawang by partial and simultan. . The research of target is obtaining empiric evidence and finding clarity of phenomenon and also conclusion about the influence of career development and work motivation to Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana performance at BKBPP Sub-Province of Karawang. The research method used is descriptive survey and explanatory survey. The sampling technique was used sensus method. Data analysis techniques is to expose each variable we,it used range scale. Data analysis technique used correlation analysis technique variables and Path Analysis Technique, to expose the influence of career development and work motivation. The conclusion from the examination that : 1. Career Development at BKBPP Sub-Province of Karawang is quite good. 2. Work Motivation at BKBPP Sub-Province of Karawang is high. 3. Performance of Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana at BKBPP Sub-Province of Karawang is quite high. 4. Career development Influence directly to Performance of Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana at BKBPP Sub-Province of Karawang 5. Work motivation Influence directly to Performance of Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana at BKBPP Sub-Province of Karawang. 6. career development and work motivation Simultaneously influence to Performance of Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana at BKBPP Sub-Province of Karawang. Abstrak Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan ditemukan bahwa kinerja pegawai Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Karawang belum optimal. Beberapa faktor penyebab yang ditemukan, diduga disiplin dan motivasi kerja merupakan faktor penting yang paling dominan pengaruhnya. Oleh karenanya masalah yang dirumuskan meliputi bagaimana disiplin, motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai Satpol PP Kabupaten karawang. Apakah terdapat korelasional antara disiplin dan motivasi kerja serta pengaruh dari disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Satpol PP Kabupaten Karawang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Tujuan penelitian untuk memperoleh bukti-bukti empirik dan menemukan kejelasan fenomena serta kesimpulan tentang hubungan korelasional antara disiplin dan motivasi kerja serta pengaruh dari disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Satpol PP Kabupaten Karawang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif survey dan eksplanatory survey. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Analisis data untuk menggambarkan masing-masing variabel menggunakan rentang skala. Sedangkan untuk menggambarkan pengaruh variabel disiplin dan motivasi kerja menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin di Satpol PP Kabupaten Karawang berada pada skala cukup tinggi, motivasi Kerja berada pada skala tinggi, kinerja pegawai berada pada skala tinggi, terdapat hubungan secara korelasional antara disiplin dan motivasi kerja, terdapat pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan dari disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Satpol PP Kabupaten Karawang. Kata kunci : Disiplin, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai. The results of data analysis showed that discipline at Satpol PP of Regency Karawang is high enough, work motivation is high, Officer Performance is high, discipline and work motivation influences directly by partial and simultan to officer performance at Satpol PP Regency Karawang. This study aims to determine the influence of the variable influence of career development, work motivation and work competence on employee work productivity at Dazzle company in Yogyakarta. This research method uses descriptive survey methods and explanatory surveys. The sample in this study were 50 respondents who were drawn from employees at the company Dazzle Yogyakarta. The data analysis method used in this study was multiple regression analysis. The result of the research is that there is a positive and significant influence on career development variables, work motivation and work competence on work productivity in the company Dazzle Yogyakarta

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of the compensation variable on job satisfaction (2) the influence of the variable work discipline on job satisfaction (3) about the effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. PP Perkebunan Jember Widodaren . This research is a causal associative study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. PP Perkebunan Jember Widodaren amounting to 69 people. The sampling technique in this research is census. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for linearity, multicolonierity and heteroscedasticity tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this research are at the significant level 5% indicates that: (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the beta coefficient (β) 0.227 (p <0.05; p = 0.042) and the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction with a significant level of 0.003 (2) Work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee job satisfaction as evidenced by the level of significance of 0.394

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of socioeconomic factors and work motivation on the work performance of the CU Cinta Kasih Tigapanah Cooperative Karo District employees. The sampling technique used is Proportional Random Sampling. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. From the results of data processing, socioeconomic factors were found to have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of the CU Cinta Kasih Tigapanah Cooperative employees in Karo District. T test results show that the socio-economic variable variable 2,819> t table 1,668 and with a significant level of 0.009 t table 1,668.

<em>Indonesia Sharia banks need to be developed because they have comprehensive advantages over conventional banking. To reach services to the community, it is necessary to expand in developing a network of Sharia Bank offices. Therefore there must be an effort from Sharia banking increases public interest in Sharia Banks so that it can be developed. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence the interest of the Bawean community in choosing a Sharia Partner Bank and to find out what the most dominant factors influence the interest of Bawean community in choosing Sharia Partner Bank. This study uses descriptive quantitative method. The population of this study is 165 samples of Bawean community and the sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis which is a Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The result of this study indicate that the marketing mix factor, internal individual consumers and external individual consumers influence the interest of the Bawean community  in choosing Sharia Partner Banks. While the marketing mix factor is the most dominant factor affecting the interest of the Bawean community in choosing Sharia Partner Banks.</em>

The purposes of this research are: (1) description of giving incentives and work motivation and morale at KOPTI Kuningan Regency (2) Influence of giving incentive to morale at KOPTI employees of Kuningan Regency (3) Influence of work motivation to morale at KOPTI employees of Kuningan Regency (4) Effect of incentive� and work motivation on employee morale at KOPTI Kuningan Regency. This research uses descriptive method. The population in this research is all employees of KOPTI Kuningan District as many as 30 people, with sampling technique using saturated sampling technique. Data were collected with questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that: (1) Description of incentives and motivation� of work and morale included in being and high category. (2) Incentive has a positive effect on employee morale (3) Work Motivation has a positive effect on employee morale (4) provision of incentives and work motivation have a positive effect on morale and can be written with regression equation Ŷ = 24,861 + 0,216X1 + 0,598X2 with magnitude effect of 77.0% and the remaining 23.0% influenced by other factors outside the research model.��Keywords: Incentives, Work Motivation, Employee Morale

This study aims to describe the work environment, motivation, competence and performance of employees in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. To analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance. To analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance. To analyze the influence of competence on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees in the Land Office of Ponorogo Regency as many as 93 people. A sample of 93 people with a sampling technique using a type of non-probability sampling, namely total sampling (census). Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results obtained from this study are the work environment is in a fairly good category, work motivation, competence and employee performance are in good categories. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. Work motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. Competence has a significant effect on employee performance in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office.

Introduction. This paper focuses on competence, motivation, performance and work experience of librarians in Badung Regency Library. The paper aims to examine the role of moderation work in the library. Methodology. A quantitative descriptive was applied using total sampling as the sampling technique. There were 39 librarians in this study from schools, universities and district areas. Questionnaires, observations and interviews were used as data collection methods. Data Analysis. Data analysis technique used was Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Results and Discussion. The results showed that working experience did not moderate positively and there was no significant relationship between competence and work motivation on librarian performance. Aspects related to competency, motivation and performance of the librarians need to be increased, particularly, English skills and academic in the field of librarianship. Conclusion. Work experience does not affect competency and work motivation on the performance of the librarians so that the library management needs to re-evaluate the competency of the librarian.

The formulation of the problem in this study is 1) Is there any effect of compensation and career development on the satisfaction of PT. Natafari; 4) Is there any influence of compensation and career development on employee performance through the satisfaction of PT. Natafari. The research objectives are 1) To determine the effect of compensation and career development on the satisfaction of PT. Natafari 2) To determine the effect of compensation and career development on the performance of PT Natafari employees; 3) To determine the effect of satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Natafari 4) To determine the effect of compensation and career development on employee performance through the satisfaction of PT. Natafari. This type of research is associative research. The variables used are compensation, career development, satisfaction and employee performance. The sample used is 70 people with the sampling technique using probability sampling. The data used in this study are primary data collected through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The results show that 1) there is a significant effect of compensation on satisfaction and there is no influence on career development on satisfaction 2) there is a significant effect of compensation and career development on employee performance 3) there is a significant effect of satisfaction on employee performance 4) there is a significant effect on compensation and career development about employee performance through satisfaction.

The method used is descriptive survey and explanatory survey. The sampling technique was used simple random sampling. Data analysis techniques is to expose each variable we,it used range scale. Data analysis technique used correlation analysis technique variables and Path Analysis Technique, to expose the influence of motivation and work satisfaction. The conclusion from the examination that Motivation at PT Indotech Metal Nusantara Karawang is good with total score 628,6. Work satisfaction at PT Indotech Metal Nusantara Karawang is good with total score 613,9. Employees performance at PT Indotech Metal Nusantara Karawang is good with total score 626,7. Influence directly motivation to employees performance of 31,25%, while the indirect influence of 3,06%. In total influences of motivation to employees performance at PT Indotech Metal Nusantara Karawang of 34,31%. Influence directly work satisfaction to employees performance of 7,13%, while the indirect influence of 3,06%. In total influences of motivation to employees performance at PT Indotech Metal Nusantara Karawang of 10,19%. Simultaneously influence motivation end work satisfaction to employees performance at PT Indotech Metal Nusantara Karawang of 44,50%.
