<p class="SammaryHeader" align="center"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p><em>Artistic arrangement is important in theater performances, as is Dul Muluk theater. "Decoration (scenery) is a background scene (background) where to play the play". Dul Muluk Theater is inseparable from the elements that support the show. The elements are divided into two parts, namely the main elements and supporting elements of the show. The main elements consist of: director, script, performer (actor / actress) and audience, while supporting elements of the show include: dress, property set, musical system, and stage decoration / decoration set. But in discussing this research journal, the writer discusses the supporting elements of his performance. The object of study in the research journal was the traditional arts group Dul Muluk Tunas Harapan, Pemulutan District, which was staged in Palembang. The theory used in this research journal is through Dramaturgi Harymawan's approach as grand theory. This type of research used in this research journal uses descriptive qualitative analysis. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, literature study, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research include; 1) Clothing that is useful to reinforce the character in accordance with the needs of the play, 2) Property as supporting elements of equipment in a theater performance, 3) Music Arrangement; apart from being a accompanist, illustrations, both as opening all the plays, opening scenes, giving effect to the play, and as a closing act also to give color and impression to the scene depicted on stage, 4) Tata Performances; the atmosphere of a place where the human soul can fly freely. A place where art is given breath.</em><em></em><strong></strong></p><p><strong><em>Keywords :</em></strong><em> Artistic Settings, Dul Muluk Theater, and Dramaturgy Theory</em><em></em></p><p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p><em>Penataan artistik merupakan hal yang penting dalam pertunjukan teater, seperti halnya teater Dul Muluk. “Dekorasi (scenery) merupakan pemandangan latar belakang (background) tempat memainkan lakon”. Teater Dul Muluk tidak terlepas dari unsur-unsur yang mendukung pertunjukan. Unsur-unsur tersebut dibagi menjadi dua bagian, yaitu unsur pokok dan unsur pendukung pertunjukan. Unsur pokok terdiri dari: sutradara, naskah, pemain (aktor/aktris) dan penonton, sedangkan unsur pendukung pertunjukan meliputi: tata pakaian, set properti, tata musik, dan tata pentas/set dekorasi. Namun dalam pembahasan jurnal penelitian ini penulis membahas unsur pendukung pertunjukannya. Obyek yang dijadikan kajian dalam jurnal penelitian adalah kelompok seni tradisional teater Dul Muluk Tunas Harapan Kecamatan Pemulutan yang dipentaskan di Palembang. Teori yang digunakan dalam jurnal penelitiaan ini yaitu melalui pendekatan Dramaturgi Harymawan sebagai grand teori. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam jurnal penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, studi pustaka, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.</em><em> Adapun hasil penelitian di antaranya adalah; 1) Tata Pakaian yang berguna untuk mempertegas karakter sesuai dengan keperluan lakon, 2) Properti sebagai </em><em>unsur pendukung perlengkapan dalam pertunjukan teater, 3) Tata Musik; selain sebagai pengiring, ilustrasi, baik sebagai pembuka seluruh lakon, pembuka adegan, memberi efek pada lakon, maupun sebagai penutup lakon juga untuk memberi warna dan kesan pada adegan yang digambarkan di atas pentas, 4) Tata Pentas; suasana tempat di mana jiwa manusia dapat terbang dengan bebas. The focus of this research is designing buildings and spaces using the factors forming sense of place. The goalis to create a space that has aesthetic value, comfort, and can provide a sense of attachment between the userand the building so as to add value to residential, commercial, and public spaces. The methods used in thisdesign are observation and analysis, data collection, and literature study. From this method it was found thatthis design uses (1) fulfillment of the human senses, (2) forms of identity and (3) comfort, (4) pays attention tothe aesthetic side, so that (5) can design memory or experience in space or buildings. From this it is expectedto create a space that can support the self-actualization of its users. The results of this design obtained abuilding with the concept of fun and glass, where the building can support the concept of a boutique with anattractive window display and interior. The use of the forming factor of sense of place is also found in interioraesthetics, comfort with ergonomic furniture, and fulfillment of the human senses to form a sense of place.Spatial planning in building plans is also a method of solving problems and establishing comfortable spaces.By fulfilling the factors forming the sense of place, it is expected to form a sense of the user’s attachment tothe building.

This research aims to find out the pastor's tendency as the executor of Bible teaching, as well as the aspects that shape it. How is the compatibility of the implementation of Bible teaching in GPdI Haniel Sentani Jayapura Papua with the pattern in the Bible. In this research, the analysis used is qualitative analysis. Data collection using a questionnaire, given to 100 participants. Based on the findings and analysis, most of the GPdI Haniel Sentani Papua congregations understand the shepherd's teaching patterns based on the Bible. In conclusion, the appropriateness of shepherd teaching is the same as the Bible pattern in GPdI Haniel Sentani Jayapura Papua. This can be proven by increasing church growth from year to year, both in quality and quantity. Congregations increasingly love God through loyalty and obedience in teaching.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kecendurungan gembala sidang sebagai pelaksana pengajaraan Alkitab, serta aspek-aspek yang membentuknya. Bagaimana kesesuaian pelaksanaan pengajaran Alkitab di GPdI Haniel Sentani Jayapura Papua dengan pola dalam Alkitab. Dalam penelitian ini, analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif. Pengumpulan data mengunakan angket, kepada 100 partisipan. Berdasarkan hasil penemuan dan Analisa, sebagian besar jemaat GPdI Haniel Sentani Papua memahami tentang pola pengajaran gembala yang berdasarkan Alkitab. Kesimpulannya, bahwa kesesuaian pelaksanaan pengajaran gembala sama dengan pola Alkitab di GPdI Haniel Sentani Jayapura Papua. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan melalui perkembengan pertumbuhan gereja dari tahun ke tahun semakin bertambah, baik secara kualitas maupun secara kuantitas. Jemaat semakin mengasihi Tuhan melalui kesetiaan dan ketaatan dalam melakukan pengajaran.

Introduction. One of the librarians’ role is to improve the feeling of  optimistic through bibliotheraphy on patients.  This paper focuses on bibliotherapy to improve patients’ optimistic attitude. This study aims to understand the benefits of bibliotheraphy from patients’ health perspectives.  Data Collection Method: This research used a quasi-experimental approach. Data collection was conducted through patients observation, in-depth interviews and literature study. Our study population was patients in several hospital as well as involving academic experts in the field of bibliotheraphy. Analysis Data: The data was analysed based opn qualitative approach. Results and Discussions: There were 5 implementation stages of bibliotherapy to the patients: (1) Patients were motivated by the librarian with the games  involving patients with positive advice (2) The librarian asked the patients to read the prepared material (3) The librarian gaves patients some time to reflect on their reading materials (4) The librarian discussed  with patients about the reading materials (5) the librarian evaluated by listening to the patients. Conclusion: Bibliotherapy can be useful for health improvement, particularly to improve optimistic attitude of patients in dealing with their disease.

<p> </p><p class="06IsiAbstrak">Indonesian Muslims are faced with the realities of life that are multi-ethnic, religious, cultural and linguistic. It must be responded critically as early as possible. The understanding of diversity (multiculturalism) should truly be the foundation of all components of the Muslim community without exception for the students. Therefore this paper intends to answer 1) material content of Quran Hadith with a multicultural perspective at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Pontianak, and 2) Development and contextualization of Qur'an Hadith material in daily life. This research was categorized as field research and literature study. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews and document analysis. Data analysis was through two models, namely content analysis and Miles and Huberman's model which involved analysis steps, namely: data collection, data reduction, data display, and verification. The authors’ findings on this study are that the content of the Quran Hadith with a multicultural perspective in Madrasah Aliyah is carried out by expanding the reading, the meaning of the implementation of tolerance, social ethics, justice, deliberation / democracy concepts which are constructed from the Islamic universal values and moderation (washathiyah) so they can foster a tolerant and empathy (alturism) attitutes to human beings as a manifestation of an obedient servant.</p>

This study aims to analyze the forms of action that are categorized as body shaming crimes and criminal law enforcement against body shaming crimes on social media. This study uses a normative juridical approach. The data used is in the form of secondary data consisting of primary and secondary legal materials. The data collection method uses literature study and descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that, the forms of action that are categorized as body shaming crimes, namely: the words uttered contain elements of physical insult and have humiliated and lowered one's self-esteem because they can be seen/witnessed by many people, making them feel sad and depressed. Perpetrators of body shaming can be charged under Article 315 of the Criminal Code, with a maximum imprisonment of four months and two weeks or a maximum fine of four thousand and five hundred rupiahs. And if it is done on social media, the perpetrator can be charged under Article 27 paragraph (3) jo. Article 45 paragraph (3) of the ITE Law with a maximum imprisonment of four years and/or a maximum fine of seven hundred and fifty million rupiah. The police also offer a settlement process in a non-litigation context, namely by maximizing penal mediation to reduce the build up of cases in court.

Introduction. The purpose of this study is to examine the organizational communication patterns between librarians and teachers in providing quality library services.  Data Collection Method. This is a qualitative research with a case study approach with librarians and teachers as samples. Data collection techniques were interviews, observations, and literature study. Data Analysis. Data analysis techniques were conducted by reducing data, presenting data, and then making conclusions or data verification. Results and Discussion. The results of this study indicate that a well-established organizational communication pattern between librarians and teachers consists of task coordination, problem-solving, information sharing, conflict resolution, and building togetherness or relationships. All of them supported excellent services. Conclusion. Librarian who implement a good horizontal organizational communication model can provide high-quality services to teachers who need information, which is beneficial to the library and the school as an organization. The recommendation of this study is that schools should be able to treat librarians as key people in organizing ideas and information resources, rather than as only as academic supporters.

The information on waterfall tourism destination provided in the tourism office website of each regency in Bali is still limited. There is a need to manage them in a database which can be monitored regularly and can be informed to the public through the tourism office website of each regency in Bali. Some regencies in Bali that have had the data collection of waterfall tourism destinations were involved to gain the data. The purpose of this study is to analyze the tourism office website of each regency of Bali, in order to be able to utilize and maximize the presentation of information in an appropriate, easy and updated manner. Besides, it can let the public know the waterfall which is untouched by many tourists. The research methodology carried out includes several stages, namely system analysis, literature study, problem identification, goal setting, information needs analysis, data inventory, presentation of results and evaluation. The conclusion of this study is that three regencies in Bali have used a website, four districts in Bali already have a website but do not have information on tourist areas, and one Kelungkung Regency does not have a website. The expected result of this study is the utilization of tourism office websites of each regency in Bali. So that it can introduce tourism in each region to visiting tourists and can improve the performance of the tourism department and increase government foreign exchange earnings. Article 19 paragraph (3), Article 3 paragraph 8 and Article 3 number 15 in Code of Ethics of Notary is a regulation governing the signing of notarial agreement at Notary's office. However, in practice, there is a case of signing the Agreement not in the Notary’s Office. The problem formulated is how the validity of notarial agreements signed not in the Notary's office and how the supervision of Notary in the signing of notarial agreement so that it is in accordance with notarial agreement. To answer the above problems, the author used normative research methods and a research approach; legal approach, conceptual approach, case approach and practical approach. Methods of data collection research used literature study method and the data were analyzed by qualitative analysis techniques and used deductive conclusions. According to the research, the validity of Notarial Agreement signed not at the Notary office has the following criteria; firstly, notarial agreements that are signed are not in the Notary's office but are still in the Notary's territory, the agreements are valid as long as there are special reasons. Secondly, notarial agreements signed not in the Notary office and not in positions of Notary's territory but still in the Notary's office area remain valid as long as it is done not sequentially and accompanied by specific reasons. Third, the Notary who signed the agreement not in his Notary's office and outside the territory of Notary Office, the agreement becomes invalid. Notary Supervision in signing of Notary Agreement pursuant to Notary Law and Notary Code of Indonesia is done by Supervisory Notary Board. Supervision by the Notary Board is done through preventive and curative activity including development activities. Supervision by Notary Board is done in two ways, namely: active supervision which checks Notary protocol and passive supervision which checks Notary statements.Keywords: Notary; Signing Agreement; Unnotary Office.

Terorism in Indonesian is regulated constitution number 15th 2003 about stipulation of government regulations in lieu of laws number 1st 2002 about eradication of terrorist. Although, constitution  eradication of terrorist has been formed, terrorism in Indonesian always happened, like as terrorist act at J.W. Marriot Hotels on 2003 whom responsible was Noordin M.Top dan Dr. Azahari Husin. They were join in Jamaah Islamiyah organization. Based on the above rationale , the issues discussed , namely , first, what is factor cause incidence terorism by members of Jamaah Islamiyah and Majelis Mujahidin Indonesia? second, How is effort Indonesian Republic of Police to prevent incident terorism? Spesification research is analytical descriptive. Method used is as a normative juridical approach and empirical as the main supporter of the main approache. Data source  use of primary data and secondary data. Engineering is a field study data collection through interviews and literature study. Data were presented in the form of descriptive analysis, which describes factor cause incidence terorism and effort to prevent incident terorism by of Jamaah Islamiyah and Majelis Mujahidin Indonesia, while after analysis data will presented with qualitative method. Based on the results of research and discussion can be deduced, first, factor cause incidence terorism by members of Jamaah Islamiyah and Majelis Mujahidin Indonesia because mindset about Islam religion which wrong, social public relation, social politic factor, economic factor and then Solidarity religion. Second, effort Indonesian Republic of Police to prevent incident terorism,  from Regional police West Sumatera which is conducted by Intelijen Directory as implement the program Intelijen Directory to prevent incident terorism, to do coordination with others side, data collection and protection for Electronic media, Deradicalization and Mapin, Fublic Founding Directory as improve quality person of Indonesian Republic Police and arrangement person, external coordination, judge communication with society, counseling and founding for society and Public Relation Section as submit information to society and be relation between Police with society.
