This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of leadership style on the performance of UD. Pinguin Bandar lampung. The collection of data ‘re done through questionnaires and conducted on 45 employees of UD. Pinguin Bandar lampung. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 18. This study does not use sampling techniques because the samples study entirely of the population which called the census data and testing techniques used in this study include the validity of the test, the Cronbach alpha reliability test, the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The analysis showed that variable leadership style (X) = 0,001 <  = 0,05 shows the influence of variable leadership style on the performance of employees of UD. <em>This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation and discipline to employee performance Notary in Pekanbaru Tambusai lord street. Data collected through questionnaires and conducted on 71 employees who are in the way Notary Tambusai lord Pekanbaru. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 16. In this study did not use sampling techniques since the sample studied is the whole of the population, or so-called census data and testing techniques used in this study include validity, reliability with Cronbach Alpha , classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the hypothesis penelitian.Hasil analysis shows that the leadership style of significant positive effect on employee performance, motivation of no effect and no significant effect on employee performance and discipline significant positive effect on employee performance</em>

This study aims to determine the effect of work facilities and communication on employee performance at CV. Zam – Zam Jombang. This study uses quantitative study methods. The sampling technique used is the Saturated Sampling (Census) in which all population members were sampled. So the sample in this study was 32 respondents. Data collection techniques using study instruments namely questionnaire. The instrument testing techniques are validity test and reliability test, data analysis technique uses the classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) Work facilities have a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Zam – Zam Jombang, 2) Communication has no significant effect on employee performance on CV. Zam – Zam Jombang, 3) Simultaneous work and communication facilities have a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Zam – Zam Jombang.

This study aims to test and analyze Employee Commitment and Communication to Employee Performance at Cooperative CU Mandiri Unit Areas Tebing Tinggi. Leadership style and compensation are the factors that are very important in improving employee performance in a company. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the style of leadership and compensation simultaneously or partially can affect the performance of nurses at Anna Hospital. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program. The results showed that both simultaneous and partial leadership style and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses. This shows that a good leader who is able to provide direction and motivation to subordinates to achieve the goals set by the company can affect performance improvement as well as the fair compensation provided by the company will increase the productivity of work on every employee to be able to works optimally.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji sejauh mana pengaruh motivasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Kendari Sulaweis Tenggara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 33 pegawai Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Kendari Sulaweis Tenggara. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 24. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah metode sensus dan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan motivasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dan secara parsial yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah motivasi. This study aims to examine the extent of the influence of motivation, competence and work environment on the performance of employees of the Southeast Sulawesi Sulaweis City Kendari Management and Retribution Agency. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and was carried out on 33 employees of the Southeast Sulawesi Sulaweis City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 24. The sampling technique used was the census method and data testing techniques used in this study include the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The analysis shows that simultaneous motivation, competence, and work environment influence employee performance and partially the dominant influence on employee performance is motivation.

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Unit. The research model used in this study is the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies conducted systematically based on the research objectives. The sample in this study is 95 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (R2), T test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results of the study show that leadership styles have a positive and significant influence on employee performance while organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. This makes the leadership style the most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Unit.

The study sought to examine the extent to which directive and achievement-oriented path-goal leadership styles influence employee performance of coffee trading companies in Kenya. The positivism philosophy was adopted and the design used was a descriptive correlational research design. The population for the study was 180 senior managers of coffee trading companies in Kenya. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The descriptive statistics were mean and standard deviation while the inferential statistical analysis included correlational analysis, chi-square and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis revealed that directive leadership style negatively and significantly predict employee performance, R2= 0.035, F(1, 114) = 4.141,  p≤ .05, β = -0.153, p≤ .05. Multiple linear regression analysis further revealed that achievement-oriented leadership style positively and significantly predicted employee performance, R2= 0.161, F(1, 116) = 20.686, p ≤. .05, β = 0.391, p≤ .05. The study provided a unique contribution to the theory and practice of leadership by contributing to knowledge in the application of Path-goal leadership styles in coffee trading companies. The study findings led to the conclusion that the use of a directive leadership style in coffee trading companies can adversely affect performance and leaders should exercise caution if they have to use this style.

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style (X1), competence (X2) and motivation (X3) on employee performance (Y) at Dinas Pengelolaan Bangunan dan Tanah Kota. The sample was obtained by random sampling method with 100 respondents from 132 employees. The data analysis used in this research includes data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the partial significance test (t statistical test) from the analysis and discussion of the research show that leadership style, competence and motivation partially have a significant effect on employee performance and the simultaneous significance test (f test) of the analysis and discussion of the study shows that leadership style, competence and motivation together have a significant effect on employee performance at Dinas Pengelolaan Bangunan dan Tanah Kota Surabaya.
