The problem model in random permutations results in random randomization of the most commonly used questions in exam practice in education ranging from elementary school to college level and even some agencies that utilize exams to test one's abilities. This Problem Model can produce a high random percentage with more complex processes compared to analogues. Conduct Model Formulations on infinite questions so that they can be easily utilized without complicated calculations. The problems processed in this study are from 50 questions, and 12 students are sourced from the Information System Study Program of STMIK Logika, at Medan Indonesia state. Based on the collection of the question by the head of the study program in charge of the STMIK.  Furthermore, the problem is saved into the database. The next stage is to randomize the question based on the number of students taking the exam. The problem has been randomized into a model formulation of the question in a random permutation of the question at the time of the Test practice. The result of the test on this question is a matter of courses.  Randomized questions can form a problem model in random permutations based on many questions, the number of questions. All questions are made by lecturers who teach courses and help the study program in the teaching and learning process with the formulation of the problem model.

The purpose of the study was to classify the factors causing the decline in student achievement during the pandemic using the C4.5 datamining method. Sources of research data were obtained by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires to 7th semester students of the 2020-2021 school year information system study program. Attributes that used in the classification of the factors causing the decline in student achievement include: Learning Method (C1), Study Time (C2), Material Understanding (C3), Giving Assignments (C4) and Environment (C5). The results of the calculation show that the Material Understanding (C3) attribute is the attribute that most influences the decline in student learning achievement. Testing was also carried out using the help of Rapidminer software and obtained an accuracy of 97.5%.

Semester Learning Plan (RPS) is a learning planning document prepared as a guide for lecturers and students in carrying out teaching and learning activities on campus for one semester. RPS was made to guide lecturers and students in the learning process so that the material taught is following the learning outcomes set by the study program. To meet and adjust the needs of graduate users and the development of science and technology, the RPS must be regularly reviewed and updated if there are changes in teaching materials that are no longer following current conditions. However, what often becomes a problem is that there is no documented process for changing the RPS content regarding the reasons and which parts have changed so that the RPS change process cannot be carried out at will and when audited there is a history of changing the data. Because of these problems, this research will design and build a web-based RPS management information system that can assist study programs in documenting RPS changes and making it easier for users to access the changed content. The system development method used in this study uses the waterfall method, and for its design using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The final result of this research is a web-based RPS management information system using the Codeigniter 4 framework which can make it easier for managers and users to obtain RPS information.

Practical courses in the laboratory are scheduled according to the institutional curriculum. In determining the choice of practice courses, the STMIK Royal Kisaran information system study program requires a system of analysis in the selection of practical subjects that provide the best choices based on the required criteria. Priority criteria are important data in the process of determining the selection of the course. This is needed to gain knowledge for study programs in the use of schedules and choice of priority practice courses. This research is a continuation of factor analysis in the selection of practice subjects where the information system study program uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. From the results of the analysis, it is obtained the selection of priority practice courses from several alternatives that can be useful for study programs based on priority criteria.

Prodi sistem informasi mempunyai beberapa matakuliah praktek di laboratorium STMIK Royal Kisaran. Selama ini dalam menetukan pemilihan matakuliah praktek dengan cara aturan lama dari sistem yang ada. Sehingga matakuliah praktek yang diajarkan kurang sesuai dengan pembelajaran dari mahasiswa. Sehingga diperlukan suatu analisis dengan sistem yang mampu memberikan solusi dalam pemilihan matakuliah praktek. Dengan menggunakan sejumlah kriteria  yang dapat membantu dalam memilih matakuliah praktek maka  diperlukan berbagai kriteria prioritas yang sesuai sehingga  akan memberikan solusi dari penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode AHP karena sistem ini mampu menganalisis dengan menggunakan sejumlah kriteria  dalam pemilihan matakuliah praktek. Metode yang dilakukan dengan membandingkan matriks sejumlah kriteria dari hasil formulir angket mahasiswa. Dan dari hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan faktor prioritas pada kriteria  secara berurutan  yaitu pemahaman program, pemahaman teori, waktu praktek, tugas praktek, pengajar/dosen dan modul pembelajaran.   Kata kunci: AHP, kriteria, matakuliah praktek, penjadwalan,  prodi   Abstract Information system study program has several practical courses in the STMIK Royal Kisaran laboratory. During this time in determining the selection of practice courses by way of the old rules of the existing system. So the practice subjects taught are not in accordance with the learning from students. So we need an analysis with a system that is able to provide solutions in the selection of practical courses. By using a number of criteria that can help in choosing a practical course, various appropriate priority criteria are needed so that this research will provide a solution. This study uses the AHP method because this system is able to analyze using a number of criteria in the selection of practical courses. The method is done by comparing the matrix of a number of criteria from the results of student questionnaire forms. The purpose of this study was to provide an understanding of the stages and steps of the background section of the thesis of the Information Systems Study Program Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. This research uses a descriptive method. Data is all written statements of students when writing a thesis. The data source in this study is the thesis of 20 students of the Information Systems Study Program at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques. The steps in the analysis of the research data are 1) coding, 2) reading all parts of the background, 3) identifying the background, 4) classifying stages and steps, 6) choosing a dominant pattern. Test the validity of the data using the expert validity test. The results of the research and discussion of the Rhetoric Structure of the Background Section of the Thesis of the Student Information Systems Study Program Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu are; Stages in the background section of the thesis of the Information Systems Study Program of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu that all theses used the stages in the PJP model, and the steps in the stages of the thesis background of the students of the Information System Study Program of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu did not all use the steps steps in the PJP model stage. The findings can be used as input material in deepening insight and adding to the knowledge literature about the rhetorical structure of the background section of the thesis.

Information systems study program portal is a website developed by Bina Darma University that aims to be a media for promotion and academic information system study programs. User satisfaction is the most important thing to be a benchmark for developers of information systems study program portals to improve the quality of their websites so that users are more satisfied and do a lot of searching activities, especially academic activity searches. But so far the information systems study program portal developer does not yet know the shortcomings of the information system study program portal, so analysis is needed to measure the level of user satisfaction. In an effort to achieve User Satisfaction with the portal of the bina darma information system study program which has the si.binadarma.ac.id domain, researchers used the end user satisfaction method (EUCS). The EUCS instrument includes five components: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and schedule. The data in this study were collected with a questionnaire instrument that was distributed to students from the information systems study program. Furthermore, the data obtained were processed using SPSS software version 24. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling. The results of this study are expected to be a reference to improve the quality of information systems study program portals.   Keywords: website, user satisfaction, EUCS

Telecommunication Engineering is one of Study Program (Prodi) at State Polytechnic of Semarang (Polines). The development of information technology (IT) can provide ease to meet various information needs. Course schedule used as a reference for teaching and learning activities to fit the target. In Prodi Telecommunication Engineering Polines to create a schedule still using Microsoft Excel applications as well as in publications on lecturers and students are still using physical mading. With that background then the authors make the information system scheduling courses. This information system is created using the PHP programming language utilizing the Laravel framework and MySQL database. After the system is completed the test is done by using the black box method to prove all the features work well in accordance with their respective functions. Design model using modeling Use Case Diagram and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) can be done to design Scheduling System Subject Telecommunication Engineering Program Polines. This application is made in the form of websites and integrated with the database, so it can be accessed by the user in realtime on the Intranet network. Schedule preparation courses can be done Kaprodi using web-based information system. The results of this information system can be used to create course schedules and can be accessed so that lecturers and students can view the course schedule

Informatics & Business Institute (IBI) Darmajaya is a private university that prioritizes thr implementation of information technology advancement and business. The information system study program is one of the major in this campus. However, it did not have service facilities that eased the students, alumni and lecturers to gain information abaut the information system. The system development method used in the study was RUP (Rational Unified Process) to be used at the system development with these phases : Inception, Elaboration, Construction and Transition. One the website of the information system study program of IIB Darmajaya Bandar Lampung obtained and proposed would ease the study program of information system to give information to the students, alumni, and lecturers. Tthe data security was wholly managed by administration of information system study program. Abstrak – Dalam upaya melakukan perbaikan secara berkelanjutan serta membangun budaya mutu di perguruan tinggi, khususnya dalam penyelenggaraan dan pengembangan program studi, setiap perguruan tinggi perlu untuk menyusun strategi perencanaan dan pengembangan program studi. Strategi perencanaan dan pengembangan program studi merupakan salah satu unsur penting dalam penilaian akreditasi program studi untuk menentukan kelayakan program studi yang sesuai dengan Standar Nasional Pendidikan Tinggi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis situasi dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT berdasarkan pada indikator kinerja Unit Pengelola Program Studi (UPPS) dan program studi. Analisis data disajikan dalam matriks Evaluasi Faktor Internal (IFE) dan Evaluasi Faktor Eksternal (EFE). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur posisi keberadaan program studi pada matriks Internal Eksternal (IE), sehingga dapat dijadikan landasan dalam merumuskan strategi pengembangan program studi. Hasil pengukuran matriks IE menunjukkan bahwa program studi sistem informasi ARS University berada pada posisi growth (sel I), dengan hasil IFE sebesar 3.2 dan matriks EFE sebesar 3.045. Strategi perencanaan dan pengembangan program studi sistem informasi ARS University berdasarkan hasil analisis berfokus pada 4 (empat) aktivitas yaitu pengembangan program studi, penetrasi program studi, integrasi, dan pengembangan produk.   Abstract - In an effort to make continuous improvements and build a quality culture in institutions of higher education, particularly in organizing and developing study programs, each institution of higher education needs to develop a planning and development study program strategy. The strategy of planning and developing study programs is one of the important elements in assessing the accreditation of study programs to determine the feasibility of study programs in accordance with the National Standards of Higher Education. The method used in this research is situation analysis using SWOT analysis based on the performance indicators of the Study Program Management Unit (UPPS) and study program. Data analysis is presented in the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices. The purpose of this study is to measure the position of the study program's existence on the Internal External Matrix (IE), so that it can be used as a basis in formulating study program development strategies. IE matrix measurement results show that ARS University's information system study program is in a growth position (cell I), with an IFE result of 3.2 and an EFE matrix of 3,045. The strategy of planning and developing ARS University's information system study program based on the results of the analysis focuses on 4 (four) activities, namely the development of study programs, study program penetration, integration, and product development.
