This research was conduced on employees on PT Yorozu Automotive Indonesia inKarawang. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verificationmethods. The samples used were 115 employees with Purposive Sampling . The dataanalysis technique used are scale range analysis techniques and path analysis using theMethod of Successive Interval (MSI), Microsoft Excel 2007 and SPSS 16. The results showedthat motivation has a positive and significant effect on Work Performance of PT YorozuAutomotive Indonesia in Karawang and Organizational Comitment has a positive andsignificant effect on work Performance of PT Yorozu Automotive Indonesia in Karawang.motivation and Organizational Comitment has a simultan effect on work Performance of PTYorozu Automotive Indonesia in KarawangKeyword: Motivation, organizational Comitment, Work Performance Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan di PT Yorozu Automotive Indonesia diKarawang Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metodedeskriptif dan verifikatif. <em>The purpose of this study to obtain the empirical evidence and to find clarity of phenomena and conclusions about the influence of these two variables above on Car Buying Honda Jazz Decision to consumers Honda Jazz in Karawang. Samples were collected by using Purposive Sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are Scale Range Analysis and Path Analysis with the help of Method of Successive Interval (MSI), Microsoft Excel 2010 and SPSS 21 computer programs. From the analysis of research data, obtained some conclusions are follows: Honda Jazz Car Image of 393.6 is on criteria Agreed. Quality of Honda Jazz Car Product of 382.2 is on criteria Agreed. Car Buying Honda Jazz decision of 398.53 is on criteria Agreed. There is a partial influence between Brand Image and Product Quality of 0.651. This shows a strong and undirectional relationship because it has a positive value. There is partial influence between Brand Image to Purchase Decision equal to 38.3% and there is partial influence between Product Quality to Purchase Decision equal to 47.3%. There is simultaneous influence between Brand Image and Product Quality on Car Buying Decision of Honda Jazz to consumers in Karawang equal to 60.3%, while the rest are other factors not examined equal to 39.7%.</em>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bukti empiris mengenai Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan melalui Loyalitas Pelanggan sebagai variable intervening di Hana Ramen Karawang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode insidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 285 responden dari populasi sebanyak 995 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik Scale Range Analysis dan Path Analysis dengan bantuan Methode Successive Intervals (MSI), program komputer Microsoft Excel 2007 dan SPSS versi 17. Dari analisis data penelitian, diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Kualitas Layanan Hana Ramen Karawang berada pada kriteria baik, Kepuasan Pelanggan Hana Ramen Karawang adalah kriteria Puas, Loyalitas Pelanggan Hana Ramen Karawang saat ini pada kriteria setia. Kata Kunci : Kulitas Layanan, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Loyalitas Pelanggan.   This study aims to determine empirical evidence regarding the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction through customer loyalty as an intervening variable in Hana Ramen Karawang. The research was conducted using descriptive and verification methods. Sampling was done by incidental sampling method with a sample size of 285 respondents from a population of 995 people. The data analysis technique used is the Scale Range Analysis and Path Analysis techniques with the help of the Successive Intervals (MSI) Method, Microsoft Excel 2007 computer program and SPSS version 17. From the analysis of research data, the following conclusions are obtained: Service Quality Hana Ramen Karawang is at good criteria, customer satisfaction Hana Ramen Karawang is satisfied criteria, customer loyalty Hana Ramen Karawang is currently on the criteria of loyalty. The purpose of this study was to explain the influence of the retail atmosphere, and the promotion of emotions, to explain the influence of the retail atmosphere, promotion, and emotions on impulse buying, to explain the role of emotions as mediating the relationship between the retail atmosphere and promotion of impulse buying at Hypermart Mall Bali consumers. Galeria. The population in this study were all consumers who had shopped at Hypermart Mall Bali Galeria and had done Impulse Buying. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The samples selected in this study were 108 respondents. Data were analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study shows that the retail atmosphere, and promotion has a positive effect on emotions. Retail atmosphere, promotion, and emotions have a positive effect on impulse buying. Emotions mediate the relationship between the retail atmosphere and promotion of impulse buying on Hypermart Mall Bali Galeria consumers. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of workload on burnout with work family conflict as a mediating variable on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. In this study the determination of samples using Slovin formula with purposive sampling method, the sample used was female employees as many as 61 respondents, through path analysis techniques (path analysis). Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that the workload has a positive and significant effect on burnout on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Workload has a positive and significant effect on work family conflict on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Work family conflict has a positive and significant effect on burnout in female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Work family conflict mediates the positive effect of workload on burnout on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Keywords: workload, burnout, work family conflict

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of assertive training techniques on the adaptation of class X students at SMAS Darul Hikmah Mataram. This research method uses experiments. The population in this study were all students of class X SMAS Darul Hikmah Mataram, amounting to 16 students. In this study using purposive sampling to determine the sample and produced 6 students to study who experienced low adjustment. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using statistical analysis with the t-test formula. In accordance with the results of the calculation of tcount obtained from the results of the study showed 12,156. While the t-test value in the table with db (N-1) = 6-1 = 5 with a significance level of 0.05 or 5% = 2.015. So the results obtained in this study are greater than t table (12,156> 2,015), thus the conclusion obtained in this study is that there is an influence of assertive training techniques on the adjustment of class X students in SMAS Darul Hikmah Mataram.

Tax revenues until the end of 2019 amounted to IDR 1.545,3 trillion, however, the level of compliance in terms of reporting taxes is still low, ranging from 60% to 70% and dominated by individual employee taxpayers. The lack of awareness of taxpayers in Indonesia is seen in the tax ratio percentage below 15% in the last five years. Tax knowledge is an important aspect in increasing compliance, considering that in the current digital era, the process of registering and paying taxes will always experience changes in terms of systems and procedures for implementing them. This can also form a perception for taxpayers on the payment system that is part of the Modul Penerimaan Generasi Ketiga (MPN-G3). This research uses descriptive and verification methods. The sample size is 100 respondents who are individual taxpayers, entrepreneurs or non-employees who are registered at KPP Pratama Karawang Utara. The analysis used in this research is scale range analysis and path analysis. Based on the research results, knowledge of taxation has a direct effect on individual taxpayer compliance and does not have an indirect effect through taxpayer awareness. Taxpayers' perception has a direct effect on taxpayer compliance and does not have an indirect effect through mandatory awareness

<p>This research aimed to discover a model of assessment that could measure kinesthetic intelligence in arranging a dance from several related variable, both direct variable and indirect variable. The research method used was a qualitative method using path analysis to determine the direct and indirect variable; therefore, the dominant variable that supported the measurement model of kinesthetic intelligence in arranging dance could be discovered. The population used was the students of the art of dance department and were chosen by using purposive sampling technique so that the kinesthetic intelligence could be well measured. The result of this research was that the correlation between the ability in perceiving movement and the ability in conveying movement was 3.8048. The correlation between the ability in perceiving movement and kinesthetic intelligence was 0.3137. The correlation between the ability in perceiving movement and arranging a dance was -0.3751. The correlation between conveying movement and kinesthetic intelligence was 0.1333. The correlation between conveying movement and arranging a dance was -0.2399. The correlation between kinesthetic intelligence and arranging a dance was 0.8529. These result proved that kinesthetic intelligence has significant influence to the ability in arranging a dance. It could be concluded that a smart assessment model of kinesthetic intelligence in arranging a dance that was needed should measure the kinesthetic intelligence first while the ability to perceive and convey movement became the supporting element to strengthen the kinesthetic intelligence in arranging a dance.</p>

As time has developed, many e-commerce platforms exist in Indonesia, so that competition in maintaining consumer loyalty on an e-commerce website often occurs. This study aims to determine the effect of e-price and e-trust on e-loyalty and the role of e-trust in mediating it. The research method used is quantitative and using questionnaire. The population used in this study are consumers who have ever shopped online through the Indonesian online marketplace who are domiciled in the province of Bali. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling and accidental sampling and a sample of 120 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of this research is that Shopee is e-commerce with the biggest enthusiasts in Bali. E-price and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty, and e-price has a positive and significant effect on e-trust, e-trust can mediate the effect of e-price on e-loyalty. This research is expected to be able to provide input to further researchers, e-commerce providers, sellers who sell in e-commerce, and customers. Providing reasonable prices, security in transactions, trust in online vendors, will certainly increase consumer loyalty, either by not moving to other e-commerce and recommending it to others.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh intellectual capital terhadap keputusan investor dalam memilih saham pada perusahaan Asuransi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan perusahaan Asuransi di BEI periode 2013-2017 sebagai populasi. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, sehingga terdapat 10 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel. Variabel intellectual capital diukur menggunakan metode Value Edded Intellectual Coeficient (VAICTM) yang komponennya terdiri dari VACA, VAHU, dan STVA. Dan Keputusan investor diukur dengan Price to Book Value (PBV). Sedangkan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan metode regresi data panel dan path analysis yang diolah melalui software Microsoft excel dan Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa intellectual capital tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap keputusan investor (PBV) secara langsung, VACA dan VAHU memiliki nilai Prob < 0,05 artinya VACA dan VAHU berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PBV. Sedangkan STVA memiliki nilai Prob > 0,05 berarti STVA tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PBV Hal ini karena di pasar modal Indonesia masih banyaknya investor jangka pendek yang pengambilan keputusan didasarkan pada kinerja dan belum memanfaatkan bagaimana modal intelektual dapat meningkatkan potensi perusahaan. Selain itu, saham perusahaan Asuransi Indonesia yang kurang likuid di pasar modal, dan adanya faktor psikologi pasar yang mempengaruhi keputusan investor.

This study aims to examine the effect of incentives and motivation on employee performance at PT. Hurip Utama Cikampek. This research was conducted using descriptive and verification methods, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing, and testing hypotheses, and making conclusions. Samples were collected using the Incidental Random Sampling method with a total sample of 128 respondents from a population of 281 people. Data analysis techniques used are scale range analysis techniques and SPSS version 22 path analysis. The results of this study prove that there is an influence between incentives and motivation on employee performance at PT. Hurip Utama Cikampek both partially and simultaneously.
