This study aims to describe 1). forms of maladaptive behavior of students at SMPN 14 Banjarmasin, 2). factors - factors that affect students 'maladaptive behavior at SMPN 14 Banjarmasin, 3). Teacher guidance and counseling efforts in overcoming students' maladaptive behavior at SMPN 14 Banjarmasin. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data sources in this study are: Bk Teachers, Homeroom Teachers, and Students of SMPN 14 Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data in this study uses triangulation and extension of participation. While the analysis of the data used in this study is the analysis of making conclusions from the entire discussion. The results of this study indicate that the maldaptive behavior of SMPN 14 Banjarmasin students in general is often done that is ditching, making a fuss in the classroom, and bullying friends. Factors causing the maladaptive behavior of students at SMPN 14 Banjarmasin are, factors of weak self-control, family factors, and environmental factors or peers who are not good and do not support in adjusting to the environment. The efforts that have been done by BK Teachers in overcoming maladaptive behavior of SMPN 14 Banjarmasin students are identifying problems, collecting student data and student backgrounds, collaborating with other teachers and parents in solving students' problems at school, giving reprimands or punishment as well as advice its nature of educating and educating students themselves. Abstract: This research is based on the problem of student learning methods that are still low. the problem of this research is how to overcome student learning difficulties. Formulated as follows: (1) What is the role of guidance and counseling teachers in overcoming student learning difficulties? (2) How is the teacher's guidance and counseling efforts in overcoming student learning difficulties? (3) What are the obstacles and results obtained by the guidance and counseling teacher in overcoming student learning difficulties?This study aims, (1.) to determine the role of teacher guidance in overcoming the difficulties of student trajectory. (2.) So that the teacher tries to guide students in overcoming learning difficulties. (3.) So that the teacher can overcome obstacles and get results in overcoming student learning difficulties. in the 2014-2015 school year. Informants in this study were principals, guidance and counseling teachers and students.The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative analysis is interpreted as a natural and naturalistic research method because the research was carried out in natural conditions and this research was carried out on natural objects. And processing the data used is interview.Based on the results of research conducted at SMP Negeri 7 Padangsidimpuan to overcome student learning difficulties, it can be concluded as follows: (1). Students are more motivated and directed at learning. After the guidance and counseling teacher made various efforts to overcome learning difficulties, the learning results were obtained that the role of guidance and counseling teachers greatly motivated students to be more active in learning. Through guidance and counseling, students become more enthusiastic in learning to succeed. (2). Students feel more attention through guidance and counseling by guidance and counseling teachers to students who experience problems with learning difficulties, so that students feel like they are getting attention from other students. And after they are guided by a guidance and counseling teacher, finally a determination arises to learn and improve their learning outcomes. (3). Value and achievement increase. Guidance made by the guiding teacher and counseling in overcoming student learning difficulties is quite effective and is able to cause a fairly good change in student learning outcomes. And make students become motivated to change the way to learn better than before. This can be seen from the results of interviews conducted by researchers with guidance and counseling teachers and students at school. Abstrak Penelitian ini didasarkan atas permasalahan cara belajar siswa yang masih rendah. permasalahan penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana cara mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa. Yang dirumuskan sebagai berikut : (1) Bagaimana peranan guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa? (2) Bagaimanakah upaya guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa? (3) Apa saja kendala dan hasil yang didapatkan guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa ?Penelitian ini bertujuan, (1.) Untuk mengetahui peranan bimbingan guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan belalar siswa. (2.) Agar guru berupaya membimbing siswa dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar. (3.) Agar guru dapat mengatasi kendala dan mendapatka hasil dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa. pada tahun ajaran 2014-2015. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru bimbingan dan konseling dan siswa.Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan analisi kualitatif diartikan sebagai metode penelitian yang alamiah dan naturalistik karena penelitiannya dilakukan pada kondisi yang natural dan penelitian ini dilakukan pada obyek yang alamiah. Dan pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang di lakukan di SMP Negeri 7 Padangsidimpuan untuk mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1). Siswa lebih termotivasi dan terarah dalam belajar. Setelah guru bimbingan dan konseling melakukan berbagai upaya untuk mengatasi kesulitan belajar maka diperoleh hasil belajar bahwa peranan guru bimbingan dan konseling sangat memotivasi siswa untuk lebih giat belajar. Melalui bimbingan dan konseling yang dilakukan siswa menjadi lebih bersemangat dalam belajar menuju kesuksesan. (2). Siswa merasa lebih diperhatikan melalui bimbingan dan konseling oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling terhadap siswa yang mengalami masalah kesulitan belajar, maka siswa tersebut merasa mendapat perhatian seperti siswa –siswa yang lain. Dan setelah mereka dibimbing oleg guru bimbingan dan konseling, akhirnya timbul tekad untuk belajar dan memperbaiki hasil belajar mereka. (3). Nilai dan prestasi meningkat. Bimbingan yang dilakukan guru bimbingandan konseling dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa cukup efektif dan mampu menimbulkan perubahan yang cukup baik pada hasil belajar siswa. Dan membuat siswa menjadi termotivasi untuk mengubah cara belajar yang lebih baik lagi dari sebelumnya. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari hasil wawancara yang dilakukan peneliti dengan guru bimningan dan konseling dan siswa disekolah.

The purpose of this research is to determine what factors affect the communication of teachers in students withautism extraordinary school of Mitra Iswara in the Tasikmalaya Regency. This research discusses howinstructional communication is carried out by teachers in students with autism. This research also answers whyschools choose to implement learning communication that combines autistic children students at the same timeand same class. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Datacollection techniques used were non-participant observation and interviews. The results showed that the factorsthat influence communication between teachers and students with autistic children are teachers' competence. Inthis case, the ability to communicate in class both verbally or non-verbally. The second factor is how studentsare capturing lessons and material from the teacher. The third is the role of parents in the learning process,both at home and at school. The communication patterns that are implemented in Mitra Iswara usecommunication patterns in one direction..

<p>The aim of the research is to analyze social interactions between teachers and parents during the era of war and peace in Aceh. This study employs qualitative method. During the war, the educational institution was one of the institutions which was affected badly. Social integration was so weak that interactions among parents of students, teachers and students were unstable. Within the war situation, social interactions were badly influenced hatred, suspicion, and revenge. The social interaction outside the school was contagious to that inside the school. But when the peace memorandum was signed on August 15, 2005, between the Indonesian government and Independence Aceh Movement (GAM), social interactions in schools began to show significant changes. When the war ended, people began to interact and socialize in good faith. Social interactions involving parents of students and teachers were also changing towards social stability and harmony so that they could inter-act without the feelings of fear, suspicion and revenge. Peace accord means that the enmity has significantly reduced. Hence, the teachers are effectively playing their fundamental role in teaching and socializing the younger generation of Acehnese.</p>

This research implies the concept of behavioral approach in dealing with in disciplinary behavior in students of divorce victims. Behavior itself is one of the guidance in guidance and counseling to overcome maladaptive behavior toward adaptive. Behavioral approach is the right approach to handle undisciplined students in school. So that students are able to perform their duties well in school, without experiencing obstacles. This undisciplined behavior is influenced by one of the factors of internal student problems, which tend to be from a student's background due to a divorce. The research method using qualitative descriptive approach by emphasizing on direct plunge. Furthermore, if the assessment has been done, then the planning can be implemented to the counseling process. Started contract counseling, relaxation, modeling, reward and punishment until the follow-up phase.

This article is about the dual role of teacher guidance and counseling. Teacher guidance and counseling positions are important positions in a school. With the teachers guidance and counseling in schools are able to reach students who are exposed to the problem. Teacher guidance and counseling has so much responsibility to hear the portion of at least 150 students for one teacher guidance and counseling, then the role of teachers guidance and counseling that not only one to make guidance and counseling teachers should have good management. The location of this research is in Junior Diponegoro Depok with subject of teacher. The research method using qualitative descriptive approach with emphasis on direct jumping of spaciousness. Furthermore, from the findings in the field mentioned that the double role of a teacher guidance and counseling is something that can happen, but with this dual role, not make the teacher BK crossed his duties, but still perform the task as a teacher guidance and counseling with the help of other parties such as homeroom, waka student, even up to the principal. Cooperation and counseling teachers counseling and counseling with other parties in school make the role of teacher guidance and counseling that not only one be very helpful and can be run well. artikel ini memapakan tentang peran ganda posisi guru bimbingan dan konseling. Posisi guru bimbingan dan konseling merupakan posisi yang penting dalam sebuah sekolah. Dengan adanya guru bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah mampu menjangkau siswa-siswi yang sedang terkena masalah. Guru bimbingan dan konseling mempunyai tanggung jawab yang begitu besar dengar porsi minimal 150 siswa untuk satu guru bimbingan dan konseling, maka peran guru bimbingan dan konseling yang tidak hanya satu membuat guru bimbingan dan konseling harus mempunyai manajemen yang baik. Adapun lokasi penelitian ini adalah di SMP Diponegoro Depok dengan subjek guru. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menekankan pada terjun langsung kelapangan. Selanjutnya dari hasil temuan dilapangan menyebutkan bahwa peran ganda seorang guru bimbingan dan konseling merupakan hal yang bisa terjadi, namun dengan peran ganda ini, idak membuat guru BK melalikan tugasnya, namun tetap menjalankan tugas sebagi guru bimbingan dan konseling dengan bantuan pihak lain seperti wali kelas, waka kesiswaan, bahkan sampai kepala sekolah. Keterkaitan dan kerjasama guru bimbingan dan konseling dengan pihak lain disekolah membuat peran guru bimbingan dan konseling yang tidak hanya satu menjadi sangat terbantu dan bisa dijalankan dengan baik

This study aims to determine how the role of guidance and counseling teachers in reducing social prejudice in students using group guidance services in Palangka Raya Model MAN. The implementation of this study uses a qualitative approach. While the method used by researchers to uncover the problem in this study is the case study method. Data collection is done using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The objects in this study are BK teachers, homeroom teachers, subject teachers, and students. The objectives of this study are: (1) Knowing the progress of the group guidance service program in schools conducted by BK teachers, (2) Knowing the progress and changes that occur in participants students after being given group guidance services to reduce their social prejudices

This present study aims to investigate the concept of a behavioral approach in handling students’ indiscipline as a result of their parents’ divorce. It is one of approaches in guidance and counseling to change maladaptive behavior into adaptive one. The behavioral approach is deemed appropriate to deal with the students’ indiscipline at school so as to have good behavior. The students’ indiscipline is due to the students’ internal factor, including their family background in terms of a divorce case. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed in this field research. The results promote that if assessment was done, planning could be expanded on the process of counseling. It started from the contract of counseling and went up to relaxation, modeling, rewards and punishment, as well as a follow-up phase.

This study aims to find out about the Analysis of Student Delinquency and Its Implication on Guidance and Counseling Service of SMA YMIK 2 in South Jakarta. The research method used by writer is qualitative method with descriptive approach, that is by collecting data what is from a symptom of phenomenon that exist when research done. Data and data sources in this study are principals, teachers Guidance and Counseling and students of class X amounted to 60 students, through survey techniques. The research instrument used in this research is documentation, interview and observation. Interviews were conducted with school principals and guidance and counseling teachers and observations were made by observing the school environment and the existence of the school. Data analysis technique is done by collecting data, grouping data, analyzing data and interpreting data that will be concluded to be the result of research. The conclusion of this research is that the Analysis of Student Delinquency and Its Implication on Service Guidance and Counseling SMA YMIK 2 in South Jakarta in the category is good enough.

The use of a scientific approach in learning Arabic aims to make students active, productive, critical, and analytical thinking in constructing concepts of knowledge and skills in Arabic. This study aims to describe the various problems faced by teachers and students in applying a scientific approach to learning Arabic in the Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Magetan. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Research data were obtained by interview, observation, and documentation. The data found were analyzed and interpreted using the Miles model, which is data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of this study is that the problems of implementing a scientific approach to learning Arabic in the Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Magetan relating to teachers are 1). Irrelevance of Arabic learning methods used by teachers with a philosophical scientific approach, and. 2) Lack of teacher initiative and innovation in encouraging students to be active, productive, think critically, and analytically in learning Arabic. The problems related to students are 1) The tendency of students to build their understanding of Arabic instantly, 2) Lack of encouragement in students to explore material that has been previously studied as a basis for contracting concepts in new material to be learned, and 3) Students' ignorance of the learning objectives being carried out. Mean while the problems related to teaching media are 1) The unpreparedness of teaching media used by teachers or students in supporting the learning process, and  2) Teacher and student inequality in empowering instructional media and those that are already available.

This research is intended to search and information about the strengthening of Islamic religious education (PAI) through the recitation of furudhul Ainiyah which is carried out in Nurul Jadid Paiton Junior High School. The method of this research is by qualitative method with case study method, to express. That is more intense and deep with the above phenomenon. Technique of completion of data and information is done through interview, observation, study study, and literature study. The findings of this research are 1). Students or students are required to complete the recitation of Furudhul Ainiyah as a condition to take the odd semester and even semester exam and become a requirement for class and graduation increase. 2). the implementation of the furudhul Ainiyah memorization is performed on Thursday and Friday nights and Tuesday nights, and can also be done during normal day breaks, 3). The responsible and recipient of the rote deposit are PAI teachers and their homeroom teachers, 4). For students and students who can not read written Al-qur'an is not subject to rote burden, but get special coaching related to Al-Qur'an reading written by the religious coordinator of students. 5). Memory materials include Aqidah, Fiqih or Amaliyah materials, and daily prayers for students of VII and VIII semerter 1 and 2, while for classes IX semesters 1 and 2 cover the material of the Qur'an and Fiqh. 6).
