Efforts to increase the value of the quality of education for students as the next generation of the nation require teachers who have competence in providing education to students. The competence of a teacher can be assessed when a teacher has carried out his duties in accordance with the standard provisions he has. The ranking of potential teachers is used to motivate teachers to be active in carrying out each activity and is expected to have a positive effect on their work to face challenges in this era of globalization. The data that is processed for the ranking of teacher potential is the assessment data of elementary school teachers sourced from the korwildik of the Batang kapas sub-district. This ranking is based on several criteria and weights are determined. Furthermore, this ranking is processed using a system created by the researcher. This ranking uses a method called TOPSIS to assist researchers in ranking. The TOPSIS method is a multi-criteria decision support method with the principle that the chosen alternative must have the closest distance from the positive and negative ideal solutions. The results of ranking with the TOPSIS method are able to support the ranking decisions of potential teachers using predetermined criteria. So that the highest value is found in the 5th alternative with a value of 0.7321 and the lowest value is found in the 1st alternative with a value of 0.2218. The ranking of potential teachers has proven to be able to help the South Coast District Education and Culture Office, especially the korwildik of the Batang kapas sub-district in determining prospective school principal

ABSTRACT The phenomenon that occurs based on data from the Bogor District Education Office, regarding Elementary School Teachers in Cluster IV, Pamijahan sub-district, Bogor Regency, turns out that the performance of elementary school teachers is still low. This is shown from the average results of the performance evaluation of elementary school teachers in Cluster IV Pamijahan sub-district by the Bogor District Government in collaboration with the Bogor District Education Office in 2016 showing that the performance of elementary school teachers in Cluster IV Pamijahan sub-district Bogor Regency is relatively low at an average of 41 72%. If this problem does not get attention and is left by educators including the principal, then the quality of the learning process will remain low, making it impossible for efforts to improve the quality of education to achieve significant results. This study aims to determine and find the relationship between the principal's leadership and teacher's self-efficacy both together and partially with the performance of teachers in Cluster IV Pamijahan sub-district. This study uses correlational research methods to solve problems. The population in this study were all elementary school teachers in Cluster IV, Pamijahan sub-district, Bogor Regency with a total of 283 people. The sample in this study was taken with Stratifield Proportional Random Sampling totaling 166 respondents from 34 public elementary schools in Cluster IV Pamijahan sub-district. Data collection techniques for all variables using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using correlation analysis, multiple correlation, regression, multiple regression and coefficient of determination with the prerequisite test analysis is the normality test. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded: (1) Based on the results of the test of the significance of the correlation shows that t arithmetic > t table (2.268> 1.981) Thus the research hypothesis which states there is a relationship between the leadership of the school principal and the performance of elementary school teachers in group IV Pamijahan District is proven to be true. (2) Based on the results of testing the significance of the correlation shows that t arithmetic> t table (2.767> 1.981) Thus the research hypothesis which states that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and the performance of elementary school teachers in cluster IV Pamijahan District tested the truth. (3) Based on the results of the significance test of multiple linear regression equations, Fcount is 3.78 while Ftable for denominator 2 and numerator 109 for confidence level α = 0.05 is 3.08 which means the value of Fcount> Ftable (3.78> 3, 08). This shows that Ho was rejected, meaning Ha who stated there was a positive relationship between the principal's leadership and the teacher's self-efficacy together with the teacher's performance was acceptable Keywords: Teacher Performance, Principal Leadership and Teacher Self-Efficacy

This research aims to present the evaluation result of a remedial program using the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) model based on Technical Guidance by High School Directorate year 2010 in Physics Study in SMAN 1 Sekadau Hulu. This study is evaluative research with a descriptive quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used are by employing a questionnaire to the students of the MIA (Mathematics and Natural Sciences) Program, interviews with the school principal, deputy head of curriculum, and one teacher of Physics, as well as documentation. The research data analysis is through steps such as data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The data validation techniques used are the source and technique triangulation. The findings showed that (1) context evaluation carried out results in a percentage of 74.73%, categorized as sufficient. (2) Input evaluation carried out results in a rate of 56.88%, classified as low. (3) Process evaluation conducted results in a value of 74.07%, categorized as sufficient. (4) Product evaluation administered results in a percentage of 78.70%, categorized as high. The overall score of assessment on the remedial program in Physic instructions using CIPP evaluation is 71,09% with a category corresponding to the technical guidelines for the remedial program by the directorate of high school development year 2010. Therefore, this research is expected to contribute to improvements in remedial programs as a continuous effort in improving the quality of education programs. Keywords: CIPP Model, Evaluation, Remedial Program

The data from the first mathematics survey of the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) showed a mixed picture of strengths and weaknesses in our mathematics programs. An examination of the assessment data suggests that the current emphasis on arithmetic skills in undergraduate and graduate teacher education should be examined to find a proper balance between skill and understanding, as well as between arithmetic s kills and skills in measurement and geometry.

Spatial literacy is related to the ability to use mathematics related to geometry. Prospective elementary school teachers need to master spatial literacy. However, the spatial literacy of PGSD students is still unsatisfactory. One of the lecturers' efforts to improve the quality of learning. An inquiry-assisted inquiry model of educational props can be an alternative. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the inquiry model assisted by educational teaching aids influences spatial literacy. This research is a quasi-experimental study with the population of semester I PGSD students in 2019/2020. Through purposive sampling, researchers chose class D as the experimental class and class F as the control class. Data obtained through the test method. Data analysis uses a mean different test. The results showed that there was an influence of the inquiry model assisted by educational teaching aids on spatial literacy.

Teachers in schools are the subject of research by taking a sample of 180 teachers, using the proportional random sampling technique, and using questionnaires about the implementation of educational supervision by the school principal and the results of the teacher performance assessment data that the school has. And from the research and assessment it can be seen that the implementation of supervision of education by the principal does not have a positive effect on teacher performance and the implementation of supervision of education by the principal is also a weak influence and even very weak towards the performance of teachers in schools.
