This study used quantitative methods through pre-experimental design that utilizes pre-test and post-test to a group of students to determine their progress before and after being given treatment. Using the test would make an appropriate and accurate comparison to find out the improvement that occurs to students. The data collection technique was carried out by classroom observation at one of the Kindergartens that had compulsory English extracurricular. With the results in the post-test, the findings of this study were that early childhood children could have significant results after being given treatment. There were even children who can answer almost all the vocabulary in the ten designated objects. In addition, based on the responses of students who took part in the lesson they reveled this method with a thumbs up sign and a smile shown to the teacher. So it can be concluded that the motion and song method can be suitable methods for early childhood to introduce English.

One of the requirements to pass the lecturer certification exam is to attach a TOEFL score. TOEFL itself is an abbreviation of Test of English as a Foreign Language which is used to measure how far a person's English ability is. In the various findings and field observations made, almost all lecturers who will carry out the 2019 TMT lecturer certification at the Ambon State Polytechnic have the same difficulties when they want to face the TOEFL test. Therefore, the Ambon State Polytechnic Community Service Team took the initiative to conduct TOEFL training activities for TMT 2019 lecturers so that they could overcome their difficulties on the TOEFL test by using modules compiled by the team. The results of this service activity show that the English language skills possessed by the lecturers have increased after the training. This can be seen from their pre-test and post-test scores. It is hoped that after going through this activity, they can test their abilities by carrying out the TOEFL test and can penetrate lecturer certification.

In the pre-test they were seen that they are very far from being interested in learning English at high school and having no information about STEM. In the post-test it was seen that they need to learn English and STEM is a very enjoyable way of learning new things. It has been seen that the study was successful to bring two disciplines together and despite the students’ prejudice, they were glad to participate in it at the end. It has been seen that STEM is an interdisciplinary area and can be combined with English to improve its impact.
