The article presents the results of a study of the features of coverage of events involving disabled people in modern Russian media. The data obtained are considered in four perspectives: the reflection of socio-demographic characteristics of the disabled in the media, the main topics covered by publications with the participation of disabled people, the activity of disabled people described by the media, the general emotional coloring of news articles about people with disabilities. The article is based on the results of content analysis of news articles published in the period from December 2020 to August 2021 in RBC, RIA Novosti, Rossiyskaya Gazeta, TASS, Izvestia. The analysis showed that the image of a disabled person broadcast in the media is poorly differentiated with respect to socio-demographic parameters and health characteristics, leaving out of consideration the diversity of material living conditions and the social situation of people with disabilities. Basic needs are prevalent in the description of disabled people, while creative and spiritual ones are leveled. The media articles are dominated by paternalistic attitudes in characterizing the disabled: they need protection and assistance provided by the executive branch and law enforcement agencies. Despite a sufficiently high social activity, a disabled person turns out to be an object of action that has no identity.

This paper aims at stating the difficulties which sensory disabled people face in order to access to mediatic information. However, instead of emphasizing and regretting at the difficulties, we try to evidence the needs which users demand to get a whole access to the media and, consequently, highlight their potencial towards the disabled social integration. The goal is to raise different professional's awareness: those which produce andlor make use of the mediato transmit information about their task importance and the possibility of adapting them, if necessary, for sensory disabled people, both related to technological or procedurd adaptations.

Communication requires unconditional respect for the other. Acknowledging the qualities of the people   is a basis for good communication.  Communication starts when you accept the people the way they are. The social, economic and technical development provides opportunities for good professional realization of people with special educational needs.  The resistance, striving for “survival” and successful “introduction” into the social life are a prerequisite for success. The people who are stigmatized and their families are aware that once they have been labeled, they should have to overcome this stigma and to take the maximum possible good out of this label. Positive stigma stimulates the people with disabilities seek more contacts, to become more independent and to realize themselves adequately in the social life. The survey of attitudes and motivation scale contact with people with disabilities give reliable information about what is the attitude of students towards people with disabilities and what were their contacts. The successful integration into society of people with special educational needs depends also on the perceptions and attitudes of the professionals who work with them too. Undoubtedly, the attitudes and models for the disabled people change and will continue to change. The perception of employing people with disabilities in China and the United States The concept of disability has been accompanied by controversies, stereotypes and stigmatization for years. Despite the fact that the number of people with disabilities in China and the United States is still growing, the issue of perceiving the functioning of disabled people in the society and including them to the work environment remains unsolved, notwithstanding the number of legal regulations and financial incentives in China and USA to change the employment of people with disabilities. This study compares the perception of employment of people with disabilities in China and the United States. The comparison was based on a self-conducted study among the Chinese community between February and March 2020 on a group of 121 people using the CAWI method (Computer Assisted Web Interview) and an American study: A national survey of consumer attitudes towards companies that hire people with disabilities, by G.N. Siperstein, N. Romano, A. Mohler, and R. Parker, conducted on 803 residents of the USA randomly selected for telephone interviews. The comparison took place, among others, in the assessment of the employment of disabled people by respondents in the context of other social activities in the company, as well as the satisfaction of the respondents with the results of the disabled at work. It was pointed out that in both China and the USA, previous experiences with people with disabilities may affect a more favorable approach towards employing disabled people. However, there are differences in the satisfaction with services provided by people with disabilities, as well as in trust in disabled workers, where Chinese residents have less positive attitude than their American counterparts.

It is important to consider sustainable design for accessibility in all aspects of physical development. The accessibility of social sustainable for people with disabilities (PWDs) is essential to ensure that they do not feel segregated from the community. The facilities provided must be user-friendly at places where they live and work. Although there are common facilities for PWDs, most of them do not function well and are not convenient to be used by the disabled people. One primary way to assist them to be self-dependent and self-reliant is to improve the accessibility for people with disabilities at public transport stationsKeywords: Social; Sustainable; Disabled; PWDseISSN: 2398-4287 © 2018. The article examines the problem of accessibility of objects of social infrastructure of the Kola Peninsula for disabled people. The study was based on the method of monitoring the state of infrastructure in 13 settlements of the region, in which 701 objects were examined for accessibility for the disabled. As a result of observation, the objects were divided into accessible, conditionally accessible and inaccessible; accessibility indices were calculated for different areas of activity. The study revealed uneven processes of creating an accessible environment in the Kola North, depending on the type of settlements and the location of objects. Most of the accessible infrastructure facilities are located in cities on central streets and are aimed at access mainly for people with musculoskeletal disorders. Social protection institutions, banks and post offices provide access for people with disabilities best of all. In other areas of activity, objects are only partially accessible.

This accessibility is provided for the disabled people to have their activities in public area easrly. These efforts are based on the law Number 4, year 1997 concerning the welfare of People with Disabilities. It is necessary for the government and communities to provide the medium accessibility of infrastructures and equipments amenity for disabled. The objective of the research is identifiying medium accessibility infrastructures in building and its surrounding to make the d isabled do their activities easily. Since the application of this law in the reality the providing of that accessibility is still minimum and have not yet get properly standarized according to min istrial decree of public work number 468/KPTS/1998 about technical conditions of accessibilities in public buildings and its environment. The application of minis trial decree of public work, on the provision of accessibility have not been arranged in the provincial regulation, so the social iza tion of that accessibility provision for the disables is less effective. It is because of limiting power between the governments in the provincies, regencies, etc. as well as the often rotation of selfs for them in government institutions resulted the lack of experience.
