The article is devoted to the study of the influence of water aerobics on the indicators of physical development and functional state of children aged 7–8 years. It is no secret that the main form of organization of physical education at school is a physical education lesson. Is it possible to meet the motor needs of children of primary school age and ensure the achievement of the necessary level of development of basic skills and abilities that are so necessary for solving specific motor tasks under various conditions of practical activity? The answer is obvious-no. It is worth turning to additional education and studying more deeply the impact of water aerobics classes on the physical condition of children aged 7–8 years, which is suggested by the author. Based on the research conducted by him, it becomes possible to develop theoretical and methodological foundations for the purposeful use of water aerobics in the process of health-improving physical culture, to prove the impact of such classes on the indicators of physical development and functional state. As a result, the author substantiates the idea of introducing the developed program into the variable part of physical culture classes, which positively affects the involvement of students in the health and training process, contributing to the improvement of physical development, functional state, and increasing the level of physical fitness of children aged 7–8 years.

The article reveals the influence of physical exercises on the development of morpho-functional indicators of student youth. It was found that in students who regularly exercise, physical development indicators are within normal limits. In addition, exercise improves the psychological state of those who engage, increases motivation for physical education, improves well-being. The modern focus on the creative assimilation of physical culture by the future specialist requires an orderly system of effectiveness on his intellectual, emotional, volitional and practical activities. This allows us to talk about physical education as an important way of forming a personality, citizen and future specialist, purposeful pedagogical process of involving student youth in the values of national physical culture. The purpose of physical education in higher education - the formation of physical culture of personality, creation conditions for general and professional training of students and increase on this basis of intellectual, creative and cultural wealth of the state. Achieving this goal involves the formation of the necessary motivational core of physical education and self-education, systematic physical culture and sports activities and development of physical abilities. It is known that movements are the final expression of almost all processes occurring in the body. Unmet need for muscle activity has negative consequences for the functional state of the body and physical performance. Systematic physical exercises for a long period of time naturally lead to specific changes in the physical development of students. At the same time, the data of physical development studies become especially important when they are associated with indicators of the functional state of the organism, its efficiency and preparedness.

The problem of prophylaxis of various deficiencies of the skeletal bone of preschool children and first of all of the spine, as a basic pillar in their development, was and remains in the sights of specialists in the field of physical education and sports. It has been shown experimentally that the means of physical education can and must be a basic support in terms of spinal deficiencies prophylaxis, especially in children of preschool age, in this case the age of 6-7 years. It is at this age that the first symptoms occur related to the appearance of one or another spine deficiency. If no direct action is taken, with the application of specific means to eliminate or reduce the occurrence of these deficiencies, the situation may become much more serious and much more difficult to resolve. In this case, a series of means of physical education are proposed in the form of complex exercises and dynamic games, which have been used successfully in the training process of preschoolers aged 6-7. At the same time, the influence of the prophylaxis process of spinal deficiencies on the level of physical development of the contingent given by children was researched.

Purpose: to experimentally substantiate effectiveness of pedagogic conditions of self-regulation culture formation of future physical culture teachers. Material: in the research 110 3rd year students of physical education faculty participated. The students were questioned. The level of students’ anxiety was assessed. Results: Implementation of the author’s course in educational process facilitated formation of students’ self-regulation skills and abilities; raises confidence and self estimation; influences positively on functional state. It was found that students acquire ability to consciously observe their own verbal constructs of negative thinking and create positive alternatives. Conclusions: preparing of future physical culture teachers stipulates his (her) ability to effectively fulfill professional functioning in the aspect of health preservation. The necessary conditions of self-regulation culture formation are formation of students’ holistic value-meaningful attitude to individual health and health of surrounding people.

The article presents the results of a sociological survey of parents of children aged 3-5 years in the regions of the Russian Federation to determine individual needs (motivation) in conditions for physical culture and sports. A detailed study of the issue of physical education of children aged 3 to 5 years made it possible to determine its impact on the demographic situation, as well as to highlight the main problems of involving children in activities related to physical development and to establish the main reasons that impede physical education and sports. It has been determined that physical education of children in Russia aged 3-5 years is advisable to be carried out systematically, using a complex of programs that takes into account the needs of the child under his age, providing for the organization of sports and entertainment events and compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards.

This article presents the results of a study aimed at identifying problematic aspects of monitoring the physical health of Chinese students and establishing strategic directions for its improvement within the framework of the state project "Healthy China - 2030". In the course of the study, the reasons for the low effectiveness of the current monitoring system were considered in detail, which allowed us to identify strategic directions for its modernization, taking into account the prevailing socio-economic conditions in the field of education, physical culture and China as a whole. The significance of this research lies in the established strategic directions, according to which it is possible to implement a number of measures that will significantly improve the quality of monitoring the physical development and fitness of Chinese students and improve the management process in the field of physical education.

The article analyzes modern approaches to the development of children of primary school age coordination. According to most scientists, the younger school-age is sensitive to the formation and improvement of coordination. Therefore, the physical education curriculum for children in grades 1-4 was analyzed for coordination tools. А questionnaire was conducted among a physical culture specialists on during the research. The answers received by the respondents indicate the following: the development of coordination should be given special attention during the primary school age; in practice, specialists use many different means to develop coordination; exercises to develop the ability to differentiate the spatial and temporal characteristics of movements are almost never used but can make classes more interesting and As a result, some differences were found between the coordination development methodology described in the program and the survey results. The need to improve the methods and means of developing coordination in physical education classes, in particular, paying attention to the ability to differentiate the spatial and temporal characteristics of movements, was proved.
