The purpose of this research is to determine what factors affect the communication of teachers in students withautism extraordinary school of Mitra Iswara in the Tasikmalaya Regency. This research discusses howinstructional communication is carried out by teachers in students with autism. This research also answers whyschools choose to implement learning communication that combines autistic children students at the same timeand same class. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Datacollection techniques used were non-participant observation and interviews. The results showed that the factorsthat influence communication between teachers and students with autistic children are teachers' competence. Inthis case, the ability to communicate in class both verbally or non-verbally. The second factor is how studentsare capturing lessons and material from the teacher. The third is the role of parents in the learning process,both at home and at school. The communication patterns that are implemented in Mitra Iswara usecommunication patterns in one direction..

Arus globalisasi yang diikuti dengan perkembangan tekhnologi memberikan berbagai pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap keadaan masyarakat, terutama pada kalangan remaja dapat membuat mereka berbuat positif maupun negatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan peran guru dan masyarakat sekolah dalam menghadapi pengaruh media sosial terkait dengan kenakalan remaja di SMA 1 Mauponggo dan usaha-usaha apakah yang dilakukan pihak sekolah dalam menanggulangi kenakalan remaja tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa. Data yang sudah terkumpul dianalisis melalui langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru akan senantiasa menggambarkan pola tingkah laku yang diharapkan dalam berbagai interaksinya, baik dengan siswa, sesama guru, maupun mengajar, dapat dipandang sebagai sentral bagi peranannya. Sebab baik disadari atau tidak bahwa sebagian dari waktu dan perhatian guru banyak dicurahkan untuk mengkaji proses belajar mengajar dan berinteraksi dengan siswanya. Peran guru dalam proses belajar mengajar adalah guru sebagai pendidik, guru sebagai pengajar dan fasilitator, guru sebagai pembimbing, guru sebagai pengarah, guru sebagai pelatih, guru sebagai penilai, guru sebagi pemimpin, guru sebagai mediator, dan guru sebagai evaluator. The current of globalization which is followed by the development of technology provides a considerable amount of influence on the condition of society, especially among adolescents can make them do positive and negative. This study aims to describe the role of teachers and school community in dealing with the influence of social media related to juvenile delinquency in Mauponggo 1 High School and what efforts have been made by the school to overcome the juvenile delinquency. This research method uses qualitative with a descriptive approach. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Key informants in this study were principals, teachers and students. Data that has been collected is analyzed through steps of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the role of the teacher will always describe the expected patterns of behavior in various interactions, both with students, fellow teachers, and teaching, can be seen as central to their role. Because whether it is realized or not, a portion of the teacher's time and attention is devoted to studying the learning process and interacting with students. The role of the teacher in the teaching and learning process is the teacher as an educator, the teacher as the teacher and facilitator, the teacher as the guide, the teacher as the director, the teacher as the trainer, the teacher as the assessor, the teacher as the leader, the teacher as the mediator, and the teacher as the evaluator.

This study was developed with the aim of analyzing the role of parents in improving the quality of family worship based on the book of Deuteronomy 6:7. This study use a qualitative method by descriptive approach using literature and journal studies. The results of the study indicate that the inculcation of spiritual and religious values ​​must be carried out by parents. The word 'teach' in this verse uses the Hebrew word shânan and the word shânan here uses the root form of the Piel PERFECT type which means to whet or to sharpen, in Ugarit this is interpreted as the act of repeating, expressing an active process so that shânan is interpreted by teaching diligently. A similar emphasis to the word 'to speak' which comes from the Hebrew word dâbar also uses the Piel form to mean to talk continuously. Shânan and dâbar can be done in well-organized family worship in the morning ang evening as exemplified by parents. Parents can 'teach diligently' by linking children's activities with knowledge of God, at any time and at every opportunity. Parents are important educators for their children to forge, educate, train, guide and discipline their children by promoting peace and harmony. Penelitian ini dikembangkan dengan tujuan untuk menganilisa peran orang tua dalam meningkatkan kualitas ibadah keluarga berdasarkan kitab Ulangan 6:7. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif dengan menggunakan studi pustaka dan jurnal. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menyatakan bahwa penanaman nilai-nilai rohani dan keagamaan harus dilakukan oleh orang tua. Kata ‘mengajarkan’ dalam ayat ini menggunakan kata Ibrani shânan dan kata shânan di sini menggunakan bentuk kata dasar jenis Piel PERFECT yang dimaknai mempertajam atau mengasah, di Ugarit ini dimaknai tindakan mengulang, menyatakan proses aktif sehingga shânan diartikan dengan mengajarkan berulang-ulang. Penekanan serupa dengan kata ‘membicarakan’ yang berasal dari kata Ibrani dâbar juga menggunakan bentuk Piel sehingga diartikan membicarakan terus menerus. Shânan dan dâbar dapat dilakukan dalam ibadah keluarga yang teratur pada pagi dan petang yang dicontohkan oleh orang tua. Orang tua dapat ‘mengajarkan berulang-ulang’ dengan menghubungkan aktifitas anak dengan pengenalan akan Tuhan, di setiap waktu dan di setiap kesempatan. Orang tua adalah sebagai pendidik eminen kepada anak-anaknya untuk menempa, mengedukasi, melatih, menuntun dan mendisiplin anak-anaknya dengan mengasung kententraman dan keharmonisan.

As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, it has greatly impacted the world, especially in the field of education, therefore, with increasingly developing technological capabilities, the teaching and learning process in schools is also carried out online. This study aims to analyze the character values ​​of students, as well as describe the design of student character learning in accordance with Pancasila as the basis of the State, and students are able to instill character values ​​in everyday life. This research was conducted at MI TerpaduTahfidz Al Mubarak Langsa in grades 3 and 4 with 20 students per class, and 4th grade teachers. The data analysis method used is a qualitative method by applying field research, namely by field observations, by observing each object which is done online through a video call application. From the results of the analysis, it was known that the character of students in grades III and IV of Integrated MI Tahfidz Al Mubarak 80% is very in accordance with the values ​​of Pancasila because the learning system is carried out always under the supervision of parents and teachers with a maximum number of ten students in one online class. In one class there are two teachers who teach in each class, every day parents must send reports on student progress to their respective class teachers. This is also inseparable from the role of parents in educating their children at home even though the state of the teaching and learning process is carried out online.

Abstract: Semarang Regency Land Office implemented community empowerment after asset legalization activities in 2009 in Sumogawe Village, namely by providing access to reforms aimed at increasing the potential of community businesses in Sumogawe Village to improve welfare. The purpose of this research is to find out the form of participation of the Semarang Regency Land Office, and the level of welfare after community empowerment in Sumogawe Village. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, that is by describing as clearly as possible the implementation of community empowerment as an effort to improve the welfare of post-adjudication activities. Data is collected through observation, study of document, and interviews with people of the community. The results of this research are 1) the form of community empowerment in Sumogawe Village after the adjudication activity by providing access to capital to develop the dairy cattle dairy business, 2) the role of Semarang Regency Land Office, by mass land treaties, assisting access to business capital from banks, counseling and mentoring of dairy cattle businesses, and marketing of dairy cow products, 3) The enhancement welfare of Sumogawe Village community is marked by the increase of people's income from the business sector of dairy cow milk.Keyword: community welfare, community empowerment, agrarian reform, access reform. Intisari: Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Semarang melaksanakan pemberdayaan masyarakat pasca kegiatan legalisasi aset tahun 2009 di Desa Sumogawe yaitu dengan memberikan akses reform yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan potensi usaha masyarakat yang ada di Desa Sumogawe sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk peran serta Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Semarang, serta tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat pasca kegiatan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat di Desa Sumogawe. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yaitu dengan menggambarkan sejelas-jelasnya pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat sebagai upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan pasca kegiatan ajudikasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, studi dokumen, dan wawancara dengan narasumber. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu 1) bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat yang ada di Desa Sumogawe pasca kegiatan ajudikasi yaitu dengan memberikan akses modal untuk mengembangkan usaha ternak susu sapi perah, 2) peran Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Semarang yaitu dengan pensertipikatan tanah massal, membantu akses modal usaha dari perbankan, penyuluhan dan pendampingan usaha ternak susu sapi perah, dan pemasaran produk olahan susu sapi perah, 3) meningkatnya kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Sumogawe yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya pendapatan masyarakat dari sektor usaha susu sapi perah.Kata Kunci: kesejahteraan masyarakat, pemberdayaan masyarakat, reforma agraria, akses reform.

The role of corruption is a very significant focus in a country based on law, even a measure of the success of a government. The study aimed to identify the role of the teacher in the distance learning process in schools within the Green Line from the perspectives of teachers and school principals in them, as well as to reveal the level of consideration of individual differences and the statement of the relationship between them. The survey descriptive approach was used, the study sample included teachers and principals in primary schools, who numbered (330) teachers and principals. The primary school was significant, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences attributed to the study variables about the teacher’s role in the distance learning process in light of the Corona pandemic and its relationship to taking into account individual differences among students in Arab primary schools.

The study of motivation has a very important role in understanding of school success. The teachers and the education of parents and tutors are the key elements that influence the motivational dynamics for student learning, which is a crucial aspect to self-regulate the learning process in a positive way. This research aims to analyze the influence of the school context on the development of the motivational autonomy of Secondary Education students in the municipality of Baía Farta, Benguela province, Angola. For this purpose, a quantitative descriptive methodology was developed through a Likert scale questionnaire administered to teachers and students. The total sample of the study consisted of 650 students (60.1% men and 39.9% women) and 72 teachers (54.2% men and 45.8% women). The main results point to the commitment and active participation of students through motivational strategies that are implemented through the activities planned by the school. Creating a supportive environment for the student to be motivated requires the development of a role of the guiding teacher, guide and support in the teaching and learning process, as opposed to a traditional conception of teaching more closed and hierarchical.

This study aims to 1) analyze the values of local wisdom Aceh traditional houses to mitigate earthquakes and tsunamis; 2) analyze community perceptions in maintaining (knowledge, attitudes, and behavior) local wisdom of Aceh traditional houses; and 3) reviewingtheroleofparentsinthelocalculturalinheritanceofAcehtraditionalhouses. The method used in this research is the qualitative method. Data collection is done by interviewing, observing, and documenting. The results show that: 1) Rumoh Aceh has the values of local wisdom to mitigate earthquakes and tsunamis. the values of local wisdom exist in the components of building forms and traditional ceremonies of Rumoh Aceh; 2) the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of local wisdom in Rumoh Aceh teaches the community to adapt, care about cultural heritage, and form a social family system, and 3) the role of parents in the cultural inheritance local wisdom of Rumoh Aceh, carried out through civilization and socialization by involving the role of young people in traditional activities.

Youth of today face a very challenging era. The excellent education provided to them will shape them into individuals with an excellent personality, where they can be the apprentice of good behaviour generation. However, the increase of misconduct amongst teenagers is reported to indirectly affect the role of parents as a main social agent. These social agents can contribute to the development of teenagers’ personality. Al Quran, as Manhaj Rabbani, provides solutions and guidance in shaping the personality of children and youth. Thus, this paper aims to study the excellent values and educational approaches practiced by Prophet Ya’cub a.s in handling the behaviour of his children and analyse those approaches to address the youth of today’s social problem. This study used a qualitative approach in the form of content analysis. The data analysis used a descriptive approach. The samples of study include Quranic verses in Surah Yusuf related to the values of Prophet Ya’cub a.s especially in the aspect of educating children. Excellent values such as good communication, useful advice, high level of patience, taqwa to Allah and willingness to forgive others shall be applied by parents in dealing with their children’s misconduct. The implication of this study is expected to encourage the effort and create a formula in nurturing youth with good values and a noble character in their action and interaction, thereby reduce their risk of performing misconduct and getting involved in social problems.

The purpose of this research is to explain the role of the Web Series in discussing and delivering messages to audiences about the "value" of the product, where the web series published on digital media such as Youtube that becomes the attractive promotional strategies for the consumers. This research used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach that explains the promotion strategy and brand engagement through the web series that became a new content marketing campaign. The results of this study are the increased proximity between customers and brand as well as the increased understanding brand which leads to brand awareness because attractive promotional strategies can attract the attention of consumers. The use of web series to build engagement with customers also has its own added value, where the web series can also be used as a product campaign such as Ax Indonesia, which released a Web Series Axelerate the series: Kostan AX/3 that is in conjunction with the launch of their new product, Pomade, and Facial Wash. This study concludes that the approach to consumers must be adjusted to the characteristics of consumers themselves so that messages can be conveyed more effectively and on target.
