The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of work conflict and work stress on employee performance CV. Apotik Keluarga Pekanbaru. This study uses descriptive and quantitative methods with a population and the sample is all employees that totaling 66 people. The average values for all Work Conflict statements and Work Stress variables are 3.00 and 3.02, respectively, which means that these two factors are in the medium class interval. The value of t_count for the work variable conflict t_count> t_table (-2.196> 1,998) and the significance of 0,000 <0.05, meaning that work conflict has a significant effect on employee performance. A negative sign indicates the higher the level of work conflict, the lower the employee's performance. As for the Work Stress variable t count <t table (-0.033 <1,998) and probability (0.974)> 0.05. So the Work Stress variable partially has no effect and is not significant on Employee Performance. Then from the simultaneous test results obtained that Fcount> Ftable (22,010> 3.14) and a probability value of 0,000 <0.05 then the variable Work Conflict and Work Stress simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance CV. CV. Apotik Keluarga Pekanbaru. Based on the Adjusted R Square value obtained at 0.393 on the coefficient of determination test, the effect is 39.3%.

In the business world today is growing rapidly this can be seen competition between companies.PT. Telesindo Shop as the official dealer of Telkomsel always improves the quality and quantity of the company.In this study reasearchers are interest in conducting research at PT. Telesindo Shop chapter Batam which aims to determine whether there is influence or how much influence the work stress, work conflict and physical work environment on employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through quentionnairies. Sample in this study were 30 people using full sample methods.The results of the study concluded that work stress, work conflict and physical environment partially have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously work stress, work conflict and work environment together have influences on employee performance at PT. Telesindo Shop chapter Batam. The most dominant variable is the physical environment. The results of this study imply that work stress, conflict and environment are things that need to be considered to improve employee performance to be better for the realization of company goals.

The researcher took the object of research from PT Sukses Usaha Nirawana. Decline in employee performance can be seen from observations of sales data that occurred during the year are not able to reach the targets set. Some factors of performance decline are thought to be caused by discipline, work conflict and work stress. Low work discipline makes employees often do not work with the rules set by the company. From the data it can be seen that the provision of different basic salaries and bonuses is received by employees and not in accordance with the length of service given to employees differing from one position with the same division. Conflicts that occur between one division with a division or with other divisions will create difficulties because there are no good solutions to problems by employees. Employees who are less motivated at work can also cause work stress that has an impact on the employee's performance. This study uses a saturated sampling technique. A total population of 63 people and 30 people were taken from the Medan Center Point Fishermen's Office for validity testing. Theories used to support research are theories of human resource management related to discipline, work conflict and work stress and performance. The research method used is a quantitative approach to the type of quantitative descriptive research. Methods of data collection by interview, distribution of questionnaires and study of documentation. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that discipline, work conflict and work stress simultaneously and partially had a significant positive effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination.

This study aims to determine and explain whether there is an influence of competence, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at UD. Sumber Ayem Kediri. This research is a descriptive study with quantitative methods, the sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique, with total population and sample of 30 respondent or employees. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) test of the coefficient of determination (R2) which is processed using the SPSS 16.0 program. The result of the study concluded that partially there is a positive and significant influence between competence on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.026 &lt; 0.05. work discipline partially has a positive and sifnificant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.006 &lt; 0.05. the work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.043 &lt; 0.05. competence, work discipline and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UD. Sumber Ayem Kediri, this can be seen from the significant F value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05.

This study aims to analyze the effect of WFH (work from home), Job Stress, and Competence on Employee Performance at the Research and Development Agency of Medan City. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The results of partial hypothesis testing obtained a count of 2.754 with a significant value of 0.007 <0.05. The value of count > table or 2.754 > 1.661, then the first hypothesis is accepted. Namely, WFH has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Medan City Research and Development Agency. Simultaneous test results obtained Fount 4.028 > Fable 2.70 with a significant number of 0.010 because the value of sig 0.010 <0.05, namely WFH, Work Stress, Competence, have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The determination test obtained an adjusted R square value of 0.088, which means 8.8% described the variation of the independent variables WFH, Work Stress, and Competence.

<p><em></em><em><em>This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of work stress, competence, and compensation on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable at KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Pati. The research method uses quantitative methods with the research sample of employees at KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Pati who have worked. minimum one year, amounting to 76 employees. The results showed that the work stress variable harmed employee performance. While the competency and compensation, variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job stress and competency variables do not affect employee performance which is mediated by work motivation. While the compensation variable affects employee performance mediated by work motivation.</em></em><em></em></p>

This study entitled "The Effect of Compensation, and Work Environment on employee performance in CV. Auto Nusa Abadi ". The purpose of this study was to determine the the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at CV. Auto Nusa Abadi. The approach used by researchers is a quantitative approach. The sample contained in the study were 33 respondents. The analysis technique used is the instrument test, classic assumption test, multiple regression test, coefficient of determination test, t test and f test. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that the Adjusted R Square coefficient of 0.811 means that after conducting research, it is known that 81.11% compensation and work environment affect employee performance, while the remaining 18.89% is influenced by other variables not explained in this research. The test results partially compensation and work environment variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneous test results of compensation and work environment variables influence the decision to become a customer at CV. Auto Nusa Abadi. Keyword: Compensation, Work Environment, performance

    The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work stress, work discipline on the performance of Bogor City Hospital employees during the Covid 19 pandemic and see the effect of work stress and work discipline simultaneously on the performance of Bogor City Hospital employees during the Covid 19 pandemic. This study using a sample of 60 respondents who are employees at the Bogor City Hospital as the object of research. The method of data collection was carried out directly by using questionnaires and interviews with employees of the Bogor City Hospital. From the results of data processing (output) obtained a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.795, it can be concluded that there is a strong or high relationship between work stress and work discipline on employee performance at the Bogor City Hospital. Then seen from the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.632 or 63.2%, it can be said that the percentage contribution of the influence of the independent variable (work stress and work discipline) on the dependent variable (employee performance) is 63.2% while the rest is 36.8 % influenced or explained by other factors not included in this model.

The purpose of this study is 1. To analyze work motivation on employee performance 2. To analyze work performance with employees 3. To analyze employee performance at Pizza Hut Merr Surabaya. This research is quantitative research. The population and samples were distributed by 47 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis used is the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of the study showed the effect of the Intrinsic Motivation Variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) showed a significant amount of 0,000. And Job stress variable (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) shows no significant value of 0.083.The results of this study indicate that compared to work stress, intrinsic motivation has a stronger dancer on employee performance at Pizza Hut Merr Surabaya.

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada potensi Perkebunan Teh yang berada di Kabupaten Subang, PT Perkebunan Nunsatara VIII Kebun Tambaksari merupakan salah satu pekebunan yang ada di Kabupaten Subang. Setiap perusahaan tentu memiliki Target dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Tidak terealisasinya hasil produksi sesuai dengan target yang diharapkan merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi di PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Kebun Tambaksari. hal ini diduga disebabkan oleh stres kerja yang tinggi. Stres kerja bisa berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja, tetapi tidak selalu berdampak negatif ketika individu dapat mengelola stres tersebut maka stres kerja akan bernilai positif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berangkat dari titik tolak permasalahan yang terjadi sehingga penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif,dengan pendekatan survei untuk menjelasakan mengenai pengaruh stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan. serta instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dengan menyebarkan kusioner dengan jumlah respoden sebanyak 73 karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Kebun Tambakasari. Dilihat dari hasil analisis bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh sebesar30,1% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun pada saat observasi dilakukan bahwa stres kerja bukan merupakan faktor utama yang menyebabkan tidak tercapainya target perusahaan, tetapi iklim kerja yang tidak mendukung dalam proses pekerjaan.   This research is based on the potential of tea plantation in Subang Regency, PT Perkebunan Nunsatara VIII Kebun Tambaksari is one of the gardening in Subang Regency. Each company certainly has its Target in achieving a predetermined goal. Unrealized production in accordance with the target is expected one of the problems that occur in PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Kebun Tambaksari.This is thought to be caused by high working stress. Working stress can have an effect on performance, but it does not necessarily negatively impact when individuals can manage those stress then work stress will be of positive value. The method used in this research departs from the point of decline of problems that occur so that this research uses quantitative methods, with a survey approach to explain the influence of occupational stress and employee performance. and research instruments used by spreading the questionnaire by a total of 73 respoden. Based on the results of the study showed that the work stress is positive and significant to the performance of employees of PT Plantation Nusantara VIII KebunTambakasari. Judging from the results of the analysis that the work stress affects 30.1% of employee performance. But at the time of observation is done that work stress is not a major factor that leads to not achieving the target company, but the working climate is not supportive in the job process.

This study aims to determine the influence of work stress and work conflict on employee performance in The Environmental Office of Palu City. Method of study is descriptive. Yype of data is qualitative and quantitative data from primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of hypothesis analysis and testing conclude that: (1) regression test shows sig. f equals to 0.003<0.05, which can be interpreted that work stress and work conflict simultaneously have positive and significant influence on employee performance; (2) regression test shows that job stress has significance level t sig. of (0.029) <α (0.05), and work conflict has significance level t sig. of (0.007) <α (0.05), which means that work stress and work conflict partially have positive and significant influence on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Konflik Kerja terhadap  Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Palu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarhan hasil uji regresi diperoleh Sig.F sebesar 0,003 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel stres kerja dan konflik kerja secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel stres kerja memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0,029) < α (0,05) dan variabel konflik kerja memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0.007) < α (0,05), sehingga variabel stres kerja dan konflik kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
