In modern conditions, ensuring economic security at various levels is a priority task for any state. One of the elements of the formation of the state economy is business entities. Thus, enterprises are forced to adapt to the conditions of political and socio-economic instability, to solve the most difficult problems and apply methods to prevent threats to their functioning. This article reveals the essence of the economic security of an enterprise, gives a definition of the company's transparency, and also highlights the risks and problems of a "transparent" company in the context of ensuring economic security. Based on the analysis, recommendations were developed on the use of modern information technology solutions for the presentation of integrated reporting of the organization while ensuring the information component of the economic security of the enterprise.

Background. In the era of intensive digital transformation, which is due in part to the COVID-19 pandemic, trade is one of the most dynamic sectors of the economy. During the lockdown, trade has become the epicentre of the development and implementation of trade innovations, testing of technological and non-technological business tools to effectively transform relationships with consumers and suppliers and other stakeholders. The analysis of recent research and publications has shown that, despite the availability of separate research on future trade trends, existing research does not reveal the main trends in the use of business tools in trade in the economic crisis caused by the pandemic, which confirms the need for further research. The aim of the article is to study modern trendsin the developmentand use of innovative business tools inthe field oftrade. Materials and methods. Theoretical and methodological basis of scientific research were scientific concepts and theoretical developments on the use of business technologies and tools, information and analytical materials. Results. The author’s definition of the terms: «business technologies»and «business tools»is given. Systematized business tools used in trade. The main trends in the development of innovative technologies related to increasing the level of own operational efficiency and increasing the level of business competitiveness in the field of trade are described. Conclusion. The main trends in the development of innovative business tools in the field of trade are summarized. It has been established that innovative business tools and business technologies have a significant impact on trade development. Prospects for further research in this area are the study of modern information technology and software to optimize trade.

Grass-root Agro-technique extension plays an important role to the development of “Three Rural Issues”, modern information technology can promote the work of Agro-technique extension. This paper mainly introduce the things what we have done in order to promote the service and management work of Agro-technique extension. Through the establishment of information platform and distribution information equipments, provide the direct service to agro-technique promoters, agriculture experts and some agro-technique extension managers, achieving better service to the small holders and improving the agro-technique extension management finally. The present scientific paper outlines in today’s contempo­rary world - where everything is as it seems at first glance, subordinated to the economy, technology and politics are essentially ruled by ethics, value attitudes, which in that or otherwise find embodiment for purposes activities. After all, the question of goals, intentions is the question about values. The paper underlines that modern information technology has sharpened the problem of the values of the human spirit and choice further path of our world civilization. Everyone remembers the 20th century with its socio-cultural contradictions. And the scale of the achievements, and the scale of destruction committed by people in the twentieth century, incomparable with any other times in its history. The present paper emphasizes that if we want to keep human moral values in the information sphere, then is the technology itself sufficient for this, creating suitable programs forcing save them? Of course, working in networks and not consider off-grid the laws impossible. The paper concludes that what will this process lead to, hard to say. One thing is clear now: interacting with a digital computer, we inevitably become different. Society becomes others. And to regret it is nostalgia for past, it is sweet - meaningless. Like us modern peace or not - but this is reality life, and of them desirable proceed if we want to impact on construction our future

The Impact

The article highlights the impact of information technology on the economic security of regions and threats to economic security of the region that arise from the use of information technology. The system of economic security of the region in the context of development and application of information technologies is considered, which should include the following elements: diagnostics and identification of the existing state of economic security of the region; identification of threats to the economic security of the region from the use of information technology by business entities and from trends and problems in the development of the IT sector in the region; assessment of identified threats; development of effective mechanisms for their prevention; ensuring the increase of the level of economic security of the region with observance of the balance of national, regional and local interests; monitoring the level of economic security of the region. The main tasks of monitoring the economic security of the region in the context of development for the use of information technology are analyzed: monitoring the state of development of the IT sphere of the region and the level of ICT use in the activities of enterprises; timely detection of changes occurring in the IT sphere of the region and in the activities of economic entities of the region in the process of using information technology, and the reasons that caused them; prevention of negative trends leading to the formation and development of tensions in the IT sphere and socio-economic space of the region to prevent threats to its economic security; implementation of short-term forecasting of trends in the most important processes in the IT sphere of the region and in the functioning of economic entities from other sectors of the economy, due to the widespread use of IT in commercial, management and production activities; assessment of the effectiveness of methods, organizational structures and processes of managing the economic security of the region in terms of information development of society and the deep penetration of IT in various areas of management and economic activity at the regional level. The principles of monitoring the economic security of the region in the context of development and application of information technologies are revealed. The requirements to be met by the mechanism of economic security of the region, related to the intensification of informatization processes and the development of the IT sphere, are described. The functions that should be performed by the mechanism of economic security of the region (MESR) related to the intensification of informatization processes and the development of the IT sphere are substantiated. The main groups of computer crimes with the use of information computer technologies are identified, which have an extremely sharp impact on the economic condition of both a particular enterprise and the region as a whole.
